Primm Valley Casino Resorts

I made a reservation for 12/27/2025. The checking and checkout took only 5-10 minutes. I had used the Primm text message system to book a reservation and I even asked about the weather and the pricing details. The chat responded instantly. It is available 24 hours and is lightening fast. Call the hotel on the phone and they tell you how to access it. The room was cozy and quiet. One light was out but there were more lamps to make up for it. The room featured a modern TV and a room safe which I found extremely convenient. The bed was clean as well as the pillows. Primm has a restaurant with reasonable prices - about $11-$12 for a good breakfast or lunch. They are open until 10 pm with takeout available after that time. The day I came there was also live music and dancing. The slot machines gave decent payouts and they also have video poker machines where you can bet as low as 5 cents per hand if you want to relax or learn the game. They also have traditional quarter machines as well as plenty of new slots.

The hotel, on the outside looks beautiful. On the inside, there were recent updates to the rooms, and the amenities. The 2 bars were good also. Fully stocked. Casino, although they had a lot of newer machines, they did not have the older ones that were at Buffalo Bills. Not too crowded overall or smoky. Affordable, good food at the diner too. I'm definitely going back!

Stayed in a premium room and it was old and very dirty. The comforter, carpet, and bathtub/shower had stains and had not been cleaned. Night stands had missing fixtures so limited outlets for electronics. No live gambling tables, only machines. Restaurants /stands closed. I would hate to see a regular room. Will not stay here again.

The whole place is a dump. Stains all over the carpet, good luck trying to get a live body over the phone, and when you check in they throw a "resort fee" on top of what you have already paid. Most people arent going to turn around at that point once they have parked, gotten their luggage and got to the front desk. The first room I checked in had boogers and multiple hairs in the bath tub. The walls are paper thin and you can hear with ear plugs conversations in the room next door. Don't be fooled by the great prices online, might as well go to a Holiday Inn or something of that caliber. This is a place where hotels go to die. The shower heads are good if you are 4 ft tall. I've traveled all over the country staying in many different tier hotels. This place is a glorified roach motel. The front desk lady is beyond rude

Two stars because the price is moderately acceptable. Aside from that, this place is a bare-bones "resort" ran with a skeleton crew for the sole purpose of sustaining it's miserable life. 9 days here. No fridge, no microwave, no laundry facilities on site. Above all - NO housekeeping. Our large group came here together. 7 rooms in total. 2 have a fridge, the other 5 were told we do, but don't. I spoke with the "vip" desk clerk, asked her how I get a fridge. She said my room has a fridge, in the cupboard. It doesn't. Just a dirty unclean hole where the fridge might have been. Zero attempt to clean or tidy it was made. When I told her, the response was "oh well 🤷‍♂️ your group were discounted resort fees so you'll just have to deal with it". The first floor is like being in the basement. The carpet is dingy, the walls are filthy and scarred, the scent is musty and humid, and the carpeting around their untamed leaking ice machine is wet as a puddle when you walk across it. The food options are awful, and the bar is WAY overpriced. The only food is the cafeteria, which is akin to a hospital cafeteria or an eatery in Disney land. You'll get chicken strips for $15. At the bar you can pay $7 for a Coors light, or $11 for a jack and coke. Yikes! Housekeeping doesn't exist. They'll "clean" your room before you arrive, and after you leave. Mine had toilet paper stuffed in the peephole on the door, hair in the bathroom, and the filthy fridgeless cabinet. The only saving grace to the 1st floor is that you can park on the back side and be a short walk to your room. As long as you don't mind the hoodrat section 8 residents across the road who will call you names and shout obscene things at you regardless of children present, it's not so bad (right?!) Tldr: there's a reason this town is dead. The lack of customer care, options, amenities, and cleanliness shows this last and final standing Primm hotel will eventually die like the others. Do yourself a favor and drive another 35 minutes to the Longhorn, Boulder Station, or any number of places on the skirt of Vegas if you're looking for a much, much nicer stay and experience on a budget.

We went there on Saturday about 1145a. First went to visit the lotto store...i was told lots go here. Went to look at the art exhibit... but closed. Last went to visit the resort, casino and Bonnie and Clyde exhibit. Cool Bonnie and Clyde exhibit... but i was told it was larger before. Too bad most of the area was closed, but i was told it was up and coming before covid. I hope things get better... looks like it WAS cool.

Great hotel very good prices and rooms are not 5 star but works for me. Has AC and comfortable bed n pillow. Shower toilet sink, what else can we ask for? I recommend upgrading TVs to Smart TV with streaming capabilities. But luckily I brought my laptop and settled for it. Oh and room has mini fridge. So come on down if you don’t wanna drive another 40 miles to Vegas.

Me and my girlfriend attended a concert last Saturday and our stay couldn't been worse, awful front desk service to start and then we got a room in the old resort wing (2nd floor to the right) room was in a unsanitary state, dirty carpet, broken furniture and a big leak above the bathroom stall. Worse part yet, at 3AM fire alarm went off and not a single staff member showed up for 30 minutes until an black individual came through on of the emergency doors just saying "everything is good go back to your rooms" and locked himself in the office. My girlfriend was so scared and had a panic attack so we decided to leave and drive back to home in LA. We will go from frequent costumers to never coming back costumers . 😡👎

I stayed in #129 .. my neighbor had a dog that barked and when I came to the front this cigarette smoker was on the machine.6

Nothing could improve.Diaster zone. Stateline is a Ghost Town. Primm resort aka Primadonna no more. It's not staffed and everything in hotel is scarce or closed. Restaurant closed, bar had no bartender, gift shop closed, no valet. Purchased this hotel through Ticketmaster, paid in advance but then charged an additional amount for incidentals. The bed without pillows because no one could deliver them. Had to text for any requests and hotel room phone was inoperable. Texting from my cell to a robotic answering machine that did not respond to my needs but replied like it did. Called resort phone but operator stated no one on premisis to deliver pillows or repair in room phone. Hotel seems abandoned and only opened for event at Buffalo bills. It felt like a prop , just collecting money for rundown hotel and rooms. Primm is very dirty. Dusty furniture and beat down room decor. Externally,Crows have took over outside of hotel and bird dropping all over entry way including would be valet area. Pathetic hotel. Ticket master should be appalled associating with this Place.

This business is closed unofficially! There is no customer currently on the floor but some construction work is happening!

This review is only for "Star Of The Desert Area" venue itself. The venue is not one of the choice places to see a concert. The sound and lights were good but seating not the best although there is room between aisles. Staff was friendly but there really was not any where to stand that was allowed other than directly in front of your seat. The venue was not crowded so it gave us the opportunity to move up from the rear floor to an upper back location that we perferred better and only got told once we could dance in that particular area. Parking is free and drinks reasonably priced. Most likely we will not return here for a concert. As for the Night Ranger concert itself it was great and entertaining and the band did a great selection of their own hits and a few from Damn Yankees, Ozzy Osbourne and Alice Cooper. Would definately see them again at a different venue. One side note, the Buffalo Bill Casino did have a interesting Bonnie and Clyde Exhibit and a great live band performing before and after show in the bar directly outside the venue.

Banda MS's performance brought the crowd to its feet playing many of their most popular songs. It was definitely a party like atmosphere as confetti and balloons were scattered amongst the crowd. The band sounded and looked great as they entertained for close to two hours. Their enthusiasm and interaction with the crowd was great. They even welcomed a couple on stage for all to witness a marriage proposal. For this being my first Banda Music concert, I must say I throughly enjoyed it.

Only 1 person at registration, been standing in line to check in for an hour now, over 30 people behind me waiting to check in, mobile check in is a joke. No food or restaurants, no bar , no luggage carrier to bring our luggage in, which was heavy, no bus to take you across the street to Buffalo Bills. Only a few slot machines. They are charging premium prices during their renovations and not telling the customers. And why is there is a van parked outside my window( the parking lot is empty), spooky.

Last time I was here was about 3-4 years ago. It has certainly gone downhill since. They have removed their table games. Reduced the amount of slot machines they have. The parking lot on Sunday morning was completely empty upon arriving. I don't think I saw a soul in the casino area or any area to honest. Just a couple staff members walking around. While using the restroom, I noticed the bartender near the restroom was also using the urinal. He finished before me and walked right out and back to work behind the bar without washing his hands before leaving the restroom. GROSS! I didn't make it to the mall area that Primm had at one point, however if it's anything like the casino, I can't imagine there's much life left in that either. Unsure when the last renovation was, but it looks the same from when I was there a decade before and probably older than that. The rooms remind me of staying at Motel 6. You can hear your neighbors from down the hall. If you're a light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend staying here even if it's a low price.

Not even sure where to start. We live in Vegas and stayed here because we were seeing a concert. I reserved the room well in advance, King Deluxe..when I checked in I was told they didn't have those rooms anymore..I asked how? I reserved it..and he said we ran out and don't have them..then stuck us in a handicap room. Obviously reservations don't mean a thing and he was so nonchalant about it I'm sure it happens all the time. I've stayed in cleaner motels. This place is falling apart. Ceiling tiles are broken or gone, rugs are musty and horrible and probably haven't been washed since the 70s. The room they stuck us in was just as disgusting, stiff bed, extremely outdated and dirty. Food wise, we waited 45 minutes for soggy nachos at Dennys. So starting from them giving our room, failing to honor reservations and a super uncomfortable night stay..next time we drive back to Vegas if we come for another show. Don't waste any money here. The room picture on their website is a total "catfish".

So on my way to Vegas today, I made a quick pit stop here. Did my business and went to the casino to look around and maybe grab a bite to eat. The place was dark except for a few lights and there was a bat flying around. Obviously they were closed, but why would they leave the doors open and still have the restrooms operating? Very weird experience.

This place is good when it comes to concert and music, however the amenities are horrendous, the casino floor don't have enough cocktails servers and the bartenders are extremely rude when we approach them to ask for a gratuity drink while playing the slots. The rooms are half cleaned. They really need to improve. They only have one hotel opened which is the buffalo,they should be able to afford to hire more staff to keep the rooms clean and hire better people at the front desk and at the bar with more pleasant attitude.

On line reservation service was terrible. All three of the hotels operant PRIMM were dumps. Dirty, runs down. The elevators didn't work properly and jolted to a stop. Don't go to any of their three Properties!

This place is like a ghost town. I would always stop by when I would head back from Las Vegas to shop. So sad that it's now a memory of what it use to be. There are only 2 stores left Michael Kors and Bath & Body Works . They are in the middle of the outlets. It would be ideal if they were closer to the casino. The a/c there at least works but as you walk towards the two shops it doesn't. This definitely isn't something that would I would come back to during the heat of the summer (July).

Sad to see what this place has become it's like a ghost town. The hotel is closed, no table games, no food options. Only slot machines and one bar I found while walking through.

Reservations/customer service was terrible. Only called for convenience. Will drive further to avoid this place.

I will not set foot in buffalo bill's casino since they hire perverts for bar tenders and they fire excellent server for the casino floor . Instead they keep crappy servers that you can't find to get a drink and the night servers are just as bad , you have to put their faces on a milk carton to get some service. Their is only about 2 night servers who are good plus the machines are tight , they get any tighter they'll start squeaking. I will go to across the freeway to gamble Instead the server there is wonderful.

Rooms could be renovated and cleaned better. We had reservations for Buffalo Bills but when we arrived the resort had cinco de mayo concert and put us in Primm Resort. I thought cool until we drove across the street to it. We took a long walk down a long dark corridor to finally arrive at our room. When we opened the door the bathroom faucet was on and running for who knows how long. Curtains were torn and amenities were very slim. We will never book a room here again!!

Conditions were nasty ugly garpets pool chairs were discussing as well as the ice machine cob webs right outside of hotel rooms. I don't think they should be open for business in the conditions that they are currently in.

Why in the Name of Sweet baby Jesus would you have all the food places closed after a concert. Can't he t food anywhere, IHOP closed, Denny's 2 hour wait. Nothing else open...

Absolutely horrible stay. Booked buffalo bills hotel stay due to a concert and convenience that it was inside Buffalo Bill's. I checked in at 6pm and was forced to stay at Primm Valley hotel because they were overbooked and they are sister locations. After checking in I went straight to the concert and then to eat at the Dennys inside Buffalo Bill's (2 hr wait but no other options). Went to the hotel room at 2:30am and our key cards did not work. Went to the front desk where they had a sign they would return at 3am. Got security to open our room and there was only one bed, even though I booked a stay for two queen beds. Went to the front desk and had to wait, was given another room and finally in a two bed by 3:30 am. Arrived in the room and it was not safe. The smoke detector was removed and the security lock on the door was removed. Worst hotel experience in my life. Would avoid this place at all costs. Also $30 resort fee, what an absolute joke, this place was in no way resort like.

This place is HORRIBLE!!!! Decided to stop here while enroute to Las Vegas. HUGE mistake!!! This place is soooooooo ok run down, machines are extremely tight, no waiter/waitress service while I was here and the room smells like old and wet carpet. I will NEVER stop here again!

If i can select no stars i would. Avoid this hotel and casino all possible. The casino is dead, maybe about 100 slots left in here. The hotel is extremely dirty, the hallway floors are filthy! One of the elevators smelled like piss! Seen a dead roach in the hallway walking to my room. I'm surprised the health department hasn't come by here.. I would check out and go to whiskey Pete's or buffalo bills but due to a Latin concert here those hotels are sold out. This primm hotel needs to be knocked down and rebuilt from the ground up! I've stayed at motel 6's better and cleaner then this place!

Floor was a little dirty, and we have no TV! We went to the front desk like an hour or two ago, and they said they "fixed it," and we came back, and it still doesn't work! 1 star, just go to Best Western. It's not worth the $175 plus $29.00 resort fee!?! The pool and restaurants are closed until next month, so what's the point of a $29.00 fee if the amenities are closed?!? I HATE THIS PLACE NEVER COMING BACK!

I got a room for a few hours due to heavy traffic on the way back to California from Vegas. Stepping into the casino the odor assaults you. A mixture of mold and years of cigarette smoke caked onto the walls. It is so bad that you can taste it. Within an hour, I had a sore throat. The slots are old and designed to allow quite a few spins before taking all your money. I avoided gambling here, but know the type. My room was recently renovated but the stink remained. $70 a night plus $22 resort fee. A place to crash in between states, but not sure why anyone would want to make this a vacation. It's definitely not a "resort" IMO. There are a couple restaurants inside. At the pizza establishment, I ordered a large pepperoni that took over an hour to make. Nothing tasty about it. Parking is free. There is a pool. I do not recommend unless you are stuck in Primm.

It's not as bad as some reviews on Yelp. It's a smoky casino. But that's Vegas! The drinks from the bar were good and reasonable. Minimal gambling, but it was fun. The restaurants are not 5 star. Our room was clean, inexpensive and comfortable. The Strip and surrounding area was booked and available rooms were $600-$1000 for a night. This was during the rodeo week and college football championship. Primm was $140 and an easy drive back to LA. So if you're traveling through, it's not bad. I think it's also under $140 during the week.

If I could leave less starts, I would. This place is a complete dump and should literally be shut down. Come every year for the Mint 400, you'd think they would prepare for this weekend event. When we arrived, there was NO ONE working the front desk, we were told to go to the hotel next door for help. Below are a few of the issues 1. No soap, shampoo, and only one towel in the bathroom. Called for another one and was told they didn't have any?!?!?! 2. No staff, one restaurant open, 1/2 the amount of slots 3. The whole feel of the hotel screams run away 4. The picture below was the hallway leading to our room for 2 days

Horrible customer service, long line to check-in, the front desk employees were rude. We get to our room, and it's not what we paid for! There's no ice, the machines weren't working. I don't recommend, save your money and drive somewhere else.

We'd been talking about going to Vegas this Summer but since we were receiving offers to stay at Primm we decided to go there instead. We've stayed at Whiskey Pete's and Buffalo Bill's and always had nice stays. Well, this stay was not so nice. The room was a dump. Dirty floor, missing outlet cover, sink and tub had slow drains, curtains were stained and damaged, A/C was so loud! Oh and there was food left in the fridge. The biggest bummer, the beautiful swimming pool was closed. I was told that was because they don't have enough lifeguards. Our son who happens to be Autistic was so looking forward to swimming, it was hard for him to understand why he couldn't. We decided to walk around the outlet center. There wasn't much to see, a lot of the shops are closed. I'm giving 2 stars because the casino, food service and outlet center employees were awesome. They're doing their best in a tough situation.

What a gorgeous hotel! They don't build 'em like this anymore! Given that such wood structures pose certain hazards and are long out-of-date, this was wonderful to see. Many years ago, I spent (worked!) my summers off from college at The Balsams (NH) and developed a love for such structures. Tho not exactly encouraged, I did manage to sneak a couple of pics. Had to! Stop in (State Line exit) the next Vegas trip. Not to be missed.

Liked the casino, several food options closed (apparently no available staff). Sadly the once busy outlets is a ghost town. Maybe 1/2 dozen shops. Room was very dusty and the sink counter had not been cleaned, turned the washcloth dirty brown. Room need a deep cleaning and staff needs to look in drawers and closets as our closet had someone's jeans, socks and underwear as well as his bill with his personal information on it! Hallways always littered with dirty linens and trash. If addressed this could be a decent place.

We stayed here last Thursday night after our flight was super delayed going into Vegas. I didn't book a room beforehand because we were supposed to land long before midnight, and I could do it online when we landed if we wanted to stop in Primm. We arrived at 2:45am, and ended up paying $70 more than what the online price was. The gouging of the price alone should have made me turn away however, it was 4:45am my time and I just wanted to call it a night. The front desk employee was short and grouchy but not overly rude. We were given a room on the first floor, and the hallway to the room was absolutely filthy. Black marks all down it like it was supposed to be there or something. The room was ok, not anything negative or really positive to say other than it was clean. In the morning when we were getting ready to head out I did notice that everything was closed, even the slot machines between the outlets and the hotel. Upon checkout we were greeted by another front desk clerk who again, short and grouchy but whatever. It's sad to see what Primm has become since Covid. What was once a cool place to go that was a fun environment to be in is now quickly turning into a run down dirty hotel who takes advantage of travelers by overcharging. Next time I'll stay on the outskirts of Vegas where the hotels actually have to have decent customer service and value due to competition.

Sadly, this resort has not been maintained. It used to be quite nice, but seems to be a little rundown these days.

Buffalo Bills- We decided to stay here because there was an event a few miles away the following day. At first check in the room was a little shabby. Unfortunately, when we looked further, our shower was filled with long black hair as if someone had washed their wig in the shower, and it was everywhere. It took housekeeping several hours to clean it unbeknown to us that the shower was clogged. We did not figure this out until morning when we needed to take showers before the event and the front desk told us that the plumber could not arrive until sometime later that day so we braved all three of us taking a shower one at a time and it flooded the bathroom. The water was up past our ankles. We had no other choice. We had completely had it by then so we checked out early on Saturday and spoke to a gentleman in hotel billing, who was allegedly a manager, and assured us that we would not be charged for our second day, especially since we decided not to stay a second day. I just looked at my credit card statement and yes we were charged for the entire stay. I have been trying to contact billing for about two weeks now and I haven't received any response. Yes, I have pictures of the shoddy room and the hair all in the shower. I would never stay in this place again. The casino reeks of cigarettes, by the way. I do know my rights and I'm not against contacting my credit card company. However, I was hoping they could just solve this by crediting our account as promised.

Nice clean room here. Staff was nice and punctual, parking was easy. Not too crowded on a Sunday which is nice.

No bells and whistles here that's for sure. However when crossing the California border into Nevada late at night it makes for a easier stop than going all the way into the Vegas area. My friend and I were on our way to a low rider show last minute at the convention center and decided to leave Friday night and stay in Primn. We made our reservation online the day before for about $100.00 and a small resort fee. Yes it looks sketchy. It's not fancy and not a whole lot of bells and whistles. What it does offer is a comfortable bed to sleep on. The walls are thin and the ceiling will provide you with sound effects of people dancing, jumping and rumbling. Seriously it's not that bad if you just need a place to sleep and shower. Most of the restaurants are closed. The Roller Coaster is closed. A whole lot of nothing other than a place to sleep. If your not looking for fancy then this is okay. Staff was friendly. Located about 40 miles away from Vegas.

My wife and I have been here many times -- sometimes just stopping to stretch our legs on the way to Vegas, other times to stay the night. On our most recent overnight stay, I was quite underwhelmed. We arrived after 10:00 p.m., and although there was a line of seven or so people at the reception desk, there was only one person working, so the line moved about as quickly as a glacier. We did a little gaming before heading to bed, and that was a mistake, as the machines were definitely not in a giving mood. Also, as we were playing, the cocktail waitress (there was only one for the entire casino) told my wife that she could only order one drink every half-hour. Uh... when did this become a thing? They already serve comped drinks in tiny little glasses, and now they're going to limit how often you can get one -- even though you're actively gambling?!? Our room was nice enough, but our view? Yeah, not so much. Check out the photo. Upon throwing the curtains open, all I could do was shake my head and laugh. There is ample room for improvement throughout this establishment, and if they don't start working on it, I don't think they'll be around a whole lot longer.

DON'T STAY HERE! The Rooms are Filthy and unsafe! See my pics. The hotel charges a resort fee for what? Nothing! you can't do anything! RIP OFF!! The hotel also charged me a "Walk In Fee" Even though I booked through Expedia! We were Off-roading doing the BDR our group wanted to stay 1 night because the temperatures were going to go below 23 degrees that night. There was hair all over the bathroom floor. The "safety" bar in the bath tub was broken and corroded. I'm pretty sure that's a violation! The phone was disgusting like it had never even been cleaned before. There were some kind of pills on the top of the AC. Did housekeeping even clean this room before we were assigned it?! We didn't gamble so I can't comment on the gambling part. We did eat at the main restaurant and it was just OK. Service was very poor and took forever but I think we all know restaurants are hard pressed for workers so the wait didn't factor into my 1 star review. I recommend you stay ANYWHERE BUT HERE! DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY, A RIP OFF, BAIT AND SWITCH! Stayer Beware!

STAY AWAY!!! I wish I could give this place a minus 1. Absolutely the worst lodging and poorest example of a resort I have ever experienced in my life. I was part of a small group. We checked in at 10:00 PM and rooms were not ready. I went to four different rooms until I found one where the beds were made. The room I stayed in did not have hand towels or washcloths. I should say, I did not have a clean washcloth, there was a used washcloth hanging on the shower curtain rod. Some rooms did not have toilet paper, soap and shampoo. The floor in the room was not vacuumed. As you can see in the pictures the hallway was lined with dirty linens and trash, the rooms were in disrepair, and who knows what might be growing in the walls. The bar was less than substandard. Overall appearance of the establishment was also substandard. You would be better off sleeping in your car.

We stayed in the king non smoking room , upon entering it smelled refreshing and clean, the decor was nice . The bed was super comfy but I was impressed by the cleanliness of it . The casino was nice everyone wore masks , all in all I'm giving it a 10 out of 10 , and I walked out with my pockets fuller that's always a bonus !!

Sadly the Las Vegas Disneyland has caused places like whiskey Pete's and looks not too good for Primm. It's a nice place to stop when traveling and you don't want all that traffic and mess I. Las Vegas. Isn't that what people leave la? Maybe not they like more cludder.. but Primm is clean and nice a few restaurants inside. Pet friendly and the workers are really helpful. Nice place to stop and pass all the hoop-a-la Also to the person who gave it two stars because his dog was allowed I hope he took the the time to clean up after his dog

Update: I did indeed hear back from Primm, and received a discount off the cost of my stay. Thank you, Primm.

We checked in went to our room and immediately decided that we couldn't stay there. We were turned off as soon as we parked. There was a homeless person in the parking lot. When we walked into the casino it was dirty and smelled bad. We went ahead and checked in, but were skeptical. We had been driving 12 hrs and didn't want to drive anymore that day. We headed to the room, it was first floor. We went down the elevator then proceeded to go approximately 100 yards down the filthiest stinking hotel hallway that I have ever been in. We almost turned around there, but I was tired of driving. We finally got to the room. When we went in it was disgusting. The shower was dirty the stool had chips in the porcelain. The king bed wasn't even assembled correctly, one of the box springs was hanging out 10-12 inches. Over all this was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. I will never stop at this location again and if anyone I know ever says they are thinking about going there I will tell them about my experience Disgusted Daine Peterson

These casinos have gone sooooo down hill! Odds are crap, no cleaning crew, etc., but the bartender at Primm Sports Bar, Cecilia is awesome. She should be running the marketing/advertising at all of these joints!

This place is Awsome and cool near to Vegas as well I like to shop and hotel pretty cool here good place

I've seen a lot of bad reviews about this place but I've had a great experience! Me and my husband stood here long term and had nothing but great service the front desk ladies are so nice !! Will be staying here ALOT more!

I left a positive review 5 years ago. This place is a janky dump. Managements inability to staff the hotel adequately became a huge issue this brief and unenjoyable trip. Nothing is open, everything smells like skunky weed, no one here wants to be here. Half as many games, no valet, no bell carts, no restaurants, 1 towel in the room and three wet in the defrosted mini fridge. Broken elevator. Homeless man in the stairwell. Sink that jets out water onto your pants... creepy snake print headboards. I could go on and on. Just die already Primm Valley and sell the property to someone who can bring it back. Just drive 25 more minutes to South Point or The Silverton. Disgusting Place

Why are you even here?! Just drive to Las Vegas or drive to Barstow. It's not worth it staying here. See the $40 rate advertised? Don't worry you won't get that rate. They will charge you a lot more. Think the casino might be fun? Don't worry it's empty sad and smells of second hand smoke. Think there are services? Nope don't even think you are getting anything from this. Think the workers will be nice? Nope they will give you no respect. At least the room could be nice? Nope, the ac/heat unit was so dirty. Like it had never been cleaned before. Also these are old school rooms that have a door with no security that separates the rooms. The noise just travels straight across so when you get noisy neighbors at 2 am like I did you won't be able to sleep. Conclusion: just keep driving. There is nothing in Primm that is worth it.

So I just checked in... I am drinking wine out of the the bottle! Because there are no cops/glasses in the room. So as I say that. The room was filthy when got here. Let's start off with the sign for valley.... We waited but there is not valet hete so why us there a seat Fb. Then there was the sign fir mobile check.,,., well that does not work either. Sooo 45 minutes later in line-,the girl honestly couldn't not give a shit that they were false advertising. We got to our room- what???? The floor had not Ben vacuumed in who knows how long. , there was sticky Carmel everyhwhete and the does not work. So now I can't call the operator, rooms service or z911z I went back to the register desk armed with photos on this filthy wood, showed them photos and the manager was right there. In embarrassment she came and cleaned this filthy room- hell they weren't going to lose a sale tight! Kudos to herA there was a telephone that didn't work/ she did not care or hrlpA but she did scrub the room. There were dead beat ties everywhere ... Our second key did not work and the remote does not turn on the tv... what the fuck Duck am I paying fir????? Honestly I couldn't wait to stay here- it wasn't my Z60th birthday.... And honestly this place is shitty. I could never recommend it to my worst enemy!!! Wow wow wow. So now. Hete I am.. my wine is in the ice bucket.. but there are no glades- so I am drinking my wine by the bottle. What a fucking piece of shot the Prim Valley resort is... and honestly they don't care. They would prefer to be hated- because then they don't have a standard. I will NEBER STAY HERE AGAIN- I would have just as soon cut my vacation short and gone home rather ever stay here. I know you should find a pistiver hete/ it's just not happening. As I pull my wine bottle out of the ice... and prepare to drink from the bottle- because there are no glasses!!! Piece of shit place!

You know how hotels have signature scents? Well you'll be surprised to know that this one does too. Dirty, musty, haven't taken a shower or shampooed the carpet since it was installed in 1993 kinda smell. If that's the kind of scent you can't get enough of, you should stay here - otherwise drive the extra 45 minutes to Vegas. This place is gross and incredibly outdated in every way. It's like they been waiting and hoping for the 70's to come back in style so that maybe just maybe they wouldn't have to change the carpet. We won't ever be back so I'm hoping for your sake that they invest in at least a carpet shampooer before you get here because even if the 70's come back In, their cleanliness standards aren't going to cut it.

Stopped by the Primm to kill some time before checking in to my room. It's no wonder Nevada's numbers where getting higher. My man & I played some slots & he went on a Black Jack table & there was no hand sanitizer in sight. What really made me laugh & kept me puzzled was the huge signs saying there was hand sanitizer when there wasn't any. The dealer at the black Jack table told us that they had it removed soon as everything got lifted -.- how irresponsible. Just because things got lifted doesn't mean this virus has magically disappeared. A lot of the people that enjoy gambling are elderly folks & something as simple as providing hand sanitizer helps in preventing the spread from table to table, slot to slot. This was an upsetting stop indeed
