If you're looking for a peaceful escape from the hustle of Istanbul, Princes’ Palace Resort on Büyükada is pure magic. Such a beautiful hotel with world-class service, the staff could not do enough for us! They knew we were newlyweds and added sweet touches to our stay. Our room was so spacious and had a gorgeous view of the sea, we sat on the balcony for hours! The pool, the spa (tip; get the Hamam!!), the ambience and history of the hotel is incredible... they have an Ottoman mansion on the resort which you must explore! The hotel is close to the city centre although we stayed mostly in the resort given that they have everything you need, plenty of food options and a great cocktail bar. Thank you Princes' Palace Resort, for a truly wonderful time, we will be back again soon!

In March, a group of over 50 family and friends gathered at the Princess Palace Resort to celebrate a 40th birthday—and it couldn’t have been a more perfect setting for such a special occasion! The first major event to be held there. It was a weekend to remember. From the very first conversation to the delivery of the birthday dinner event, everything was handled with professionalism and warmth. The entire team was exceptional—from the senior team and staff at arrival to the attentive catering team. Our stay was nothing short of amazing. We were blessed with beautiful weather, greeted with drinks at the bar overlooking the sea, setting the tone for a wonderful day. The staff were consistently warm, and accommodating—nothing was ever too much trouble. The rooms were spacious, beautifully presented, and had stunning views. Even the little touches, like the luxurious toiletries, made a difference. The evening celebration was a highlight. The food was absolutely delicious, and the entire night was unforgettable. Service throughout our stay was truly 5-star. We can’t wait to return again!

We were so excited about our stay at Princes Palace for our honeymoon. Upon arrival the hotel seemed like it was preoccupied with an event they were hosting the entire time. We sat by the pool and waited for 40 minutes for a waiter to even acknowledge us and had no luck which was crazy because there couldn’t be more than 40 people staying at the whole hotel and maybe 6 were at the pool. The next day they didn’t even bother to take the covers off of the pool and sea view chairs, and the only bar on property was closed. When we asked the concierge why it was closed, she said she didn’t realize it was closed but it should open at 5. At 5 we came down and of course it was still closed. We asked the concierge for a dinner recommendation for in town and she literally said “just walk around the city center you will find something.” We were incredibly disappointed with our stay and would not return. Such a bummer because the hotel has so much potential!

Absolutely outstanding! This hotel is the definition of luxury and uniqueness. Every detail, from the elegant design to the world-class service, was beyond my expectations. I genuinely felt like I was living in a dream. Honestly, I cannot believe anyone could give this place less than 5 stars — I simply wouldn’t consider their review sincere. Been living in Istanbul for almost 4 years now. I have heard about this place a while ago never had a chance to visit. But my friends and I were amazed at how well everything was thought of. Inside, each room is thoughtfully curated — airy, tastefully decorated, and filled with natural light. Many boast stunning views of the Sea of Marmara or the island’s lush greenery.||Service here is top-notch: attentive yet never intrusive. The Spa & Wellbeing experience at Princes' Palace Resort truly exceeded my expectations. The Turkish Hammam was an absolute treat — I never imagined it could leave my skin feeling so soft, smooth, and revitalized. If I had known how amazing it would be, I would have tried it much sooner! The massage rooms are stunning, creating such a peaceful and calm atmosphere. The therapists are incredibly professional and talented. It's the perfect place to unwind and relax. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a moment of pure tranquility!

The Spa & Wellbeing experience at Princes’ Palace Resort is simply outstanding. The Turkish Hammam was beyond relaxing — I had no idea it could leave my body feeling this soft, smooth, and rejuvenated. Had I known earlier, I would have tried it long ago! The massage rooms are beautifully designed, offering a serene atmosphere, and the therapists are exceptionally professional and skilled. A true sanctuary of relaxation. Highly recommended!

My experience was disappointing. Unfortunately, the number of waiters and kitchen staff was clearly insufficient, and they were unable to handle the volume of orders. I waited for over an hour after placing my order, and despite repeated apologies, nothing was delivered in the end. For a venue with such high expectations—and an entrance fee of €100—hospitality and efficient service are essential. I sincerely hope they address these issues and improve the overall experience.
