I just purchased three chorizo burritos for $52 that took 45 minutes to make by far the worst experience! It’s 10 AM I was the first And only customer in the restaurant till my order was finished

I placed a order of 12 red/ pork tamales & another 12/ corn tamales. The tamales were picked up at 2:00 PM since that’s when we were told our order will be ready. After arriving home this is how our tamales were given to us. They are obviously not cooked all the way. The potato is also very hard on the inside. Completely disappointed! My family and I were not able to enjoy a tamales on Christmas. The corn tamales were not so tasty. Waste of money.

Its always a treat coming to this spot. They know how to treat you and the food is just like back home.

The food here is delicious. Taste like it's homemade food. Great prices.

Overpriced for the portion amount on the asado sinaloense. Pork beans too watery. Aguas dulces also over priced!

Needs more front/cashier help, we had to keep calling for things not the cashier's fault obviously a management issue

Authentic Sinaloense food. The lady at front though she doesn't do a good job. She rather comadriar than attend to customers

On Saturday I walk in and ask for one dozen tamales. The lady hands me cold tamales, so I inform her that I am working, I have no place to warm them up and that my co workers and I want to eat tamales the way they are intended to be eaten - Warm. She tells me that she has to sell me the cold tamales because they are the batch from the day prior and she has to sell those first before she can sell the "new" ones. I have never experienced this service at a restaurant, let alone have them tell me they have to sell their cold leftovers from the day before. I can't imagine going to any other restaurant and having to explain why they need to give me warm food. I ended up handing the cold food back to her and tried explaining again why I want warm tamales but she ignored me. I walked out. It was incredibly uncomfortable given the fact that my family and I are all regular customers and have been coming here for many many years. They know who we are. Saturday was the last day we ever step foot into any of their establishments and I encourage you to not go here. If they did this to me, a known client, I can't imagine how they would treat any other client who happens to stop by for a meal.

I definitely love this place! Food is amazing but the service is HORRIBLE!!!! I called to place an order over the phone and was put on hold for 20 min I drove to the restaurant while on hold and they were empty! I told the lady if she knew how to pick up the phone and she had the nerve to say "oh yeah someone's on hold!" And I told her "yeah that someone is me!" "She said oh we're busy!" The place was EMPTY!!!! While on hold I could hear the ladies laughing in the background. So I place my order because I really want my food and they still take 45 min to give me my food ! It's ridiculous... this place has gone down hill... they definitely need to hire new people.

This is the headquarters to all the other El Sinaloense restaurants. Small place,food is fresh and delicious! Always have the asado, A+.handmade tortillas and agua cebada. This is where all the tamales, empanadas etc are made before gettin sent out to the restaurants. You don't find all the nosey crowd u see at the spot on state st. No one selling anything, or musicos. You can actually eat in PEACE!!

Bad service and prices so high over the holidays and with the crisis and my wife waited 4 hour for tamales never again

Horrible service !! I placed a phone order, the lady said, " 20 mins" I get there still to wait 30 mins and no food . I get ask the lady and she said, " are you the phone order? , oh I got your food it's ready" I sit down for another 10 mins. The food never came. Upon arrival all the tables were dirty . I was there for about 40 mins and the tables were never cleaned. Never going there again .

The best Cebada and machaca is fire too try the menudo blanco the best ever just like the one in Sinaloa

their queso flan is beyond amazing.... every time I go I get the torta de pierna has good amount of meat and its flavored well
