Prime Hotel Beijing

Very convenient location, lots of shopping malls and attractions nearby. Service was great, parcels and packages bought are well kept by the concierge and deliveries will be sent up directly by a robot to the room. Room is big and spacious however cleanliness can be further improved. on.

We had a fantastic experience with Empark! The hotel was clean, staff were helpful and polite and amenities were excellent. The room was comfortable, spacious and had a pleasant smell, no cigarette smell at all. Hank, who arranged for our airport pick up and drop off was extremely organised, replying right away to our enquiries and very helpful. He even went above and beyond to arrange for a private transfer. We are so happy with our stay and will be back when we visit Beijing next time!

Probably the best hotel you can choose for your stay in Beijing. The location is excellent! The rooms are spacious, very clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pool was a bit cold for us, but that’s really complaining at the highest level :) Overall, a fantastic choice!

Empark Prime hotel is a wonderful hotel which is well located for you to visit main attractions in Beijing. There is a subway/metro station just right in front which makes commuting a breeze. For Muslim travellers, there are a number of halal eateries within 5-10 min walk to hotel. Dongsi mosque is also nearby. Staff are very professional and able to communicate easily in English. Hotel amenities are new and lobby is understated but chic. It is such a welcoming and lovely place to be after a long flight or a long day out in Beijing. Room here is nicely decorated , very comfortably sized and comes with a spacious bathroom. Unfortunately there is no bidet in the toilet.

My stay at Empark Prime Hotel – Wangfujing was truly exceptional. The hotel is very clean, well-located, and close to major attractions. The service was outstanding from check-in to check-out.I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Khalid Mohammed, the supervisor, for his remarkable attention to detail and his genuine care in helping us with everything we needed. His professionalism and kindness truly elevated our experience. Many thanks to him and the entire team.I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

All is good except the following 2 points which I would like to mention:1. The room aircon is like centrally controlled. During the stay, I felt warm at times 2. There is only one panel of door that is shared by the shower area and the bath tub area. Meaning if you are either in the shower or bath tub area, there is always an area which is not covered and opened while you are having a bath. Therefore cool air from the room will make you feel cold while showering.

The hotel was amazing and our stay was so pleasant because of their great hospitality and services. The staff was so helpful and kind. They provided us a late check out without any fees. The location is great; as it’s close to everything, and the metro station and bus stops are just a few meters away. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable stay, it’s my second stay in the city. The whole environment is very comfortable & home like. The housekeeping lady is extremely nice, who gave me a lot of water just for making sure I stay hydrated due to the windy weather in BJ. Very sweet! The hotel location is super, close to forbidden city and every must-seeing sites in BJ. If it’s your first time in the city, here’s definitely the hotel for you.
