Yelp
Friendly tap room in Neighborhood that is needing this type of business. Proper Pint sits right at the corner of 52nd and Woodstock. This has become a very busy intersection. They share the building with a coffee shop and a yoga studio at the least.
Floor to Ceiling windows mostly, good for people watching. They carry an eclectic mix of craft beer, cider, and a single wine on tap. Purveyors from all across the country and some International beers, too.
Menu is crafted from a stencil machine that they spell out each beer individually, it adds a unique touch. 24 taps and some package beverages offered in their cooler, too. Bartenders offer and encourage sampling so you can decide what beer you want. Beers priced the higher range $6-7, but you're getting the premiere new, random, one-offs and Proper Pints.
Bar stools were handmade one by one, by the owner, Sean. Very comfy, rustic, yet updated look, you'll have to see. There is the bar top, high top-buddy bars, and picnic type seating. Outside they have benches and a beautiful fire pits.
You may order a 16z or a Proper Pint 20z, some items are served in a smaller vessel if it's very high octane or rare.
They allow you to bring your own food in, as they don't offer their own food. I was pleasantly surprised though, one evening I turned up and the owner had food catered in for his b-day. Reverand's BBQ. Exquisite. The bench seating inside has Pendleton type blanket back covers.
Cozy and Dog Friendly, too. One complaint: I find it disturbing if I hear dogs barking while trying to enjoy my bev.
