I went here a couple years ago and it was pretty good. They appear to be under new management and now it's terrible, unfortunately. Ordered roast beef sub and waited like 10 minutes. No sandwich, but none of the guys in the kitchen seemed to be working on it - all 6 dudes were just talking to each other not really doing anything. I asked them where my sandwich was and they seemed like it was the first they had ever heard about it. They made it really quick and it was supposed to be hot roast beef but it was cold and there was very little sauce on it. I asked for tomatoes, pickles, and onions and got no tomatoes and barely any of the other two. Bummer it used to be a good place to get a classic roast beef sandwich. Oh well, won't be back.

Traveling through the Bedford Airport, we were recommended this place. The food was excellent! It definitely hit the spot and got us through the rest of our late evening. The food selection was great, and you can tell this place is just a local favorite. The staff was friendly and very helpful in helping us make a decision. They were even nice enough to bring our food out to us! I will certainly be coming back given the opportunity again when in town.

Ordered Italian hero had very little deli meat maybe 2 slices of each with lots of bread. Ordered spicy fries had too open four packets of ketchup for the fries no bottles of ketchup on site. Service was good tho.

No stars are deserved. Went two days in a row, hoping it was anomaly. Just maybe the day before was a 'bad day'. Nope, wrong. First Day I got the tuna sub...it was awful, dry, no taste. Today, I had the roast beef. Even worse than the tuna. I won't be back. It use to be a decent place to go.

I will NEVER order from this place again! I ordered,(the day before I needed the order) 8 pizza's and a "Catering" size salad with extra dressing to be delivered at 11:45. On the day the order was to be delivered, I called at 11:57 asking where my order was. It HAD NOT left yet!!!!! My order arrived just over a half an hour late. When it arrived, some of the pizza's where not cooked through. The salad was not put together, it came in separate containers. The dressing for a catering size salad = 8 small containers with lids, around 2 oz size. This order is for a business which doesn't have extra salad dressings or containers big enough to through together a salad.

Usually a kids meal comes with at least 4 wings there’s had about 3 small ones. I also ordered a salad and they gave me a small amount of dressing I couldn’t eat my whole salad because there was only enough for about half. The food was expensive and they charged me over 3$ for chicken on my salad and there were only a few small pieces. But the food was good!

I ordered a chicken kabob salad, as I have done in the past. This time, instead of freshly cooked chicken meat, it was like cold, preseasoned, precooked crappy chicken.....like those Perdue shortcut things. It was very lousy. They also didn't give me even half the dressing a salad like this would call for. It was dinner time and we were the only people in there eating. What the frig? This place used to be the best. Now it blows. Not going back, ever.

New England favorites done well at reasonable prices, the roast beef sandwich is a year round winner and they always give you more fries than you can eat. No atmosphere, so what.
