I worked with Cody, who made the entire process simple and stress free. I gave him a few ideas of what I was looking for and he presented a variety of different options, both Ready-to-ship and custom rings. He was extremely knowledgeable and showed a true commitment to providing excellent customer service when presenting the different options, asking multiple questions, and giving his recommendations where appropriate. For a process that can often times be a bit overwhelming given the multitude of decision points and particulars involved, Cody made it the exact opposite - one that was comfortable, low stress, and enjoyable. Princess Diamonds really made buying an engagement ring an easy and fun experience, even though we had no idea what we wanted to begin with. Our jewelry specialist, Jackie, was with us from our first appointment when we were shopping for engagement rings. Jackie was amazingly educative, patient, and attentive to our preferences in style and all of our questions. We ended up customizing both my engagement ring and wedding band. Jackie went above and beyond from being available to help with the design to ensuring the ring came out perfect in the end. Super grateful for everything!

Princess bride diamonds is a must if you’re looking for jewelry. My now Fiancée and I bought from here and Jackie was our specialist who helped us. She met with us on multiple occasions answering all of our questions and helping us design the ring. We picked out the diamond and then designed the ring around that, she helped us look at different bands and showed us all the options we could do when designing it. I went a total of 3 times before we finalized the ring and Jackie walked me through every step of the way. The one thing I loved most about the experience was the fact I never felt pressured by her to do anything or decide. She was there solely to assist and never came off as if I was just another customer. They even held the ring for me for 8 months so that my fiancée wouldn’t accidentally find it at my place till I was ready to propose. I want to say if you’re looking to buy, before you decide on anything go here before you make your final decision.

Reviewing my experience after 3 years of going to Princess Bride for my engagement ring. My now husband and I went back in December 2022 where I helped my husband customize my engagement ring. Regan was amazing! She was so patient as we went through different styles, cuts, carats, etc. I love that Princess Diamond has so many unique styles for their engagement ring because I wanted something different that no one else has. We decided on a style and then I let my husband figure out the rest (carat, clarity, etc.). Fast forward to December 2024 after we got engaged but before we got married, I got my engagement ring stolen! Luckily the insurance Princess Diamond recommended was great and was able to replace my ring within a month! Regan and the team have the best customer service! They are so friendly and helpful, my husband and I both got our wedding bands there as well! The selection there is perfect for the picky couple, there’s so many options! Highly recommended!

We worked with Cody for our wedding bands and our experience was great! I wanted the movement band and to customize it by adding a stone. We worked with different ideas and he sampled the design. For my husbands band, I like that they offer the euro fit which is not completely flat or domed but in between. It is such a beautiful band! We’re obsessed with our bands!

I appreciate the expertise and professionalism of the consults at PBD for their help with assisting my fiance in designing the ring, but also how quick and prompt they were with responding to any questions we had. Chloe was great and checked on us often to keep me up to date on the status of our engagement ring especially since I needed it quickly to propose to my fiance before our trip. Everyone in the store was very friendly and knowledgeable, which was very much appreciated as it can be overwhelming when going through the engagement ring process. I had such a great experience here shopping for my engagement ring! I didn't have an appointment, but Chloe was super sweet and still managed to fit me in. She was so kind, cheerful, and really helpful the whole time, which made the whole process feel super easy and fun. When we decided on the ring, they sent a diagram of the design before making it, which I thought was awesome since I had something specific in mind. Cody... The Roller Codester. The Buff Boba Babe of Cody is such a gem. The very first call I made to them, he made the process of picking the ring, the setting, the size, cut etc. From someone that was ready to make the next step in my relationship with my Fiancé (how freaking cool) to marrying her sweet face. I wanted to make sure I was able to her to find and craft the perfect ring for her. I love her so much, you wouldn't wanna drop the ball. The process was probably the easiest part. The wedding part is a mess. I recommend eloping or some shit. But the actual process of researching, creating, and crafting the ring. To paying. To shipping and getting in my hand to hers, was all about 8 weeks. Legit. The day I got the ring, I proposed to Rachael. Promise promise promise. Really happy with the service and hospitality at this place. Got earrings here as well, but am sad the clasp on one of them wasn't secure enough and ended up getting lost, which is really upsetting. We've been helped by Lisa, the owner, who is so sweet, personable and knowledgeable. Also can't beat a store named after my favorite movie. Would recommend them for rings, but avoid earrings, as this is difficult to detect when it's missing.

PBD (and Jackie specifically) have made our engagement and wedding ring shopping so easy. I love how customizable and personalized the experience was. I really appreciate how they educate you on the different diamond grading scales. I also love how everything is in-house for the most part and you can tell they really pride themselves on customer satisfaction. Definitely recommend them if you're shopping for good quality jewelry.

Princess Bride Diamonds is Awesome! A little over a year ago I stopped by with my girlfriend to look at ring styles so that I can get ideas to see what she likes. At that time Jackie was very friendly and helpful to show us styles and actually showed us a unique diamond cut that my girlfriend fell in love with. Finally I knew I was ready to propose so a few months ago I reached out to Jackie about getting the ring made and she was very helpful to get the ring process started since it was a custom ring. The whole experience of getting an engagement ring from looking, to ordering, and picking up was great and fun! I finally proposed and she said yes! I am so pleased with my experience at PBD. My journey started back in Sept 2024 where I saw lots of social media posts about their beautiful rings. I made an appointment easily online. Walking into the store I was immediately mesmerized by the lighting and cleanliness. All the rings on display were so beautiful. I loved that they had a large variety of rings, with different settings and stones set in. A lot of other stores have settings only and "float" the preferred diamond on top, but the experience is not the same! Also all their stones on display are actual stones!! Not the fake/cheap looking ones so you are able to really see the quality. The best part about my PBD journey is Regan. She was the best at helping us through all preferences, providing genuine feedback, and being a listening ear. My partner and I had such easy conversations with her and she helped him with the logistical side of things. I came in a second time liking the shimmery sparkles of the oval cut but wanting that in a round shape. With her expertise she mentioned a new cut I never heard of- Portuguese! Since it wasn't in stock she kept in touch with my partner through the next few months and coordinated a day to see the stone in person. We ended up buying the ring that same visit. I've been coming to see Caraline for all my jewelry needs for over five years now and she never lets me down. Caraline always takes the time to listen and understand what I'm looking for, she takes that info and is able to provide me with what I want. I booked an appointment for a consultation to find the perfect engagement ring online - I was helped immediately upon entering by Reagan/Teagan, I believe! So so so sorry if I butchered the name. She knew exactly what I wanted, allowed me to try on different bands with various diamond sizes. As this was my first time coming in to look for my perfect engagement ring, I was pleased to have worked with her! Fast forward a year or two later - I'm married! I am so happy with my engagement ring and wedding band my husband purchased from here. He is also so pleased with his wedding band purchased from Princess bride diamonds. We are from San Diego but always make the drive up to Huntington Beach to get our rings cleaned from here. It's complimentary and we trust them fully with our gems! Had an amazing experience from start to the actual ring pick up. I went in to view rings and got reeled in by welcomed service by Jackie. Started shopping for a wedding ring a few weeks ago and had my girlfriends sister helping me. We found a lot of decent options and terrible options. I was referred to Princess Bride by a friend who recently was engaged, being that I am from a different region of the state I was unsure at first but figured why not! We've been to 3 different jewelers and we're so glad we landed in Princess Bride. Literally the best customer service we've gotten out of any of the places and the prices are extremely affordable. Chloe was the one who helped us and she was so kind, patient and really guided us to find the exact diamond we wanted. We literally looked at probably 10 different rings before we landed on the exact shape and size that we wanted. They told us the date to pick it up and they were even early which was a nice plus. The diamonds are beautiful here and they're just so nice, it's like going there to just hang out and chat with friends. First and foremost, I have to commend Chloe for being so helpful every step of the way. She never pressured us throughout the process and was incredibly patient over the multiple visits that we went to solidify our ring design/style. Even when we had switched up the design completely halfway through the process, she worked with us to make sure we were satisfied with what we would order, all whilst maintaining a positive attitude. I may be still wearing my rose-tinted glasses with how the ring came out, but I'm very satisfied with the quality so far and my experience with Chloe couldn't have gone more smoothly. Thank you!
