DO NOT MOVE. Not enough parking for the amount of residents. Front desk concierge the Asian man in particular, not accommodating to resident, he's a bit condescending. Now on to the complex our parking garage has been broke for over a month now and has not been fixed. Parking accommodations have not been met, security concerns are definitely not met. Literally had someone walk into my unit. I do not recommend this place for a cat a dog or a mouse. Everyone acts like everything is normal. This is not Buckhead living at all.

Eventhough the apartment has it issues as far as parking, my stay here was great because of Josh, the leasing agent, Antonio in Maintenance, Nautica and Zayquan in concierge. These individuals were very helpful, professional and maintained a great attitude at all times. If your looking to lease here, make sure ask for Josh and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I toured an apartment with Josh last week and he was absolutely wonderful. He was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable about the building and available units. He took the time to show me different options and answered all of my questions thoroughly. It was a great experience, and I truly appreciated his professionalism. Sir! You absolutely rock 🤘

Antonio is fantastic! He’s always friendly, professional, and thorough with his work. Any maintenance issue I’ve had has been resolved quickly and correctly. It really makes a difference having someone so dependable in the building.

Although I don’t live at The Prominence Apartments, I had the pleasure of interacting with a staff member at the front desk named Nautica , and I was genuinely impressed. She had excellent communication skills and carried herself with such a happy, welcoming spirit it really made the experience stand out. It’s not every day you come across someone so professional yet personable. Even as a visitor, I felt valued and well-assisted. If the rest of the team is anything like her, Nautica Boone is in great hands.

The first time I walked in here, I did my tour, and I decided to move in here. The concierge left me a very good impression, I think her name is Merline. Shes very helpful. And display very positive energy. I walk in and out everyday be welcomed by smiling faces. Also I like to add that, Merline and the other concierges make my experience better here <3 Ohhh! Also Josh is very friendly and helpful too!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Just moved into Prominence Apartments today and the experience has been great so far. The staff has been super helpful and responsive throughout the whole move-in process, making everything smooth and easy. The property is clean, well-maintained, and the apartments themselves are modern and spacious. Excited to settle in and call this place home — it already feels like a great community.

I rarely write reviews, but Nautica made me want to write one today! She has the best customer service skills I’ve ever experienced. I was visiting a friend at Prominence Apartments, and she went out of her way to kindly guide me to where I needed to be. Her professionalism and friendliness truly stood out. We need more people like Nautica in this world!
