I love this mall, I’ve been coming to promenade for years. I recently had a baby and every time I have gone to both family rooms (the one next to food court and the other next to the women’s macys) there has been nothing but suspicious activity inside the rooms. There’s always people without children hanging out in the rooms, teenagers smoking and couples fooling around in the bathrooms. I do not feel comfortable at all bringing my little one inside there. I feel there needs to be more security outside of the rooms to prevent this.

Love this mall! This place is enjoyable. There are plenty of parking options, including garages and outdoor spaces, making it easy to find a spot even on busy weekends. The food court is good, with many stores offering a variety of goods. Additionally, there's a fun arcade area, various restaurants, and a movie theater! The escape room is a bonus for us as a fun family activity. This is a great place to spend a day with the family.

Google
I’ve been here a few times, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. The drinks at the bar area are consistently good—especially considering it’s a movie theater bar. The attendant at the entrance is also helpful, always letting you know which side your theater is on.

Google
An excellent, thriving mall. Perfect for a day of food, entertainment, and shopping.

Google
Thank you for still keeping the mall open . Nice to see. It was full today and what a great clean mall. Macy's is a little weird two separate stores but over all great deals going on right now.

Google
Mall is laid out well, some of the shopping I expected at a larger mall was not present. But that is no fault of the mall. Overall very nice, plenty of security presence, and sanitation appeared to be a top priority.

Google
Yard house is such a vibe. The rice was off this night and our server was so accommodating to fetch us another side. He was very nice and patient while we looked over the menu. Very chill atmosphere and great place to have a drink and watch sports with friends.

Yelp
A THRIVING MALL! I've come to The Promenade for many years now and it's consistently housed a variety of stores, restaurants, and specialty shops. It's never felt creepy or empty like some other malls. The mall's prices can be a little overpriced and the parking situation can be a mess but I give this mall a pass as it's generally been a good place to shop. The Promenade has a medium size food court, IMAX theater, big name stores (JCPenney, Macy's etc.), specialty stores (Miniso, Dick's) and plenty of eateries (Lazy Dog, California Pizza Kitchen, Lucille's BBQ and more). It's also surrounded by tons of other stores and eateries that are not attached to it, it's in the shopping hub of Temecula. Service is pretty good, the staff keep the floors clean and tables whipped. However, the restrooms are awful. I took a star partly for this reason. Note: Extra Parking - A parking structure is adjacent to the IMAX theater if you're looking for somewhere to park and the main parking is full.

Yelp
I love coming here because they have cute clothes, but this weekend was disappointing. No greeting or do you need help finding anything! It was strictly a business transaction! Also, when do these fitting rooms get swept and cleaned! It was so dusty and dirty on Sunday 06/01/2025. It doesn't look like anyone has swept or deep cleaned those fitting rooms in months! At least sweep it nightly!

Yelp
Bought a brand new iPhone 16. Ever since I bought it a couple weeks ago it's been glitchy and today it would not turn on at all. Therefore, I had no phone to call or make an appointment.! I had gone into the Apple Store and paid parking in front and I was already upset regarding this brand new phone but The male I encountered which, did not seem friendly at all and very matter of fact! He Did not seem to understand the situation & just asked me if I had an appointment. I need an appointment and he couldn't get me in for at least two hours. I said really? I couldn't believe that somebody couldn't just help me turn the phone on or try another cord so I walked out and was gonna wait.... I then decided to go back in to see if I could use a phone so I can call my husband at least to let him know what was going on . A nice young man with braids in his hair named, Manny asked me quickly if I needed help and I said yes, and told him and he went and grabbed a phone and was going to let me use the phone . When I told him this stupid phone won't at all he quickly looked at it , pressed a couple buttons that reset it apparently and it turned right on. I was happy about that because now I don't have to wait two hours something as simple as that and actually I was going to plug it into their phone cord just to see if that might help but when he did turn on my phone, it was already 100% charge which I knew it was because I left it on the charger all night. I walked out, but then came back in to make sure I still had that appointment because I wanted to make sure this phone was working properly. I then spoke to a really nice young woman named Yazel who helped me more and listen to my situation without having me wait for two hours. At that time she was standing around, along with others so I was looking at WHY I would even have to wait for two hours ??? In the end, Hazel and Manny were very customer service oriented and helped me a lot and I had to make a decision on the phone so I'm going back to the place. I bought it! I was not impressed with the initial man who helped me and then just gave me an appointment for two hours later. I personally felt the initial customer service should've been a lot better. Thanks to Manny and Yazel I left happy!!

Yelp
Very huge mall. Lots of shops from brand names to standalone shops. Would definitely come back if in the area.

Yelp
Malls are a dying breed, but Promenade Temecula still has some life in it. We are usually here to go to the movies at the Regal Cinemas, but it's still fun to walk around the mall itself. There is a large selection of the stores that you expect at a shopping mall (H & M, Express, Victoria's Secret, Bath and Body Works), plus a Macy's and Dick's Sporting Goods. Several chain restaurants are here, as well, including CPK, Cheesecake Factory, Lucille's Smokehouse BBQ, and Yard House. I don't really buy anything, but walking around here is nostalgic and reminds me of my SoCal youth ;)

Yelp
The good: This is a standard looking mall with a kids free play area that was slightly bigger than most at other malls. It had climbing areas and slides so my toddlers loved it. They also had a train that drives around the mall. I liked that the bathroom area had a family restroom with a mini toddler toilet. The food court is spacious. The faux indoor palm trees were fun looking. There was plenty of parking on a Saturday evening. The bad: Lots of kids in the indoor kids play area don't wear socks even though they're supposed to and lots of Parents leave their shoes on even though the kids are all in there without shoes. Some of the kids also look too big to be climbing those structures and it takes away from little ones who are also trying to play on it. They have really cool rentable strollers that look like fancy cars with gas pedals and rev motor noises. The interesting: I like how the glass ceilings allow natural light in.

Yelp
A dying mall.. I've been going to this mall for many years, as it's the only one we have nearby. It has to be one of the saddest malls I've been to. They have a few core stores to shop in, but there are also numerous random stores, which is odd. There'll be new stores coming in, and it'll be gone in a month. Wish they'll make some renovations to make it nicer and fresher.

Yelp
Very nice, clean indoor/outdoor mall with a variety of shops. Not too busy, but we visited when it opened on a weekday. Plenty of parking. Some empty spaces, but unfortunately, box stores are hurting with more and more people using online sales. Enjoyed the stroll through the mall. They do have movies and a nice food court.

Yelp
In the past, I had driven past the exit to this mall hundreds of times but never actually visited the mall. I can say that I didn't miss much! I was not the slightest bit impressed with this mall! It seemed a bit run down and was not decorated. There were a few palm trees but that was basically it in terms of decor. I noticed that the mall did not have any high end stores, then later realized that all of the nice shops were outdoors whereas the cheaper ones were indoors. I wonder why?? It would be nice if they were mixed and not segregated. During really hot, cold, or rainy weather, I would not want to be outside! I noticed the food court had very limited selections. We were thirsty so we got a large lemonade from Hot Dog on a Stick since we didn't see any boba or coffee shops. The restrooms were absolutely filthy. They reeked urine, the floor was scattered with trash, and there weren't toilet paper in any of the stalls! This was a first time and the last time I'll come to this mall!

Yelp
Decent selection of stores! They have the classic stores: Forever 21, Victoria's Secret, H&M, Sephora, etc. There's also a movie theater and good restaurants in the surrounding area: Cheesecake Factory, Chick-fil-A, Raising Cane's, etc. The workers at the stores are super nice and helpful. I went a couple of hours after opening and everything was very organized. Clothes were still folded nicely and hung up on hooks. Some of the stores, however, are either lackluster or focused on a certain aspect (like wedding dresses or comic books) so it's harder to draw in customers. They have good deals though, and I was able to get some cute items on sale! The parking is also nice and large. I never have trouble finding a spot. Good place for shopping!

Yelp
I love this place I can be there for hours enjoying the beautiful Temecula mall. I always have so much fun with my 2 yr old son

Yelp
This is a decent mall located off the freeway in Temecula. It's clean and has tons of parking. What surprised me was how there wasn't an empty store in the place. The food court was welcoming. Tables were clean and it seemed well maintained. The mall itself felt safe with a heavy security presence. I'd be back for sure if in the area.

Yelp
I've been going to this mall for nearly 15 years and it has gone way down hill. The bathrooms, let me tell you, they are terrible! Especially the ones near the food court, a disaster. The food court is kind of weak and over priced. The smell of vinegar from Panda Express is so strong you can smell it a mile away. They need to update their food booths for sure. Some quirky stuff is to be found along with the main stay stores like Tilleys and Old Navy etc. but there are a lot of empty store fronts that seem to be growing by the week. The foot traffic is 50% shoppers 50% kids and mall wanderers. Which kind of brings this place down. I'll keep coming back but only because it's close.
google avatar

Yelp
The Promenade in Temecula is awesome! It reminds me of how malls were back in the 80's & 90's. There is a big movie theatre, Round 1 arcade and bowling alley, tons of restaurants of all kinds. We visited today with our toddler grandson to escape the heat. There is a great indoor play area for the kiddos. There is a good mix/variety of stores. Not many "high end" stores if that's what you're looking for, but there is a Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn, and an Apple Store !

Yelp
What can I say, this is my hometown mall, I've been coming here with friends and family for over 25 years! I absolutely love our little mall, sure it's not the largest mall like in LA but it is the perfect size for our wonderful hometown of Temecula. During the pandemic we lost a lot of good stores unfortunately but it has been bouncing back and booming ever since. The stores outside is also a great touch and there are many choices in restaurants not to mention the food court. This is a Regal Movie Theatre, and usually once a month or so there is a street faire with some great items from local artists and food.
google avatar

Yelp
Go to the Promenade. Talk to the Fire-chief. Visit the 9-11 Mobile Exhibit before they leave to go to the next city. Never forget.

Yelp
I don't spend much time at the malls these days. Covid really changed the scope of my shopping habits. I like that the mall includes touches of our wine country, with a small section of grape vines and local wineries highlighted. We are lucky to have a mall in our city, and I'm glad it's smallish in size. There is a good selection of dining and shops. I also think there are some good selections to choose from in the food court section. Because it is on the smallish size, some may not be as impressed on the selection of shopping options. The "main" entrance across the street from Regal Cinema, is a spot for special events. Recently, Inland Valley Hospital's trauma center held a teen expo event which included a Metal Mulisha show of extreme dirt bike tricks! I was amazed that that space in front of Regal was able to accommodate such a daring show! It was pretty impressive! Here at the mall many business have closed and new ones have opened. Some of my favorites are gone: Loft, Charming Charlie, Disney. Sears, a huge retail relic of the past is gone. Many big name staples remain such as JC Penny, Macy's, Victoria Secrets, H&M, Bath and Body, Apple, Brighton, Coach, William Sonoma, many more remain. Dick's Sporting Goods is a welcome new addition. Same with the restaurants. While some have closed there still remain some good ones, and new ones have opened. Change is a part of life. I hope the changes going on at this mall will keep things fresh and updated.

Yelp
I was visiting a buddy of mine who moved from LA's south bay to this area. We chatted over food and coffee, and we decided to come check out the mall here. I was able to shop for some items that I needed, and we walked around this place a bit. This shopping center is clean, nice, and safe. It is family friendly, and I saw no bad characters around. The shops are what you'd expect to find at most other malls, and the crowd is pleasant. There is a movie theatre, plenty of fast food and sit down restaurants. Yard House is my favorite, but that is a review for another day. Parking is found at one of the structures, and there was little hassle finding a spot, despite it being daytime on a weekend with heavy foot traffic. This place is pretty well run. In a time when other malls in America as closing shop at an accelerated rate, this mall seems to be bustling. They must be doing something right.
google avatar

Winny H.

Yelp
I like coming here and shopping at this loation. You have both outdoor mall and its connected to indoor mall. Plenty of stores to shop or go window shopping. Stores and restaurants range from Yard House to Apple store, WHBM, BBW, Brightons, Macys, etc. Plenty of places to get gifts for yourself or loved ones. I just have an issue with the parking here. It is crowded and the spaces are small. Wish they had build a larger parking structure. The interior of the mall also had fake palm trees that look very real. Will definitely come back on a weekday to avoid all the holiday rush.

Yelp
As far as Temecula goes, The Promenade Temecula is like the main place for shopping. When I lived in Temecula, I felt disappointed that the Promenade was it. I guess I just hoped for me. Not that the Promenade is bad or anything- it isn't bad. It is an okay mall. Just not a lot going on other than that. Temecula is basically wineries for drinking and then the Promenade for shopping lol There are some decent stores here. Since this is the main area for shopping, the holidays are a zoo. It's so so bad at the Promenade Temecula during Thanksgiving and Christmas. I suggest ordering stuff online or order for store pickup. Avoid the holiday havoc.

Summer W.

Yelp
Never get your hair done at this mall.. I took my son there a few times, first hair cut was okay, second hair cut was a disaster. This cut was done by a lady barber in the shop, she did a terrible job. So bad that asking to get it fixed was not an option.

Yelp
Out of towner visiting this mall, and compared to the malls in Louisville, KY and Lexington, KY, this mall is HUGE!!! They have so many different shops to choose from; and if you aren't able to go down the escalator, they have an elevator. There's also a train that runs around the top level for the kids as well. I'm not sure if there's a cost to it; but the gentleman that was directing the train was really nice. This mall has plenty of places to eat inside on the first floor and plenty of other shops and eating places on the outside strip. One of the biggest malls I've ever been to in a long time; and I really enjoyed the various shops and wheelchair accessibility. Though, because it is so busy, hubs and I had to park a distance from the door, since there wasn't anymore handicapped spots available. And while I was there, they had other shops in the parking lot that took up other parking spots. I didn't go look at them; but thought it was a weird spot for them to be. All in all, I will definitely come back to this mall before I leave town.
google avatar

Mark O.

Yelp
The shopping center is a typical American mall with limited activity. Shops and food court is average
google avatar

TANISHA W.

Yelp
Recently moved this way and wanted to go to the mall. Unfortunately this is the only mall out here. This mall is pretty whack. The stores are small which means less merchandise and it's just sad. I guess we have to drive all the way to l Moreno Valley or the OC to shop because this place Isn't it. This is our second time trying to give this place a try.

Sandi W.

Yelp
The mall has good shops in and out of the mall itself. However, I went there for Christmas shopping and I was highly disappointed at the lack of Christmas decorations throughout the mall. Where is your Christmas spirit promenade mall?!?!
google avatar

Gary N.

Yelp
Neat and nice shopping mall in Temecula, O actually had a chance to shop here while working another gig at Costco nearby, so I stopped by and got few items at Forever 21 and American Eagle, didn't have a chance to explore more until today. They have a decent food court with plenty of food stands and outside they have even more restaurants like Cheesecake Factory. Edward Cinema is here as well to make sure you can watch a movie when you're tired of shopping. They also have more branded shops like H&M, Express, Foot Locker, Apple, Macy, JC Penny, etc. it's standard but not that average like some of the one I had been to, if you visit Temecula, make sure to check it out.

Yelp
Best place to find a prom dress is Macy's. There's a designated section and my daughter enjoyed the experience so much. Our local Macy's has nothing like this and really seemed pathetic next to this one. We also enjoyed the Boba Loca drinks we ordered, though they didn't announce when the order was ready. After about 20 minutes, my daughter checked on her order that had been waiting to be picked up. Apparently, online orders aren't announced. Note to self. Nice mall overall. Some stores didn't quite have what we were looking for, but overall good experience there.
google avatar

Kim L.

Yelp
This mall is cute with some really great stores eateries, activities and more. A very long time ago this mall used to have out door concerns and events on the backside of the mall that is now a mini road that leads to specialty stores a restaurants like P.F. Chang's , Lucille's, Lazy Dog, and Yard House. There is an Apple store, I think Pottery Barn is still there and more. Inside the mall you have your standard Mall department stores like Macys, Dicks Athletes, Old Navy, Victoria Secrets, Buckle, forever 21, etc. You have jewelry store, a food court with some nice selections, and specialty food outlets throughout the mall. You might just spot a macaroon place on the second floor, but you didn't hear that from me lol. oh i almost forgot, if you like games, they have an indoor target practice place and if you like karaoke land games, have some fun at Round 1. For small children, if you walk towards the women's Macys, they have a little play area. If you go to the second floor heading in that same direction, you will find The Cheesecake Factory. Mmm

Yelp
Best mall in the area! It has just about everything, except a Nordstrom. I like how it has both indoor and outdoor areas, and that it's well maintained and clean. Lots of restaurants nearby, as well as a movie theater. I went here on my birthday for a few hours and had a lot of fun. Parking isn't bad either, as it has a free parking garage. It's a really big mall, so focus your trip and figure out where to park to get to the stores of your choice the easiest!
google avatar

Ashlinn M.

Yelp
This review is for the train Our train ride experience was so cool. I took my daughter here on her birthday mainly for build a bear but we saw the train and had to ride it this time. The conductor was super friendly and accommodating so I feel it made the whole experience worthwhile. The ticket booth is outside of the Windsor store on the top level and i believe the tickets were $5 per rider and under 2 is free. Such a cool experience if you have little ones!

Yelp
Love this mall for so many reasons. You can shop here for just about anything-apparel, jewelry, electronics etc. They have high end stores such as Apple, coach, lululemon. There's a barber shop, beauty bar, nail salon, etc. Plus all the random kiosks within the mall. You need something they got it most likely. Need somewhere to keep the kids entertained they have a train ride, playground area, other spots scattered around. They also have a pins & pockets-bowling & arcade games. Built up an appetite!? There's a food court downstairs, lots of other restaurants within walking distance. Snacks, smoothies/juices, desserts. All here. If you walk outside there's other stores and a movie theater. This mall is so spacious. Even on a crowded day it's not so bad. Last thing-there's events held here really gets the community together. Also, the parking lot shows what floor to park at, how many spaces are available so your not driving around, guessing.

Pizza L.

Yelp
Gross This is the drinking water fountain down at the food court outside by the restrooms!

Venessa T.

Yelp
The mall is so GHETTO now..used to be a nice place to come with your family. Now its just filled with whole in the wall low budget stores that you would see in Plaza Bonita or miniscule parts of LA. All it neds is a Rainbow and a Fake jewelry Keyosk then its really gone down hill. The Promenade went from a hot spot to a dump in such a short time. It was not like this 8 years ago. What happened.

Maria M.

Yelp

Amber G.

Yelp
Santa photos. I got Santa phots done on the 3rd. I paid for package B. I didn't not get all my pictures. I asked for the rest of my photos and they said no. I asked are you guys just going to throw them away and they said yes and throw them away in front of me. I contacted them about what happen but since I contacted them on the 8th they said there nothing they can do. I just want what I paid for. I would not be taking it this far if they aren't being so rude. I am contacting you guys become I obviously didn't get them and if I did I wouldn't be talking to you. $54 dollars I paid for only 2 pictures. Are you joking. Not worth it. Go to a different place.
google avatar

Yelp
I was a little sketched out about entering an indoor mall during Covid, but after realizing that space-wise it's no different than Costco we decided that popping in just to pick up some food and take it to go would be ok. I was impressed with the amount of masks being worn and the safety precautions they were doing a pretty good job of enforcing. It doesn't have the best retail around, but the food court has some good fast casual options. Overall, I'm glad they're doing their best to stay afloat so if you can, give the Promenade some love.
google avatar

Gmoney G.

Yelp
this mall has gone so downhill. tons of kids stores. their outside area looks nice. lots of sports stores.
google avatar

Neen M.

Yelp
It's funny because the promenade is so cute but the mall it's next to is such sad vibes and not up to this century's standards. Parking is hard to find here in the lot so prepare to walk a little bit. But what I love about this promenade is it's a good escape when you're in the area. If they revamped the mall portion with more entertainment, things to do, restaurants I could definitely see this area in general thrive.
google avatar

Jason R.

Yelp
Caution. This is no longer a corporate store. Promenade licensed it and it is TERRIBLE. Pricing is higher and the staff does not know what the mantra of Starbucks is. My drink took forever to make and when I got it it was wrong. The barista who made it argues with me that she made it correctly. Finally another employee took noticed and stepped in. He made the drink correctly. In the end, get your coffee before you get here, the service is terrible.
google avatar

Danielle B.

Yelp
Horrible. Would never come back the customer service was awful, the music was really sexual and the prices where really high!

Hannah C.

Yelp
This mall has many good stores but also has a cockroach infestation. So nasty. I wouldn't recommend eating in the food court or buying things that they can get into and bringing them home.
google avatar

Carla P.

Yelp
I had the most amazing interact with a security guard at the Temecula Promenade Mall when my husband slipped and fell. He just went above and beyond; so helpful and also genuinely seemed to care. His name was Christian Siler! He needs to be commended!
google avatar

Chhai M.

Yelp
The massively popular days of walk-around malls are slowly fading, and I could definitely tell by the low foot traffic in the afternoon here. Even if online shopping is the way to go, Promenade a bit more for its visitors than what they may remember from the yester-years of mall walkarounds. Some may not be aware of their Dave-and-Buster imitation arcade with bowling alley inside, as well as both indoor and outdoor shopping for whatever fits the mood. Beyond the normal food court, major restaurants are well built-in rather than set up as separate buildings to make shopping and eating easier. For better or worse, the low volume also means the place remains fairly clean throughout the day. In a new era of consumerism, Promenadce Temecula holds onto what made shopping malls so special along with some hidden extras that remind us of the spectacle of shopping in person.
google avatar

Mark D.

Yelp
I've always liked the layout of the Temecula Prominade and to get around from one big box store to the other is pretty smooth. They have some nice features like an over sized fire place with chairs outside of Macy's. They also have a couple grapevine sections outside of Pennys. That's a great fit with all our wineries here. They have the usual restaurants in the food court for those who want a bite and run. In addition they have some real nice site down restaurants like Lazy Dog, Lucille and California Pizza Kitchen to name a few. Parking can be challenging in the structure and tends to get backed up. I prefer the open parking and can usually find a good spot.

Nathan G.

Yelp
I love this mall. So many stores and so many options. It's also a fun place to go if you're having trouble thinking of a place. Definitely recommend.
google avatar

Eric P.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite malls to come to. It's very big and has plenty of stores to shop at. This mall has plenty of events that they host throughout the year in between the mall and the theater. Me and my wife like to bring the girls here because they love to run around and play in the kids play area. It is two stories and has even more shops on the outside. This mall also has a great variety of affordable stores inside. During the summer it is definitely a great place to come and hangout at to stay away from the heat. The mall is well maintained and always kept clean. The staff that manage the mall are very nice as well and are ready to assist you with anything. Great mall overall and I recommend it to anyone in town.

ashley g.

Yelp
Was the perfect place for a very hot day in Riverside. The game arcade for the girls, lots of food and shopping choices and AC!
google avatar

Pat C.

Yelp
I've come here with my grandson (5) and my wife. The food court is roomy and the options are typical for a food court. And there are other restaurants nearby. The Game Center/bowling alley are great escapes from the heat and serve beer and food. A fun place for a fam

Yelp
I used to love this mall, it was one of the best malls and kept so clean, all the stores were high end and very nice. I recently went into this mall and every single good store was ripped out, they replaced them with cheap nasty looking stores and inside of half of them they're dirty with clothes everywhere and on the floor. It's terrible. One of the main stores is now a bowling alley, the nice Birkenstock shoe store is now some Asian Kpop store, there are two of the same stores, one up stairs and one downstairs that sells skimpy nasty looking clothes and so on, it's nothing like the mall used to be and it's only going down hill, I have no ideas what's going on with this mall but it's like walking around in a Hemet Mall, this is Temecula... never going back to this mall.
