If I could give zero to the their customer service, I would do so. I placed an order through their website more than 2 weeks ago; payment was deducted, but I received no confirmation at all, not by email, not by SMS, nothing.
I called customer service 3 times and each time received the same response that a manager would call me back. No one ever contacted me. The only explanation I was given was that they are just a pick-up point, which makes no sense considering the website charges 80 QAR for delivery that never happened. It feels like you are just throwing your money (QAR 550 for my case) into the trash when ordering through their website.
At this point, the only next step I see is to file a complaint with the Ministry of Commerce.
For a retail store of this level, I did not expect such poor service, unclear processes, and zero follow-up.
