"Forum has long been an institution of deluxe Cantonese fare in Hong Kong. Its first outpost in Beijing is helmed by Chef Lee who perfected his skills throughout his career of over 30 years. The menu offers many of the same dishes as its Hong Kong flagship, such as sauteed lobster with crab meat and pigeon egg that boasts velvety texture and briny-sweetness. The signature fried rice packs rich wok hei whereas braised abalones are not to be missed." - Michelin Inspector

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Ultra luxurious and heritage hotel. Located very close to prominent tourist attractions. Tianmen Square, Forbidden city, National Art Museum, Wanfujing street.||The room had great views of street and the business centre. It's located just opposite National Art Museum metro station..Line 8 which was well connected to all the tourist attractions.||The room was very neat, had thr heritage look and feel. The hotel lobby is grand and luxurious.|The restaurant offered international and Chinese local cuisine for breakfast. However had very least vegetarian and Indian food.|The staff also didn't understand English. When I asked for Coffee in a takeaway cup, they gave me an empty Cup.| However the staff at the reception were very helpful especially the concierge who helped me to translate and write the metro station lines on a piece of paper because of which I used the metro very extensively for my commute.||If one wishes to visit the tourist attractions of Beijing then stay on this Street and this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at Empark Prime Hotel Beijing (March 2025). The location is fantastic, just across the road from Exit B of the National Art Museum of China metro station on line 8, making it super convenient for getting around the city. It’s also within walking distance to Wangfujing street. The service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly understanding and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. When we weren’t feeling well, they even provided free food, which was such a kind gesture. The lobby was very impressive—beautifully designed, spacious, and had a true five-star feel. It also smelled amazing, which made it even more welcoming. The room itself was great - spacious, clean, and with a nice view. It was a comfortable and relaxing space to return to after a long day of exploring. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, outstanding service, and luxurious atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at the Empark Prime Hotel Beijing! The rooms are not only beautifully designed but also spotlessly clean—you can really tell how much attention to detail goes into everything.||The hotel’s restaurants are fantastic, and the food is on another level. Every meal we had was just incredible.||The location couldn’t be better—it’s perfect for exploring Beijing, with easy access to all the main sights. Whether you’re here for sightseeing or business, it’s the ideal place to stay.||But what really makes this hotel special is the warmth and kindness of the staff. I’ve rarely experienced such genuine hospitality. A huge shoutout to Ella and Richard, who went out of their way to help us with everything. Their friendliness and dedication made our stay even more special.||Honestly, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It’s hard to imagine a place being run any better. We’ll definitely be back!

Our stay at the Empark Prime Hotel Beijing was absolutely outstanding! The rooms are beautifully designed, incredibly clean, and offer a luxurious atmosphere. Every detail is well thought out, making it a truly comfortable experience. The hotel also boasts excellent restaurants, and the food is of an exceptionally high standard—every meal was a delight. The location is perfect for exploring Beijing, with easy access to all the major sights. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, it’s an ideal base to discover the city. What truly makes this hotel stand out, however, is the warmth and kindness of the staff. Their hospitality is second to none, and I have rarely experienced such genuine care. A special thank you to Ella and Richard, who went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. This hotel is simply exceptional—a perfect example of how a hotel should be run. I can only give my highest recommendation and would return in a heartbeat!

The hotel is near all attractions. 20 mins walk to forbidden city and 15 mins walk to Wangfujing street where major shops, restaurants and malls are. |The rooms are nicely decorated large windows and good size. Service is not up to the best quality. There is no 24H room service - we arrive late and by 0:15 mins asked for a sandwich to be delivered to the room to be told that room service has already finished; we had to carry our own bags (which is ok, but would not expected that at a 5* hotel); there was a 10 mins waiting queue for breakfast; on our first breakfast we were told that the reservation only included one breakfast, I told them I would pay for the other and still it was very difficult to convinced them to do pay for the extra one (even considering that we have had a deposit one our credit card for the stay). All and all it was a good price stay, for a real 5* experience they need to do some extra work…

Hotel is new and clean. friendly and approachable staff. Location is fantastic. There is a subway station (line 8) just opposite the hotel. Line 8 can bring us to all major sightseeing spots which is fantastic. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay for us.

Room is good and got slippers and all personal hygiene supplies. Bottle water supplies daily and everything marks with $ requires to pay including drinks in the fridge. Concierge advised us in advance. Good: spacious, clean, quiet and very convenient just 1 min walk to subway National Art Museum station for route number 8 Bad: bath tub in the middle makes it inconvenient to use the washroom and air conditioning not available due to low temperature outside but room is at 25-26 degree

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to check out on time and requested a 30-minute extension via phone. The front desk promptly accommodated my request and even extended it to an hour. The hotel is easily accessible by public transport, the room was clean (though the minibar had limited complimentary offerings), and the overall experience was excellent, including the breakfast selection.
