#sweetnessbakeshop after trying for weeks to get in contact with Yami, multiple emails, no response, went to the store twice to try & speak with her & nothing. After a third attempt, still no response from the owner, we were finally able to place an order for 1 cupcake with an employee. During a second attempt to pick up, (because when we first went at our scheduled pick-up time it was not there) 1. we were told the fondant was ruined in transport to the shop from the owners house. 2. The cupcake is incomplete, it's missing a #1, that they broke & at the shop they could not fix it. We've loved #sweetnessbakeshop & have ordered for all our functions, but we will no longer be customers!
