Make your way to the Fontainebleau Las Vegas and go on the 2nd floor to enter the newest food hall experience known as the Promenade! There you will find a variety of food stalls to satisfy your appetite from 11am-11pm (weekdays, open later on the weekends). We chose Bar Ito to enjoy authentic Japanese food from the same chef as Omakase, and ordered the 5 rolls for $50 which came in a box with instructions on how to carefully unwrap the plastic covering of each roll with flavors such as lobster, toro, salmon, and yellowtail. It was delightfully fresh given that we are in a desert in Las Vegas, but this certainly was not a food desert, so many choices and plentiful food. We also had the bowls at Bar Ito: beef, salmon, and tuna; so flavorful and delicious, worth coming back for especially the beef! We chose Break for the dessert and got the hazelnut and chocolate eclair, such a sweet ending to our meal. With numerous seating options, every seat is a good seat to enjoy your snack, meal, or dessert. So if you are looking for a food hall that has a classy art deco feel with a touch of Miami with its lush vegetation as decor, then go to the Promenade and get your appetite ready!
