My family was dining at Society Pie so I snuck over and ordered wings to supplement my meal. I got the 12 bone-in chicken wings which allowed me to choose 2 sauces. I went for the K-Pop and Lemongrass. Their sauced wings have a light crispy coating rolled in a generous amount of sauce with some heat. I thoroughly enjoyed the wings!

Good place to hangout. Great wing menu and drink options. Their happy hour specials are also good.

I recently got a job in the area and prime has become one of my favorite tap rooms. They always have a plenty of great options on tap, some traditional ones and some oddballs and surprises. I am usually lucky enough to have Maria and/or Cydney(not sure if I spelled this right) behind the bar pouring my beer. Both are super nice. I work as a waitress/bartender myself so I’m pretty picky about the places I go to on a regular basis. The vibe is good here. It’s family friendly, but not rowdy. The regulars are fun to talk to, and the atmosphere is welcoming. I’ve had the wings here and the sauces and dry rubs I’ve tried were very good. I need to branch out and try some of their other food as well. They apparently have rice bowls and burgers too. They have cans to go as well, and there’s good and varied choices there too. I can see myself going outside of my neighborhood to visit this spot even if I was no longer working in the neighborhood.

Google
The food is fire and the beer/cider selection is good for my tastes. Me and my partner do a Thursday Brew Day and we’re new to town so this was our first Brew Day in Oregon and they’ve set the bar hella high. Did I mention the food is fire?

Google
Best wings in the area. Unique, delicious sauces and rubs you won't find at the chain joints. Rotating taps and always great selections. Great service when sitting at the bar.

Google
Their tap list is always filled with great selections and they have cbd sodas! Their wings are delicious and the other food options are also great. Only con is that their wing size is inconsistent, so sometimes you have a normal size wings and sometimes they’re tiny, but always tasty!

Been to Prime Tap House a few times now. Parking gets a little wild sometimes, but once you’re inside, it’s smooth sailing. It’s never been too crowded, which means food comes out fast and hot. Chicken and beer.. that’s sort of a love story, right? The chicken menu has a variety of unique flavors. Always crispy and somehow the leftovers stayed crispy the next day. Solid IPA selection to round it all out. I’ll keep coming back as long as I’m in town.

Google
Great selection of brews and ciders on tap! We had the 1/2 lb wings 1/2 lb fries or the "half and half". Fresh and crispy curly fries and deliciously drenched and meaty wings!

Yelp
I absolutely love this place! It was the first restaurant we tried after moving to Oregon, and their beef & broccoli bowl instantly won me over. The late kitchen hours and great beverage selection have made it our go-to spot on Wednesday nights after pickleball. Cheyenne is usually there and always takes incredible care of us--she remembers our favorites, offers great suggestions, double-checks our orders, keeps our table tidy, and patiently waits for us to wrap up before closing. We never even consider going anywhere else. It's always a delicious and enjoyable experience!

Yelp
If your looking for great chicken strips take out style, this is it. they are so tender and breaded perfectly. This became the goto in that area during covid for take out, they are always ready on time and the order perfect every time. we used to have some complicated orders with up to 6 different mains. they are very good at getting it right!

Yelp
Prime Tap House is one of our favorite local spots! Their Asian-inspired wings are incredible -- our top picks are the Bangkok, Furikake, and Salt & Pepper flavors. The beer selection is extensive, and there's always something new to try. We also love that there are games to keep our kids entertained while we wait -- it makes the whole experience fun and relaxed. Dong and Christine have done such an amazing job creating a welcoming, community vibe here. You can tell they care deeply about their food and their guests. Highly recommend Prime Tap House to anyone looking for great wings, great drinks, and a great time!

Yelp
Came here after awhile with some friends and I decided to try something different. I ordered chicken tenders with tater tots. The tots were super good, crunchy, crispy, and it was really nice! I also tried their unique-shaped fries from my friend and they were good too! The chicken tenders were huge! The downside that it was overcooked. My friend and I ordered back to back and hers was way lighter in color and less dry. While mine was a lot darker and very hard. The batter was very dense and overly crunchy. It was quite overcooked so it wasn't chicken 'tender.'

Yelp
Great spot, chill environment, good tap list, lots of sports on TV. Sidewender fries were super good always make sure to get the dry rub/seasoning. Enjoyed the boneless wings and Thai sauce (very much a sweet chili sauce). I will say, ordering is a bit rough and the sauces although good, don't list the flavor combos so it's hard to judge what to try just based off the names. I think adding the flavor profiles to the online menu (cause they ask you order off a QR code) would help a ton. My friend was a lil extra confused and wound up with unseasoned fries cause she thought it was the dry rub for the wings. That's my only caveat and the only reason it was 4 stars instead of 5 I would come back for sure, especially knowing the menu better now.

Yelp
A couple days ago, we visited the Prime Tap House location in Tanasbourne and picked up the 9 pc Salt & Pepper + plain wings with dong sauce. The wings were ready right on time and while waiting, we enjoyed the ambiance of the taphouse. Before we left, we realized that the dong sauce for our wings was missing, which would have been such a bummer - we love the dong sauce! We were able to ask for it before we left. We visit Prime Tap House regularly and the last couple of times, our order has been incorrect and it seems like the size of the wings have shrunk. We remember visiting about a year or two ago and the wings were SO JUICY and the chicken fell off the bone. The size of the wing was also 3x bigger. Our recent visits have been a bit disappointing, but the flavors have always been there! Worth a try!

Yelp
Quick service because you scan barcode and order on your own. I got boneless wings and they were so good. So many options for sauces. Was able to watch basketball and enjoy the vibe.

Yelp
Still great food anytime we have stopped in. So happy to see they have the Brazilian lime aid cider from 19acres. I recently tried it at a Brewfest and fell in love with its refreshing flavor , it's perfect on this warm summer day and doesn't weight you down. The Thai me up flavor boneless wings are tasty and the sidewinder fries with salt&pepper and veggies rock!! The only complaint I have is the ranch here needs some help. It's really hard to find great ranch these days. But there are so many sauces and dry rubs you can choose from to offset the need for the ranch dip. We even grabbed some crowlers of the Brazilian lime aid to go!! I'm so excited.

Yelp
My sister arranged to have all our siblings meet here for the holidays to welcome my brother back from Chicago. This tap house is one of two locations. It is a fairly large space that can accommodate multiple parties. Our family ended up taking up one half of the establishment. It is not full service but ordering food and beer is very easy. You can start a tab at the counter or scan the QR code at each table. Service does take a while but everything is freshly made and well worth the wait. I didn't have any drinks so I cannot speak to that. But the wings in particular are top notch. They are nicely sized and all moist. There are two categories that consist of dry or wet rubs, with a focus on different Asian regions. Out of all the ones we tried, I personally loved the garlic furikake and salt and peppa the most. The garlic one was so flavorful with a nice balance and sweet and savory. The salt and peppa was an exact replica of the traditional salt and pepper squid that is often showcased at Chinese restaurants. The generous amount of jalapeños and onions complimented the wings well. Water and utensils are self serve at the front. The staff deliver your food at the table and occasionally come to pick up your scraps. Plenty of tv's with different football games were spaced out along the length of the tap house. Noise level is moderate depending on how busy it is. They are superior to Buffalo Wild Wings and Wing Stop. Based on the quality and unique variety of wing options alone, I would not hesitate to return in the future.

Yelp
The fries came closest to what I've been craving for all year through pregnancy. The size, the flavor, the crunchiness is just perfect!!satisfying my craving that came all of a sudden for JoJos. And if you have leftovers and they became a bit soft, just warm it up in the air fryer and it'll be crispy and tasty again. I thought their wings were a bit more saltier than I can handle however, this could be based on personal preference so we ordered another time and we asked for lesser dry rub, and if it came with the sauce, we asked for it on the side. On the pricier side and I would say quality is really good so you are paying for what you get. I had to go order both times so I couldn't write on the interior or the ambience for dining Inn on the outside looks pretty chill and a great place for social gathering as it is in its name a taphouse. I do have another favorite place I go to instead when I'm really craving for fried chicken and that Korean fried chicken place is local which also a lot of locations to choose from. I would still probably choose that place over because of they also give you more drumsticks and flats which is in also smaller pieces so it is more easy to grab to eat a lot of and more fair price. 8/10 recommend

Yelp
Delicious wings & fries with unique spices & flavorful sauces. An enjoyable spot to lounge & enjoy some good food & drinks. Easy ordering through QR code or up at the bar. Quick & friendly service too!

Yelp
Can't believe I never been here before. It's within walking distance of my place and I drive by all the time. The Portland Wing Week flavor enticed me to try it out today and wow the chicken wings were so so good! The place is busy and looks like a typical taphouse. Walk in, find a seat. You can order from a QR code that's tied to your table or order at the bar. We opted to sit outside as it was quite noisy and full inside. The menu is Asian inspired, with a focus on chicken wings. I'm not sure what they did but the wings were flavorful and crisp. Even the Portland Wing Week one, which had a Thai green curry sauce on it! The wings were particularly good with a side of sticky rice. Can't comment on the drinks but my dining partner appreciated their selection. We'll be back again and hope to be regulars!

Yelp
First timer and certainly won't be the last time! Went to watch the NFL game with friends and ordered up several appetizers that were all delicious: cauliflower, cheese curds, tofu, 2 types of potatoes and of course local ciders. Atmosphere was relaxing and servers were amazing: friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this place. Thanks!

Yelp
Still a favorite and love bringing friends to try Prime tap house! My go to order: Bangkok wings with side of spicy lemon grass and dirty 'ol buffalo, sticky rice and pickles to add some acidity! So delicious! The cilantro lime vinaigrette makes an excellent dipping sauce for the sticky rice!
google avatar

Clare L.

Yelp
Sooo good! Definitely hit this place during happy hour to snag the best deals. The fried cheese was super fresh, and all the Asian fusion wing flavors were unique and delicious.

Hugo S.

Yelp
Wings were crispy and flavorful. Korean fusion style flavors, and there are plenty to try. Easy to order, nice selection of draft beer. I got the salt and pepper with veggies (green onions,, sliced jalapeños, onions) and the Bangkok, sweet and salty with garlic

Aimee H.

Yelp
Cheyanne is amazing! Such a fun waitress and entertaining for the whole bar with her encyclopedic knowledge of sports. Great service!!

Yelp
I came here a few months ago and had a less than great experience. I left an honest review about what I didn't like. So, I decided to give it another chance because a few friends of mine really liked this place, and they assured me I had just ordered wrong. Fair enough. Upon entering the second time I noticed the tall table under the tv was moved! This was something I disliked on my last visit. Our heads had been almost touching the bottom of the TV and they addressed it! Underneath was a group enjoying their meal conversing easily. Awesome! Service was good. The food we ordered was great. I loved the furikake wings and my Tiger dry rub fries. The Japanese lager from pfriem was a great addition to the meal. It was crisp and delicious! I tried several other wing flavors: Bangkok (this one pushed my limits of fish sauce, which I loved), K-pop, and Killer Bee. All were very good. The coleslaw was great as well. I boosted my original rating by one star because it was a much much better experience than before. I would definitely come back to try it a third time, and maybe more after that. Keep up the good works guys!

Arnab K.

Yelp
The place is busy for a good reason. One can order by scanning a QR code on the table. Believe it or not the drink comes instantly. This happened for all of us on the table. I was amazed. The food is also served quickly. And it tastes good. I cannot think of any reason not to go here and hang out with friends if you are in mood for drinks with some food.
google avatar

Shauna F.

Yelp
Best wings in town. I've actually been going to this place for a few years. They have a great selection of beverages (including non alcoholic) and I appreciate that they have CBD drinks. The food here is amazing...especially the wings. Highly recommend

Yelp
BOOM! This place just may have taken the crown. Thought it was going to be another little pub in a strip mall but it's more than that. The digs are casual, loud and lively. The beer menu impressive and the wings...OUTSTANDING! We ordered 24 with 4 different sauces, split with 2 of us. Think this change the way I order wings and my expectations in the future. My wife got fried tofu with vegetables and rice. My son's wife had shoyu chicken bowl and the grandson had fries, tots and chicken nuggets. The granddaughter ate off everyone's plates. Hope you can tell we had a great time. My kind of five star place! Thanks for the table service too.
google avatar

Aimee P.

Yelp
Still consistently great! Great flavor selection. Lots of Tap options. Seating is great with some games available to help pass the time or try some flights!
google avatar

Tiffany T.

Yelp
The boa buns were quite tasty and I liked the sauce. The chicken strips were big and well seasoned. The food was thoughtfully and well prepared. Perfect for lunch.

John W.

Yelp
Really delicious. I had the Shoyu chicken plate two days in a row while I was in town.

B E.

Yelp
Delish. Excellent service. Clean and comfortable. Wasn't impressed with the chicken tenders but everything else was worth coming back for.

Nephi K.

Yelp
Was our go to. Until my wife started asking for salt n pepper wings. They said they couldn't. Just sprinkle it on after you fry em. Something. My wife emailed them and inquired why they couldn't just do salt n pepper. They responded and said No. This is an example of when you start doing well you start telling faithful customers "No" for the simplest service. We order from this place at least once a week. That stops now. All the best

Jaison D.

Yelp
Great place for food, beer and spend time with your loved ones. The killer bee wings and salt and pepper dry rub was simply great and a must try. It's a great place for wings. Nice and cool ambience and friendly staff.

Jimmie Ray G.

Yelp
First timer!! Big Shoutout to Maria for giving me good food recommendations and quality service. Definitely will be returning. Love their variety of beer options.

Yelp
There's a lot to like about prime taphouse. I really enjoyed the QR code ordering system. It's fast; it's easy and there's essentially no wait if you find a table. The trade-off is cafeteria-style silverware and paper plates. The highlight of course are the wings. And what I really appreciate is the include end winglet. while it doesn't have much meat, some ppl in my family like to gnaw on it. The variety of flavors is also very good from sweet chili all the way to flaming and all again authentic to my palette. The Hillsboro location has ample parking, and frankly it is kind of a hidden gem location. On one particular outing, IMHO they overcooked the sweet potato fries and I simply asked for their opinion, whether they could've taken them out of the deep fryer a little earlier. They were very nice and at one look they agreed, and made me a new batch. I appreciate an establishment that discerns, explains, and then goes and makes it right. Sweet potatoes are tough to get crisp without burning. Price wise very competitive for wings as well. This wings place worth a visit. They have nice sandwiches as well.

Yelp
I've always enjoyed Prime Taphouse, but my most recent visit was very disappointing. Our server, a blonde girl, was rude, she slammed our drinks on the table and didn't acknowledge us when we said "thank you." The interaction felt sassy and unfriendly. After being a regular customer, this left a bad impression, and I don't think we'll be returning.

Yelp
We arrived early on a Friday afternoon and it was totally chill with plenty of places to sit. It looks like they may have expanded recently into the space next door (or maybe it's always been this way), but we took the opportunity to sit on the side without the bar which had several picnic tables and a high top. However the side with the bar includes large colorful murals and TVs, so I might choose to sit on that side during my next visit. To view the menu and order you have to scan the QR codes at your table or you can place your order at the bar. We opted for the former and ordered quite a few items. Since it was our first time here we wanted to try a variety of menu items, so we spent a solid 10 minutes looking through the menu on our phones, lol. We ordered the 24 piece wings (very ambitious), the fries, tater tots, a salad, sticky rice and a bunch of sauces. I also got a pale ale #19 and my husband had sparkling water and soda. Service was fast; our drinks came out really quick. And the staff was helpful. Apparently my husband also ordered a cookie that I was not aware of, but they were out so the bartender promptly informed us and said she'd remove it from the bill. Of everything we tried, our favorite item by far is the salt & pepper wings with veggies. Omg, these are so good - the flavor, texture and temperature were on point! And after eating two of them along with a few veggies & sticky rice, I was already full. Oh yea, and because of the beer. I don't drink beer much anymore but it's a perfect companion to the wings!

Yelp
First timer visiting from cali. When my cousins told me the chef/owner is laos I had to come support my peoples. Great beer selection and cool vibes. Love the asian inspired wing flavors including the dong sauce. If you guys are familiar with crack sauce (asians may be more familiar with this), dong sauce is a must on the side. It had a nice kick to it and pairs well dry rubs. I make this sauce at home too, but I'm gonna have to add ginger and hope it tastes similar! You can also order sticky rice on the side to dip and eat with your wings. Sidewinder Fries $7 with Salt & Peppa (additional $1.50). These had a nice crisp to em and tasted great. Enough to share for four. Food Review Ol Dirty Buffalo: I love Buffalo sauce and this was very savory and zesty. Bangkok: Fish sauce classic, a bit sticky on the hands. Tom Yum: My favorite out of the bunch right behind Buffalo. It was tasty, clean and paired very well with the dong sauce. Only thing is I wish it had a heavier tom yum seasoning or even a sour kick to it. Salt & Peppa with Veggies: Solid with good flavor. Hot Chilli Oil: I love spice, but these were the least liked out of all the flavors I tried. It was topped with chilli oil and eh a bit overwhelming. Can't remember what beers I had, but they were all solid. If you're unsure, you can always ask for a sample before picking one out. There's a 10oz, 16oz and there might have been one higher like a goblet (could be wrong). Overall loved everything and I would highly recommend checking this place out. On my last day I had to come by and purchase a bottle of the dong sauce for about 8-9 dollars (it was that fire)!
google avatar

Jonathan Y.

Yelp
The wings are amazing and the service really friendly. It's nice being able to order from your table with the QR codes. We had the dragon dust, thai wings, and furikake wings. Just want to say the dong sauce is mind blowing. I want a bottle or two of just that sauce.
google avatar

Arun S.

Yelp
Wings world in here. There are lot of interesting varieties of sauces and dry rub wings that you need to try for. Good option to spend with family & friends , have a board game and enjoy . Shoyu chicken is outstanding as well. Personally loved dry rubs but more than saucing wings here. They have it in 2 locations. Find some time out and get in here

Lexi P.

Yelp
Great food and beer options. They have free wifi and plenty of places to sit. Their food is SE Asian based.

Lyne P.

Yelp
Good flavors of wings!!!! I love everything about this place. Good and friendly people, and efficient service and very kid-friendly even for a tap house.
google avatar

Dahlia C.

Yelp
Did not expect this place to live up to all the hype but was pleasantly surprised by their food, great service and overall vibe. We chose to order food using the QR code at our table that directs you to their online ordering platform and is assigned specifically to your table. You can choose to complete the payment for your order or keep the tab open in case you decide to order more. We chose to try the Shoyu Bao Buns, Crispy Chicken and Rice, 12 bone in wings with Dragon Dust and K-Pop, of Dong Sauce and Ranch for dipping, and a side of Onion Rings. For an Asian Fusion tap house, it did not disappoint. Although most people seem to come here for the wings, I actually really loved the Bao Buns!
google avatar

Brad P.

Yelp
Some of the best wings I've had in years. Skip those other "wing" spots and try this place next chance you get. Good selection of Beers, ciders, and even had a hard kombucha on tap. The bartender was very friendly and offered up some great suggestions when selecting our wings. The fries were delicious with some of their Dragon Dust and the onion rings had a great crispy batter, some of the better rings I've had in a while as well. Low key vibe with some picnic tables and a bar. Good music as well instead of the corporate soundtracks playing most other places. Will be back here way too frequently #1 Rule: Get the dong sauce and put it on everything. (Has some heat if you're sensitive)
google avatar

Pauline T.

Yelp
The beer/cider selection is good and all but... the FOOD. You gotta come here hungry because the food is the main attraction for me. It's an Asian fusion for the wings which are crispy fried to perfection. The flavors are Asian inspired and I would recommend the salt and pepper anything (wings, tots, etc). They sound simple but has the grilled onion and jalapeños that just add the perfect touch. Then you gotta order a side of the dong sauce. It's a zesty dipping sauce that pairs super well with the wings, esp if it's a dry rub wing. My husband always orders the chicken sando which has a very flavorful shoyu chicken and it comes with fries or tots. This is one of our fav spots to bring friends who visit from out of town.
google avatar

Harrison H.

Yelp
Good beer, order from the table QR code. Food and drinks come out quick. Limited menu but the wings are very good.
google avatar

Jensen J.

Yelp
Definitely in my top three wing experiences. Fries were great, awesome flavor and a really unique shape that made them fun to eat. I loved all the sauce options. Service was chill, quick, easy. My one suggestion would be a better salad option. I love to eat salad with wings for some flavor balance but the salad was subpar. But drinks, wings, sides made it fantastic.
google avatar

Patrick D.

Yelp
This place is now where I tell all my friends to go for some great wings and tasty beverages. The wife and I are not heavy drinkers. But that's why we normally share a flight, and if we like something in particular, then of course we'll get a pint of it. What I like about the wings are they are crispy and flavorful, whether you get them sauced or not. Dong's sauce must be freshly made on the daily. It tastes so good and fresh! My wife always orders the Killer Bees and I normally order something different for variety. Their sidewinder fries are an improvement on jojos IMO and are the perfect accompaniment.
google avatar

Wei C.

Yelp
I have found my favorite flavor of wings from here and it is the Bangkok wings! It is like a sweet and savory fish sauce wing! Caramelized and topped with cilantro and fried shallots, it'll get you licking your fingers for sure! Salt and pepper is my 2nd favorite and you can never go wrong with a basket of their sidewinder fries. Great food, beer and service as always!
google avatar

Takako S.

Yelp
My first to come here. We tried Dong (Thai sauce), k-pop (Korean), salt and pepper with jalapeño pepper and classic buffalo. They do good jobs for wings, nice and crispy and with different flavors. They also serve sandwiches, with rice and they would be perfect for lunch. They are also tap house (as named), many taps to choose from. I will definitely come back here.

Matthew Y.

Yelp
Killer wings and good beer. Very dog friendly!! Nice place to sit outside. Great service. Give em a try.

Meet F.

Yelp
This place has extraordinary aura place is usually packed. I enjoy the Thai lemon grass chicken wings there wings have a nice crunch to them there side winder fries with tiger dust is legit so good I've had a few of their flavors very delicious the only one I think was a little off was the OG buffalo was kinda on the soggy side could be cause I had them to go, maybe they also have a little crunch when you dine in? Looks like they have lots of beer on tap. This place is a must visit if you're in the area. The staff are always nice! I'll add pics next time I grab some food I ate the food so fast no photos!
google avatar

Mikayla O.

Yelp
We've been coming here since they first opened. Always has great beer selection. And now that they have their own food it's even better. They aren't kidding they have the best wings in town. Their boneless wings are phenomenal. We loved the spicy buffalo, the bees knees and the habanero wings.
google avatar

Paul M.

Yelp
Full disclosure...came for a quick bite to eat because the pizza place next door was closed. Seems like a solid place to go in a group and drink beer but I was just looking for a quick bite to eat. Not much on the menu but WINGS so I had a half pound boneless Buffalo wings and fries. It was only $10 and came out hot out of the deep fryer.

Yelp
The sidewinder fries with salt n pepper are . The wing sauce is fabulous-- garlic furikake and yummy yaki are indeed yummy. It's a super fun space for games too!
