"The menu at Prism is upscale Middle Eastern and Mediterranean food - think squash-bundled crab on wild rice or white fish with dates and labneh. There’s also an over-200-bottle wine list with options from Syria, Lebanon, and Israel, all of which are available by the glass and a surprising number of which cost around $12.
