This was my first time trying Proper Sandwich, it was the closest to where I was and had great reviews so it seemed like the best option. They came through clutch. I ordered the Blackened Chicken with Fries. It came 9n Marbled Rye but I opted for Sourdough, I also skipped the red onion that it comes with. The fries were fresh and crispy with a perfect balance of salt. No need for condiments. The Sandwich was so tasty that I don't even know what I liked best. The crispy chicken skin inside the stack of ingredients might be the best idea anyone has ever had. This is a slightly spicy meal, but not so much that it masks the flavors. You can taste all of the ingredients in this one. I will be coming back! It's also worth noting the cool assortment of bottled drinks. Very unique options. I don't drink soda but I wanted to try every single one just for the experience! (In my photos I put a packet of ketchup next to the sandwich for size comparison)

I bought two orders of pork banh mi sandwiches today for our dinner. I was so surprised to see both sandwiches were burnt. I mean, I get it, it's a grilled way of cooking, but to serve them this burnt is really upsetting. My mom and I were picking and trying to remove as much of the burnt parts as we could. Overall, I'm not happy with the food, and I'm not coming back here anymore.

This is a good sandwich shop. My sandwiches were very tasty, and the staff were very courteous during my visit. The sandwiches are a little pricey, but the portion sizes are good and flavors are delicious. I would visit this establishment again.

My coworkers and I stop here weekly to have lunch together. It's a really great spot nearby and it doesn't get crowded, but it definitely gets busy, especially during lunch. A lot of people order out but we sit and enjoy the atmosphere and the playlists. One of our coworkers always buys another sandwich for his wife and as tantalizing as the other sandwiches sound, I always stick with the Banh Mi. The chicken is never dry and really tests the bread to hold it, their servings are that generous. Stop by and enjoy what I think is the best sandwich spot in town.

Are you kidding me? the sandwich shop we’ve needed in Vegas, but that we probably don’t even deserve. Unbelievable flavor, attention to detail, recipes, amazing customer service. I’ve tried Kyle’s chimichuri beef sandwich, and the chicken bahn mi. Both life changing. I couldn’t recommend this more and after your first bite you’ll understand why.

I always like to buy food here, but today my sister buy the lemongrass banh mi and they give her burn pork how you gonna eat that. you gonna have cancer with burn pork to eat my goodness 😩

This is my second time coming to actually sit and enjoy my sandwich so it got the chance to also get to know Jeff. What a great guy who is so personable and knowledgeable about food and the food scene in town...from one foodie to another...we geeked out! The chicken banh mi was so freaking delicious, loaded with cilantro. The bread, the quality and flavor-fullness of the chicken, the ratio of everything was perfect. Except everything on their menu is probably as thoughtful so I will have to come back again and again to try them all and their homemade chips next time. And remember that chocolate chip sea salt cookie! I learned that many of their ingredients are imported and thoughtfully sourced. The place is clean and neutral smelling (not overwhelming like the smell of Lysol or pine sol like other places) and I love that wall made of wine crates. Beautiful touch! Here I am shouting to all who read this review that you need to come here and enjoy everything on their menu.

Love this place. It solid locally owned business I fully support. Food is always consistently delicious and staff are always approachable/friendly. I always order their chicken bahn mi. Let me break it down: Bread: chewy/airy baguette with a slight crisp at the bite. Chicken: cooked perfectly, not dry, seasoned well. Sauces: balance of everything with some spices that give it that Bahn mi vibe. (I'm tasting creamy Mayo, with some five spice or hoisin sauce) savory and sweet. Veggies/pickled veggies: slightly sweet and tangy pickled daikon/carrot shreds. Fresh crisp cilantro, jalapeño and cucumber. The whole thing married together will take your breath away this speaks lot at I am not a sandwich person, my husband got me hooked to this place and I am forever grateful for this little Gem. It's reasonably priced, I paid about $18 with a fountain drink and that's fine for me because the quality was worth the price.

One of the best sandwich spots in town since the day it opened. It's in a small strip mall off of Rainbow Blvd and easy to miss. But, if you're craving a sandwich, this is the spot to go to. The chimichurri beef sandwich might be one of the best sandwiches I've had in a while. On ciabatta, it's stuffed with lots of tender roast beef, french fries and mushrooms, all smothered with a chimichurri sauce that has a significant kick to it.

Arrived upon them opening for the day and was greeted as they finished packing a catering order. I opted for the chicken banh mi and my friend ordered Kyle's Chimichurri Beef and a fountain drink. Total was about $36, which is pretty steep for two sandwiches in my opinion. However, the sandwiches were pretty good! I don't live in the area so I don't think I'd frequent but definitely worth a try! They also had house made chips and sold beers as well.

I actually love this sandwich spot. It's really hard to find a delicious sandwich unless you're making it at home. And I Must say this sandwich was great. I was excited to see what good reviews they had. I don't eat pork so I order the turkey sandwich with no bacon. It didn't change the price so I paid full price for the club pretty much. There was not any decrease of price for no bacon. I paid $15 for the sandwich it was a good size and filling. I did a to go order shortly after this visit and my sandwich was soggy and the tomato's were oozing with liquid. I was disappointed and didn't eat it but maybe next time I'll Just order inside.

WOW! I had the most delicious sandwich here! I love how clean this place is! From the front to the bathroom, very clean. I love how inviting the aesthetic in here is too, I love a good vibe while eating a yummy sandwich. The menu reminded me of urban cafe BUT 10x better. My boyfriend hit the bahn mi & I got the chimichurri. I can safely say, one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The service was nice! We can't wait to be back.

Why has it taken me so long to check out this sandwich shop? I have no idea but I am glad I finally made it. Wouldn't you know that I decided to come on their two year anniversary celebration where you were able to BOGO on the sandwiches. I was excited that I was able to purchase a sandwich for me and get one for my husband for free. The only downside was that seemed like the whole city knew it was their anniversary and we all had to wait for a little over an hour to receive our sandwiches. That's social media for ya! I enjoyed the Turkey Club with house roasted turkey, applewood smoked bacon, Swiss cheese, fresh tomatoes, shredded lettuce and of course some tasty chipotle mayo. I ordered the Italian Beef for my husband. This was made with roasted beef, giardiniera on French bread. This was also good, not great. We love our Italian Beef made with cheese and lots of giardiniera. nice and juicy. This sandwich was a bit dry. Service was friendly and helpful. Location is easy to find but the sandwich shop itself is very small. There are a couple small tables, but I ordered our sandwiches to go. I will most definitely return to try more of their menu in the future.

I just love these mom and pops sandwiches place I lived near by, and decided to stop by here I went around 5pm, the place was empty, only a lady and her little girl was there, guessing maybe the owner wife and kid? Anyway, the shop is small, the sign is small, so is easy to miss unless you are looking for this place and this place only. Right across the street from Go Car Wash, and Fire House Sub, and before I continue writing about this shop, I like to share with you all, few days before, I was at the Fire House Sub, and what a ripped off. I haven't been for awhile, so you know they have like 3 sizes? Small, Medium and Large So, the small is 2 bites, over $7 Medium is like Subway 6", is like $11 Large is the full size Subway 12", is like $15 That's the sandwich alone, they finally lost their damn mind, $7 for 2 bites Anyway, get that out of my chest. lol I ordered Italian Hogie, seem like one of their famous sandwich Is good, but a little too salty for me, so next time I will probably tried something else I still giving 5 stars because the service was good, the little girl such a good helper and brought me my sandwich Will definitely go back

Honestly, THE BEST sandwiches in Las Vegas. You can tell love is put into these sandwiches from the high quality sliced meat to the homemade giardiniera. Both sandwiches I tried were delicious, the Italian hoagie & Kyle's chimichurri beef. The portion was quiet but too, I could have easily split a sandwich and side and been full. I will definitely be back. I want to try everything on the menu.

Dropped by on their 2 year anniversary when they were advertising buy one get one free. They were already 86'd of all roast beef items but no worries, we got 3 hot sandwiches and 1 cold-Pastrami Rachel, Grilled Chicken Banh Mi, Grilled Lemongrass Pork Banh Mi, and Italian Sandwich. Service was pleaseant and inside was tiny, but offered a few tables, chairs and countertop style dining. Wait was about 45 minutes which was understandable, but when we finally got our sandwiches we dug right in and it did not disappoint! Each sandwich comes loaded and the flavors of each sandwich was DELICIOUS! Can't wait to return for their roast beef items!

My husband loves sandwiches so we've been to Proper Sandwiches once or twice. Our most recent visit was for their 2 year anniversary and they were doing BOGO! Perfect! My husband and I went and got ourselves four sandwiches! We got their Italian, Turkey Club, Pork Banh Mi, and Chicken Banh Mi. They were pretty busy and the wait for our sandwiches was about 30 minutes. Oh, you can also order the sandwiches on their website ahead of time too! So if you just want to pick it up to-go, it's a real time saver. Their Italian Hoagie has french ham, coppa, salami calabrese, mortadella w/pistachio, aged provolone, house made giardiniera, shredded lettuce, red onion, oregano, red wine vinegar, and mayo. It's my favorite sandwich from them. The flavors are great all together and their giardiniera adds a crunch and acidity that it needs. However, the giardiniera is pretty wet and it soaks part of the bread and it can get incredibly messy while eating it. So I don't recommend saving this sandwich for the next day unless you are okay with part of the bread being soaked. The Turkey Club has house roasted turkey, Applewood smoked bacon, swiss, fresh tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and chipotle mayo on a hoagie roll. Standard and done very well. Can't ever go wrong with a turkey club! Plus, my husband really enjoyed the bacon -- it was nice and crispy! The Pork Banh Mi as lemongrass pork, pickled carrot & daikon, jalapeno, cucumber, cilantro herb mix, scallion, and mayo on classic bread. The Chicken Banh Mi has all the same fixings except it uses grilled char siu chicken. The flavor of the pork seemed a bit bland, it doesn't shine quite as well as the chicken. The Chicken Banh Mi was delicious and I think it would be even better if you added pate to it. I believe pate is an extra $2. The chicken was thick, juicy, and extremely tender. Flavors were fantastic and the baguette they used was perfect. The prices, in general, are a bit higher but the quality makes up for it. I will always be back for the Italian Hoagie. I'm not sure if I would come here for the banh mi since I like the traditional dac biet/combo more than a pork or chicken. Plus a banh mi at a Vietnamese place is half the price. However, I do want to try their Chicken Banh Mi again but with pate just to see how it is. Definitely would recommend if you're into sandos!

I recently ordered the tofu banh mi sandwich and it was incredible! Tons of flavor in the tofu, and the combination of the sweet and salty toppings/ condiments were excellent! For this sandwich I also really appreciated the chewy bread. The only reason I'm giving a 4 star is because my hubby got the turkey club and he said it was average. The bacon was overcooked and he said it was just basic. They have a cute interior with cool graphic art on the walls. They have some tables you can eat there and they have beer on tap! I will be back for the tofu banh mi 100%!

Cute little sandwich place that serves awesome food. Seating is limited but don't let that discourage you from having a yummy sandwich. I got the Italian Beef sandwich and gobbled it up. My husband enjoyed his Turkey Club as well. Service was quick and friendly. Tip: lots of tissues needed for Italian...it was a little messy to eat but worth it.

One of my favorite sandwich places in town this year ! KYLE'S CHIMICHURRI BEEF with housemade roast beef, chimichurri, french fries, sauteed mushrooms, chimichurri aioli on ciabatta ABSOLUTE favorite so far ! two of my friends definitely agree. TENDER roast beef, FLAVORFUL chimichurri, CRISPY fries, EARTHY mushrooms. ALL goes together SO WELL! So many flavors and textures ! PORCHETTA SPECIAL with whole seasoned pork belly served in a ciabatta bread with housemade salsa verde, arugula, red wine pickled onions, and topped with chicharrons. Pretty good porcetta sandwich. Too bad it's a special. Would've liked to have this regularly. CRISPY chicharrons, only wished there was more! SPICY TURKEY MELT (also another special) with Applewood smoked turkey and bacon, melted swiss cheese, sauteed vegetable mix (green and red bell peppers, onions, and pickled jalapeno) and chipotle mayo on a hoagie roll. This turkey melt kind of reminds me of a philly cheesesteak with the sauteed vegetables, super soft and warm hoagie roll, super tender sliced turkey, and melty cheese. The pickled jalapenos and chipotle mayo adds a little spice but very mild so most people should be able to handle this no problem ! ITALIAN HOAGIE with french ham, coppa, salami calabrese, mortadella w pistachio, aged provolone, house made giadiniera, shredduce, red onions, oregano, red wine vinegar, and Duke's mayo. Uh. I don't know why but this missed for me. Typically i love an "italian" style sandwich anywhere but for some reason this one didn't hit. Also, the housemade giardiniera makes the entire sandwich quite soaked and soggy but typically that wouldn't bother me. SHRUGS. Always had taken the sandwiches home after work for dinner. Cashier service is pretty nice. Prices are a bit higher but you get what you pay for in quality. Small little corner restaurant with not many seats but there's also a lot of counter height bar tables on the perimeter of the glass wall, which i typically sit at waiting for my food. So far 2 hot sandwiches hit well. Not so much the cold one. Will continue to try more hot sandwiches !

I've been jonesing for a good Italian sub and this was surely it for me. Usual meats for an Italian but, the difference maker was the gardiniera -- marinated olives, carrots, and other veggies. That adds the extra crunch that I LOVE in my Italian! I will say, the hoagie was too soggy for my liking (as my order was to-go, so I was driving home) but, the flavors overall made up for that. I ended up eating one side soggy and using a different bread for the other side. Craving satisfied! I wanted to try their loaded baked potato salad but, that wasn't on menu BUT, BACON DILL potato salad was available instead and who doesn't love bacon or dill. I loved how creamy the potato salad was and wasn't too overwhelming on the dill or bacon taste. Wish I got salt and vinegar chips... cuz that would've just pushed me over on the satisfaction meter. The place was very cute with art done by @PrettyDone.

Bomb ass sandwiches! Seriously it's about time a sandwich shop gets it right. Brought my dad here for lunch since are both sandwich dudes. I started with the Arugula salad with chicken. Great salad. Warm chicken right off the grill and fresh arugula and shaved walnuts and Parmesan. Great healthy side salad. I got the Bahn Mi sandwich. Probably one of the best Bahn Mi sandwiches I've ever had. It was perfect. Soft bread, juicy perfectly cooked pork, fresh veggies and a perfect amount of mayo. I devoured it. So good. With so many sandwich shops all over the city a place has to get it right on food quality and service. This sandwich shop has great sandwiches and sides, great selection of drinks and food service and a clean eating space.

I'm going to keep this one short. The sandwiches are good. Simple and not over complicated. The winning factor is the delicious gluten free bread. Any sandwich excluding the meatball call be completely gluten free. Major plus when making a pick of a sandwich place. Interior is clean and the staff are very helpful.

I've got to give this place at least four stars because their sandwiches are the best! They are also very original and really fresh and they have a weekly special, BUT, they just raised their prices and it's unbelievable that you can go to a sandwich shop and buy lunch for two for almost $60 with a small salad

We tried this place and let me tell you, PROPER SANDWICHES SLAPS! I ordered the Pastrami "Rachel", I don't know who Rachel is but she makes one of the best Pastrami sandwhiches I have ever had. My husbnad took 1 bite of mine and claimed the 2nd half. This also worked to my advantage as I do not eat Italians (he ordered the italian hoagie) and this was amazing! All the flavors, meat to toppings ratio, perfect amount of oil/vinegar, soft bread that did not fall apart. Our daughter had a PB&J and although she can't speak on her sammy, she ate the whole thing so I assume it was a WIN. We can't wait to go back and try some other items as well as get another "Rachel". I did nopt get any photos as we ate them so fast but we will on round 2!

Had the Italian. Some of the best gIardiniara I've ever had truly made the sandwich perfect. Tried the homemade potato chips in barbecue flavor. Very good. If you're a spam fan, I recommend the macaroni salad. My wife ordered something off menu and since they weren't busy they custom made it for her. It was incredible. 100% recommend trying if you're in the area. A sandwich shop that is truly a step above. Not a mass chain store for sure.

First and foremost, you won't find better sandwiches in the Vegas area than Proper has to offer. Their Italian cold cut is a must; the Italian beef is a close second. Pro tip: get it to-go (or dine in) but let the sandwich "marinate" for a good 10 minutes. Their bread is fire, but keep it wrapped up and after it gets a tad bit "soggy", the flavor only gets better.

I'm a regular here. Easily the best sandwich spot in town. My go to is the tuna salad sandwich pictured below but I frequently get the turkey club as well (customized to my preferences). The owners and staff have always been very nice and the food is consistently delicious. (I just wish they'd bring back the chic fil a special sandwich).

I had Kyle's Chimichurri Beef sandwich and fries. The sandwich was great, tender roast beef, the little bit of spice from the aioli, the texture of the bread and the fries in there, really well built and composed sandwich. It's a little pricey, but so is subway and this place is high quality. Give it a shot, I'll be back for sure.

This place is cute but so expensive $15 for a pastrami sandwich and it's the size of my very small hands. The fries are served in a tiny cup. I spent $75 (not incl tip) on 4 sandwiches, 2 fries and a small potato salad. Pastrami sandwich: taste was just ok, it wasn't worth $15. Fries: these were great! I just wish it was a bigger portion and not a sample size. Potato salad: $6 for a small container. Flavor was great but potatoes were a little undercooked. Customer service was cool. Overall, I won't go back but I'm glad I tried it.

If you want a damn good sandwich, this is the place! We drove from the NW and I'll tell you, it's worth the drive! Clean, friendly and awesome food! 10/10 must try!

The allure of their buy one, get one free sandwich deal in celebration of their two-year anniversary drew us in. Despite the bustling atmosphere, the line moved swiftly, with only one person ahead of us upon arrival. However, our excitement waned as we waited 40 minutes for our order, noticing others who arrived later receiving their food first. Although the staff began informing incoming customers of the extended wait time, we weren't initially alerted to it. The Chicken Banh Mi and Prime Rib & Cheese sandwiches were delightful, but the prolonged wait left us questioning the value, especially at regular prices. Proper Sandwich is worth a visit if you're intrigued, but I do not think I will personally be back.

Today was my first time trying Proper Sandwich and it so happened to also be their 2 year anniversary so they had a buy 1, get 1 free sandwich special. I saw them on a bunch of Vegas foodie influencers instagram stories, so I thought I'd give it a try. It was even better when I found out they're literally down the street from me! I tried the blackened chicken with chicken skin and lemongrass pork banh mi and both were delicious! Bread was toasted well and chicken/pork were flavorful! To my surprise, the banh mi was quite authentic to a Vietnamese banh mi. I even tasted Maggie seasoning! Overall, I enjoyed my sandwiches very much and will definitely be a returning customer!

I'm on a sandwich kick... The sandwich shop you need, Proper is that! Been hearing about this spot since it opened from all my industry friends, everyone knows Phil! Finally got a chance to go. Hard to ignore the decor in this cute shop. The art on the walls and the wooden wine boxes on the wall looked sooo cool. Casual cartoon sommelier vibes for sure. The menu is simple, but with carefully chosen ingredients. I went all out and ordered the following: Prime beef and cheddar sandwich 9/10 - This is what dreams are made of. That beef! The 'arby' sauce! Uncle Paulie's take note! Only thing is I wish I would have gotten one of the sauces on the side. A tad messy. House-made sea salt potato chips 8/10 - just bomb, they should make an onion dip with them. Arugula salad 9/10 - Perfect little salad. A tiny bit sweet but great overall. Sea Salt Caramel Cookie and Chocolate Chip 10/10 - These were phenomenal Also didn't skip on the specialty sodas, they had so many to choose from! We went all out, and will definitely be back!

Looking for some pastrami and I came here to a place nearby the house. Ordered the Pastrami "Rachel" sandwich and the Hawaiian style Spam and Mac salad. Pretty tasty sandwich with a strong kick of horseradish. Would definitely come back for this. The spam & mac salad, not so much. It tasted ok but was kinda dry and the macaroni was becoming a hard al dente with lots of chew. It's a hard pass next time for me. Service was generally good and the wait was a few minutes. Prices seem high at $15 for the sandwich so it wouldn't be a everyday thing.

First time at proper sandwich and both my husband and I were very impressed. We got the bahn mi with lemongrass pork and the Kyle's steak chimichurri sandwich, both were fantastic! We also got the dill bacon potato salad and spam mac salad. If you haven't been, give it a go. You will not regret it!

Proper sandwich was really good but very pricey! 62 for three sandwiches. We got the cuban the Italian and the hot Italian beef. I like the hot Italian beef the best.

This joint is a best kept secret for sure. I had the tuna this time...fantastic! Giardiniera mixed in with the salad & topped with peperoncinis & sprouts, all on a soft potato Kaiser roll. So good. Dont sleep on the Italian beef also...very tasty!

I've been coming here since it opened. Always a great sandwich. They change out the menu from time to time. Everyone is friendly and the interior is nice and clean.

Whether you're battling a debilitating pool party hangover or the energy remnants of a narcissistic severely avoidant ex Proper sandwiches are the medicine this food daddy will prescribe you. Their home BBQ chips are fire and this sandwich Kyle's Chimichurri Beef [house-made roast beef, chimichurri, French fries, sautéed mushrooms, chimichurri aioli on ciabatta bread] was legendary! I tacked on their Hawaiian Spam & Macaroni Salad [Charred spam, cavatappi pasta, mayonnaise, carrots, green onion] which was really good even though I still do not understand spam. Finally they have a collection of artisanal sodas that are hard to find. Trust me fellow foodies add this spot to your list. Pro tip? If you're looking for a killer barbershop close by, check out my guy Serge at Nobleman Quarters. It's the perfect combo being so close to one another. Summer is here!

These sandwiches are awesome! Fresh and tasty with high quality ingredients. When I crave a sub like what I used to get on the east coast, this is where I go. They are also so friendly and fast. And have a wild/unique bottled soda selection. If you want a great sub, go here! They do not disappoint!

After an appointment, I stopped here for lunch. I found the business in Yelp as I was searching for nearby places. Proper Sandwich popped up, and it was less than two miles form where I was. I walked in and looked at their large wall menus. I ordered the chicken banh mi and an iced tea. I had a seat after getting my tea, and the person at the counter brought me my sandwich when it was ready. It was neatly wrapped and butcher paper and would travel well if you were doing take out. The banh mi was described on the menu as Grilled char siu chicken, pickled carrot and daikon, jalapeño, cucumber, cilantro, mint, basil, scallion, and mayo. I didn't taste any mayo but that was OK. The sanewich was very good. The bun was not French baguette with its crispy but sot texture, This was mnore like a normal sandwich roll. It was still very hgood and the ingredients of the sandwich stood out. I'm glad I made this stop. It's a quick easy off/on north of the 215. I'll be back.

Whoever said they had the best bahn mi in Vegas was wrong! I was excited to try this because of the reviews. The price was also pretty steep for some sandwich and chips. The chicken lacked flavor and there was too much mayo on my bread. It did not taste like char sui chicken. The sandwich looked great on Instagram but it didn't taste as good as it was showcased on their page. The house chips were alright. Customer service was alright. They were not as friendly as I thought they'd be. While I was waiting for my order the owner stopped by the dining area to greet and talk to every customer but me. After greeting everybody else BUT me, he proceeded to greet and talk to the customer who just walked in after me. I thought it was rude but ok. I'd like to give this place a try again but because of my first experience I am hesitant to.

I very much enjoyed Proper Sandwich! I came here on the recommendation of Renee, from the YES. She always gets it right! I was fortunate enough to meet the owner of this establishment while enjoying a delicious Italian hoagie and chatting with the gal working the counter. Everyone was lovely and the food was simply delicious and proper. We all marveled at the rare occasion of a rainy day in Las Vegas. I would highly recommend it if you enjoy a proper sandwich, you check this place out.

2nd best sandwiches in Vegas, Panino is my #1 gotta have some "backups" and Proper is a very close second. Love them both

I personal opinion is that they're overpriced even though the flavor is good. The sandwich itself gets soggy from whatever they're putting in it within about five minutes so for me, I don't like soggy bread and that was a definitely thumbs down for me. Wow... all the sandwiches are phenomenal... but the Banh Mi is hands down the best in town. The textures and flavors are all perfectly balanced and the deliciousness just bursts from each bite. Take a basic banh mi and crank the freshness and flavor profiles up to 10. Crisp pickled carrots, aromatic and flavorful cilantro, perfectly seasoned lemongrass chicken, crusty yet soft bread... I could go on and on about this banh mi. Service was friendly and efficient, and the corner space was clean and well lit... the food is simply amazing.

Stopped in to try this place as I always love a good sandwich! Tried the Turkey Club and it was pretty good. Sandwich was filled and tasted fresh. The place is a bit pricy in my eyes but the lady who waited on me was friendly and the decor was definitely unique on the inside.

Not worth the price at all! I only ended up here because Chip off the block was out of hoagie rolls, what a big mistake! My question is proper where? It's just regular degular a waste of $15 definitely won't be back no shade!

Best sandwich in the world! Fresh, tasty, and great customer service ever! We really like the chicken Banh-mi and dill potato salad. Excellent and consistent!
