Pronto by Giada

I was a guest of the hotel and went to Pronto for breakfast with my husband. I ordered the bagel, which, according to the menu, came with lemon whipped cream. I thought that was very interesting and different and went with that to try it out. When they served it, it came with two little pots of regular Philadelphia cream cheese. I asked about the lemon whipped cream and the server said it only came with the pancakes. I pointed out that the menu said the bagel came with it and that I would have ordered something else if I knew it was regular cream cheese. She simply said: "Yeah, well, I am sorry, have a nice day." No apologies, no offer to bring me something else, no effort in trying to remedy the situation. I felt tricked. I ordered one thing and got something else. To add a cherry on top, the bagel was not toasted, but microwaved! My husband ordered the eggs benedict and the eggs were overcooked (no runny yolk, as it's normally expected). The potatoes tasted good, but a bit greasy. Overall I found the service subpar, the food underwhelming, and the atmosphere average. Not going back.

I wanted to love pronto. It’s walking distance from my house and I was so excited to have a new coffee shop/quick place to grab a bite. We came when they first opened and the coffee quality and service was just not there. We came back in March to give them another try. First off, the prices are absolutely outrageous. I live in Scottsdale and dine all over here and phoenix. It’s fine if the quality is there but they serving low quality food but asking 5 star pricing. Everything comes out of a package and nothing is organic. They are using low quality ingredients. $7 for a basic cookie? $12 for a smoothie with dole pineapple juice?! They need to do a major overhaul of this place. It was also busy and service was slow. Will not be back unless things change.

Stayed at the Ceaser Republic here in Scottsdale and ate at the Pronto EVERY morning. The food was superb! I tried the Ham Cornetti and the pancakes. The pancakes were some of the best pancakes I’ve ever had. Anna & Lindsay were great and they had such a positive attitude! Can’t wait to visit again just so I can come back!

Expected much more for the amount of money they charge. It’s an OK place to have breakfast in the hotel, but food is nothing special, not very flavorful, and they were out of sausages for American breakfast. We asked for muffins to be warmed up and they were cold inside.

Such a great spot for a small bite to eat or a treat inside of Caesar’s Palace!

The service is very slow and the food quality is not the best, prices are not according with the quality, I expected more from this place. In general this place don't go with the luxury, quality and costumer service of the rest of the Caesar Republic Hotel by Hilton.

This has to be the worst coffee and cappacino I've had. The food was terrible as well just rewarmed hard buns on the breakfast sandwich, do yourself a favor and skip this place.

This quick Italian eatery is super cute. It's located in the back of lobby of the Caesars Republic hotel. The only qualm is that I found it to be too expensive for the type of food offered as well as their coffee using alternative milk. Unfortunately, for this reason, it's impractical to visit often.

Service and food and atmosphere are great. Great spot to relax, need a little bit of me time, or just to focus on work.. perfect place to be.

So incredibly bad. Ordering at the counter was fine but the person at the counter seemed confused by the menu. We said we wanted pancakes with hazelnuts & whipped cream (the "plain" option) she said with strawberries & nutella? No just hazelnuts, syrup and whip cream. She said just so you know it comes with 2 not 3. Ok. We ordered drip coffee, croissant, an American breakfast and an iced vanilla latte. The pancakes arrived covered in nutella and strawberries, no hazelnuts. We said oh we just wanted the hazelnut & whipped cream version. I think she thought by hazelnuts we meant nutella-she said so you don't want strawberries? We pointed to menu and said no just hazelnuts, syrup and whipped cream. She took it away & we started munching on other items. The croissant was warmed so much that there were no layers, flat and limp-my son literally said where's the middle. The American breakfast was ok. Toast and bacon were very well done-eggs were good over easy. The pancakes reappeared and...they are covered in nutella this time with hazelnuts sprinkled on top. We gave up and decided to eat them...but literally could not eat them without a knife as they were so tough. I look underneath and you see the griddle marks in my pics. It's like they were cooked (I'd guess from a mix) and then reheated later over a griddle. We left at this point. $70 wasted. The iced coffee was good, drip was not. We are local and won't be going back.
