Pretty Sweet Bakehouse

Love the cake n shake and the little shot desserts tres leche is my favorite. Had coffee here twice and didn't like it either time. Its super cute bakery shop and the staff is nice. If you get the chance try the speciality shakes it's honestly amazing especially the cake n shake as I mentioned earlier.

I ordered a cake from Sweetness for my baby shower. The consultation went seemingly well, and the owner seemed passionate about making my cake. The cake did not come out quite as pretty as I had expected but I consoled myself with the fact that it would be delicious. Well there was two layers and two different flavors, the top was barely flavored and had the wrong filling per the description, which claimed to have fresh strawberries (there were none in my cake) and the bottom layer was supposed to be chocolate chip but they gave me plain vanilla. I was very dissatisfied after paying $160 for an ugly cake in the wrong flavors.

Please keep up the amazing work! I send out a package of sweets every once in a while to my good friends and major clients for work. I love hearing that it put a smile on their faces but made their sweet tooth happy too. All my competitors send customers the same stuff, basic pastries or coffee from a local bakery which doesn't take much effort or thought but something from sweetness is unique and shows that they aren't just a stop at some random bakery on the way to meet with them. Also for any holidays or functions where everyone is bringing something to eat I always love being the one who has the one item on the table that sticks out like a sore thumb as being the best item by far there. I normally spend most the party answering questions from people after they have tried it as to where I got it from. Even though I am tempted to say a little white lie and say I made it lol I always am proud to say my friends at Sweetness made it for me. Sweetness isn't just a bakery you go to around the corner, they are a place you are happy to go to because of how they make you feel. From the first time you are there as a customer when they first meet you, they make sure you know your appreciated as a customer and are welcome as a friend not just customer. My friends and I joke about it being the "Cheers" of Miami where everyone knows your name. I hope they grow large enough to eventually be a restaurant because it is a place I would definitely want to go have a sit down dinner after a long week. Thank you so much for such a brilliant gifting idea, delicious menu, friendly service and again, keep up the amazing work! You're fantastic!

I was excited to get cupcakes for my son's birthday. The ones I purchased and sampled prior to ordering were delicious. I ordered 6 dozen cupcakes. Unfortunately some were done incorrectly, 20% of the cupcakes were missing the decorations which were part of the flavoring. The incorrectly made cupcakes did not taste as well, what a huge dissappointment. I didn't notice the mistake until we were serving them at the party, it was too far to return to the bakery. I called the same day of the party to let them know I was dissatisfied and all I was told was "sorry about that" and a lot of excuses as to why they were done incorrectly. I asked to speak to the manager or the owner, I was told neither were available but they would let them know I wanted to speak with them. I'm still waiting for a call 3 months later. Very poor customer service experience.

Wow! What a fantastic Bakery Shop. I can't get over all the delectable treats this shop has to offer. She even sells Ice Cream! A good size establishment. there is room for seating inside and there is seating outside.

Delicious treats and a warm and friendly staff. And those mini doughnuts - YUM!

#sweetnessbakeshop after trying for weeks to get in contact with Yami, multiple emails, no response, went to the store twice to try & speak with her & nothing. After a third attempt, still no response from the owner, we were finally able to place an order for 1 cupcake with an employee. During a second attempt to pick up, (because when we first went at our scheduled pick-up time it was not there) 1. we were told the fondant was ruined in transport to the shop from the owners house. 2. The cupcake is incomplete, it's missing a #1, that they broke & at the shop they could not fix it. We've loved #sweetnessbakeshop & have ordered for all our functions, but we will no longer be customers!

Stopped by to pick up a birthday cake for mom. Wanted to get a special cake for her and not a supermarket cake. Was very disappointed with the vanilla cake from Sweetness. The cake was very dry and in the middle was 3 inches of hard, dry frosting. Not impressed and disappointed with my cake :-(
