The 10 Best Restaurants in Fort Lauderdale Beach in Broward County | Eater Miami
"This Pittsburgh-bred joint has gained its reputation for serving piled-high sandwiches with fresh-cut fries inside them. But, in Fort Lauderdale and on the beach, its pizza by the slice–available 24 hours – is a lightly sauced, fresh dough winner. Bring cash as no credit cards are accepted."
Primanti Brothers is a local favorite and just minutes from Turtle Nest Bungalow, making it incredibly convenient for our guests. If you’re searching for something close to a true New York–style slice of pizza, this is the place. They’re cash only and open 24 hours, which makes them perfect any time of day. They also serve some of the best breakfast sandwiches in Fort Lauderdale. One of our favorite tips? Grab a whole pie and bring it right across the street to the beach. From their famous sandwiches to classic pizza, we — and our guests — absolutely love Primanti Brothers.

Came here for a late night meal. Delicious food that hits the spot after a long day in Ft Lauderdale. I enjoyed the food here more than the Primanti Bros in Pittsburgh.
Open 24 hours.

The Pitts-burger and like sandwiches are amazing and very reasonably priced. We went back for dinner and ordered a pizza and that was amazing as well. Great service too

Love the pizza here and the fact that it is by the beach. Good ole classic cash is king here. The pizza slices are super fresh and fairly portioned and big. The pepperoni is my favorite. I have been here many times through the years.

I walked in hungry, and left stuffed! Came in looking for a slice or two of pizza, saw the sandwich menu, and decided to go with their signature, which was a good choice. It was stuffed with slaw and fries and meat all between thick bread. In my opinion, it needs a sauce or cheese, but hey, it's an award winning sandwich so it must be doing ok.
