You order at a kiosk and if you aren’t careful will end up with way too many sauces and it doesn’t let you remove additional ones unless you completely remove that item and start over. The portions are definitely on the bigger side which was nice so you don’t feel like you aren’t getting your moneys worth. Having tried quite a few hot chicken places I knew to start low on the heat just in case so I got my sandwich in mild and nuggets in medium to have a comparison. Both had absolutely zero heat. Good flavor on the chicken itself but the pretty bird sauce just tasted like mayo and lime juice. It made every bite just taste like lime juice and even the chicken itself had a lime juice taste. If you really really like lime flavor maybe this is the spot for you but I wouldn’t recommend otherwise. I would maybe try it again at a higher heat to get some more flavor and spice since the mild and medium were very lacking. As a side note I would not recommend coming here to have a conversation as the music was so loud I would have to speak uncomfortably loud so people could hear me.

I visited Pretty Bird Hot Chicken for the first time on a trip to Utah, and wow — this place blew me away! The vibe is modern and super clean, with kiosk ordering that made things really simple and efficient. I loved the casual but upbeat atmosphere — it just felt like a fun place to enjoy good food. Now let’s get to the best part — the food. As a chicken lover, this menu was everything I could ask for. I ordered the Fried Chicken Sandwich and the Pretty Bird Chili Garlic Nuggets, and both were absolutely amazing. The sandwich was massive (in the best way) and packed with flavor — crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. One of the best I’ve had! The nuggets were also great — bold flavor and a nice kick from the chili garlic. My only suggestion would be to toss the nuggets in the sauce instead of drizzling it. That extra coating would make the flavor even better. Overall, this place is a winner. I’ll definitely be back — Pretty Bird just became my go-to chicken spot in Utah!

This place is always consistent and delicious. It’s an expensive sandwich - but one you leave feeling is worth it. The seasoning has a sweetness to it but if you opt for an increase in spiciness, it’s still great flavor with lots of heat.

This time, I even rerouted my plans just to have it again before my flight—and it was still superb! The service is just as impressive as the food. I accidentally placed an online order at the wrong location, and the team helped process a refund right away with no hassle. Great food, great service—highly recommend to anyone!

This place is always a hit or miss. Sometimes you will get hot and fresh chicken/fries and sometimes it'll be room temp and cold. You can get a better consistency at another hot chicken down the street. Other than that, the price for the 10 piece meal is pretty good for the amount of food you get and i always never finish because the nuggets are huge and you get a lot of fries! The sauce is one of a kind, I enjoy the lemony fry sauce they have. vs raising canes has more herby peppery type of fry sauce. So whatever you prefer. I like this one because it cuts through the fat and grease with fried foods so i dont ever feel sick of eating. I have seen other reviews complaining about the meat being grey and all sorts of colors. Thats because chicken thighs have various colors and they are not spoiled. Its smart for the owner to make fried chicken with dark meat because it practically cannot be overcooked, so it always stays juicy and tender. If you do not like dark meat then get chicken tenders instead since its white meat. Definitely worth a try but don't expect hot food fresh from the fryer. I assume come when they open or during rush hour so you can possibly get the freshest chicken out of the fryers.

The atmosphere seemd like a clean open space with white tiles and all. The outdoor patio seating is s nice touch when you want to get fresh air while eating. The staff was nice and very attentive in cleaning or making sure we were satisfied.

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was fun and lively—perfect spot whether you’re hanging with friends or just chasing a top-tier chicken sandwich. I ordered the medium heat chicken sandwich, and it was the perfect balance of flavor and kick. Crispy, juicy, and straight up addictive. Huge shoutout to the waiters too—they went above and beyond and even hooked us up with extra sauce, which made an already amazing sandwich even better. We ordered at the kiosk at the front and waited in the clean dining room enjoying the nice air conditioning while we waited roughly 10 minutes for the food to come out which when it did, was very appealing to eye and the taste matched...so GOOD! We enjoyed everything! I order the 10 piece Jumbo Chicken Nuggets (definitely HUGE) and got four of the dipping sauces: hot honey, ranch, sweet chili+toasted garlic and pretty bird...with the standouts being were the pretty bird and sweet chilli sauce...🤤yum🤤. We really inhaled it and it made for a great afternoon stop. Plus saved a few nuggs to snack on later which made for a nice added bonus😉.

I've been to Pretty Bird many times, with mostly positive experiences. I'm used to the kiosk and lack of staff interaction that people complain about so it doesn't really bother me. Today my husband got the 10 piece chili garlic nuggets and WOW they are amazing! First of all, the 'nuggets' are huge chunks of breaded chicken, then they put chili garlic sauce and green onions on them. So delicious! I might need to order my own next time. I got my usual which is the tender sandwich. Perfect size for me. The bun seems a little more bready or hearty than I remember, I'm not sure if they changed them but it was too much bun. Fries as always are great. We got chili garlic dipping sauce (highly recommended) and hot honey.

I love the food. But I always do take-out. And they ALWAYS FORGET THE SAUCE. They charge some outrageous amount per small cup of sauce. And then they never include it. This has happened to me on at least 3 occasions and it's enough to warrant 2 stars. For shame. Oh. And they don't have a phone number? Also a huge star remover.

The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside, yet unbelievably tender and juicy on the inside. Each bite had the perfect crunch without being greasy, and the seasoning was just right--not too salty, but packed with flavor. I'm not a fan of pickle but this crunchy pickle with slaw is the best combination. It's honestly the gold standard for chicken sandwiches. I'll be dreaming about this one for a while. If you love chicken sandwiches, you have to try this. You'll never look at another sandwich the same way again.

Searching for the perfect Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich, Pretty Bird in SLC is on the clock today. A famed chef and entrepreneur started this company, now with multiple locations. Pretty Bird is a clean and sleek restaurant with a modern feel. The service counter is all kiosk, but the staff is friendly. I ordered the chicken sandwich with cider slaw, pickles, sauce and a medium spiced chicken. The bun dwarfs the large breaded chicken. The chicken was moist, flavorful, crispy and a light burn from the spice coating. A single sandwich is very large and a meal in itself. I by-passed the crinkle cut fries as they are seldom fresh but rather frozen. I felt the sandwich and seasoning were good. The moister of the chicken was good, but just not remarkable. In the SLC area this is probably decent. The disconnect between ordering from a person and a computer, separates the client from an important asset of the restaurant, THE STAFF. It lacks customer interaction and excitement. Rather than going off my review, give them a chance and form your own opinion.

I am so excited to write this review. Finally Pretty Bird has stopped automatically adding a tip to your order. Now when you order there's a page that comes up and gives you the option to tip. Best Chicken Sandwich in Utah!!! Crispy, crispy, crispy. Crispy is the name of the game, and Pretty Bird's is crispy from the first bite to the last bite. Still tender and juicy. With great flavor. I love the cider slaw and heat to order, I did mild this time, but will probably bump to medium. 5/5 Even the crinkle fries are crispy. I'm not a crinkle fries guy, but because these are so crispy I like them. Best crinkle fries I've had. Fry sauce is excellent, very creamy with a bit of a kick. Different than trad fry sauce but pairs well. Service is pretty nonexistent as you order st a kiosk and fill your own drink. But the lady at the front was very friendly and checked on me multiple times. You really should try this sandwich, a little expensive, but very good.

When you walk in, there are kiosks to your right that you order and pay for your food on (card only). There is some seating indoors and outdoors. Out of everything we tried: 1) nuggets were solid. good flavoring, good breading, and fairly spicy. we chose medium for the spice level. 2) fries - bland, needed salt/seasoning. 3) extra single tender of which we chose hot behind for the spice level. oh my gosh. it's tolerable if doused in ranch but the tingling sensation just lingers and it made our lips hot! good, but not worth the stomach cramps later 4) mexican street corn salad - it was fine but why are there chickpeas? it'd be nice if that could be mentioned somewhere so you knew ahead of time. Overall, an enjoyable meal. Skip the mexican street corn salad. We were amused with the "hot behind" tender flavor profile.

So over Christmas break while I was visiting my brothers in CA I found myself binge-watching a bunch of Food Network chef-y cooking competition shows, including Bobby's Triple Threat. The best episode of that series was this one where the chef competitor goes straight at Tiffany Derry in the final round, goading her into a chicken sandwich battle by providing chicken thighs and red cabbage as the must-use ingredients. That competitor prevailed, beating Tiffany and winning the competition overall. It happened to be Viet Pham, the creative culinary mind behind Pretty Bird Chicken. When I realized he is based in Salt Lake City I thought "hold up, I can try this place on my way home" (yeah, I road tripped so I could bring my dogs). The Sugarhouse location seemed to have the easiest access from I-80, so that's the one that I stopped at. I rolled in for a late lunch somewhere between 2 and 3 PM and thought I was famished, so I ordered the fried chicken sando combo choosing the Mexican corn salad as my side. I impulsively added an extra sweet chili & toasted garlic jumbo whole chicken wing when I was checking out because, well, I was hungry. Since it was my first visit I requested medium spice for both. My total came to be roughly $20. Since I had several more driving hours to get home I got my order to go. The ... hostess? (not really sure what to call their worker, she's not a cashier since you order yourself from a tablet) let me know that it would be a several minutes to get my order up because of the wing - no problem, nice to know that it's being cooked fresh. To go orders come packaged like a boxed lunch, but I got 2 boxes, one for the sando combo and another for the extra wing. The sando itself is in a paper wrapper, which is nice to keep fillings from dribbling out onto your shirt :-) Also nice - they give you a bunch of wet wipes in addition to napkins. I should have gotten a clue from the two boxes, or taken a closer look at pictures of the sando - IT IS GIANT. On a normal day I probably wouldn't be able to finish it, but on this hangry day I devoured it. It was absolutely delicious - the cabbage slaw and giant slice of pickle provided the perfect acidic counterpoint to the super crunchy fried chicken thighs. I think I am ruined for any other chicken sandwiches now. While I made quick work of the sandwich (not even time to take a picture), I ended up saving the corn salad and the jumbo wing for later. The salad wasn't a traditional elote, but the addition of chickpeas to the mix was delicious and made it heartier. Amazingly, even after being re-heated in a microwave hours later the chicken wing was still crunchy! I ate it with the hot honey, which I'd forgotten to put on my sandwich. Soo ... when all is said and done, I expect that I will make a point of stopping at Pretty Bird whenever I am passing through the SLC area and if I'm stopping with my normal appetite I'll either get just the sando with a drink, or perhaps a wing meal combo. It is delicious food and not a bad value given the quality and quantity that you receive.

Placed a pickup order at this location last Saturday only to bring it home and find that all sides were missing. We spent over $50 and even left a tip. I sent a message via their website hoping that management would make things right. We did not hear back. We will not be ordering from Pretty Bird any longer, which is a shame because their food is pretty good. There are simply too many other options with better customer service.

A good, easy restaraunt! All food seemed fresh and tasted good. Restaurant was clean. Didn't interact much with staff, you place your own order on a tablet. But! Food came out fresh and was good. Nothing too special but if you're craving some chicken it's worth it!

Cute place. We got the chicken burger and the chicken nuggets, both hot. The chicken nuggets were way spicer than the burger. The fries are normal crinkle fries, not seasoned with anything. Avoid the mexican street corn. We tried a couple bites because we don't like wasting but could not stomach it. The chicken overall was pretty good! There were kiosks so we didn't interact much with the people who worked there. A little overpriced for what you got, especially the chicken nuggets.

Read an article about top places to eat in Salt Lake City and this place popped up. It said it had quick service so I decided to stop here on my way to the airport. They have kiosks for you to order. A staff member came up to the counter to help me as well. The staff member was very knowledgeable and helpful. When my order disappeared, while I was placing it, she placed my order for me. My order was ready within five minutes of me placing it. I got the hot chicken sandwich with everything on the side since I did not like sauce on my sandwiches typically. The spice I ordered was hot, but it was not that spicy. I also got the crinkle cut fries with her crispy and served hot. It was fast service, the space was pristine and the food was good. I would return.

I really liked the setup of this spot! The tables are clean, and ordering was really easy. Chicken nuggets were good, but I think I'd opt for strips next time or a sandwich. The portions are big, which is always a plus! The soft drink options are pretty limited here, would like to see a better variety.

Delicious and very filling chicken sandwich! I was full for hours afterward. The chicken was very juicy, the toppings added a ton of texture/flavor, and the rub/seasoning had a ton of flavor too. I got medium spice and it wasn't overpowering at all. I would definitely come back next time I'm in SLC.

This spicy chicken sandwich place is amazing; the chicken tastes so fresh, and their Mexican Street Corn Salad is really good. I just wish it was warmed. Great customer service is always so friendly and helpful.

I tried the medium spice pretty bird and it had a pretty big piece of chicken, a lightly pickled slaw and some pickles. I enjoyed this chicken sandwich, but I would have to say that Howlin' Rays in LA is better. I'm moving to Utah and I'll definitely be coming here for my spicy chicken sandwich cravings. I would also say the hot spice level is more like a normal medium. The hot behind was slightly hotter than the hot spice level, but not by much. If you're from CA, definitely go up one tier from your normal spice tolerance.

Met the family in SLC for a quick weekend and the first place we hit up after leaving the airport was Pretty Bird. My niece and I shared the tenders combo which came with 3 large strips, a side of hot crinkle cut fries, sauce, and a soda. The sticker shock of $16.25 was hard to swallow. The tenders were fine, a bit under seasoned but the fries were hot and salty. The homemade ranch was tasty, the pretty bird sauce is something my husband would've loved and I wish I would've tried the hot honey. The space inside was cold, both temperature and ambiance. Not much customer service coming out of this place and the restaurant itself seemed very sterile. I don't think it's for me, but seems to have a fan following.

Great to have Pretty Bird in a more accessible location for those who haven't tried it. You will find no quality decline here either. It is still the tangy coleslaw, crunchy tasty chicken, and great sides that you are used to. The inside is also bigger than the initial location so there is more room to sit and wait for food, making it a more comfortable experience.

Now this is a chicken sandwich! Eating this sandwich will end the debate of which is better, Chick-fil-A or Popeyes. Pretty Bird is truly the king! Or maybe the queen, I really don't know how they identify... They use a thigh instead of a breast and the result is a juicy, delicious sandwich. The sandwich includes pickles and purple coleslaw which is very different and delicious. Ordering is easy with the kiosk, but you can only use a credit card. It's a little inconvenient for old farts like me who want to use cash. I love that it's nice and clean inside with friendly, attractive people here, just like Chick-fil-A and In-N-Out Burger. I know people are going to complain about a $12.50 chicken sandwich, but give it a try and you will definitely agree with me that this is the best chicken sandwich that you've ever had.

These nuggets... so bomb. Ok here is the deal... I tried pretty bird years ago. I first loved the sandwich but after subsequent tries it just wasn't it. However I heard they recently started making nuggets so decided to give it another go. I have heard some folks question the price but I will say the nuggets are hefty and could easily be shared. The nuggets are large, juicy and delicious. Paired with hot honey .. it's a slam dunk. Fries are crispy overall it was delivered meal.

Their chicken is always delicious! I used to get their chicken sandwich but now I am a fan of their tenders! Love that their spicy level is legit! Their mild has enough kick where it's perfect. I tried their chicken for the first time with honey that they offer and the spicy and sweetness is delicious! Usually am not a fan of crinkle fries but OMG here they are actually crispy and not soggy! I love love love their fires along with the sauce that comes with it and the chicken! DELICIOUS! If you are in the mood for chicken COME HERE! Like the sugar house spot better since parking is a lot better than downtown.

We dream of pretty bird when we are away. We love their sandwich, which is pretty much the definition of perfection. If you like super spicy, I encourage you to go for the hot or hot behind. If you have never been, you must check it out! Keep in mind it's more of a speedy / counter restaurant. You order at a kiosk on an iPad, and food comes out pretty soon after. Certainly not a "dining" destination, but so freaking delicious we usually go 2x each trip back to Utah.

Been waiting to try this place the next time we visited SLC and today was the day! Walk in and you order on the pads, makes it easier for them I suppose. Got the mild Pretty bird sandwich and it was tasty! The pickles are oh so delish, and the fries. Goodness I loved those with their ranch. I ate the whole thing! I do wish I had gotten the medium spice though on the sandwich. For sure recommend!

When you think of hot chicken sandwiches you probably think of a piece of chicken dripping in Franks Hot Sauce. This is not that. These are so much better. The flavor comes from the seasoning that they put on. The combination of delicious chicken, the slaw, pickles and sauce is amazing. The chicken is always moist and delicious. A go to when ever we are in Salt Lake.

Finally able to try the new wings and I have to say they were a big miss for us after loving most of the menu. Waited 25 minutes for them as they are cooked to order, but no on tols us that til we asked after waiting 20 minutes. Wings are impossible to eat. Most of the crunch exterior falls off before you can get a good angle for a bite. The skin isn't fully rendered and the chicken itself has little flavor. Bummer, back to nuggets for me.

For as long as this place has been in business and enjoyed its fame in the valley, it doesn't seem like quality has gone downhill from all the mouthwatering pictures and fabulous reviews I've seen. There's a kiosk with iPads to order when you first walk in, I was a bit apprehensive about this process at first, but it was a great marriage of the pandemic QR code menus + direct ordering and it was so easy. I had to have some manager approval for my alcoholic beverage, everyone I spoke to was so prompt and friendly. Great customer service. I got the fried chicken sando with everything on it so I could have the original experience. My drink came out a couple minutes after I sat down, and my sando came out a few minutes after. The chicken was so crispy, but juicy inside - suspiciously juicy (how are they doing that?!), beautiful red cabbage slaw, crisp tangy pickles, and JUST enough sauce - not dripping, not drowning, but not insufficient. This sandwich was SO good. Medium was a good call for me, so if you are sort of ok with spicy things it will leave you a bit hot afterwords. The seating here is made up of private tables and longer cafeteria style tables, it's sort of loud in here, but you can still carry on a conversation. There's also patio seating. I just have to mention it. The design, my god the design is bangin'. Salt Lake's finest, Modern 8, knocked this brand out of the park. It adds to the entire experience. *Chef's kiss* Looking forward to tucking into many more spicy chickens here!

The chicken is spot on, and they've finally adjusted portions so that a guy like me, who's keto, doesn't feel like he's wasting food. I know there's a lot of "hot chicken" debates out there right now, but I prefer PBs seasoning and I love their French fries. Crinkly and crisp.

You can choose your level of heat/spices they rub onto the chicken. It's not a traditional hot chicken sandwich in that it's more a hot spice rub vs. sauce. The sandwich itself is picture perfect. I loved the combo of fried chicken with homemade pickles and purple cabbage slaw with a tasty bun. My friend ordered the Mexican corn side dish and I tried a bite. It was tasty but I would probably prefer it to be warm instead of cold. The fries were good and I got a side of their fry sauce to dip them in. Just a tip- but order on the white iPads when you walk in. And make sure to read the details carefully when you order. You can dine in or take your food to go. We sat outside and it was a little chilly but they had the heat lamps going.

For years, many years, I've heard about the supposedly hot version of the sandwich or sando, as they call it, for whatever goofy reason, and I had it on the hit list, as I do for anything along these lines when I hear of it, but then, of course, the pandy struck and then a whole bunch of life happened in the interim. So, now, *mostly* on the other side of all that, I'm finally starting to get to some of the stuff I had in mind to do years ago, which includes this. I really have no excuse; they put a location relatively close to me in the hood of Sugar, but I kept putting it off, putting it off, until one day the stars aligned and it seemed like the best possible option, a sensation which I admit here and now, in front of teh entired interwebz, that I should not have delayed thusly. Anyway, I had the hot behind, which I thought of in my head as hot bottom, for whatever reason, finally, along with the fries. Coke Zero on tap is good, but this place is a bit jarring. It's very clean inside, borderline sterile, with white plastic and chrome, and quite modern looking, almost like a futuristic video game rather than an actual restaurant, and there is a kiosk with a bunch of iPads on it, where you do the ordering and paying. At that point, you obtain a numbered table tent thing and find somewhere to park thine ass until the food comes to you. Clearly, speed is not the goal here. I found this process a bit off-putting, truth be told, but I didn't come here for the dining experience or ambiance, but to get the grub and bail. I've probably put this off long enough, but, for all the hype...we ultimately have something where I was sort of dazzled by their treatment of the fries, which were the real star for me. Every time I say that in a review, when it comes in conjunction with something, it generally means the sandwich is junk, but that is not the case here. It's just that the fries were just on another level. As for the sandwich, very slightly heat. The sauce is a creamy one, which isn't ever really going to be crazy hot, and overall, I'd say the sandwich was pretty good, but nothing world shattering. The idea of using thigh meat did give a nice juicy inside and the breading was also excellent flavor-wise, as were the other components, but trying to make thigh meat into a patty caused what I would describe as some textural oddities that I didn't really love. Here's the deal with this. I'm glad I had it. No, it wasn't worth the wait and the sandwich/fries/drink combo was like $20. Since this was something I had earmarked for a while, it was worth doing to check off that box, but I can't say this will be anything approaching regularity for me. As a one-time thing, fine, but it's ultimately too expensive for what was actually delivered for this to become a habit.

I missed the Pretty Bird craze when they first opened downtown, so when I was in the Sugarhouse neighborhood a few weeks ago we decided to swing by and see what we had been missing- my verdict? Not much. ‍ It was a little busy in the store, but ordering seemed to be done primarily through a kiosk, so we stepped up to use that. I couldn't help but notice that it auto-defaulted to include a tip (20% if I remember correctly, but it's been a couple of weeks), which I definitely thought was a little odd for what seemed to be a place that requires very little human interaction. I am all about tipping for service- even stuff like this, but it felt like a big place to start considering how much it cost. Our food did come quickly and I noticed a woman chatting with people and helping families juggling children get silverware and the like, so in that regard the service was good. We didn't interact with anyone other than the person who dropped off our food, though. I ordered the nuggets with medium spice; my partner got them spicy. When we both got our food, I couldn't really tell the difference between the two of them. Like others have mentioned, it's just a dry spice mix, and I'm betting it might work better if the chicken was super hot when they tossed them, but ours were only warm so it just seemed to sit on top of everything. The chicken itself was okay, but not super juicy, so when combined with the spice mix it was just an overall dry piece of chicken. I got the Mexican Corn Salad side, and that was pretty good, but there were tough pieces of corn in the mix so every other bite it was weirdly chewy. The fries were fine, but I am a sucker for a crinkle cut so I'm easy to please on that front. At the end of the day, I just don't think I would choose to come back to Pretty Bird when faced with other choices. Based on other reviews, it looks like the sandwich is the star here, but I'm not willing to drive out of my way to try it, especially when I would be passing plenty of other tasty chicken restaurants on the way.

Still good, but no longer my favorite in Salt Lake. I LOVED Pretty Bird when they first opened downtown, and ate there pretty extensively for the first year before venturing out to try other spicy chicken sandwiches such as Dave's, Howlin' Ray's, and Hattie B's and I'm still chasing that first bite that Pretty Bird used to bring me. Came by and picked up dinner last night, the medium spice chicken sandwiches still hit the spot, but didn't seem as juicy as it used to be. Crinkle fries were better than I have had in the past, was fresh out of the fryer this time, so that was an improvement. Overall, I left feeling just okay about the meal.

My favorite place to eat in the SLC area. I've been to 3 of the locations over the past couple of years. Met one of the owners and she was extremely nice and cordial and explained how her husband came up with the spice recipe. Always a must stop for me when in the SLC area. Love the chicken and the fries are terrific.

The issue that Pretty Bird has is the freshness of the food that they serve. You will likely want something served hot with some hot seasonings, but it falls a bit flat when you get a lukewarm piece of chicken in a box. The actual flavor is phenomenal! The seasonings are flavorful and include some surprise flavors that you won't expect. We got the three piece tenders at the medium spicy level. They look a bit dry since they aren't dripping in fat like other chicken joints but the exterior is crispy and the inside juicy. Also, the sauces are terrific. I just wish they wouldn't hold food so long. Customers will wait for it to be hot hot hot!

Love love love the new location! The only thing that was such a turn off for pretty bird was that singular location with hardly any sitting room, and no space for a line inside (so I always ended up waiting outside) This new location you order exclusively through some iPads and the food gets made pretty quickly. Come prepared to spend a pretty penny though. I think I spent $18 on a chicken sandwich combo. No matter how good the sandwich is (and it's VERY good) I think this is far too much to spend

I love their spices! Best chicken in Salt Lake City Utah! I love eating here! Get the pretty bird sauce!

PERFECTLY COOKED fried chicken with generous portion, on a bun. A little overwhelmed at the ~ $44 price point for two combo meals, having expected something on par with say, Chick filet". Bright, clean, attractive, almost trendy space. Great, fast service. Fries are good. I don't know how they make the sandwich better. The food was good enough that I wouldn't let the price point keep me away. Check it out!!

What kind of business doesn't have a working phone number? Every number I found online either leads to a generic voicemail with no option to speak to a real person or a message in Spanish saying the number is no longer in service. It's incredibly frustrating. No matter how good the food might be, if you can't contact anyone at the business, it shouldn't even be considered a proper business. Reliable communication is basic customer service.

FIVE STAR FIVE STAR FIVE STAR! When I was in town visiting my son I asked where they wanted to eat. Anywhere. When he said here I said it's a chicken sammy place... pick somewhere you wouldn't take yourself ((college age so I wanted to take him somewhere he wouldn't necessarily pay for himself)) and he said this is the place. UMMMMM yes! Best dang chicken sandwich I've ever had. We are a bit picky on our chicken, so many places dry it out. This was thick and DELICIOUS. Their fries are so yummy, too!!! I really enjoy hot wings but I honestly liked the mild one out of all the sandwiches we ordered. Do yourself a favor and try this place!! Worth the price for sure!! The staff was sweet and the food was really fast! And it was extremely clean!

I accidentally ordered the Habenero level for my sandwich. Delicious, but wayyyy to spicy for me to stomach. Ian helped me out and was so accommodating, they made sure I left with a sandwich I could fully enjoy. Very kind and very speedy service, thank you much to him!

For some reason I was craving a chicken sandwich and started looking at places around me on YELP. Well, this place popped up and looked delicious so my husband and I drove down to grab dinner. The place is crazy clean with the kitchen bigger than the sitting area.. this tells me they are serious about food! They had tablets set up to order when you come in... not sure why this wasn't more seating area and the ordering moved to a website? We only ordered the sandwich since the fries looked only ok... and seriously guys... make onion rings!!! But the sandwich was stellar!! Very big too. We got the hot level chicken sandwich ... very good amount of heat without being too much. Definitely stop by this place... very good!

Gotta love this place. Super fast service, they even figured how to decide our fingers order so that some were hot and some no heat. Gotta warn ya though, I like hot stuff and this was not edible for me. I would buy the sandwich. That sandwich is much better, you should order the sandwich

Pretty bird has some of the prettiest fried chicken sandwiches I've ever seen. I love how they pile their sandwiches high with red cabbage, pickles and lots of sauce. The chicken is tender and flavorful! I ordered the smaller version of their fried chicken sandwich with fries and it was plenty of food for me. I like the sauce and it really added to the sandwich. The restaurant itself is fun and inviting. The staff are friendly and helpful as well. I am not a huge fan of crinkle cut fries because they are never very soft but they did taste good.

Really good chicken and the BEST crinkle cut fries I've ever had! I had heard that the sandwiches were big, so my husband and I shared a combo meal and cut the chicken sandwich. I can't handle spicy food, so we decided on "mild" seasoning. I wish we went with "no seasoning" because the mild had a kick for me (I know, I'm a wimp!) Overall: The sandwich was good, the chicken was crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. Im not much for coleslaw, but it was a nice addition to the sandwich along with their sauce. Their crinkle fries were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside! I'm not a fan of undercooked fries, so these were perfect, fully-cooked and crispy! I liked that you can see everyone working in the kitchen as they were prepping your food. It was all very fresh. I will say: It's very expensive for my taste, and they charge you for fry sauce, which is kind of lame to me. I don't know when I would come back, but it was tasty!
