This is truly the best coffee I’ve ever had. Astha is exceptional — every time I visit, she prepares an outstanding cup. As a self-confessed coffee enthusiast, I genuinely appreciate the consistency and quality she delivers.

I always order from this shop on Uber Eats whenever I miss authentic Italian products, and it never disappoints. The variety is fantastic, offering everything from fresh pasta to regional delicacies that bring back memories of home. While it’s a bit pricey, it’s comparable to other Italian suppliers, and the quality more than justifies the cost. I love being able to enjoy the true flavors of Italy from the comfort of my home in London, and I’ll definitely keep ordering whenever I need a reminder of Italy’s amazing tastes!

Was ok Dissapointed twice by the cakes. Inconsistent. Sometimes dry and tasteless sometimes moist and enjoyable. For the price it is not worth the risk of not knowing what you'll get. So much produce so maybe old times left out. Not sure why they are being served or atleast discount day old items. Big plus they have a variety of almond flour/ coconut flour cakes however.

My favourite snack and coffee place. I recommend the pistachio arancina (£4.90). Cheesy, buttery, golden nomnoms. You can take it away or get it heated and eat in then and there. There are seats inside and out (about 20-30?) and you can always find seats here. Their coffee is great! I think around £3.

I love this place and their lasagna. Its an italian grocery shop but you can also buy freshly made food like lasagna, cheese, meat etc. Option to eat inside or outside. Price average for London. Many lasagna options with at least 3 veggie. Not sure if this place has bathrooms but I dont think so.

Everything was top quality and I really appreciated the ladies telling me about some lesser known but exquisite products. Just brilliant! The cakes are great!

I been shop from this place for more than one year, but lately the quality of the service at the counter isn’t good. The meat is terribly sliced and the was how it’s packed even worse. I don’t mind to spend 10/12£ for a good prosciutto but as I paid for a service I do expecting a standard. My husband bought 2 days ago 200g of prosciutto cotto, and when I opened at home was not inviting at all, the pork has been killed for a second time. It’s embarrassing to see a person providing a service with such a lack of professionalism and respect not just for the customer but for the food. Used to be very different with the previous staff.

Oh this place is just fabulous. Their lasagne is the best I've ever had. Anywhere, including Italy. Their Italian cheeses should be in heaven, the Gorgonzola is about as perfect as it can be. Only dissapointment was that they serve coffee in cardboard cups! They wouldn't get away with that in Bologna, Flotence or Rome and it lets them down a bit.

Best Italian deli in London! You can find amazing vegetables, fruits, cheese, hams and lots of unique Italian products.

I was to the Westbourne Grove Shop But the Prices of the food is too Expensives almost the triple of the price you have in italy and also most of the items are without price and everytime you need to ask the price to the sales assistant so i don't thinl i will go to buy food again and Customer Services Is Too Poor .

Italian products are excellent. Customer service is slow. Sometimes I do not feel the warmth of Italians when I enter the shop I am afraid.
