Reviewing my experience after 3 years of going to Princess Bride for my engagement ring. My now husband and I went back in December 2022 where I helped my husband customize my engagement ring. Regan was amazing! She was so patient as we went through different styles, cuts, carats, etc. I love that Princess Diamond has so many unique styles for their engagement ring because I wanted something different that no one else has. We decided on a style and then I let my husband figure out the rest (carat, clarity, etc.). Fast forward to December 2024 after we got engaged but before we got married, I got my engagement ring stolen! Luckily the insurance Princess Diamond recommended was great and was able to replace my ring within a month! Regan and the team have the best customer service! They are so friendly and helpful, my husband and I both got our wedding bands there as well! The selection there is perfect for the picky couple, there’s so many options! Highly recommended!

We worked with Cody for our wedding bands and our experience was great! I wanted the movement band and to customize it by adding a stone. We worked with different ideas and he sampled the design. For my husbands band, I like that they offer the euro fit which is not completely flat or domed but in between. It is such a beautiful band! We’re obsessed with our bands!

Had been following this store for a long time in Instagram only to discover my now fiancé lives so close to it. Loved every visit to see engagement rings and later to choose a wedding band. Special mention to Cody who helped us with every request and really guided us while finding the perfect rings. He was great and helped bring our ideas to life. Can’t recommend them enough for any jewelry need, really happy with my rings🤍

THE BEST! Regan helped my girlfriend (now fiance) and I get the exact engagement ring we wanted and I couldn't recommend this place more! Experts - Regan knew everything needed about the I had a whole list of specifications that my girlfriend wanted in her ring and Regan got me exactly what I asked for! She made my life easy! Regan's level of expertise and customer-service made it a no-brainer for me to decide to buy the diamond from her. Friendly - Regan was not only professional, but also very personal throughout the selection and purchase process. She not only made the process easy, but she also made it very enjoyable and clear that I was not just a dollar sign to her. Great Area - The area in which this store is located feels safe and there are a lot of other things to do (shopping, eating, movie theatre). This made me feel safe walking out of the store with my new rock. It's also a nice added bonus since ring cleaning is complimentary and we would be able to hang out in the area while getting the ring clean. Great Reputation - I had heard of this place from many other people in my church who also shared the same great experience and this place did not disappoint! Great Price - This might seem like the only part cared about in the ring buying process, but I assure you that having the right people do the right job makes all the difference. Regan explained that they strive for getting the best quality at the lowest price they can. I was happy with the final price of the ring.

Princess Bride Diamonds is Awesome! A little over a year ago I stopped by with my girlfriend to look at ring styles so that I can get ideas to see what she likes. At that time Jackie was very friendly and helpful to show us styles and actually showed us a unique diamond cut that my girlfriend fell in love with. Finally I knew I was ready to propose so a few months ago I reached out to Jackie about getting the ring made and she was very helpful to get the ring process started since it was a custom ring. The whole experience of getting an engagement ring from looking, to ordering, and picking up was great and fun! I finally proposed and she said yes! My fiancé, had a wonderful experience with the staff at Princess Bride Diamonds. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire experience. Some places are a little too pushy, but Cody was listened to us and was incredibly knowledgeable. The engagement ring we ended up picking out was stunning; it was beautiful and everything my fiancé was looking for. She loves the ring and the craftmanship is flawless. Seeing how her eyes light up every time she looks at the ring means everything to me. The entire experience with Princess Bride Diamonds was seamless. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a professional and inviting experience.

This experience was one of the most excellent and joyous moments I have had. The team was absolutely amazing. I did not know exactly what I wanted. They took the time with me to help me figure out what I was looking for. They were so helpful and informative. They even got down into the nitty-gritty fine details of it all. We made an appointment with Jackie and from the start we knew we made the right decision. She was so incredibly helpful, honest, and patient. After 4 amazing visits we finalized the render for the ring and was finished only ONE month later. It came out exactly as imagined. Perfect fit and finish. I would recommend Jackie over and over again. Plan to go back many more times for wedding bands and other pieces of jewelry.

AMAZING experience! I do not live in California so was unfortunately unable to visit the storefront but Caraline helped me over email. She was incredibly kind, patient and so knowledgeable during the whole process. My fiancé and I visited about 4-5 different jewelers before we met Regan at Princess Bride Diamonds, she absolutely set a high standard amongst the other places we checked out! We instantly vibed with her and felt way more comfortable and confident about the whole engagement ring process. We started shopping around September and didn't make our final decision until March (we're from the Bay Area), but Regan was super patient the entire time. What we really appreciated was that she wasn't afraid to give us her honest opinion when we felt unsure. She guided us on what was trending, timeless, or unique, and didn't pressure us to make the purchase at any time. We felt totally lost before meeting her, but she made the experience feel collaborative and rewarding at the end. I think it's important that each meeting you narrow down something so you feel a sense of progress every visit; Regan made sure of that. Highly recommend working with Regan if you want someone genuine, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to! Also, she sold her second Portuguese cut diamond to us! I booked an appointment for a consultation to find the perfect engagement ring online - I was helped immediately upon entering by Reagan/Teagan, I believe! So so so sorry if I butchered the name. She knew exactly what I wanted, allowed me to try on different bands with various diamond sizes. As this was my first time coming in to look for my perfect engagement ring, I was pleased to have worked with her! Fast forward a year or two later - I'm married! I am so happy with my engagement ring and wedding band my husband purchased from here. He is also so pleased with his wedding band purchased from Princess bride diamonds. We are from San Diego but always make the drive up to Huntington Beach to get our rings cleaned from here. It's complimentary and we trust them fully with our gems! We're so happy with the service and always so nice to see those who helped us from the start.

I am so pleased with my experience at PBD. My journey started back in Sept 2024 where I saw lots of social media posts about their beautiful rings. I made an appointment easily online. Walking into the store I was immediately mesmerized by the lighting and cleanliness. All the rings on display were so beautiful. I loved that they had a large variety of rings, with different settings and stones set in. A lot of other stores have settings only and "float" the preferred diamond on top, but the experience is not the same! Also all their stones on display are actual stones!! Not the fake/cheap looking ones so you are able to really see the quality. The best part about my PBD journey is Regan. She was the best at helping us through all preferences, providing genuine feedback, and being a listening ear. My partner and I had such easy conversations with her and she helped him with the logistical side of things. I came in a second time liking the shimmery sparkles of the oval cut but wanting that in a round shape. With her expertise she mentioned a new cut I never heard of- Portuguese! Since it wasn't in stock she kept in touch with my partner through the next few months and coordinated a day to see the stone in person. We ended up buying the ring that same visit. I'm still so stunned at how beautiful my ring is, as well as other people around me haha. Thank you so much Princess Bride Diamonds!

Chloe was absolutely amazing and she did a great job explaining everything to us and made us feel welcome. This was the only place that we went to that did not feel like a car dealership. Made an appointment for a Sun afternoon and was helped by Lisa! She was so informative in helping me choose what type of band I'd want to go with my engagement ring. I loved that she showed me a variety of different band styles, so I could try them on and really see which band I liked the most. Definitely recommend princess bride to anyone who is looking to buy a ring!

My buying experience with Princess Bride Diamonds was amazing and the final product I received was amazing. I have a very happy fiancé. Their prices are also very reasonable and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Jackie was great from start to finish. Had an amazing experience from start to the actual ring pick up. I went in to view rings and got reeled in by welcomed service by Jackie. She made the process pretty easy especially with all of the questions that I had. I went in about 3 or 4 times to view rings and set on a beautiful choice that my now fiancée absolutely loves. Will be back for the wedding band purchase because we already found some that we love. Would recommend PBD any time to anyone!

Extremely positive experience! We got a custom ring designed and made from here. I love how it turned out and wanted to give a big shout out to our specialist Caraline. She really helped me and my partner choose a design we liked, helped get back to use with quotes in a timely manner, and overall was super helpful with the entire experience. Started shopping for a wedding ring a few weeks ago and had my girlfriends sister helping me. We found a lot of decent options and terrible options. I reached out to Caraline and the team at PBD and she even called me to hold my hand through the process. Something about buying nice jewelry online as opposed to in store felt Weird to me. But Caraline was rad, and I'm hoping the ring is as awesome as her willingness to help me because I don't know anything about jewelry at all. My watch is Velcro so yeah, definitely needed help...

We are very pleased with our experience at princess bride diamonds. The customer service we received from Jackie exceeded our expectations. We had an heirloom diamond that we wanted to have set into a ring. Jackie was very knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process. I even had a proposal date in mind and was hoping to have the ring ready sooner than their expected turnaround time. They were able to have the ring ready a week earlier than we expected. My fiancé and I will be returning to look at wedding bands in the near future!

Working in a research lab, I wear gloves often, but I want to be able to wear my ring everyday. I also wanted a simple yet meaningful engagement ring to celebrate our 10th anniversary in March. I was referred to Princess Bride by a friend who recently was engaged, being that I am from a different region of the state I was unsure at first but figured why not! After browsing the website I decided to give them a call and was put into contact with Regan, one of their many specialists. Regan was able to assist me in picking out the perfect engagement ring through a series of phone calls, texts, and even photos of the diamonds I was curious about. Even though the process took a couple weeks because of my indecisions, Regan was there to answer any questions or concerns I had. We've been to 3 different jewelers and we're so glad we landed in Princess Bride. Literally the best customer service we've gotten out of any of the places and the prices are extremely affordable. Chloe was the one who helped us and she was so kind, patient and really guided us to find the exact diamond we wanted. We literally looked at probably 10 different rings before we landed on the exact shape and size that we wanted. They told us the date to pick it up and they were even early which was a nice plus. The diamonds are beautiful here and they're just so nice, it's like going there to just hang out and chat with friends. I recommend all my friends to go to Princess Bride, there is literally no other option out there, check this place out!

It's been a while since I've gotten the review juices flowin', but I was so happy with the result and quality of the ring that I ordered through Princess Bride Diamonds that I had to whip out a review to show my appreciation. First and foremost, I have to commend Chloe for being so helpful every step of the way. She never pressured us throughout the process and was incredibly patient over the multiple visits that we went to solidify our ring design/style. Even when we had switched up the design completely halfway through the process, she worked with us to make sure we were satisfied with what we would order, all whilst maintaining a positive attitude. I may be still wearing my rose-tinted glasses with how the ring came out, but I'm very satisfied with the quality so far and my experience with Chloe couldn't have gone more smoothly. Thank you!

I came here to get an Engagement ring and with Regan's help I was able to get an amazing custom ring that my fiancé loved. When it came time to get our wedding bands there was no question but to go back to Regan. Princess Bride Diamonds will be the only place we go from now on to get jewelry.

Their "customer service" and "friendliness" seems to be good to get the sale, but once you get your ring made it was a disappointment for us. * We got a custom diamond made, it came back lopsided and even the sales person noticed it. But said since it's a custom piece they can't refund or replace it. What? Why was this not explained to us BEFORE they took our money? Then we would have looked for other alternatives because no one wants an asymmetrical diamond. *We were told that if we needed a resizing to come back after trying on the ring for a month. We did and it still fit too snug. We came to the store and asked for it to be resized and they tell us "We don't recommend resizing the ring since your pave diamonds will touch your center stones". This was completely opposite of what we were told before and then they accused me of resizing my ring prior????? They were accusing me of resizing it before and that they have the PAPERWORK HISTORY to prove it to me. Then they realized they pulled up the wrong file. *Then the entire time I'm talking with the associate another associate sitting nearby is watching and giving weird faces. How unprofessional and awkward is that? This place started as a dream and ended as a nightmare. Not happy with the ring not happy with their service at the end. Go to another place that won't play games or "act nice" til the sale is over.

I ordered two rings from Princess Bride Diamonds (Engagement and Wedding band) and I absolutely LOVED my experience. Rose was very attentive, patient, and a pleasure to work with. Nikki and Parker were also very helpful in helping me too! They were all super helpful and very accommodating considering a rushed request to complete the set with the constellation band I wanted before I went on my trip (and proposed to my now fiancée ). Overall, I would highly recommend PBD to anyone that's wanting an easy going and straightforward ring buying experience with caring and knowledgeable customer service, along with a variety of different styles to choose from!

I went here for my wedding set, my husbands, and a couple girlfriends consultations. I also pop in whenever to try on more items! Regan is my girl! She's VERY knowledgeable about the jewelry and is there to listen and help narrow down what you want. I recommend her to everyone I bring in. The jewelry is high quality, up with the latest trends, and you'll find what you want. They have a process that's easy for future fiancé's to pick out the ring too! I went with my boyfriend to look at engagement rings here. Compared to other experiences we've had, this was easily the best. Chloe was extremely helpful and kind. She brought out so many options and made sure we understood every part of the engagement ring process from gold type to cut and clarity. She wasn't pushy at all and really made us feel comfortable.

This review is mostly for Jackie, but I am also insanely happy for the rings my fiancé and I picked out. My fiancé and I were a little nervous coming in to look for rings because we really didn't know what to expect. Luckily, we were helped by Jackie and she was so thorough and patient she made us feel comfortable and at ease. She really educated us on each type of ring and even advised me to get a smaller size when I didn't realize I needed she was 100% right and saved me from getting the wrong size. Such a great experience! My boyfriend made an appointment for us with Nikki and she was amazing!!! Nikki was so knowledgeable and professional in every aspect of creating my perfect ring. She went over everything!!! & by everything I mean specs to a ring that I would of never thought of. First off the shop is beautiful and everyone is so welcoming. I was a little nervous because this was my first time ring shopping and I had no idea what I wanted. Nikki made me feel so comfortable and started explaining the whole process of creating my custom ring. She also gave advice for particular settings that would suit me better. At the end of it we narrowed it down to my dream ring with 2 differnt styles for my boyfriend to choose from when the time comes. Princess Bride Diamonds made my experience shopping for an engagement ring extremely easy. I had originally started planning the ring first via a phone call and then via text message with Nikki last Fall. Life happened, so I didn't reach back out until March of this year. Even though it had been close to 5 months, Nikki still had all of the details of the ring saved and made the process extremely easy. Her patience, guidance, and expertise in this field was extremely evident when discussing various aspects of the ring. All I can say is Nikki is that GIRL! She helped me get the perfect gift for my girlfriend for Christmas and she absolutely loved it. The whole experience at Princess Bride Diamonds was amazing. The necklace I bought was beautiful and buying it online was much easier than it was at other jewelry stores and Nikki helped me get one that was the right price. I genuinely could not recommend it enough.

Ive always wanted a cuban link chain and this was the perfect place to get that done! Met up with my sales associate Nikki who helped me customize it to perfection! Such a fun experience to add a new piece to the collection and i'll be heading back again soon for some more! Nikki made the process effortlessly easy and nailed everything perfectly!
