I previously didn't like ordering with a QR code, but I guess it's convenient. Everyone here was very friendly and I got my cocktail quick quick. My flight is short so glad to have good service. Really chill vibe too, great job!

Come on. It’s one thing to pay 20 bucks for eggs but clearly this and its connected “farm to table” restaurant Vanguard Kitchen at the edge of the terminal are charging a lot for poor quality. The tables are comfortable and nice to have a charger which is the one positive. The negative is you are paying for real estate - the breakfast menu is limited and the basic scrambled eggs with ham is overcooked egg beaters, a sad looking piece of the cheapest toast, a cold piece of butter, clearly reheated dry, chewy potatoes and ham that looks like a tire. It’s depressing and demeaning to customers to get this for north of 20 bucks. Oh and it was pretty cold when received so clearly had been sitting there for a while. I was also positively surprised that the server gave me tap water when I asked (note it’s not standard). What service for your 18 percent tip. Other places looked a lot better if you have the time.

taking my first meal ever in the US and I am so glad I went there! Very good quality service, amazing food and a really good vibe overall. French approved. 👌

We had a wonderful bartender, Diane at Newark Airport. Chef Mateen also was sweet and funny and treated us very well. Of course drinks were pricey, but that's normal for an Airport bar. Thank you Diane and Mateen! You made a long, tiring day more fun. Lauren and Ben

Stopped by between flights to get some dinner. Used the tablet at the table to scan the QR code on my phone to order via my phone. Ordered the steak sandwich and a lemonade. Lemonade came out in about five minutes; the food in fifteen. Nice flavorful sandwich. No salt/pepper at the table to season the fries.

Patrice our server before my flight was so lovely. Food was decent and the drinks were nice. Honestly fire playlist too. Vibes took the stress away from the flight 🔥❤️

Google
Bad experience overall. Was delivered an omelette and home fries that were ice cold. Told the server, and the potatoes were replaced (but not the omelette) with another set of ice cold and soggy potatoes. None of the servers were happy on the slightest. Obviously no one cares about the quality of the food here. I ordered a cappuccino and the server told me I was ruining her day. Chairs are comfy though. Would recommend staying away and finding something else or just ordering a black coffee to take advantage of the comfortable. Searing. Was not surprised to see a 2.4/5 star review when I checked Google afterwards.

Google
Beyond overpriced. Very average. My main server was nice, another staff member was super rude. Unclean table with weird low chairs to sit at. The whole place is off

Yelp
Has to be the best Old Fashioned I ever had Ask for Taja. What a great gal! I will always drink here when in terminal C!!!

Yelp
I stopped by recently on a layover to grab a quick beer before boarding my flight. There was literally two people sitting at the bar eating and one guy having a beer. The bartender didn't acknowledge us, welcome us, nothing! He didn't even say give me a minute which is acceptable if you're busy. I mean, don't you want my business or not bro!? I was like, HEY!!! After about 5 minutes of waiting. He was like I'm busy and I lol and said I want to order a beer I am in a hurry I need to catch a connecting flight. He said I need to run up the way to grab his food first. What!? You can't pour a beer first I thought. So then I watched him walk up the airport to grab food from a restaurant I am assuming they get their food from. All this while I stand there and wait for a beer he could have easily poured and handed me before he walked away. Then another guy came from around the bar and I am like I need to order a beer and he said that I need to wait for that guy to come back. What!!! Smh! Needless to say, I waited 20 minutes for a beer I ordered from a tablet. It was a Blue Moon which is always my go to when places don't have any good craft beers or IPA's. The beer was $18 for a Blue Moon. Hilarious! It's a shame too because it's a cool little vibey bar. The funny thing about airport bars and restaurants is they know we need them more than they need us apparently and their customer service skills suck because of this. I probably won't be back, but who knows when you're in a hurry and need to grab a quick drink before a flight. I don't recommend this place, but I guess there is only one way to find out if your service is better than mine. Sláinte!

Yelp
While I was waiting for my flight, I decided to try this place out. As expected, the prices are inflated, but overall it was good. I tried the vanguard cauliflower salad with chicken. It was better than expected.

Yelp
FYI - didn't eat here, so no food review...this is going to be an experience review. My daughters (both under 12), wife, niece, and I just got off from a 5-hr flight and were ordering food from Garden State Diner and were going to head to our gate, so I decided to sit down with the girls with ours stuff while we waited for our food. Some employee came and told us that this seating area was only reserved for people who were ordering and basically intimated that we needed to get up. I looked around, and there were ZERO people around. Okay, maybe 3 or 4, but there were probably about 75 open seats. Situated in a very convenient spot at EWR, near gate 110...with a TON of seating...you'd think it'd be okay to sit here at 5:00AM when there are practically no people around yet. I just thought it wasn't a very nice thing to do. 15-20 min later, there were other people sitting there, and I sat for a while since we moved to the gate seating areas (about 20 feet away) and they weren't told to move. Just one of those really irritating things. And I hate that an experience like that will prob prevent me from ever wanting to try it.

Yelp
Tried the Bacon and Blue (or the Black and Blue) burger. Was not good at all. Also, did not like the fries that came with it. I would not recommend. For 25 dollars it was very expensive. And, I have had faar better burgers cost much less. Also the waiter was very off.
google avatar

Yelp
It wasn't all terrible but I cannot give it more than one star. The seating and music are cool. But that is the end of your great experience. You have to scan a menu and order from a website. So, if you want a change to your drink like "extra dirty" you're out of luck. Also, you have to give your full order at once and pay tip without understanding how frustrating your experience is about to be. You have to manually enter your own credit card information. What a buzz kill. The bartender didn't know how to make a martini. I ordered a vodka martini with a twist and got a shot of vodka and lemon juice. See photo. Also, no martini glass. Ordered burger medium rare, came out medium well. Cheese was cold. This poor European sat down next to us and tried to pay with cash. He was so confused by this experience. Then the bartender explained that he needed to ask someone else to pay for him and give them cash. What a shit show. Once he figured it out he was aghast to learn that his beer was $21. Not a typo. How insane. Skip this place.

Yelp
I stopped at Proof in Terminal C of Newark Liberty Airport on Saturday, 10/5/24 around 8 p.m. It's an interesting spot, with long bars at each end and tables/chairs in the middle. It was not crowded. I sat at one of the tables and wished I hadn't - the seats are way too deep to be comfortable. The tables have USB and electric plugs to charge your devices. The staff member who came up assisted me with ordering online since it didn't seem to work as well as similar apps. He was good about it, not critical of me or anything. I ordered the blue cheese and bacon burger, which came with fries. The food came pretty quickly and was as I requested (no bun). There was a tiny cup of ketchup - not enough for the pile of fries plus the burger, but oh well. I reached for a fry first (who doesn't) and realized it was cold. Not fridge cold, but cool. I get it, the food is likely pre-cooked and then heated, but who wants COLD food? I didn't eat the fries. The burger was at least warm, and I knew I was risking food poisoning by eating a warm, medium burger, but I was starved. It was good, but not HOT the way meat should be cooked. I didn't see the server after that. I'm pretty sure that each of the bars has one bartender who doubles as food heater and server, which is a shame. One more person as server would be good. The worst part was that you tip as you are ordering. I'm glad that I just tipped my usual and not more. I'm surprised that the airport keeps a business like this - perhaps they signed a contract and are stuck with it. I don't think this place should serve anything but booze and bar snacks.

Yelp
Yeah, when you come here just looking for a quick can of beer while waiting for a flight, and it is taking forever you begin to wonder, "Do they need to go somewhere for it?" Or maybe they are waiting for it to be delivered? Well, in the end you see the server just reach into something and bring it to your table, with no glass, the answer was just bad service. No, the place wasn't that busy either. The forced purchase through the internet doesn't bother me, but I know not everyone is online these days even though it is, almost, 2023. Overall, welcome to EWR.
google avatar

Andy C.

Yelp
It's fine. Service is friendly and attentive enough, including one particular server that guided us away from the line for the restaurant area out to the bar area for quicker seating. Food is acceptable and fast. You could do worse than this.

Yelp
Order the whipped feta, it's absolutely delicious and served with pickled cucumbers and a charred lemon. ‍ Life hack: add extra pita to your order, as you're unable to order once the meal has been served. My old fashion was also tasty, the bartender added a little cherry juice which really sealed the deal for me!

Sake-diva D.

Yelp
I ordered Scottish salmon to go. Hoping to take it home from the airport. It says, "Our chefs pan-sear a Scottish salmon filet and serve it with tender farro, cauliflower puree, satsuma mandarin," on the menu but nothing was included other thana tiny salmon and farro. They kept me waiting for more than 20 minutes. I saw another customer having the same dish and it included everything but for me, they didn't. It was very odd, the waitress asked me whether I have a grandchildren. It was very inappropriate. Did she mean I look very old? I will never ever go to this restaurant again. It is not worth $36.48. I shouldn't have even tipped them. Horrible service and food. I want money back. Never again!!!

Genever O.

Yelp
I ordered here my order was complete wrong and I suspect the spat in my food. Service was terrible , very unprofessional and the people were very irritable and not attentive to customers. The utensils also were not clean and washed well. Please avoid this place. Plenty more options in the airport.

Justin S.

Yelp
Avoid this place if you can. There's a soup dumpling place 2 minutes down the hall, half the price. In the span of 45 minutes, we experienced: -when asked to be seated, a waiter visibly booted a lone gentleman from a table on our behalf - waiter brought the wrong dish 3 times - waiter brought us food in a takeout box, and complained when asked for a plate instead - waiter asked us to move outside in the middle of eating - manager clearly experiencing existential dread as she walked by, dealing with something apparently nightmarish, chanting "every day, every day, every day," - another manager complaining about pay - terribly prepared breakfast potatoes - eggs Benedict wasn't bad and came out quick. Gotta give a star for the chefs at least.

Misozi B.

Yelp
Ordered food with my husband he got his food but I didn't get mine. I asked the lady for my food another 30 minutes passed and she said she didn't see my order. Finally she came back and offered to give a refund since my flight was boarding but I never got a refund.

Yelp
"Airport food" at Newark airport now really got to the restaurant level - I tried many places at the terminal C, and they are all offering good level of consistency. Had a glass of Rosé - I think the Rosé is most reasonably priced among other wines in Newark, and it is hard to go wrong with a glass of Rosé from Provence. Had Chicken Sandwich for my meal, which was very well seasoned and well prepared overall- somehow, it was on a smaller side in chicken to bread ratio, but still was not bad. Got also side order of fries which were perfectly cooked. All in all, a very good meal. Good service.
google avatar

Yelp
Overheard the waitress compliment the taste of the soup that was not on the menu individually sadly was only available by combo. Sadly, the soup and sandwich was delivered without a spoon. Then it was impossible to get someone's attention because everyone was preoccupied with their personal devices. Then when the waitress was alerted to my dilemma the soup was tepid, again the struggle to get their attention, the soup was again returned in the same state this time with the waitress saying the manager refusing to heat the soup to a tolerable level. Unacceptable! Finally the situation was rectified but by then the sandwich was cold..horrible experience at this price point and with your payment system which required you customers to assume that service would be aleast acceptable. Which it wasn't left me no recourse to display my dissatisfaction with my money. So I will take to social media and yelp reviews and the food and beverage director for the airport.

Yelp
Prices are outrageous and the entire airport concessions are a monopoly. They can charge whatever they want because of lack of competition.

Yelp
Terrible food. Even for airport you have low expectations but the breakfast we had here was very poorly made.

Yelp
Good evening - on june 8, 2023 around 6:50 pm I entered the proof whiskey bar outside of terminal C C101. I have visited this whiskey bar multiple times as I travel a lot as a lawyer through Newark. On this day after i sat down, i was somewhat aggressively asked to leave my seat in order for a white couple to sit at the table that I was sitting at. I asked why was I being asked to move, and the waitress told me that I needed to get a reservation. I then spoke to the manager (who was really nice and pleasant) who reassured me that no reservation was needed. The waitress was extremely rude and disrespectful. He was an individual around 5'8. This was a horrible experience and I wanted to report this incident so this would never happen again. His behavior was completely outrageous and unprofessional. I do want to note that the employee behind the bar were extremely nice and pleasant.
google avatar

Kent M.

Yelp
Drink Menu On Line doesn't match the waitress /bartender's options and she lets you know it. She doesn't care who she rude too.
google avatar

Alexandria M.

Yelp
Absolutely delicious. I had the burger with bbq sauce and a root beer float cocktail that I'm now obsessed with! My server was attentive and when I ordered a drink they were out of he offered to just give me a double of any cocktail of my choice!
google avatar

Edmond T.

Yelp
Yes Yelpers don't lie it is about a 2-star at Proof: drinks are 4 stars though - but that burger was just over-cooked and dry and well done, Almost not edible. One star. The Manhattan clam chowder was also terrible- one star. I would recommend grabbing a drink and some fries perhaps.
google avatar

Greg F.

Yelp
Very disappointed.... The only thing good about this restaurant is the seating (non bar area). Ordered a burger - well done. It took 35 mins...Received a raw burger. Wine glasses are dirty. My bill was $55 - and I got $8 worth of bad food. Forget about getting a glass of water or condiments. I'll do anything to avoid this restaurant on my future travel through EWR.

Yelp
When traveling is part of your commute, layovers are a part of your routine. And if you have to stay at the airport, it's nice to be at the United terminal C in Newark. I am reviewing this on a Friday evening in August. It's packed with commuters rushing by, and if you want to be here for what ever reason, try to score a seat in the middle of the restaurant. It's much more cozier than the stools. The food is okay though I can't really review the food as mine never made it out. That's not why I give this place a 3 star. I don't often give a place more than 4 and for me, that's for almost perfect. Like in most of terminal C food and beverage spots, the craft beer is on point and worth $9.25. Remember we're at an airport. Convenience prices. Over all, it's not a 'must have' and I'll choose to order outside the restaurant in the waiting areas for a beer and eat my home brought sandwich and chips as I people watch.
google avatar

Yelp
Right near the gate. Individual charging stations for devices. Predictably expensive drinks. There was one fail, though - the stupid iPad ordering. TERRIBLE UX DESIGN. iPads are not difficult to use. This one was incredibly convoluted. There's a bartender right there (who honestly, did not need to be condescending about ordering from her vs. the iPad) and we gave her our drink orders the regular way - by asking for them. The basic concept is great, it just needs a few tweaks.
google avatar

Chelsea S.

Yelp
This place is what you'd expect at an airport. It's definitely overpriced but they all are. I didn't like that you had to order everything from the tablets but I think most of the airport is set up that way. I had the spicy chicken salad which was great but not worth $20. The bartender Danny was awesome and made the experience worthwhile. They've got a full bar and lots of menu options. It's worth stopping by if you want to drop $50 on dinner and a drink.

Tim O.

Yelp
WOW!!!! $22 for a beer. My phone blocked the site so the server used his. I would NEVER pay that for a beer anywhere. To boot the server was really rude with me and just kept cleaning around me without asking for my order. Took about 10 to 15 minutes before he was finished. I completely agree with the bad reviews. Go somewhere else. In my opinion of course.
google avatar

Adam D.

Yelp
The ordering system here is so annoying. Place your order on an iPad after the waitress takes 10 minutes explaining to you how it works?! Are you kidding me? How about getting rid of the silly tablets and taking my order like a human being instead of a robot? Also, here's a fun exchange for your amusement: Us: "Could we just have an order of fries?" Server: "Sure. If you order a sandwich." Us: "But we don't want a sandwich. We just want an order of fries." Server:" Sorry, we don't offer sides." How stupid. Lastly, I asked while attempting to find this joint on Yelp, "What's the name of this place?" Our waitress literally did not know the name of the restaurant in which she was working. But she had no problem giving herself an unauthorized 18% tip.
google avatar

Blake W.

Yelp
I can't stress how much I wish all the NYC area airports did not have all their food done by the OTG group. I've had some mixed experiences with many of the OTG spots at various airports, but my experience at Proof was about as bad as it gets. The main reason it was so bad was because I never got my food or the refund that the manager promised me. I won't bore you with all the details. Similar has happened to me at other OTG spots. As I have stated in other reviews, try to eat before going to Newark airport. I wish OTG did not have such a dominant position in the NYC airport market, but they do. And no, I have no personal vendetta against OTG. I just find the experience inconsistent at best or sometimes consistently bad.
google avatar

Zuza C.

Yelp
Update: I did get a refund on May 24. I did not get a message from Proof, but I noticed it in my credit card statement.

Michael W.

Yelp
I am being generous by giving them 2 stars. Flying out of Newark Airport this morning and stopped here for breakfast on the way to my gate, we were seated and given an iPad to place our orders, it was $100 (including tip which all had to paid at the time you placed the order) for 2 adults and one child to get breakfast. We did not purchase any alcohol just food and soft drinks. It took 25 minutes to get our food ( and my wife actually got up to go ask them how much longer on our food or else we may have waited longer) and it was cold. Didn't have time to get them remake it as we had a flight to catch. The taste of the food wasn't bad but it would have been better if it was hot. As we walked to our gate we passed another place that I wish we had gone to instead, so this may be our fault for stopping at the first place we saw instead of looking at all of our options. Also the seats at this place are very uncomfortable and will hurt your back. Definitely will not eat here again.
google avatar

Tae Ho K.

Yelp
FOOD: Bad SERVICE: Good PRICE: Expensive DO NOT order salmon tartare!! I took a bite and taste horrible! I think its spoiled! I complained and nothing happened. When I complained and gave a dish back one of the server (male) replied. "Sorry I would not know because I dont eat fish" and walked away. Other server took my plate back to the kitchen.
google avatar

Xiao Z.

Yelp
Newark airport may not have the best or cheapest airport food, but Proof Whiskey Bar is a few standard deviation below the expectation. The wife tried to surprise me by calling the establishment early to set up a mini-surprise stop before we get on the plan. Despite multiple positive communication between the management and 'promises,' there was nothing when we got there. The only surprise was the rude service, the stick bar tables, and overpriced drinks. Overall, I would avoid this place and wait until you get on the airplane

Daniel O.

Yelp
Food is mediocre at best. Pasta sauce on cavatelli was bland and soup was straight out of a can. Prices are high and service was poor. Will avoid this place next time.
google avatar

David K.

Yelp
I know I'm at an airport so generally have low expectations for food. There are exceptions- Frontera at O'Hare, Cat Cora at IAH. I had great noodles in Newark a while back, seated next to Questlove. However: Ordering from the iPad is wonderful because at least the kitchen will send out the right food. It might be cold and soggy but it's what I ordered. Hence 2 stars. The bartender, on the other hand. What a mess this guy was. Instead of filling tickets he complained endlessly to customers and coworkers (the ones delivering food) about how he was too busy to do anything because he had all these tickets to fill. Which he wasn't filling. When I asked him to cancel a martini order because my flight was boarding- 15 minutes after I'd placed the order - instead he placed a room-temperature glass of vodka in front of me. Lovely. And no way to change my tip because- yep - ordering/paying by iPad.
google avatar

Nicole P.

Yelp
Hey, for airport eats and drinks I can't complain. Our server was friendly and helped explaining the convenient order system. Nice to be able to charge my phone and ipad pre-flight too. Both my cocktails were potent, so I didn't mind the airport pricing. Had the mushroom sandwich and it was very tasty... and spicy!
google avatar

Eddy A.

Yelp
I found myself here after a long shift at work and missing my flight. I am here Sunday morning with Andresa, Shaniqua and Shayla as my bartenders...not only are they beautiful but they are kind and graceful. I have seen so many people be rude to them for reasons out of their control (aka the kitchen taking to long to bring peoples food) and they handled it with such grace and class...they really have this hospitality thing down packed, I don't I could deal with angsty, rude city people at 8 in the morning but they make it look like artwork. I am so glad I ordered these two manhattans on the rocks...these ladies killed it! I have managed quite a few bars and I will say I am very pleased with the service these ladies are providing to the masses. Thank you Andresa, Shaniqua, Shayla!!!! Great cocktails and service!!!!

Brianne S.

Yelp
My brother, his girlfriend, and I came here to grab food for a short layover. We sat down, ordered drinks and food, and the waiter told us that he put the food in. After about 15 minutes or more, he came back over and told us that the kitchen was in fact, CLOSED. so we didn't get anything we ordered. At this point, we're super short on time so we have to physically run to the other terminal where things were still open to get food. He told us that he'd refund us. We even stopped by again on the way back to our terminal to double check and he said he would. But he didn't! It's now been almost a full week and all three of us have full $50+ charges on our cards for a meal that didn't happen. I called the customer service line and they told me that all they could do was fill out a report and the manager from the establishment would call me in 2-3 business days... We want a full refund ASAP. This is unacceptable.
google avatar

Steve A.

Yelp
3.5 stars. This is an airport bar. OK, that out of the way, you can expect it to be ridiculously overpriced (it is), and you can expect it to be un-personal (it sort of was), but our servers were cordial, our food was delivered within 5mins of ordering, and it wasn't too bad. I've been to some pretty terribad airport bars, but this one was generally pretty pleasant. Great whiskey selection, good wine selection, nice decor, and decent food. I like the concept of the iPad ordering, but the execution was awkward and left a lot to be desired- most notably PRICES before you order stuff, haha. Anyway, it's not a terrible place to grab a drink before your flight, given the stark lack of lounges in terminal C...
google avatar

Alı B.

Yelp
We had time to spare and were looking for a quick bite and drink pre-flight at Newark. Proof caught my eye with a nice dining and separate bar set up. A friendly staff member served us promptly. I personally like the complimentary iPads Proof offers patrons to order. You can select your flight and the app notifies you when to board, pretty handy. Unfortunately, the food was not that good for the price. I had a pressed chicken sandwich with brie and pears, with fries , it was not even warm. My companion ordered the exact same meal and our bill was an astounding $80!!! Once it hit 12:00 then I ordered a bloody mary, that was the worst one I had in my life. Peppery vodka (and I like spicy), crushed ice, terrible mass produced Mary mix, ew. I really hope they improve.

Yelp
I really wanted to give this restaurant one star. The tablet menu ordering system is ridiculously difficult. The menu is limited and BORING with no ability to remove or substitute ingredients. This makes the mind-bogglingly stupid decisions of the imbeciles that put the menu together even worse. You can't have a pickle with your hamburger. You can't have mushrooms on a pizza. Once you do, finally, find something you can stomach to order, assuming the heart attack from the outrageously over priced food does not kill you; the food comes out very slowly and you are almost guaranteed to miss you flight if you wait for it. The people who put this system together must truly HATE you. That said, the servers were very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. They are aware of what an awful system you are using and will do their best to mitigate the bad circumstances. When I did finally navigate the obstacle course of a menu and ordering system; and after waiting over 45 minutes for my order, I was truly shocked when I received my $43 hamburger. It was INCREDIBLE. It was probably the best hamburger I ever ate. For this reason, I have to give them a second star.
google avatar

Brandon E.

Yelp
Bad food, bad service, dumb concept this place has it all! It's airport food, but it looked better than most so after taking a later flight I had to sit for awhile and kill time I came here. Of course everything is grossly over priced, that is to be expected. You have to order thru an iPad, which is easy enough to figure out but I noticed some older people, some foreigners, etc. really struggled with this system. Yes, I know it is 2015 but the point of a bar is to talk to people and maybe even interact with the people serving you..THE HORROR! It took forever to get my beer after placing the order on the ipad, other's who arrived after me were served, I had to flag the bartender down and ask if I could eventually get my beer. Honestly the bartenders are nothing more than beverage bringers, they do nothing else. No service, no smile, no "hi", nothing. Having been there done that, this just doesn't warrant great tips for me. You don't talk to me, you don't take my order and you don't check in on me at all, you don't get 20% for opening a bottle and bullshitting with your friends behind the bar. I ordered the mushroom pizza, it took 45 minutes to come out (which is a huge negative if you are in an airport and have to catch a flight) While it tasted kind of ok, the crust was literally translucent and fell apart, it was mush, obviously made on the fly. It was just gross. Not that the bartender would know, because he never asked or apologized for the wait. For a $7.10 beer, $14 pizza, absolutely zero service I would rather go to the fast food joints where at least you can talk to another human being. Call me old fashioned, but a bar is supposed to be a bar, not delivery.com. PS- They only take cards, I had .98 cents after some vouchers and I had to pay with a card, they wouldn't take a dollar. And they also double charged the tip so he gave himself an extra tip charging me twice for the tip I left.

Yelp
Waitress is excessively rude and demanding. The food is over priced even for airport food. While the lounge chairs look deceptively big, they are actually pretty uncomfortable. The location of the tablet and the metal bar took a lot of prime real estate of the table. At least there are charging outlets but that's standard at EWR airport.

Yelp
Sat down, tried to scan boarding pass into the automated menu tablet. Was told that functionality didn't work. Looked at menu and found a simple burger with fries. Went through the wizard to the end, about 6 or 7 minutes worth of effort, then the server told me the credit card scanner didn't work either so my effort was in vain. So she "borrowed" the automated menu tablet and credit card scanner from the cubicle/table next to me, where somebody was sitting, and re-entered the entire order from scratch. The credit card did work this time. The wizard-type menu did not offer onion nor mayonnaise but the server told me she would make sure both were accompanied with the order. I asked for unsweetened tea with some splenda or equal instead of sugar. The order came and the burger was delivered with no onion or mayonnaise, and the tea without the splenda or equal I requested. I stopped a server and asked for onion, mayo, and sweetener and was told they had no mayonnaise but I could go to another restaurant in the terminal and request some. He did come back with the raw onion I requested though. No artificial sweetener showed up to offset the funky-tasting tea. By the way, the tip is automatically added in so I couldn't even protest the horrible service with my tip! NET: AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE

Yelp
Avoid this place like the plague. Had THE WORST dining experience of my life here. From the managers all the way down to the waitresses it was a terrible and we were lied to every step of the way. After an hour and a half wait we ended up with no food and hundreds of dollars wrongfully charged on my card!!! At one point we were even lied to by a manager who said she didn't work there. I feel like I was scammed. It was miserable experience that I would not wish on anybody.

Yelp
Like other people mentioned, you tip before the food comes. I had good service here, so I was fine with that. They got me a paper receipt when the email receipt didn't go through. The food was overpriced as you might expect. $20 for a burger... I got the scallops for $26. They were too salty, and I think perhaps slightly undercooked? They tasted a little squishy. I left hungry, but that was my own fault for ordering scallops. The person beside me ordered scallops and the lamb chops ($30+?). The presentation of both dishes was good, though! And I liked the availability of chargers.

Yelp
OTG Management owns all terminal C restaurants. Will take over A & B soon. Already own other airports. All airports will start looking the same. On the plus side prices seem lower and quality higher and more consistent. Everyone hates the IPad but get with it. If you can operate an IPhone your good!
