Love going into Pro Image Sports. Always friendly and store owners remember you which lets me know they pay attention and care about making their customers feel wanted and cared for. They are one of the stores that aren't pushy or make you feel uncomfortable, you're like family. They always got the best merch and throwbacks at the best price. Plus inventory is always changing, offering fresh styles. Never step into the mall without hitting them up!

Went in looking for Super Bowl merchandise on 2-15-26 around 5:15pm and the guy behind counter said “we’re in Tennessee, dude”. A simple “Sorry we don’t have any” wouldve been fine but the rudeness and smugness of the employee was very unprofessional.

Walked in and was met with a Go Pack Go(I was wearing a packers t-shirt). Talked some sports with the associate while I looked around. After I made my selection and went to the register the associate told me about a hoodie that was on sale which I also purchased. Always a great experience and honestly one of the only reason I go to the mall. 10 out of 10

Best sports store of all time. I joined the rewards program and realized it wasn't giving me points for my purchases. I told the cashier about it when making my most recent purchase, they just asked what I had bought and put my points in for me.

This place is great! The recent negative review is very confusing. The person posting the review has absolutely no idea what circumstances may have required the store to be closed for 30 minutes or so. Get a grip! This store is the only reason I would even consider walking into Hamilton Place.
