Prime Pizza Grill & Tandoori

I work across the street and my coworkers and I have order from Prime many times. The food is delicious, the portions are huge, the prices are reasonable, the menu variety is fantastic, and the customer service is amazing! Thank you Mr. Sam for always taking care of us!

I've had the paneer Tikka masala pizza twice from this place and not only was it phenomenal, but the price just could not be beat. The pizza is loaded with toppings and you really get your money's worth. Their fries are great and their mango lassis are tasty. With their prices and quality, I will continue coming back over and over.

Absolutely enjoyed everything! The service and kindness of the staff was great! I got the tandoori chicken and lamb was so tasty and flavors of India that I love. My absolute fave was the spinach wow just melts in your mouth! Great place to order from with a variety of selections. My daughter got wings which teenager loves while I have what I want! Highly recommend!

Alert!!! Zero stars for the worst pizza as there is no option to give a 0 so giving 1 star. This restaurant uses Indian dish names but serves Pakistani-style food instead, which is misleading. They also add an excessive amount of red food coloring, which can cause health issues. Don’t be fooled by the photos the food quality is nothing like what they show. Chicken is raw not even cooked properly including the kabobs.

Mom n Pop spots like this are hard to come by in the dmv! The store owner was extremely hospitable, and made sure I was able to get some additional sauces. All of the Indian fusion pizza looked great! I ended up going with the butter chicken pie extra spicy. And I definitely recommend it to anyone who likes pizza and Indian cuisine.

This restaurant is not really set up for diners (number of tables) to sit and eat. It is better set up for ordering take-out, or easier, delivery. But the food is VERY GOOD. Highly recommend the shrimp curry. I keep trying to remember to try other offerings, but the shrimp curry is SOOO good!!!!

We had to find someplace to eat while jiffy lube fixed our car and the recommended this place. The owners are very pleasant and the food was awesome. I was with my son so we just got pepperoni pizza, but the curry smelled amazing and I’ll definitely be back to try it!

YUM!! I was really impressed with the quality of the ingredients in their food. I’ve eaten onion rings and pizza at hundreds of places over the years but this place stands out. The dough recipes in both the pizza and onions rings were magnificent and rich in flavor. All the toppings tasted fresh. I just found a new favorite place to eat. I haven’t tried the Indian food yet but plan to. I’m sure it’ll be as impressive as my other entrees. Bonus is that you get a free cat bed with any pizza order (see the attached photo).

In the past 6 months, this has been my go-to place for pizzas, wings, and quick Indian-fusion food. Everything that we've ordered were good and quality of food is consistent. Service is always good here. PS: Chicken tikkka masala pizza is AMAZING! If you're adventurous, try it.

Remember when pizza was really good? I gave up buying pizza over 10 years ago because it was never as good as I remembered it being. Then, I was offered a free piece at work. Now I have a predicament. I can't decide if I'm happy to have finally found a pizza that's even better than the amazing pizza from my memories or mad that I found a pizza that's even better than the pizza from my memories. Seriously people, it's worth the trip! Good enough that it doesn't even need toppings if you don't want them. I never liked plain cheese pizza, even as a kid! It's honestly that good. Btw, I retired this Friday. Guess what I treated myself to?

this place goes by a few names on delivery service sites... I guess to highlight their various specialties. So I tried their Pizza and Wings, pretty good. A tad more expensive than normal prices, probably to offset the expense of halal meats.. would definitely order more often if there was a discount or coupon. I also tried their Desi offerings. I really enjoyed their butter chicken. I can't remember what else I tried, but I do recall being very happy. Maybe it was a mango lassi. Also delivery didn't take very long either. Props to that. However, they emphasize their desserts online even by going by Prime Desserts for the same address. I was excited to try different cake flavors. While diverse and not just the regular pizza place desserts (mango mousse or pistachio creme anyone?).. I was very disappointed that my cakes were still frozen when delivered. Well we can't Judge a Pizza & Tandoor place by its cakes I guess. So 4 stars for Pizza and Tandoor items. Very good, if not slightly over priced. To get to 5 Stars I'll need to try more. Too bad I'll have to wait til Payday for another $65 order :)

The pizza is excellent here. There was a generous amount of cheese. More than a lot of other places. There was a buttery garlic coating to the outside crust. The crust is not too doughy but not crispy either. The pie was served piping hot. The owner is a very friendly guy. Overall i would say this pizza is better than well known chains.

I came here for a t-mobile promotion. Well, T-Mobile Tuesday rewards got it wrong! T-Mobile rewards offered a pizza deal as a part of Entertainment discount. Prime is no longer participating. So after a bit of back and forth about how "it was just offered" and "we are not a part of that" Mr. Sam say he would honor the deal. Let me tell you!!! We ordered two small pizzas and drinks. Excellent, delicious and FRESH!!!! Thank you Mr Sam!!! We left please and full! I will be back to try the various Indian cuisine Prime Pizza offers!! Prime Pizza and Grill is a small hidden gem across from the new Kaiser off Minnieville Rd. Go, give it a try!!! Glad I did!!!

I have been here a few times pizza is decent but this time i ordered buffalo wings to go and when i got home they were just plain wings no sauce. I was late and they were closed by that time. In addition they are very pricey for the amount of food you get.

Absolutely rude, lacking of class and or manners. Not worth having to argue with someone when ordering over-priced mediocre food.

Definitely one of the better pizza places in the area. My husband really enjoyed it a lot. This just might be our new go to pizza spots now. We got the meat lovers pizza and it did not disappoint. Loaded with tons of meat and the meat to cheese ration was perfect.

I really love the food here and usually the people are really nice and polite but today for some reason I called and wanted to make an order over the phone and the person that answered my call was extremely rude. Told me that he is resting and to call back in 30 minutes and he would take my order And I was like never mind. I will just take my business somewhere else that is very unprofessional and I did not deserve to be treated the way I was. all I wanted to do was order some food which I do often when I'm down in that area.

Here for my sandwich fix! Love the their smoked turkey sandwich so very good! Definitely better than subway any day! So much cheaper than going though Grubhub because they charge you extra for added veggies when you come in they don't! Which is always a plus less money spent right? Have them 4-stars because of the prices they have on the display are not accurate. I order a MED mozzarella sticks which in the display it states $3.99. But when I got my receipt it stated they were $4.99. When I saw this I let them know and was told the "prices went up". So I stayed well y'all need to update the display because customers don't know that. I was refunded the $1 so I can't complain to much. But just in the future if prices are different make sure they are correctly displayed because how would customers know? I problem wouldn't have gotten them if I knew I'd the price change...

This is hands down my favorite takeout spot in Woodbridge. Their pizza is delicious and their Indian food is superb. My boyfriend's family is Indian and they can vouch that the Indian food is delicious, authentic, and can be customized to different spice levels. Do not skip out on this small but amazing takeout spot!!

The service from this company has improved immensely since last year I wrote my review. The food had always been tasty, and now the service compliments it. Nice turn around!

Delicious, fresh tasting Indian food!! Tried this place for the first time today, husband wanted to try their 'house special' of chicken korma. We had garlic naan with the chicken korma which was amazing!! We also ordered the samosas, which were excellent, and a Hawaiian pizza for good measure. Lol!! The service was friendly and fast. Everything was very good, great experience overall and we are definitely going back to try more.

This place was a nice surprise for delivery. I ordered through Uber eats and got pizza for the kids and butter chicken, gyro for the adults. I am very impressed with their menu. Everything was great and I will be ordering from here regularly.

Not from the area but we stopped here for a little dinner during our travels to Georgia. The staff was absolutely delightful; friendly, courteous, and good conversation. We got pizza and chicken wings. We're from New York so you know how we are about that. It was absolutely delicious and at great prices. I hope they get support from their community! Great food, great people, great service! Highly recommend!

Omg! goodness gracious! What can I say! The guys were so friendly and the food quantity was allot it's all worth the money, he hooked up my salad , it was so delicious also the chicken vindaloo and the spaghetti, me and my friend enjoyed every bite! So yes get on down there, you'll love it!

We finally made it for lunch We opted for the Indian menu and were thrilled. The food is made to order. Everything we ordered was delicious. The owners were a delight to visit with. Will be back.

Got 2 pies. I hawaiian and 1 meat lovers. I was very happy with dough/sauce/topping ratio. I think it was ordered thru the slice app. I did not order it but it seemed fast for a Thursday night.

I'll start off by saying. The food here is good. I tried the chicken supreme pizza, BBQ wings and the garden salad. I was pleased with everything I've tried. Unfortunately their delivery service is HORRIBLE! I ordered from them via the Eat24 app (which I love). It took almost 2 hours and 2 phone calls (one from me and one from Eat24) to find out what happened to my order. We both were told that the driver will be there in 10-15 minutes. Mind you I called first then waited 20 minutes before contacting Eat24. Just as I was about to cancel my order there was a knock on the door. My food was hot and fresh. If I ever order from here again I will go pick it up. Hopefully the wait won't be as long.

Food took long to come, but it was worth it!! The rice was cooked perfectly compared to other places, the meat was tender and juicy, and the service was amazing! Would visit again

The worst customer service I've ever experienced.... My wife made an order through Grub Hub and after an hour waiting the food was never delivered, when we called to asked what was the status of the food he stated it was delivered already. When we insisted that we didn't received the food he insinuated that we were lying, got aggressive with her on the phone and was very disrespectful to include telling my wife to go F$$k herself that they don't like GrubHub anyways... We immediately called Grub Hub to report the situation when we heard a knock on the door with the delivery guy telling us that if we didn't take the food he was going to get fired... So, not only do they have the worst customer service but they threaten their delivery guys. We will never order from this establishment... **The worst customer service** Employees very Disrespectful**

Today I was bored, hungry, and lazy. Fortunately as I browsed the internet I discovered Prime Pizza and Grill accepts online orders. Feeling adventurous despite the three adjectives above, I placed an order for a great deal of food. They had a special of 1 large pizza with 3 toppings, one pasta dish, 10 wings, and 2 liter of soda for like 23 smackers. Smelling a deal I went with it. First the pizza: as always I went with the standard peperoni to see how they turn out this classic. The pizza looks very similar to Papa Johns when you first open the box. I think what many would consider a plus. The sauce tasted a little too tomato-ey for my taste but otherwise nice. The pepperoni had good flavor and added just the right amount of salt. The cheese was nothing special. I did enjoy that when I got to the crust it had a nice airy-ness and chew to it. Now onto the wings. These wings were most likely deep fried. IE: the proper way to cook wings. Am I certain no, but I'd wager a bet. The sauce on the wings were interesting, there were chunks of garlic in it, which was nice, and a subtle asian flavor I couldn't put my finger on. I'd have to eat this again to decide exactly what I think of them, but the results are leaning towards the positive side. I also got lasagna which I have yet to try. Will update the review once I do. Oh and the orange Crush soda, really brought back some childhood memories.

Great freshly cooked food and new 'in store' computer ordering if you prefer maintaining your distance. Friendly and courteous service along with a good variety of food selections. Definitely a true gem!

It's been awhile since I've been here, but hubby wanted to stop. We went into establishment to order. we got the large Greek pizza. Was very impressed. Last visit was sandwiches and they were horrible, but this pizza was very good!

It saddens me to write this, because I have ordered from here in the past and it was good. I ordered DoorDash, and got a Sprite, the butter paneer, extra rice, cheesecake, and raita. The whole reason I ordered was for the Sprite, which I didn't get. The cheesecake was old and COMPLETELY frozen, like I couldn't get a fork in it. It had different colors on it, which is how I know it's old. The raita was so salty, I couldn't eat it. The paneer had no flavor, and the sauce was super sweet, but was sour and tasted off. The rice had absolutely no flavor. After taking a bite of everything, my stomach started to hurt. I can say the preparation was fast, and the food arrived hot. DoorDash was kind enough to refund my money, and I got On The Border, it was great. If you want Indian food, I would pay the extra $2 on Ubereats, and order from Raaga Tandoor in Burke. Ubereats will deliver to Woodbridge.

Delivery has never taken more than 1 hour, even on a busy Friday/Saturday night. When it's a slow time you never wait more than 30 minutes for your pizza. 5. I never thought I'd see the day where there's a place in Woodbridge that has both pizza and Indian food :D I've been ordering from here a couple of years now and it's always been solid. Seriously the creation of this restaurant has helped my boyfriend and I avoid many "where do we order tonight" battles because we can both win here. I'm a lover of Indian food (being Indian, naturally) and my boyfriend is a lover of pizza (being...a pizza lover, naturally :/) and this place does a pretty good job of satisfying those cravings. Pretty much all of their Indian food is decent, but I'm a fan of the Chicken Tikka Masala, Fish Curry, Chana Masala, and their naan is good too! Boyfriend always get the pepperoni pizza, also solid. They've always been super friendly and have had great customer service. If anything is ever late or if they're out of something, they call to let us know. And...huge plus...they always make my food SUPER crazy spicy, just the way I like it :)

Prime has a very good above average pizza with very good calzones. We order take-out around 4-5 times a week and Prime gets our business regularly. They got very good specials online a d quick delivery. Delivery driver is friendly and polite. Recommended for sure

This place just opened up down the street from us, so we decided to give it a try tonight. We picked up a menu from them yesterday, and decided to give them a try tonight. Now, I've tried a few pizza places around here, and I have often been disappointed. A lot of the pizza has been sub par, and I'll admit I'm a bit picky with my pizza and my subs (particularly coming from the Allentown, PA area where I feel we have EXCELLENT pizza and sub places). We ordered a medium three topping pizza, ten buffalo wings and a steak and cheese sub. The pizza was actually quite good... the sauce was not too sweet and the crust was tasty (kind of like Vocelli Pizza). The buffalo wings were decent, and you can get them in five different styles. We got ours medium, and they were quite good (you've got issues if you mess up Buffalo Wings). The steak and cheese was also quite good. Now it's not as good as a true Philly cheesesteak, but it's very good quality for what you'll get in the DC area. So I give this place 4 stars. And that is 4 stars relative to the other Pizza and Sub places in Woodbridge and the surrounding area. Now the Pizza is not Papa John's quality and it's not New York quality... but it is quite good for what it is (compared to the area). This can be said for all of the food here. For what it is, it's quite good... and I definitely recommend giving them a try. I was pleasantly surprised.

I have yet to be disappointed by this place. I really love their pizza and how they are very welcoming and hospitable to customers. The restaurant itself, for being new, looks kind of beat up--but since it's just getting off the ground I don't hold anything against that. Very nice little dive, and if you're a gyro lover, GO HERE! Yummmm!! Oh and their pizza is DEEELICIOUS. Especially their meatlover's pizza.

Ordered online on a busy Saturday night. Took just over an hour which is what we were told. I called to check on order at hour mark and they were very nice, apologized and said its busy night, but driver is on way, and he was. We ordered calzone which was very good. A little more dough than I like, but it tasted good, and I loved the marinera. It was huge and made 2 meals. Also ordered 10" pizza which everyone said was good. And an order of wings which everyone really liked. We'll order again.

The service is horrible. I called to ask if they delivered to my area, he said yes. I then had to ask if there was a delivery fee, he said yes it was a five dollar delivery fee. The menu mentions nothing about a five dollar delivery fee. What he does mention is a minimum of $20. TWENTY DOLLARS! This place is unreasonable. AND IT WOULD TAKE 55 minutes to deliver. When I told him that that's ok, but I refuse to pay five dollars to have food delivered, he stated that he could lower the five dollar amount to $2 if I paid a 20% tip. That causad me to not trust them. The guy that answered the phone told me that he needed to clear the line because he has other people calling, which I thought was not very professional or customer service oriented. In fact he ultimately hung up......... Enough said. FOOD: You may have noticed a pattern with all of the online reviews thus far and yelp: the food is good. But kinda of strange that they sell pizza, hamburger, gyros, and Indian food. Rated bad purely on bad customer service.

Very pleased with this place. Ordered three subs which everyone devoured (hot ham and cheese and steak and cheese). A little heavy on the mayo so next time I would specify light mayo. Also ordered meat lovers and veggie lovers pizzas. Both very good. Tasty, fresh and hot. Ordered on a Saturday night and was unexpectedly delivered in 30 minutes! Will definitely order again.

The worst customer service ever. I ordered 2 orders of boneless wings, fries, chicken tenders and cheesy bread for delivery. After an hour and ten minutes of waiting I called and asked what was taking so long, the guy who answered the phone said that the driver left 15 to 20 minutes ago and to give him 10 more minutes. I waited 20 more so i called and asked for them to cancel the order and that I would like a refund. The owner literally screamed at me and cussed me out telling me that i was wasting his money. No, I'm sorry, but YOU are wasting your money. It should never take an hour and 30 minutes to deliver when you tell me its going to take 45 minutes total. I mean look at your reviews and fix the problems. Don't blame the customers, you're obviously doing something wrong.

Chicken Bacon Ranch salad was great and a huge portion. The onion rings were also very good. Prices were great and the delivery was quick. The delivery driver was very nice and ensured I had the correct order before he left.

We have ordered from this restaurant numerous times and never been disappointed. The grilled chicken salad is wonderful. My husband loves the Indian food. Lamb vindaloo is delicious. The dessert selection is surprisingly diverse, sweet potato pie and gulag jamun. The next time you order food for delivery, you will want to check out Prime Pizza Grill and Tandoori.

I was waiting for my food delivery for almost two hours and they never sent it to me, terrible service and the worst thing is that they never answer the phone

Food was great. Their only saving grace. Customer service, however? Horrible! It took an hour and 30 minutes to get to us then they gave us the wrong sandwiches. I called and he asked if I wanted a refund or another sandwich. I said since the first took an hour and 30 best if I got the refund. I never got an apology and he said he'd credit the 6 dollars and promptly hung up the phone. He did not care if we were satisfied or not...upsetting...but, at least the food tasted ok.

First time having their Indian food and I love it. . My tummy is happy and we will definitely be ordering from here again.

I ordered from this restaurant online. Not long before the food was supposed to arrive I get a message saying they are low on drivers to deliver to me and the only way I can receive my food is if I came to pick it up. Just moved and I have workers in my house that I can't leave so now I have to wait another hour to feed my kids. I won't order from them again.
