Great atmosphere and phenomenal cocktails. We ordered the tacos, steak, and shrimp for dinner—everything was delicious and bursting with flavor. The DJ on the weekends brings amazing energy. Such a fun spot!

This place is lit. Love the digital display, the center pub, and the Tiffany blue color! And to my surprise, the late night food is actually good! Wish they have more items, but i willl definitely come back again and bring friends.

I really enjoyed my visit to Primo’s. The food was fresh and delicious, and everything had such great flavor, the drink were amazing. The staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome right away. I would definitely come back just for that! Overall, a cozy spot with good food and good vibes. Highly recommend.

The highlights of this place were the food and the live performance by Will! Thank you for coming by and taking song requests. I loved your performance! Although I wish the menu were larger, the dishes I ordered were both delicious. Cocktails, however, have a lot of room for improvement: 1. Generally unbalanced. I recommend using a jigger until they can create cocktails that are consistent, balanced, and enjoyable. 2. Service speed was good. 3. I loved the latte mug and saucer. super cute! 4. The Espresso Martini is listed with Ketel One on the menu, but mine was made with Tito’s instead. If you’re substituting the base spirit, please let guests know. I noticed the switch while watching the drink being made, but nothing was mentioned. Unfortunately, I had to send it back to be remade with the correct spirit. Thank you for fixing that. There were multiple managers and owners present, yet not a single one stopped by to ask how the experience was. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcomed and comfortable. Checking in with guests only takes 20 seconds. With over 10 years of their experience in the industry, I found this disappointing. The bill was misleading. Two $18 cocktails + one $18 small plate + one $34 entrée = $88 subtotal, but the receipt showed $92 excluding tax and service charge. They also don’t provide an itemized receipt, which makes it harder to verify. On top of that, a 20% service charge is automatically included, with no mention of it on the menu, website, or from the staff. This feels deceptive. I believe this place is a restaurant, but apparently they’re open till 2am on weekends? A little strange. Is this a club or a dive bar? What is the concept/theme/vibe of this place supposed to be? Pacific Northwest? Classic American? Between hidden fees, unannounced spirit substitutions, and a lack of genuine hospitality, my advice would be to tip the performers directly instead. Congratulations on the opening! I’m excited to see some improvements in the near future!

Went to Primos on opening weekend and had a mixed experience. While the food was nothing to complain about, it was also a little uninspired. Prices were about 10-20% higher than need be given the menu. The staff were friendly and still getting adjusted to menu and procedure. There was live music and nice looking bar where many people seemed to be having a good time. I am looking forward to see this place grow and hope it gains some culinary charm. Note: rating on bell curve, 3 is average

Primos is my new favorite place to be! The drinks are amazing and they always have good music. I definitely recommend you go to Primos. Jonathan makes the best Espresso martini and is so welcoming. Best bartender!

Surf and turf had amazing flavors. It exceeded my expectations and would highly recommend trying it. The service was great as well. Staff was very attentive and was consistently making sure I was doing good.

My husband and I went here tonight to celebrate our 14th anniversary. We brought our daughter as well, to celebrate. Our server, Carlos, was 12/10 absolutely amazing. The food was good and the vibes were great. I don’t recommend places highly much, but this one, I do!!

Yelp
Great new spot in Bellevue; lively and fun. Service was excellent-- we met one of the owners (Chris?) and he was awesome. Food is a good mix with fun drinks. Excited to see what this place becomes!

Yelp
YES! Check it out! Open 2 months in Bellevue. Definite change; and in my opinion, just what B-vue needs. I do not leave ratings often, but I feel compelled to leave one now. Tye, Chris, and Chuck have converted their late night Seattle entertainment venue experiences into a creative, new, and fresh concept restaurant/bar to the old Stone karaoke venue across from Key Bank on Bellevue Way between 10th and 12th. With a clean, elegant and contemporary design, their "Primos" restaurant offers a culinary experience unlike no other in Bellevue. Try the Edamame dumplings. Layers of texture and flavors that will surely tantalize your pallet. Each bite explodes with flavor. The grilled shrimp is fresh, lightly seasoned and properly cooked so it is warm throughout; yet not dry. Finally, the rib eye steak is AMAZING. Whether you order it as an appetizer or as an entree with orzo, it is well-sourced, marbled and flavored. As to preparation, it was lightly seasoned and cooked to temperature perfection. It has been brushed gently with a homemade plum sauce that adds just the right amount of sweetness to this creative masterpiece. As to libations, Jonathan makes probably the best espresso martini in town. The appearance on presentation was flawless. As to his Moscow mule, well, he forgot mint in the first one. After correction and him tasting the difference, I feel positive that will not happen again. Whatever negative I can attribute to that singular deviation from perfection, Jonathan more than made up in pleasantness, conversation and attentiveness. I watched game 7 of the World Series there, but left prior to the D.J. who starts at 9:00 p.m. Piano bar open on Friday. When I asked Tye how late they are open he responded, "as long as you want." O.K. Bellevue, listen up. If you want to be dragged into the 21st century (kicking and screaming), then support this place and what these talented fellas are doing to this sleepy little gem of a town I call home.

Yelp
TL;DR: I do not recommend dinner here. Menu is limited. Food doesn't taste good enough to justify the price. Service is mid. Ambiance is Miami vibes with a really cool piano and bar setup. Ample free parking in a dedicated lot. I'm quite disappointed in Primo's. I was targeted by their solid ads and loved the story of a bunch of buddies starting a restaurant. And perhaps this restaurant is what they always wanted and enjoy. But it's not aligned with what I want. 1/LOCATION. North downtown Bellevue. Lots of free parking in their dedicated parking lot. 2/FOOD. Limited menu. 3 main entrees. Several appetizers and desserts. We only got entrées: the gnocchi and the beef + orzo. The gnocchi was OK. Nothing special. Quite oily. Gnocchi wasn't chewy but mushy, but it was a large portion. The beef and orzo were not good. The taste of spices and truffle oil was too strong. The beef cut was fatty and anemic. It was cooked medium rare per recommendation. 3/SERVICE. The waiters are dressed in white shirts and black vests to offer the upscale aesthetic. However, service wasn't prompt as much of the staff were congregated away from the dining area... perhaps because we were only 1 of 3 tables occupied and thus they didn't expect to be busy. 4/VALUE. Poor value. The food is not upscale. The preparation is average at best, and the ingredients are buried in spices so you can't taste if it's fresh or not. We had two entrees. After tax and the mandatory 20% service charge applied for all sizes of patties (not just 6+), we were just shy of $90. That sure didn't taste like a $45/person meal we could've had at El Gauchos or even Jocovine. So it's pretty clear that I won't be back until they figure out these issues. The location is convenient, and the space is well decorated. I can see big events being a good time here. However they need to nail the value proposition before it becomes worth going to.

Yelp
I came in on a quiet Tuesday night, 3 weeks into their opening. Only two parties including mine were dining. The most eye-catching thing for me on the way in was the piano bar that seems to be built into a tree stump. I could see fun times around that thing! The menu is quite tiny, and many dishes seem to feature the same black pepper mushroom sauce. The Edamame dumplings were fine, as was my chicken. Neither the presentation nor the flavor was outstanding - not bad, but not great. So it's not clear to me what this place wants to be. It seems to be going for a loungey vibe a la Suite, just a block away. Certainly a quiet Tuesday night wouldn't indicate to me what the vibe would be like when it's packed. But it would be nice to know what I should be looking for. Best of luck in the years ahead with this new business!

Yelp
We were so fortunate to come in & try this brand new restaurant in Bellevue. Since it is new, we basically ordered everything off the menu. Italian-Asian fusion is not something I've experienced yet, but all I can say is.. I'm here for it. Everything was super delicious, fresh & flavorful. I can go into detail forever about every flavor profile, but that would take forever. Just get in there & try it for yourself. You'll understand. The owners have put so much thought into every detail to ensure that everyone's experience is a an amazing one. The colors, lighting, layout & overall vibe of the place feels so different from other restaurants in the area. The staff is attentive & prompt, which is something that really stood out to me as a new restaurant. I can't wait to see what else Primo's has in store & am looking forward to coming back soon!

Yelp
A great addition to Bellevue! Good food, good drinks, and live music on the weekends! Excited to go back!

Yelp
I've lived in Bellevue 19 years and probably the best food I've ever had here. Flavors are unique and complex. Shrimp was amazing with hint of peach sweetness and smoky grill. Ribeye had toasted pepper and mushroom side that I thought was lentils (didn't pay attention to menu) that you must try. We ate at the bar where Jordan was attentive and proficient. Smoky tequila old fashioned, mezcal Negroni and espresso martini were all well balanced and spirit forward. Guitar player at the piano bar was awesome and evidently an early evening regular thing worth checking out. He looks like he just woke up but jams jazzy guitar that was entertaining without being overwhelming. The owner Chris says they're dog friendly so I'm bringing my Frenchie next time...

Yelp
Over priced food, food wasn't even that good, tasted bland and not even good portions, met the owners,They seem really snotty and rude. I don't recommend anyone going here.

Yelp
Really fun spot... I love the piano! The menu was limited but good. It was so refreshing to see the owners to go all the tables and talk to people. They were very nice and fun. I was told there new menu is coming out next week and will have much more options. I'm really looking forward to going back !
