Tama, from Avgeria Stapaki, is opening in Bucktown | Eater Chicago

"Earlier in her career, Stapaki took over the Principote Mykonos beach club, and I note it was there she met Brad Parker—an important connection that later led to her move to Chicago." - Naomi Waxman

Went a bit late in the season, so it wasn’t really busy. The venue is aesthetically stunning, the food was great, but expect to pay premium prices. Similar to Nammos, the price of sunbeds was really expensive as well, 200€ to 300€ for a pair, depending on the section, but we were really put off since the sunbeds were dirty.

Fancy posh place in Mykonos! The Dj was amazing! We had lunch and later on the music picked up and people got up on the chairs and everyone was dancing! Great vibes! We also went to the beach and dived in which was great! The place is very expensive (think 30 euros for an order of fries!) and we paid around 200 euros per person for food and drinks. The food was nice bur I’ve had better food elsewhere. The grilled octopus was over grilled and a bit burnt.

We ordered the burrata salad, hummus dip, truffle fries, and truffle rigatoni — and every single dish was delicious. Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. A great dining experience all around!

Amazing place if you like afrohouse music. Prices are high, but if you can afford it, it's definitely a go-to! The food is very tasty, the service is fast and friendly. The beach is beautiful. Loud people, but that's what you chose in a place like this.

This was my third visit to Principote Mykonos, and once again, it exceeded expectations. I arrived early in the morning and spent some time relaxing around the beach and lounge area. Later, some friends joined me, and they had a reservation in the exclusive party zone. The party section operates on a minimum spending policy, and if you’re lucky enough to have a table there, you truly get to experience Principote at its best vibrant and luxurious. Sunbeds are priced at €120 per person, and a Freddo espresso with water is €17. While on the higher end, the exceptional service and overall atmosphere make it worthwhile. Our table at the restaurant party area had a minimum spend of €2500, including some additional charges for extra drinks. The food and vibe is absolutely worth it. One of the best moments is the Sirtaki song performance, when the crowd waves white napkins in the air.. it’s magical I think. Other highlights include: • Spacious and well-organized parking • Immaculately clean restrooms • A serene garden area for moments of peace and relaxation • A luxury boutique Principote is undoubtedly one of the most exclusive and high-end spots on the island. It’s a destination for those who appreciate style, service, and a luxurious beach experience. ⚠️ Tip: Reservations are essential.. especially in August. Without one, you risk long waits or being turned away entirely. Also, you need a taxi to get there.. since is no public bus. A taxi costs 50-60€ round trip. We went by our cars. If you’re seeking luxury go at Principote Mykonos.

A place mot to miss out when visiting Mykonos… Make sure you reserve in advance… lunch 2.30pm is a good slot … music picks up around 4.30pm… party on till 7pm… if you want a party vibe table then ask for middle seating in bottom level

Perfect Day in Paradise – Principote Mykonos From the moment we arrived at Principote, it was clear we were in for something extraordinary. The setting is absolutely stunning — golden sand, crystal-clear waters, and a chic yet relaxed ambiance that perfectly captures the spirit of Mykonos. The service was flawless. From the warm welcome at the entrance to the attentive beach staff and the exceptional restaurant team, everything felt genuinely world-class. Our sunbeds were incredibly comfortable and perfectly shaded, allowing us to relax all day long in total comfort. The food? Spectacular. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor — especially the seafood, which was fresh and expertly prepared. The wine list is extensive, and the cocktails were top-notch. The crowd is elegant and international, with a perfect mix of music, energy, and luxury without ever feeling overcrowded or pretentious. Principote is more than a beach club — it’s a curated experience that balances relaxation and sophistication in the best possible way. Definitely one of the highlights of our Mykonos trip. Can’t wait to return!

We loved this spot! Beach feel but feels more up market! Service and food were excellent!!! Book beach chairs with umbrella then do lunch…then back to beach to chill for rest of day. Kids welcome and very friendly all around.
