Google
There’s a “secret Speak Easy” with live entertainment that opens at 7. The bottomless mimosas are a great deal - less than half the price of the ones at the pool (that is 20 feet away). Beware that bottomless mimosas mean that the random bridesmaid parties start getting a bit rambunctious around 3pm.

Yelp
Came here specifically for the $2 happy hour oysters, which is served Monday-Friday from 4pm-6pm. We were told the oysters served are from the Gulf, and are in multiples of 6 per order. We ordered a dozen, which came with a couple slices of lemon, and small containers of mignonette, grated horseradish and cocktail sauce. Highly recommend if in the area and you want an oyster fix for a reasonable price!

Yelp
The bar is located at the back of Proper Eats. It's not available on the small QR code, so you can only do it in person. We came for the $2 happy hour oysters, which is a great option if you're trying to not break the bank. We also added some drinks to the order because we saw the menu and couldn't help it. Service was pretty quick too, but since it's a sit yourself kind of situation, you might have better luck going directly to the counter to order so you don't have to wait for servers to guess if you're new or not when you sit down.

Yelp
Pretty nice bar I stumbled upon, open seating, very spacious, and pretty casual as well! I was staying at the Aria property couple weeks ago for the first time and decided to go check out their food hall I heard from word of mouth (apparently Aria used to have a buffet but converted it to a food hall instead). This place has $2 oysters during happy hour Mon-Fri between 4pm-6pm. They are blue point oysters, which from what I understand are originally from Long Island, but due to pollution, they started harvesting oysters from Connecticut and some other areas all the while continuing to keep the blue point name (I don't know I'm just summarizing what I quickly read through the first google search result for me). $2 oysters is a hella good deal on the strip. The drinks and everything were standard on the strip pricing. I loved how convenient this bar was! Customer service was great, and the mignonette was pretty good!

Yelp
Can't complain. Complementary to 2 for 1 drink cards from staff in the front. Bartenders really sweet, attentive, heavy pours! DJ playing on weekends. Located within the Proper Food Court. As for vibes, it's not a scene. More of like a lobby bar good for large groups or chill away from things, easy meetup place within the food court. Tourist transit bar. Just simple. Not a place I'd visit unless there's continuous deals.

Yelp
Ambiance It is Vegas what can I say. Service Adrian was great. Food $2 oysters at happy hour. Raised to $3 two hours ago. Why because of Formal 1 but still a steal.

Yelp
10/10. Bartenders are so nice and prices are very reasonable. Especially by Vegas standards. This place is a hidden gem for a low key bar in Vegas. I am absolutely coming back very soon! I believe you can order food from the food hall here as well so you really can't go wrong if you're looking for something more chill.

Yelp
This place is super nice and has so much seating!!! Come here for a chill, relaxing time before you head out to the clubs or to get a drink with your food from any of the Proper Food hall places. Our waitress Kaylin was very nice and helped me decide between two drinks and glad I went with her sake 2 me recc. The SAKE TO ME specialty cocktail was fruity with a hint of the sake taste. It contains Grey Goose Vodka, Strawberry Syrup, Nigori Sake, and Lemon Juice. if you're feeling fruity and sweet get this drink! Almost got a second round of this one to get extra tipsy. Hours: Sun - Thu: 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM Fri - Sat: 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM

Yelp
Oysters were good for $2 each for Happy Hour. Monday -Thursday 4-6pm. Bartender was nice. We went around 5 pm and wasn't too busy, which made it enjoyable.

Yelp
This food court was the best decision of aria ever to replace the buffet with. This is a fun place to hang out and have a drink and a bite that is not an in casino bar. We only had drinks. John was an excellent bartender. I had the "kosher style" cocktail which was delicious.

Yelp
Disappointed. This review is strictly just for the bar area at Proper Eats. My partner and I were sitting in a booth in the cocktail area, we had heard about the Oyster Happy Hour earlier that day and made it a point to return during those hours to try the well advertised dish. Unfortunately that didn't get to happen. Multiple times the cocktail servers walked past us, not one person checked on us or asked us if we wanted to order a drink or snack. But the ladies were happy to approach all other tables that were walking in. Literally 4 other tables were eating those Oyster dishes so it was irritating because it felt like such a tease. The cocktail waitress working would rather hang out and talk by the drink pick up area at the bar than making sure all tables in their section are taken care of. If I was able to order them through the Kiosk or QR code I would have done so, but the dish wasn't available to order via those options. Coming from someone who's been both a waitress and a bartender, it's displeasing to not get good service. Especially because everywhere else here at the Aria had amazing customer service, this was a let down.

Yelp
Came here for Thanksgiving. Was excited to see $2 oysters. Saddly, all specials were cancelled. Was disappointed we weren't able to enjoy happy hour

Yelp
The bar tenders here are amazing. They'll give you tips on the local speakeasy and Sunday is bottomless mimosas until 3pm. Great deal!
