I am decently impressed! and sorry for them at the same time. Let me explain. I went to Restaurant Prince for a Christmas party. The restaurant was all reserved for us, there was a lot of people and a lot of wine, I mean a whole lot. The BYOB characteristic is obviously a plus for this place, every one loves a good BYOB. During the whole evening, people were standing, dancing, exchanging wines, it was quite the chaos and even in this ruckus, they delivered brilliantly. Impeccable food, every one served quickly, pretty much at the same time, all hot and tasty. The waiters were having trouble walking around but they were still very effective and nice. We were a tough lot to please, very difficult but not a single person was disappointed. I've not seen a single error, nothing. Everything was perfect. What a night! I will definitely come back on a regular diner.

Very interesting cuisine! I enjoyed my dining experience at Prince and found the food and service very good. Portions were good, especially the desserts. My husband found the accompaniments on his lamb plate a little overwhelming in terms of combinations, not allowing the flavor of the lamb to come through. However, very artistic presentation.

A very good place to bring your own wine and savor the fresh local vegetables that the chef has bought at the market earlier in the day. Each dish looks appealing and tastes great. Service is very efficient and professional. Definitely a place to go back to.
