Great happy hour! Calamari and steak skewers were cooked to perfection, and the bruschetta was super refreshing. Very well thought out menu... there's much more we still want to try so we'll definitely be back.

Google
We had an amazing dining experience at Proseccos! We LOVED the pasta wheel experience! The pasta was delicious! Our waiter was friendly and helpful! The atmosphere with Ms. Rita singing was the best! The lamb chops in our photo were INCREDIBLE and DELICIOUS!! Would highly recommend dining here and getting the pasta wheel experience!

Google
Had dinner with my family and we chose the pasta in the wheel. The presentation alone was worth it but it doesn't stop there. You can taste the freshness in the pasta and I was blown away from the parmesan Reggiani wheel. So creamy and so so good. They top it off with fresh truffle. It was a great experience along with superb food. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Lastly, to add the staff is super nice and there was a live musician playing all night.

Google
Happy hour is insane 8-9 dollar plates. All cooked in house the chef is from Venice. For me the best Italian spot in vegas. I like the lobster ravioli the ragu beef bolognese. They have amazing wines imported and it’s literally the same price as brio or Italian chains that microwave your food

Google
I’ve been to Prosecco for dinner but this review is for their Party Brunch. My friend and I had a great time! Great music selection playing and fun dancers. Also, the tableside magician was a nice touch. It’s great to find a unique dining experience in Vegas, away from the Strip, that wasn’t too busy (we made reservations, but it looked like we could have walked in with no wait time, I’m assuming because the Party Brunch is relatively new). The only thing I’d recommend is having more savory plant-based options. I had their delicious pancakes, but would love a tofu or Just Egg scramble with some vegan sausage for some more protein to switch things up next time. My friend had the matcha chicken and waffles and said they were delicious. Go for a unique brunch experience or a birthday celebration - you’ll enjoy it!

Google
TLDR; Average Italian food but very overpriced My wife and I visited for dinner on a Tuesday night. The atmosphere was nice, service was good and our waiter was very nice. The appetizers we had tasted good, I really liked the toasted capers on the beef carpaccio. It was the entree that was disappointing. My wife had the Ruby(beet) salad with a chicken breast and I had the duck ragu on Pappardelle. The salad was an average beet salad but I didn't appreciate finding out that the added chicken breast was $11 (which when added onto a $16 salad turns it into a $27 entree). The duck ragu was also average with a nice bounce to the pasta but a surprisingly flat overall flavor profile for $32 I expected more. If you want a better price for similar quality pasta go to Eatily on the strip If you want a better price and a better pasta go to Esther's kitchen in the Arts District

Google
We spent my birthday at Prosecco and it was nothing short of perfect. The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the Alfredo with short rib and we had it made in a cheese wheel at our table and the experience was one of a kind! I 100% recommend. The drinks were amazing and so were the appetizers. Service was top-tier!

Google
Drink menu is creative and unique. Created by the bartender himself. There is a good story connected to the names of all the unique drinks. Happy hour food is very good and not too small of portions. The only downside to this place is it gets loud if a lot of people are there. I could barely hear my conversation while sitting at the bar. Edit: I went back tonight, and the bar was not loud at all, so my last visit was tarnished by just a very loud party of four with extra strong lungs. Tonight was divine, and the drinks were even better than I remembered.

Yelp
The cheese pasta wheel and Rosemary garlic focaccia was spectacular!!! Favorite spot in all of Vegas. This review is specifically for our server Malakai - did such a marvelous job from starting to finish. Thank you for making our anniversary special and memeribl

Yelp
We have been dining here for quite awhile. Celebrated numerous special occasions here. On the night the world closed down due to covid, they even made our sons birthday special when no other restaurant would. Prosecco has always been a special place for us for quite some time. Tonight we came in with no reservation and wanting to sit at the bar. The hostess for some reason discouraged us from the bar and sat us at a table facing the kitchen. Fine, its whatever... We sat for roughly 10 min and were never greeted other than by a busser who dropped off waters. It wasn't very busy but we were pretty much ignored by the staff. I even went to use the restroom to kill tine in case there was some unsee emergency going on. So we stood up and walked out without anyone saying a word. Like as if we were never even there. For all the good times and special occasions we celebrated there I have to say the staff some years ago was more attentive and friendly than the current staff. My wife was livid and I was extremely disappointed. Prosecco, what happened? You used to be one of the best restaurants off the strip?

Yelp
My wife & I had early dinner at this Italian restaurant during our visit to Las Vegas on the weekend prior to the 4th of July holiday weekend. Nearly everything we ordered was delicious! On top of that, our waiter was very friendly and professional. My favorite dish was the lobster ravioli. The exterior was perfectly cooked and the filling inside was amazing, too. I loved that the lobster mixture was not fishy. Since we were there before 6, we primarily ordered items from their happy hour menu and it was well worth it! Going forward, we will definitely be recommending this restaurant to friends and family visiting Las Vegas.

Yelp
Prosecco is located in the Colonnade square plaza next to the now defunct movie theater. Prosecco is a delicious Italian restaurant with many many menu options. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The waiters are always very informative as far as specials and what's really good on and off the menu. And they are very good with refills on water etc. Tonight was a bit of a feast of sorts. We had zucchini blossoms, which were very good but the dough was sadly what you taste mostly. Oysters which were phenomenal - juicy and delicious. And meatballs which were just the right amount of dense and full of flavor. For entrees we had the cheese wheel risotto with mushroom and truffles and ossobuco with saffron risotto. While the presentation of the cheese wheel risotto is fun to watch, sadly once the dish is served the risotto is barely like warm. The flavors are there. It just needs to be hotter. The ossobuco was cooked perfectly, super tender, fall off the bone delicious and the sauce was very tasty as well. The marrow was also divine. However again, the saffron risotto was a bit of a disappointment as it lacks flavor. Overall the service at Prosecco is always excellent, the food is good but could use some tweaking at times. The cappuccino as a finish was very good as well. While there were some misses tonight, overall I'm still rating 4 stars because I know the food is good here and the service is always outstanding.

Yelp
First time here and we met another couple for dinner on a Saturday night. Easy to get reservation. Upon entering, looks like there are seatings in the patio, as well as inside dining room. We checked in and walked in. There's a bar that has a happy hour. We grabbed our starter drinks there and brought them to our table. We also brought a bottle of wine to enjoy, $35 corkage fee. Nice local restaurant serving great Italian food. Service was also as great. Food came out pretty fast. We enjoyed our dinner very much.

Yelp
We had perused many other restaurants in our area this particular evening. But we chose Prosecco, again. We wanted to relax and dine, not feel rushed. We wanted excellent food and great hospitality. I chose that word specifically to make my point. You can get served anywhere. It is rare that you go out and the staff makes you feel important, and like you are family. That's why we come here. While it has been a while since we have been in, we were welcomed as old friends. Treated like VIP's and made comfortable. We have wanted to do the table-side pasta forever, Chef Danielle's menu makes it so hard to choose. Finally we did and it was excellent. Prepared table-side, the rich and creamy cheese sauce bathes the house made Papperadelle then it's covered in Fresh Truffles. As you are dining and enjoying one of the fine selections from the wine list and the live entertainment you will be convinced this is the restaurant you wanted and we will always be regulars here as long as they are here!

Yelp
It's was a busy night, of course it's expected being Mother's Day. I think we beat the rush opting to have an early dinner. We had exceptional service, even the Manager came by to chat with us. The food was delicious. I had the Cheese Ravioli, I substituted the creamy asparagus sauce for marinara. My husband had the Capellini al Pomodoro, he said he would definitely order it again. They have an extensive wine list. We had a couple glasses of wine to celebrate our anniversary, and Mother's Day. Cheers!

Yelp
My hubby and I had a double date with our friends at Prosecco Fresh Italian Kitchen. We started with a couple of appetizers - crispy calamari and miso-glazed pork belly. For the main course, my hubby enjoyed the Lobster Deluxe - a baked lobster tail served over linguine with shrimp, mussels, scallops and clams in roasted garlic white whine tomato sauce. I had the lobster ravioli, stuffed with shrimp and lobser, sauteed with zucchini in a saffron sauce. We ended dinner by sharing two desserts - tiramisu and a creme brulee. It was a lovely evening and a wonderful dinner with friends.

Yelp
This was a fun experience. My wife requested to go here for dinner after seeing the pasta served out of a giant cheese wheel. We booked the day before Valentine's Day to beat the crowd. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted and show to our table. There were only 2-3 tables seated aside from us and the detached bar area was full with quite a bit of buzz coming from it. The service staff was very polite and knowledgeable. They offered wine, cocktail and food suggestions with a large list of specials. The timing of food was great as we were able to enjoy our appetizers while having conversation and not feel rushed. Once the main courses came out, the presentation with the pasta in the cheese wheel was fun and drew attention from the now full dining room. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her pasta ( she's a sucker for truffle) and the lamb osso buco was great, the meat was ultra tender and only required a fork, no knife. Dessert was a small selection and surprisingly no cannoli options. The tiramisu is always a great option and was not overly sweet, which I enjoy. Overall we had a great experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The food was prepared well and timing was great. The atmosphere was very casual as some came in with shorts, tshirts and baseball hats while others in dress shirts and slacks.

Yelp
This place was dynamite!! We originally wanted to come for the pasta in the wheel, but after seeing their happy hour menu, we ordered off that. We sat outside, which was absolutely perfect! Our service was excellent and the food was delicious! We shared everything and can't wait to go back and try new things.

Yelp
Horrible Service, but great food!... Dined at the Bar for dinner, just the two of us. Arrived at 5:35, at sat at the bar that had only 3 other people seated. It took at least 25 min for one of two bartenders, one male and one female, to acknowledge us. It was 6:05pm by the time we got our first round of drinks. By the time we got our drinks, we were ready to order our food, but bartender walked away. Took a while for the bartender to acknowledge us again and I had to ask the bartender to place our food order. We did not eat until 6:25pm. Meanwhile, as we waited for our food, we observed the female bartender refill the maraschino, cherries, fruit tray, and eat them in front of us, thinking that we couldn't see her. After eating and refilling the cherries, she did not properly wash her hands. Instead, she dipped her hands in the sanitizer bucket. Unacceptable and unsanitary! Although the food was delicious, we reported the bad service to the manager. The manager was very unprofessional about the situation and questioned our experience. She assumed that we sat ourselves, when the hostess was the one who kindly walked us to the bar. If the manager on duty is an owner, she obviously has no leadership skills or hospitality experience. It's unfortunate that the front office house team is lacking service standards, when the culinary team is offering such great food.

Yelp
Easily my favorite Italian restaurant in Henderson. I've only visited for dinner and the vibe is always lively with occasional musical performances from local singers. I've never had problems with the servers themselves, but when the restaurant is booked we have had to wait 1-2 hours for our reservation and 30 minutes+ for our food on those nights. Granted these nights were on holidays (Christmas Eve and New Years). Each time this has happened we received accommodations from the restaurant. The reason we keep coming back is the FOOD. My favorites are the calamari, duck ragu pappardelle, lobster deluxe pasta, and Chilean seabass. My friends have mentioned the pizza being great as well. Avoid going on a holiday and you might just find yourself a new local favorite.

Yelp
I had been wanting to come here for a while and finally decided to do so today with the girls. First off, the ambiance is super cute for a Sunday afternoon and I love that they have outdoor seating as well. The hostess is very friendly (and gorgeous) and the manager checked in on us frequently. I ordered a matcha latte, a tequila sour (this drink comes with egg whites to make it frothy, but I left that out), and the Matcha Waffle Crispy Chicken. The drink was pretty strong (which I like), the latte was the perfect temperature and just right for a chilly day, and the chicken and waffles were very good and filling. The entertainment was the main attraction! I wasn't aware there were performers but they were such a good time! The guy on the stilts was such a delight and so friendly. I'd come back just to see them! I knocked off a star because it did take a while to get our food and our waiter wasn't the best. He charged my friend for an item she didn't want and was slow with the bottomless refills on Prosecco. But other than that, I throughly enjoyed my experience and would come back!

Geneva L.

Yelp
We stopped in to try out their happy hour after seeing a social media post about their happy hour. The staff were friendly and attentive. The Prosecco spritz flight was super yummy. The spaghetti bolognese was flavorful and the pasta was cooked just right. I can remember the name of the potato thing I ordered but it was so good especially with the sauce they had with it. My husband said the calamari was cooked to perfection and the sauce was so good with it. He enjoyed the Cajun shrimp pasta and said the noodles were really good. This place is definitely worth trying

Yelp
Sat at the bar with Luke the bartender and had and amazing experience! The ambience was really nice, there was live music when I was there and apparently it's every Monday. Luke greeted me with a great attitude and created a cocktail with a spirit of my choice.. it definitely hit the spot. Food was amazing as well, Chef Danielle's choices for the menu are excellent. Loved the pizza and pasta, way too good!!! Will definitely come back! Thank you

Kaylin H.

Yelp
10/10!!!! Best Italian food (even the best food) in town! Best service as well! And they have live music! It's on the opposite side of town from us but more than worth the drive. This place truly takes pride in everything they do. I have to come back and try everything they have on the menu!
google avatar

Yelp
The food was OK. The music was too loud. The service was top-of-the-line. I would go back just because we were treated so well.

Yelp
I love this place Quality for the price is unbeatable Great happy hour but you must call & reserve prior as this place gets PACKED!

Yelp
Finding a happy hour on a Saturday can be a bit of a challenge, and we were heading to Henderson for a little gambling. I yelped happy hours within 5 miles and found this particular restaurant to my liking..they have several menu items on happy hour. I ordered an Aperol Spritz for 10 dollars..they filled it to the rim, and it was delicious. hub got a n/a beer. I got the bison ghost cheese sliders..these were good, but I wish they would have been spicier..when I see the word "ghost cheese" I would hope to get a pretty significant kick..but it did not happen here..they still tasted very good. Hub picked the winner..Bolognese for 9 dollars.. very nice portion and it tasted marvelous. I was jealous..ha ha..they also brought some bread and oil to the table so we got a significant amount of food for a low price. I used to go to Bella Vita for my Italian happy hour, but they closed down...this is my new go to...and I think the food is better...extremely pleased to find this place!!!

Yelp
We attended the Wine tasting at Prosecco. It was the best one I've attended. Chef Daniele Dotto really did an amazing menu, so much richness in the food! The wines really paired well with the food. Very impressed!

Yelp
We came here for a bday celebration. The entertainment is amazing, ambiance gorgeous, service is exceptional, food is delicious. We all ordered bottomless mimosas without the OJ, and the Prosecco salad with grilled shrimp. Everything was fresh and perfect. Such an awesome restaurant. I love this place.
google avatar

Cassh B.

Yelp
We were there celebrating your birthday. We made reservations and they were extremely accommodating. It was 14 of us our waiter bartender Boy. They had a magician a guy on stilts. Everything was amazing. I started with the beef up with the beef carpaccio. Beef tartar and lobster ravioli with black truffles, ambience it is comfortable, classy

Janie M.

Yelp
I was hesitant to try this place because of some of the reviews, but I realized they were mostly from Mother's Day, so I discounted those reviews and I can't recommend this restaurant enough! We typically go to the sister restaurant (deli) for lunch but have always wanted to try this one for dinner and it did not disappoint! The food was fantastic and the wines were great! I had the short rib special and it melted in my mouth. I can't wait to go back and have it again. Our waiter was amazing and the whole staff was friendly and welcoming. They also had live music which contributed to the charm of the ambiance - very unexpected due to the strip mall location. I look forward to going back and the brunch sounds fantastic. I'm so glad we found this little hidden gem.

Yelp
ABSOLUTELY YES! Location: Prosecco is located in a plaza with other shared businesses. Parking: There is a shared parking lot with other businesses and plenty of parking. Ambiance/Decor/Atmosphere: I LOVED the decor and ambiance! It felt like I was somewhere in Italy on vacation. Beverages: I had an alcoholic free beverage and it was so good that I got 2! I don't remember the name of the beverage but you cannot go wrong with any of them. Service: The service was PHENOMENAL! We had our book club dinner/meeting here and our server was no nice and fun that he played along with us and since he reminded us of a character in our book, he let us call him the character's name and stayed in character our whole dinner. The amount of time between appetizers and dinner was spot on as well. Food: OMG. The food was so delicious! I had a caesar salad and the short ribs fettuccini "al tocco". Everything was perfectly cooked and so fresh and delicious! Overall: Overall, this was such a great experience. Prosecco is perfect for book club dinners, family dinners, date night, whatever it is you have, it's great for it! I wouldn't mind coming back here for dinner again soon. I hope this review helps you decide on where to have some delicious fresh Italian food! :) Overall Rating: Solid 5 Stars

Yelp
Wow, 11 of us came here and it was amazing. We had sea bass, salmon, cirpacchio, the pasta wheel and other fish, everything was amazing. Our waiter Mario was so fun and entertaining. It's off the strip and we got in no problem, no wait.

Yelp
Excellent food and service. Very, very professional. A sleeper for very , very good Italian cuisine

Yelp
We went for the Prosecco party brunch on a weekend. Unfortunately there was no DJ and some entertainers were MIA . I was expecting a full party brunch vibe and it wasn't there. The food and drinks were good.

Setema G.

Yelp
The service was horrible tonight. We had a party of 10 and there were at least 10 servers with not many people in the restaurant, we had to continually ask for refills and remind them of the food we ordered. On top of that, the service was not only so bad, the food was made. They added 20% to the bill as gratuity, when if it was out to me, I would've left them nothing. Avoid this place like the play. Horrible service. Average food. Lack of customer support and customer service. This is our first time, and it will be our last time.

Yelp
Back again one week later.......Another great dinner. They do have the best Lasagna in the city......really.... Coltan and Carlos taking excellent care of us again. And Patty....singing some of our favorite songs.... Augusto making sure everything was running smoothly. A great team making sure we enjoy a wonderful evening out.

Yelp
We made reservations for Mother's Day dinner and the restaurant was so over booked we ended up leaving after a 40 minute wait. The hostess and manager were clearly overwhelmed and giving no updates. They were probably an hour or more off schedule. It's unfortunate someone didn't know how to run the restaurant and block off times appropriately for a holiday. So many groups ended up leaving and having to make other plans last minute and ruin Mother's Day. Someone definitely needs to look into this for future holidays and busy events!
google avatar

Yelp
My husband and I have been here a few times before. He surprised me and booked a reservation for Valentine's day, because we were both speaking about the infamous cheese wheel pasta here. Having wanted to try this, we were sadly disappointed upon arrival that they informed us of the only dining option being a set chef menu. Why were we not informed of one option to choose from Via Text or email? I get the whole pre-set holiday lock in, but many other restaurants give you options. Haven't you seen The Lady and the Tramp..? Noodles are romantic, and even more romantic... cheese?! The hostess (brunette) was a bit bored looking as we walked in (not very warm) the blond in the hearts dress truly saved our decision to keep our reservation and stay (although the menu was $85 per person). She talked up the chef's menu, so we agreed. Our server was so Awesome, forgot his name (starts with a C..) he was kind & welcoming, checking on us often. The food was very tasty especially the Wagyu beef / mashed purées potato.. cooked to perfection. Some disappointments: the table next to us arrived 30 minutes after us and received their dessert way before. Dessert: where is the chocolate option for this special holiday.? They only offered a pear dessert, which was just ok. They had options for every other menu offer except dessert. I really want to come back one day, to try the cheese wheel. Ehhhhh, maybe.?.

Yelp
Loved this place for brunch, planning to go back for the Lobster and Shrimp Ravioli and Creme Brûlée! There was entertainment, which in all honesty was the best part! The man on the stilts and ball was amazing and so friendly! I wish I could have tipped him. The service was a bit slow and our waiter seem to get a little agitated after sometime. The waffles and chicken were good but took a really long time to come to our table! The overall experience outweighed the things that weren't so great and I will be back.
google avatar

Yelp
Birthday dinner for my daughter's 21st was amazing! Upon arrival, the host was super friendly and welcoming. Inside is spacious and nicely decorated with a side bar seating area for happy hour. Outdoor seating also available. Our waiters were good but the guy who stole the show was the one who prepared our cheese wheel entrees. Out of all the entrees ordered that night, it was unanimous, the cheese wheel pasta was the best. Second best dish was the Chicken Marsala. Least favorite, the Lobster Ravioli (tasted fishy). Appetizers, bottle of wine and food for our party was nicely priced. Take a drive out from Las Vegas. Highly recommend!

Yelp
I was so excited to celebrate a Mother's Day dinner here but the entire experience was ruined. I wish the host had just told us that they could not accommodate. When I called for a reservation she offered patio or lounge. We agreed to the patio. We sat outside for a maybe 10 minutes when we decided it was too hot and windy and we would just try another place for dinner. A gentleman came out (maybe a manager) asked if anyone had come out to us and we told him we weren't going to stay because we would prefer indoors. It honestly would not have been an issue to just turn us away. We work in the industry and understand. However he kindly moved us inside to the lounge. We sat for a good 15 minutes with no service. He came back to check in and asked if anyone had stopped by. We told him no and he said he would get someone. We asked for waters as well. Another 10min had past and no water but the server did come by. No intro, no spiel, just an excuse for why he didn't get to us sooner. I asked if we could just go ahead and order for our son and some appetizers and some water. He took the order and walked away. I was so thirsty by this point I had to go to the bar to ask the bartender for water. He promptly got them for us and brought them to our table. I asked him some questions about the menu to which he got an answer for me. We were grateful for him. Eventually our appetizers come and then the waiter stopped by asked if we were going to order. By this point we were so over the experience we said no, I started to explain that we had dietary requirements and they limited the menu for Mother's Day so we... he then cut me off and said ok ok! I did then just ask for a fork as we only had 2 my son and my fiancée were using them. My partner asked for a glass of wine. I sat there and waited for the fork. But it seemed it was no going to arrive so I waited for my partner to finish his food and I then used his fork. By the time he finished his appetizer the wine arrived. The next time the waiter came by we asked for the check, that came back promptly. My partner ended up leaving with our child and waited in the car while I waited to pay. I had to wave the waiter down and he comes up to my table about how he came by so many times for we never had the check ready..... we used a white card so I guess it was hard for him to see. All in all the bartender and the hosts were very sweet. But the whole experience was disappointing. I did not want to spend my Mother's Day dinner like that at all. There was also a woman who looked like she may have been a manager look over at our table but never paid attention to the fact that we were sitting there for so long without water and with menus on the table. I would not recommend this place at all. But I do hope the other families had a better experience than us. Especially for the price point.
google avatar

Karen C.

Yelp
We went to brunch for Mother's Day, and the experience was horrible. The server was arrogant and condescending and treated our table terribly. Our food took over an hour to come out, and we were left alone much of the time. I won't go back. It makes me sad because this was our third time going for brunch, and our previous experiences were good, as were the times we've had dinner there. This experience, though, was so bad that I won't set foot in the place again. There are too many options in the area to risk it.

Yelp
We celebrated a friend birthday here and had a really food time! It was kinda loud but hey we were too so we blended into the vibes. The service was excellent, our server provided suggestions from the menu and they did not disappoint. Everything we had was absolutely delicious! No take out boxes needed!!

Yelp
Consistently good food. But they are pricey compared to competitors with similar quality menus.

Yelp
We went to Prosecco a week ago, so this review is for the latest experience. The experience wasn't as good as last month when we went there, they were short of waiters so it was hard to get faster service, we have to flag our waiter several times to order. It was a weekday, they have a singer, the restaurant was half full. The food was delicious when it came to our table but my fish when I took it home stunk the whole car. I'm not sure why it was so fishy maybe from the lobster sauce or from the seabass. We decided to come here because of my great experience from last month. This was supposed to be our holiday get together. They have a very nice ambiance, the singer made the place sophisticated and classy.

Yelp
Food was amazing! Husband and I went for Valentine's Day. They had live music, and the host and our waiter was awesome.

Yelp
first off, I want to start off by saying the food was excellent, the hostess was great, and the live entertainment was fabulous. 1. we arrived for our reservation early. we expected to wait, no big but then we were told ALL their reservations for that evening were double booked. if that were true they would have known before dinner service started. people should have been called or notified so they would have the opportunity to seek other options. nothing was offered for the inconvenience 2. we repeatedly asked for drink refills that never came so we gave up 3. we requested the cheese wheel pasta, but we're told it's not offered during the holidays. disappointing, but totally understandable and we didn't think much of it.... until we were waiting for our check and out comes the cheese wheel for another table. we still tipped our waiter more than 20% because it's Christmas but this was not a great experience

Yelp
Terribly disappointed tonight with our service and meal at Prosecco. Seated on time but after that it was all downhill. Start to finish for a party of 4 was over 2 hours. Total of 3 drinks, no appetizers. 1 cup of soup I sent back to be reheated, it came out Luke warm. 1 order of ravioli was fine but 2 egg plant Parmesans were very soggy. Not sure if it was an off night, change of hands, new chef or what but I didn't recognize the servers nor host. Wasn't the usual attentiveness at all and our meal was mediocre at best.... It wasn't even busy!!

Yelp
Cliff Notes Price Range: Medium Parking: Lots Perk: Food, service Non-Perk: Paying at the end :0) Ambiance: Slow Dress: Casual Noise: Low Temperature: Comfortable Recommend: 100% I would give this place 6 stars if I could. We came here a couple Sundays ago, around 3pm and it was pretty calm, didn't even need our reservation, lol but it's always better to have and not need than to need and not have! Our friend recommended this place and it did not disappoint. We got the bottomless mimosas, mine was peach, hers was strawberry.... both hit the spot! Our waiter was so sweet and patient with us while we figured out what we wanted. I ordered the lasagna and my oh my, it was outstanding. The bummer is, while I only ate 1/2 of it and brought the rest home; I ended up leaving it at my girlfriend's house to which one of her children snatched it up quickly! He knew the good stuff when he saw it! I would highly recommend testing this place out!

Yelp
Great environment at this restaurant. I especially liked the live singer. Beautiful voice, very friendly person, and wasn't loud as to disrupt our conversations or meal. Everything my table ordered was enjoyed. Would definitely come back to this place.

Yelp
Been here multiple times. Always have great service. I admit there's times where I wasn't in the best of moods. Not having the best day. A little "short" with the waiters. Other times I was very happy and open. No matter how I came in, everyone was world class. Food was always consistent. I especially like the Alfredo wheel for two. Spaghetti and meatball is solid. Beef carpaccio is a constant. Big shout out to waiter Malachi, he's a true professional. If I got in the restaurant business, I'd want an army of guys like him. Definitely give this place a shot.

Yelp
This restaurant is AMAZING!! Not only incredible ambiance and a very authentic Italian feel, but the food is spectacular. I highly recommend the black truffle Parmesan Alfredo pasta made in the cheese bowl!!

Yelp
Great ambiance. Love, love the live music. Service: our server is so amazing. He knew to split up our order so we didn't have to share off the same plate. Took time to explain the cheese wheel. So attentive. Food: I would give this a low 4 star. The cheese wheel pasta was solid. Very rich. I added shrimp and it made it delicious but still very rich, which was explained to me ahead of time. Bread and olive oil was delicious. Wine was reasonably priced. Ruby beet salad was so food. What disappointed me was the duck pappardelle. The duck was too dry.

Yelp
Searching for places to eat in the local area and this place popped up. This place is a hidden gem. Located on Eastern and Pebble Road in Las Vegas. We normally eat at resturants on the strip and most of the food can't even compare to Prosecco. This was an absolutely amazing place to eat and the food was absolutely exquisite. The service was excellent from the hostess seating us to our server Jerver who was very knowledgeable about everything on the menu. We went on a Saturday and they were pretty busy I would recommend making a reservation. We sat inside but there is a nice patio area for outdoor seating when the weather warms up. The crispy calamari and lobster supreme were two of my favorites. I can't wait to go back and try something different. I would highly recommend this restaurant for family dinners, date night, happy hour, birthday and anniversaries.
