Prominence Apartments

The first time I walked in here, I did my tour, and I decided to move in here. The concierge left me a very good impression, I think her name is Merline. Shes very helpful. And display very positive energy. I walk in and out everyday be welcomed by smiling faces. Also I like to add that, Merline and the other concierges make my experience better here <3 Ohhh! Also Josh is very friendly and helpful too!!!

My experience at Prominence has been amazing so far. The community is in a great location and has a truly amazing staff. I want to give a special shout-out to Josh and Nautica. My leasing agent, Josh, was incredibly helpful during my initial search for a new place and continues to be a valuable resource. Nautica is also fantastic. She is always helpful and approaches every request with a smile and a great attitude. Both are so welcoming and friendly, which makes it easy to feel comfortable and seek help whenever needed.

My rating is SOLEY for the concierge Staff member Amanda. I am not a resident, so I cannot speak to the desirability of this property. That being said, I wanted to leave a review for Amanda because she was simply amazing when I came in today inquiring about renting at this property. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and had great enthusiasm for the property. As a business owner, I have a heightened sensitivity for good customer service, and Amanda exhibited top-tier customer service. Having looked at the reviews about safety and cleanliness issues, I will not proceed in viewing this property, however, I completely appreciate the first impression I got with Amanda.

I recently toured Prominence Apartments, and I was genuinely impressed with the concierge Nautica. From the moment I arrived she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. She made my check-in process so smooth and ensured I felt comfortable while waiting for my tour . It's rare to find people who consistently go above and beyond, and they do it all with a genuine smile. It’s the little things that make a big difference !

From the very beginning, Joshua (my leasing agent), Nautica (concierge), and Patricia (assistant property manager) have each gone above and beyond in their roles to make the process of finding my new home smooth and stress-free. They’ve been incredibly welcoming, attentive, and patient—always taking my calls, answering every question, and truly taking the time to help me find the perfect apartment. Their kindness and professionalism have made me feel confident and excited about my move. I’m looking forward to calling Prominence my home and to what I’m sure will be an amazing living experience.

Prominence is such a great community, It’s really peaceful here and offers lots of amenities!! The staff is really helpful and attentive especially NAUTICA! She’s so vibrant and full of positive energy that makes prominence stand out! She’s the best receptionist ever.

I had the pleasure of working with Josh at the leasing office who was nothing short of amazing and professional. Josh made my apartment search/selection process much easier. He was very informative, responsive, helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with any questions or concerns. He’s definitely an asset and good representation of Prominence

He made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward, always responding promptly, providing clear answers, and following up without ever making me feel rushed. Even after move-in, and during my transfer to a larger unit, Josh continues to go above and beyond. It’s clear he genuinely cares about residents and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. You don’t always come across people who are this reliable, kind, and on top of everything. Working with Josh has truly elevated my experience here. He’s a rare find in property management.
