"This refined but laid-back tapas bar is the perfect spot for a low-key group dinner fueled by traditional tapas like tortilla española, boquerones, and croquetas—though we strongly suggest you save room for the paella del dia. The giant entree is made to order so it takes some extra time, but it’s worth the 25- to 45-minute wait as it arrives at the table with a perfectly crispy-crusty socarrat of caramelized rice at the bottom of the pan. I ordered a unique white dress for my trip to Italy. It’s great quality and Comfy. I actually got too big a size and customer support was very helpful! I’ve been looking through their items and the quality matches their prices such as more sustainable fabric like cotton and Tencel. I will definitely shop here again

Ordered 2 sleeveless tops; a code 40% off flashed so I used it-tops came and are tiny; I wrote customer service requesting a return and was told they are final sale. No where does it state this! I have email confirmation, shipping confirmation and deliver confirmation, none say final sale!! I would never buy from them again!!

We ordered from them and they were out of what we ordered. We called and emailed for 2 days before any response. Someone finally wrote back and said another color was available. We updated our customers about having another color which they were ok with, then we get informed they are out of it as well. They clearly don't know how to manage stock levels and inventory. Will no longer do business with them, we were looking to increase volume quite a bit but not with these nimrods.

We loved most of their clothes. Styles were great, but customer service was terrible. They're hard to reach, reluctant to help, and "can't" was used entirely too much. We have had to make the decision to no longer use them, because very rarely did we receive our order on time. Release dates are pushed back more often than not. Very unhappy with their service. Saddened we have to stop selling their clothes.

I wish I could give zero stars. This is by far the WORST company I've worked with. Over a month to get orders in when they claim items are in stock. All lies. I placed an order June 12, and its now middle of July and I still dont have my ONE PACK of shirts. Last order I did took 4 weeks to get in also for one item. Horrible!!
