The chicken club sandwich was just okay. The bread slices could get thinner and slightly toasted with butter. The spicy chicken Tikka pizza was great. The crust was done just right, and the topping tasted great. Absolutely, the right amount of cheese and correct proportion of ingredients made it stand out. The French fries were nicely done and crispy. Loved the place and will definitely visit again to try out other pizza options and burgers. Great staff and service.

Best pizza I've had in the Austin area since moving here in 2017. Not only was it delicious, but it seemed so well-balanced and healthy too! I ordered gluten free, and was assured that they use a separate pan for baking and even have a separate marinara and spoon for the sauce! I'm so happy that I tried this place!!

Came multiple times here and always enjoy halal desi and yummy flavours of pizza. I tried many flavours but bbq chicken is best.

The experience of going there for the first time was very pleasant we definitely enjoyed the pizza and the atmosphere. The store employees were polite. We love that they had an old school arcade game, clean bathroom and Plenty of sweet selections. Definitely try their falloda . The BBQ chicken we ordered had barely any tiny crumbs of chicken but we let it slide because we went there 15 minutes before closing time so maybe they were running out of chicken.

Their pizza and fries are our favourite. Wings are sometimes a hit or a miss. Best place to enjoy halal food.

We have previously ordered from here and weren't too impressed probably because Uber eats messed up the order. However, dining in was a completely different experience. The food was fresh, served piping hot, and the staff was very helpful. We tried their chicken Tikka pizza, pizza rolls, club sandwich, and the chicken crispy burger. The pizza was great, the rolls were a bit too rich for my taste, and I wouldn't count them as appetizers. They are a complete meal. The club sandwich was tasty and fresh, but the chicken burger was a bit underwhelming as the chicken was a bit though to chew. The fries were seasoned really well. All in all, a great experience. All the food is halal.

1st time here ..calling all VEGAN LOVERS...THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU...everything in the pics was delicious...hands down they did they job right ...and any request on point....🌻🌻

OMG.... The food is absolutely delicious. The service is top notch. The restaurant is clean and the feeling is pretty nice. It doesn't matter if you eat halal or not, the food is awesome. Of course being halal is a plus point.

Pizza Crawl no.6: ordered takeout so review is strictly about that experience. Ordered pep calzone, veggie and shrimp scampi pizzas. The dough on both pizzas tasted/texture was akin to Dominoes pizza dough. The veggies were fresh and crunchy which was a plus but the pizza was regrettably meh. The shrimp scampi had better taste so the dough was palatable. The calzone was tasty but was only filled with five pounds of mozzarella cheese and some pepperoni but no ricotta which is traditional. Overall the food was okay but not sure I'd give it another try.

Hunter Beef Burger. Hunter Beef Burger. Hunter Beef Burger. Okay, YES. I know. The place is Promise PIZZA, however, I was just the BIGGEST fan of this Hunter Beef Burger. One bite and it took me back to Karachi. It was spicy, yet flavorful. The beef LITERALLY melted in my mouth and even as I write this, my salivary glands are going into overdrive. We did order a pizza, however, I feel that I've had better or maybe we just need to choose a different type next time. Promise Pizza definitely does deliver when it comes to how much you get for how much you spend. On the two occasions we went (in one weekend!), the place was steady, with a constant stream of folks coming in to pick up their order...even up to the point where they were closing. I do recommend calling in your order if you don't want to wait a lengthy period of time. However, it looked like the customers didn't mind and I even witnessed some conversations between the owners (workers?) and customers. The atmosphere inside of the facility was nice as well. I LOVED that they a TV going w/ YouTube videos of Karachi food stalls. I'm an American, but w/ a Pakistani background, I felt like I was home in the moments I was waiting for my order. Ooooo and don't forget the falooda! They have a few flavors, but I'm a classic gal and it really HIT THE SPOT. My husband is waiting for our next trip to Austin to get his hands on the Paan Falooda, and *ahem* so am I.

Falooda never disappoints at this place, especially the Pan flavor. Their Indian flavor pizzas are a must try.

A MUSTA VISIT in the round rock area. It's so well located near downtown round rock, has ample parking and I'm so impressed with how they've used a small restaurant space so well. The service is wonderful, we received our food really quick and they accepted our minor substations. Portion sizes were huge for the prices and they didn't skimp on toppings. The chicken wings were crispy perfection, we got the garlic parm and 5 pieces turned out to be more than enough for two especially with the huge pizza. Be aware the tikka with the pickled jalapeño is actually quite spicey and I had to pick them off but my husband loved them. I meanwhile loved my pineapple and meat combo. The crust was surprisingly flavorful as well so nothing was left! Can't wait to be back for more pizza and especially the south Asian inspired ones, they've got a keema one I can't wait to try!

Ordered the spicy tikka pizza for carry out. It was ready In 20 and boy did it make the car smell great.It's a 100% halal menu so no pork. The flavors are unique and flavorful. Love the concept and how it opens up a new market of flavors. Next we want to try the butter chicken and gyro pizza.

We drove all the way from South Austin to try this place and it did not disappoint. It is situated in a shopping center and appears very small, but it is perfect. You order at the counter and if you're eating there, you can settle up at the end. We tried the chicken tikka pizza, which is spicy with jalapeños and it was so delicious. If you order a large or extra large, you can split flavors. They have other yummy Indian classics like butter, chicken and paneer pizza crust, a medium, not too thick or too thin Just perfect. We also tried their jalapeño poppers. These were so good and I definitely recommend I noticed they have ice cream there as well while we were there they were lots of other guests, big groups and families. This place seems really loved. we have it on our list. I can't wait to try more flavors of their pizza. I'm intrigued by the gyro pizza.

So, the pizza was good but the wings were overcooked...the flavor of the wings were great but being overcooked ruined it for me. Word of advice, if ur ordering an 8" bump it up a size. It's too small and not worth what you're saving...please stop overcooking the wings.

Ordered on Grubhub and it was kind of pricey. Super worth it though as I had food for 2 people for a few days. Definitely my new favorite pizza delivery Tikka calzone was amazing! Hawaiian was also good, best eaten when still fresh. Gyro pizza was my favorite item. Great flavor combo and loved the amount of veggies and meat. Lone star was good for a more traditional style

What an amazing find! I was in Round Rock spontaneously and stumbled across this gem. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in. The lady answered all of my questions about the menu and helped me place my order to eat in. I have a picky kiddo, but finding an item on the menu was not difficult. We ordered a small cheese pizza and the Chicken Tikka Calzone. The calzone was not too spicy, it was so flavorful and the veggies were still crispy from freshness. Perfect amount of dough *chefs kiss*. I will definitely venture back to this place!

Last weekend, devoured with half "The Lonestar" - smoky brisket, tangy BBQ sauce, and red onions for a Texas-sized tastebud tango - and the other half, "Spicy Tikka" - creamy tikka masala sauce, tender chicken, and pops of jalapeño for a party in my mouth. Let's not forget the Garlic Parmesan wings - plump, juicy, and coated in a garlicky, cheesy wonderland. So, if you're looking for a pizza adventure that's equal parts comforting and exciting, Promise Pizza is your Promised Land. The lovely staff at Promise Pizza deserves a standing ovation. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the food they serve. Promise Pizza has this warm, inviting vibe that makes you wanna settle in and stay a while.

Excellent Food and Excellent Service!! Really great fusion flavors. Love their wings and garlic rolls. Have tried almost every flavor and all of them are on point. Also try their new Crispy Chicken Burger (Pakistani Zinger Burger).

Great pizza, and they have great ranch as well! House made - not the gross Pizza Hut stuff (not hating on the Hut, but Promise does ranch right)! The cheesy garlic knots are the best things I've ever had in my life. And I'm essentially made of bread, cheese, and garlic as an Italian - try them. You may be full of regret but only because you'll eat so many that you go into a food coma. But, it's hella worth it! Oh; plus they use great, fresh ingredients... but those cheesy garlic knots. Just do it. Thank me later.

This place is fresh and organic as in the title!! When you first come in, you are welcomed in and you can make your selection. I highly recommend ordering some Sweet Chili wings. The place was nicely put together for a good family outing or eating out with friends. I highly recommend coming here to grab a bite. The food is fresh so it does take 20 mins to make but you won't regret it!!

Great place with so many options. Love the halal pepperoni rolls, pizzas, and atmosphere. We came in a large group of 20 and the staff was very nice. Everyone loved the rules and pizzas. Few people got chicken sandwiches and liked them as well. Pizza comes out hot and the crust is great. Very impressive halal pizza place with great hybrid Desi toppings

Vegan ( Daiya cheese option) so that's why I ordered. The GrubHub driver forgot the Pakola soda for my son so I called the restaurant and the Restaurant employee said he'll call GrubHub to ask them to refund the soda amount to my credit card, nice enough. I wrote: no Canadian Bacon on the vegan Hawaiian pizza but it came with Canadian Bacon. I have ordered from the Great Hills Promise Pizza before but this time it was the S W Grimes location. I wished the order was correct because the flavors and pizza items ( garlic knots and calzone) was good with the marinara sauce and was able to be made vegan.

We did a pick up order for bbq chicken pizza, chicken burger with fries, and 15 wings (classic Buffalo, honey bbq and lemon pepper). Everything was delicious! I hadn't tried the bbq chicken pizza before and it was so good. All the wings were great too but liked the lemon pepper and honey bbq best. The location is very convenient and staff are very friendly. They brought our order to our car for us. I recommend ordering 20-30 minutes in advance since everything is made fresh.

I have to say I am not a fan. We are new to the area and thought we would give them a try. The pizza was bland. Dough was flat. It was really a waste of money for us. Won't go back. I have a two star because the delivery was easy.

First we tried the pepperoni rolls and they were very impressive! Super soft and filled with lots of cheese which surprised me since sometimes they can be "bread heavy". Next we ate the butter chicken pizza (without the green peppers). The pizza was delicious and loved the unique spin of ingredients

Review - Covid 19 edition. Good. Dining in currently closed but they do curbside pickup. Can call in order or order online on their website. I call in because online ordering does not allow you to put toppings on one side only. Pizza is pretty yummy even after consuming 20-30 mins after being made. I'm sure it's even tastier on the spot. Only tried the regular crust and it's already pretty thin so can't imagine ever trying the thin crust! You can find gluten free and other health conscious items and quality ingredients. You can also find unique toppings here such as Gyro and Chicken Tikka. All toppings are halal so can order sausage, pepperoni and bacon for those with that dietary restriction. Toppings are pretty pricy and not evenly distributed the times I have ordered and a bit stingy too depending on the topping. See pics. Where's that bacon man! Overall, I like promise pizza a lot and looking forward to trying some of their specialty pizzas and wings in the future. Just be a little more generous and consistent with the toppings please!

I've always had a good experience here, but today not so much. I ordered the Butter Chicken Pizza and it was over baked and there was no swirl of butter sauce. It was very dry. Called them to let them know and was told they could give me half off of another pizza. I was just asking for a replacement, nothing more. Stay away from the Butter Chicken Pizza. Mods, here I come!

The gyro pizza was AMAZING. So much flavor! Love that it's halal and has very unique menu items. The calzone and burger were really good as well but not to the same level of pizza. Really enjoyed this place, will def visit again!

$50 for two dine-in medium pizzas. Taste was okay but seriously overpriced. The restaurant also has no atmosphere.

Came here twice for the Gyro pizza, the toppings tasted fresh and nothing about the pizza tasted old or trash quality ingredients. The prices are reasonable and will be returning. Update: had to get them again.

Amazing pizza! I've had their pizza twice once as delivery and once as dining in. I much prefer dining in, as the pizza was hot and fresh. Also, the homemade baklava was very delicious!

Gluten free options are meh, but the place is just grimy. Bathrooms are gross like gas stations and cheese and pepper shakers were literally sticky. I probably won't come back based solely on the cleanliness I'm sorry to say.

Ok Greater Austin area.... This place has an amazing Vegan calzone. Although I added jalapeño it had so much flavor. It was 2 inches thick with perfectly cooked veggies. Crunchy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Can't wait to try their vegan pizzas! Added bonus to the food... staff was extremely friendly!

If you're looking for vegan pizza options - this place is the place! They also offer vegan calzones and gluten free goodies. First time here I ordered a veggie specialty pizza with vegan cheese. It did not disappoint. My S/O ordered garlic wings - that he really enjoyed.

When I tell you, this is the best pizza I have had in almost ever, I really mean it! I ordered the Lonestar and added Jalapeños and was pleasantly surprised that they were fresh jalapeños and not the canned kind. But all of the toppings were fresh and the cheese was cooked perfectly. It reminds me of The Godfather's pizza my parents used to get when I was a kid. If you are from the Austin area, you know what I mean. This is going to be my new go to. The service was friendly and my order was ready so fast. Thank me later!

This was so good!!! My family and I have been on the hunt for a good pizza place in Round Rock, I can't believe we haven't been here before! I have a few food allergies and Promise was perfect!!

The Wings were very nice and tasty, however the pizza was not so gr8. Pizza was doughy could be better. Will comeback to try few other items as the menu has many different pizzas.

There's plenty of halal options in Austin, but there's a reason why I always come back to this place. The owner is very kind and the food is always hot fresh and consistent. The only thing better than their already great pizzas are their hot wings! Would recommend .
