Long Live the King!!!
Long Live the...
Man, The hell with the King.
I say, Off with his head!
Charles, step aside because there is new blood in town and the King's Reign is about to be over!
The new, highly decorated Prince Street Pizza also known as PSP is from the mean Streets of Manhattan and their Pies are about to square up and go toe to toe with the competition.
Proudly stamped Made in NYC, it's no wonder that New Yorkers and East Coasters alike can now rejoice seeing that PSP has finally made its way to the West Coast.
Since its debut in California, there has been a lot of hype, a lot of InstaGram reels and a lot of people talkin about this place that definitely grabbed my attention and I knew it was only a matter of time before I checked them out for myself.
Back in October, while on an outing in Malibu with my family, I decided it was the perfect opportunity to give Prince Street Pizza a visit and it did not disappoint.
The rules are simple.
Pick a square, grab a slice and don't you dare even think, even for a minute about asking for ranch.
No seriously!
There is literally a sign on the wall that says "No... we do not serve ranch, bleu cheese, ketchup, Mayo b/c (because) - crime"
I don't know about you, but I'm not willing to do a night in the joint just for asking for a side of Hidden Valley ;)
But if you insist on being a sauce boss like me and saucy just happens to be your middle name...
You're not completely out of luck.
They have a spicy marinara, a spicy vodka, a house marinara, & an OG pizza sauce available for purchase to dip every single bite if you so choose.
The day we went, you know we each got our own slice/square JUST so we could taste the variety.
And on top of that, you know we got a PSP Caesar to share and let me tell ya, it was the perfect pairing to our pie.
And just like in the NYC, this off-beachside location was no different. PSP is a compact pizzeria with no indoor seating, pizza slices/squares that are just waiting behind the glass case ready to be chosen and to make someone's day...
And it definitely made mine!
So...
Cancel your resi at Nobu, let Moonshadows know you're stuffed, and tell the valet at Mastros Ocean Club to go get the car...
Cause Prince Street Pizza is about to save you some major Benjamin's all while still letting you to eat like a King...errr I mean like a Prince. =)
