A True Five-Star Italian Experience Off Eastern! I recently had the pleasure of dining at Prosecco Fresh Italian Kitchen off Eastern in Las Vegas, and it was an absolutely stellar experience deserving of every one of its five stars. From the moment we walked in, the nice atmosphere—elegant yet welcoming—set the stage for a wonderful evening. The food, however, was the real star of the show. Every dish we ordered was simply delicious and prepared to perfection. The Cacio e Pepe spaghetti was a revelation; creamy, intensely flavorful, and perfectly al dente—it tasted exactly like something you'd find in Rome. We also indulged in the veal and the risotto, both of which were rich, comforting, and showcased true Italian cooking expertise. The quality and freshness of the ingredients shone through in every bite. Beyond the incredible cuisine, the amazing service truly elevated the experience. Our server, Malakai, was absolutely wonderful—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly without being intrusive. He made us feel welcome and ensured our meal flowed smoothly, checking in at just the right moments. Prosecco Fresh Italian Kitchen is a must-visit. If you are looking for authentic, delicious Italian food paired with a great atmosphere and standout service (ask for Malakai!), this is the place to go. We can’t wait to return!

The service was awesome, the food was great, and the drinks were good! My only concern was the value of everything. Our dishes cost just over $30 each, I would expect some leftovers for that price (pasta is cheap to make), but we finished everything. The drinks were good, but also too expensive for the quality. The Manhatten drink pictured was their happy hour drink, the bourbon tasted cheap. Also, neither of the bourbon drinks (pictured) were filled enough for what they cost. If you take out the large, square ice cube, its probably about 4oz of actual liquid. Overall, we did enjoy everything - just felt we could have gotten more for the cost. Side note, the website menu is very outdated and some items featured are no longer available at the restaurant.

Google
It was phenomenal. From the get-go, the hostess was friendly and very personable. The waiter was thorough and even tried to roll his Rs.. The food was absolutely perfect. The pasta, the bread and the sauces were all just amazing. I'm floored. Time to go have some fun.

Google
Great happy hour! Calamari and steak skewers were cooked to perfection, and the bruschetta was super refreshing. Very well thought out menu... there's much more we still want to try so we'll definitely be back.

I came on a quiet night although it got busy as I was leaving. I had a lemoncello martini very good! Table side pasta and steak that was served with veggies and potatoes, and the focaccia bread with rosemary. Ended the meal with lemon cake and it was amazing. A bit pricy as I had to pay separate for the table side pasta and I really wanted a protein and that was a separate meal. Total cost for everything g was $139 and it was delicious. Totally worth the experience and the homemade pasta and table experience and staff were amazing!

Google
I’ve been to Prosecco for dinner but this review is for their Party Brunch. My friend and I had a great time! Great music selection playing and fun dancers. Also, the tableside magician was a nice touch. It’s great to find a unique dining experience in Vegas, away from the Strip, that wasn’t too busy (we made reservations, but it looked like we could have walked in with no wait time, I’m assuming because the Party Brunch is relatively new). The only thing I’d recommend is having more savory plant-based options. I had their delicious pancakes, but would love a tofu or Just Egg scramble with some vegan sausage for some more protein to switch things up next time. My friend had the matcha chicken and waffles and said they were delicious. Go for a unique brunch experience or a birthday celebration - you’ll enjoy it!

Google
We spent my birthday at Prosecco and it was nothing short of perfect. The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the Alfredo with short rib and we had it made in a cheese wheel at our table and the experience was one of a kind! I 100% recommend. The drinks were amazing and so were the appetizers. Service was top-tier!

Rohanna A.

Google
We had an amazing dining experience at Proseccos! We LOVED the pasta wheel experience! The pasta was delicious! Our waiter was friendly and helpful! The atmosphere with Ms. Rita singing was the best! The lamb chops in our photo were INCREDIBLE and DELICIOUS!! Would highly recommend dining here and getting the pasta wheel experience!

Yelp
I know this is an Italian place, but you can't beat there seafood. Chef Daniele makes incredible dishes. From our first visit to our last we have always been treated like we are eating at a friends house.

Yelp
My sister, her kids, and I ordered in from Prosecco. The food was amazing. The lasagna and the cacio e pepe pizza were standouts, but the mushroom risotto was also great. We ordered through Uber Eats; food was very well packaged and arrived at a good temperature. My sister lives in Las Vegas, so we'll have to go in-person next time I am in town. If you eat here, GET THE CACIO E PEPE PIZZA.

Yelp
We have enjoyed Prosecco since it first opened almost 10 years ago. Another great dinner last night. Coltan our server is one of the best. Spent some time with Chef Dotto.......Always a pleasure Try the Lamb Shank....or the Sea Bass.....awesome. A must if your looking for real Italian cooking.

Yelp
From the moment we entered to cashing out, it was everything and more. The food was impeccable- without a doubt some of the best Italian we all have ever had. The service kind, quick, and personable. The owner stopped to chat with everyone. We ordered the octopus, beef carpaccio, bread, minestrone, lobster ravioli (changed to a spicy sauce), halibut, sea bass, pasta in the wheel (the truffle brings it to another level), and panna cotta. The wine list was impressive- absolutely recommend going through it. A friend went with a cocktail and said it was exquisite. The ambiance was pretty and welcoming. We are going back tomorrow because it was too good not to have again while in town

Yelp
All foods we order were good. I love Beef Carpaccio and Lobster ravioli. Aperol Spritz was my favorite drink in the Italian restaurant. The bartender was very nice. The restaurant was very clean and bright. The bartender told us there was live music. I want to go there dinner time next time.

Yelp
We attended a private party at Prosecco Las Vegas with about 150 guests -- and even with a crowd that size, the service was top-notch. Drinks came out quickly and were perfectly strong (highly recommend the Raspberry Lemondrop Martini -- sweet, tart, and dangerously smooth). Appetizers included beef carpaccio, crispy calamari, Caesar salad, flatbread, and a gorgeous heirloom tomato caprese -- all fresh and flavorful. For entrees, we had the miso salmon, chicken parmigiana, and osso buco. Every dish was beautifully plated and absolutely delicious. And then came the tiramisu -- traditional, homemade, and downright heavenly. My husband had a full-on food-gasm moment. It was that good. Service was outstanding from start to finish. Prosecco nailed it -- highly recommend for large events or a night out.

Yelp
Service was quick and very nice! I was checked in and seated right away. The resturant had a bar side and a regular dining side. We sat in the bar side since we were there for their happy hour. Happy hour prices On their online menu is diff from their happy hour in person. The online menu is cheaper by 3-4 dollars. Just a heads up. They need to update it on their site. Food portions was small for the happy hour price, especially the pastas. I felt like I only took 5 bites and it was gone. Taste wise, nothing special. I would give both a 6/10 Pepperoni pizza 7/10: was a full size though! My friends really enjoyed it to the point we ordered another one. Bruschetta 10/10 SOOO FRESH and flavorful. Definitely my favorite dish of the night. Perfect crunch to the bread. I don't even like tomato's but this was so good. Calamari 8/10: crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. The marinara it came with was creamy and delicious. I do wish the calamari had its own seasoning though since it was bland without the dip. Overall not bad, I would consider coming back and trying other things on their happy hour menu.

Yelp
I make it a point to come here every time I'm in town. They have the BEST customer service and always make you feel welcome. I recently brought my family and friends and they were extremely accommodating especially with the children. It's a great place for date night as well as family dinners. The food is amazing and you can really tell the chefs love what they do. They use quality ingredients and take their time making everything I hope they never change- it's one of the very few places worth every penny.

Yelp
My wife & I had early dinner at this Italian restaurant during our visit to Las Vegas on the weekend prior to the 4th of July holiday weekend. Nearly everything we ordered was delicious! On top of that, our waiter was very friendly and professional. My favorite dish was the lobster ravioli. The exterior was perfectly cooked and the filling inside was amazing, too. I loved that the lobster mixture was not fishy. Since we were there before 6, we primarily ordered items from their happy hour menu and it was well worth it! Going forward, we will definitely be recommending this restaurant to friends and family visiting Las Vegas.

Yelp
Prosecco is located in the Colonnade square plaza next to the now defunct movie theater. Prosecco is a delicious Italian restaurant with many many menu options. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The waiters are always very informative as far as specials and what's really good on and off the menu. And they are very good with refills on water etc. Tonight was a bit of a feast of sorts. We had zucchini blossoms, which were very good but the dough was sadly what you taste mostly. Oysters which were phenomenal - juicy and delicious. And meatballs which were just the right amount of dense and full of flavor. For entrees we had the cheese wheel risotto with mushroom and truffles and ossobuco with saffron risotto. While the presentation of the cheese wheel risotto is fun to watch, sadly once the dish is served the risotto is barely like warm. The flavors are there. It just needs to be hotter. The ossobuco was cooked perfectly, super tender, fall off the bone delicious and the sauce was very tasty as well. The marrow was also divine. However again, the saffron risotto was a bit of a disappointment as it lacks flavor. Overall the service at Prosecco is always excellent, the food is good but could use some tweaking at times. The cappuccino as a finish was very good as well. While there were some misses tonight, overall I'm still rating 4 stars because I know the food is good here and the service is always outstanding.

Yelp
First time here and we met another couple for dinner on a Saturday night. Easy to get reservation. Upon entering, looks like there are seatings in the patio, as well as inside dining room. We checked in and walked in. There's a bar that has a happy hour. We grabbed our starter drinks there and brought them to our table. We also brought a bottle of wine to enjoy, $35 corkage fee. Nice local restaurant serving great Italian food. Service was also as great. Food came out pretty fast. We enjoyed our dinner very much.

Yelp
The food and service from Joe was phenomenal. Really pleasant and charming decor nothing overly fancy but clean and very Italian. EVERYTHING we ate was tasty and just plain amazing. Just check out our photos and order it. They won't disappoint.

Yelp
The food and service was excellent! It's the perfect time of year to sit outside on their patio. We will definitely be back!

Yelp
Patronized during happy hour. Food was amazing. Carlos has great customer service. Very nice decor. Restaurant is very presentable. Will definitely go back for dinner.

Yelp
This was a fun experience. My wife requested to go here for dinner after seeing the pasta served out of a giant cheese wheel. We booked the day before Valentine's Day to beat the crowd. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted and show to our table. There were only 2-3 tables seated aside from us and the detached bar area was full with quite a bit of buzz coming from it. The service staff was very polite and knowledgeable. They offered wine, cocktail and food suggestions with a large list of specials. The timing of food was great as we were able to enjoy our appetizers while having conversation and not feel rushed. Once the main courses came out, the presentation with the pasta in the cheese wheel was fun and drew attention from the now full dining room. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her pasta ( she's a sucker for truffle) and the lamb osso buco was great, the meat was ultra tender and only required a fork, no knife. Dessert was a small selection and surprisingly no cannoli options. The tiramisu is always a great option and was not overly sweet, which I enjoy. Overall we had a great experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The food was prepared well and timing was great. The atmosphere was very casual as some came in with shorts, tshirts and baseball hats while others in dress shirts and slacks.

Yelp
It's was a busy night, of course it's expected being Mother's Day. I think we beat the rush opting to have an early dinner. We had exceptional service, even the Manager came by to chat with us. The food was delicious. I had the Cheese Ravioli, I substituted the creamy asparagus sauce for marinara. My husband had the Capellini al Pomodoro, he said he would definitely order it again. They have an extensive wine list. We had a couple glasses of wine to celebrate our anniversary, and Mother's Day. Cheers!

Yelp
I had been wanting to come here for a while and finally decided to do so today with the girls. First off, the ambiance is super cute for a Sunday afternoon and I love that they have outdoor seating as well. The hostess is very friendly (and gorgeous) and the manager checked in on us frequently. I ordered a matcha latte, a tequila sour (this drink comes with egg whites to make it frothy, but I left that out), and the Matcha Waffle Crispy Chicken. The drink was pretty strong (which I like), the latte was the perfect temperature and just right for a chilly day, and the chicken and waffles were very good and filling. The entertainment was the main attraction! I wasn't aware there were performers but they were such a good time! The guy on the stilts was such a delight and so friendly. I'd come back just to see them! I knocked off a star because it did take a while to get our food and our waiter wasn't the best. He charged my friend for an item she didn't want and was slow with the bottomless refills on Prosecco. But other than that, I throughly enjoyed my experience and would come back!

Yelp
My hubby and I had a double date with our friends at Prosecco Fresh Italian Kitchen. We started with a couple of appetizers - crispy calamari and miso-glazed pork belly. For the main course, my hubby enjoyed the Lobster Deluxe - a baked lobster tail served over linguine with shrimp, mussels, scallops and clams in roasted garlic white whine tomato sauce. I had the lobster ravioli, stuffed with shrimp and lobser, sauteed with zucchini in a saffron sauce. We ended dinner by sharing two desserts - tiramisu and a creme brulee. It was a lovely evening and a wonderful dinner with friends.

Yelp
Excellent environment excellent food recommend this restaurant. It's a great experience.

Yelp
The cheese pasta wheel and Rosemary garlic focaccia was spectacular!!! Favorite spot in all of Vegas. This review is specifically for our server Malakai - did such a marvelous job from starting to finish. Thank you for making our anniversary special and memeribl

Yelp
This place was dynamite!! We originally wanted to come for the pasta in the wheel, but after seeing their happy hour menu, we ordered off that. We sat outside, which was absolutely perfect! Our service was excellent and the food was delicious! We shared everything and can't wait to go back and try new things.
google avatar

Geneva L.

Yelp
We stopped in to try out their happy hour after seeing a social media post about their happy hour. The staff were friendly and attentive. The Prosecco spritz flight was super yummy. The spaghetti bolognese was flavorful and the pasta was cooked just right. I can remember the name of the potato thing I ordered but it was so good especially with the sauce they had with it. My husband said the calamari was cooked to perfection and the sauce was so good with it. He enjoyed the Cajun shrimp pasta and said the noodles were really good. This place is definitely worth trying

Yelp
Great food service and ambiance! Loved the beet salad and squash blossoms followed by an amazing pasta and octopus. Sommelier found us a great bottle of wine.

Yelp
Horrible Service, but great food!... Dined at the Bar for dinner, just the two of us. Arrived at 5:35, at sat at the bar that had only 3 other people seated. It took at least 25 min for one of two bartenders, one male and one female, to acknowledge us. It was 6:05pm by the time we got our first round of drinks. By the time we got our drinks, we were ready to order our food, but bartender walked away. Took a while for the bartender to acknowledge us again and I had to ask the bartender to place our food order. We did not eat until 6:25pm. Meanwhile, as we waited for our food, we observed the female bartender refill the maraschino, cherries, fruit tray, and eat them in front of us, thinking that we couldn't see her. After eating and refilling the cherries, she did not properly wash her hands. Instead, she dipped her hands in the sanitizer bucket. Unacceptable and unsanitary! Although the food was delicious, we reported the bad service to the manager. The manager was very unprofessional about the situation and questioned our experience. She assumed that we sat ourselves, when the hostess was the one who kindly walked us to the bar. If the manager on duty is an owner, she obviously has no leadership skills or hospitality experience. It's unfortunate that the front office house team is lacking service standards, when the culinary team is offering such great food.

Yelp
Easily my favorite Italian restaurant in Henderson. I've only visited for dinner and the vibe is always lively with occasional musical performances from local singers. I've never had problems with the servers themselves, but when the restaurant is booked we have had to wait 1-2 hours for our reservation and 30 minutes+ for our food on those nights. Granted these nights were on holidays (Christmas Eve and New Years). Each time this has happened we received accommodations from the restaurant. The reason we keep coming back is the FOOD. My favorites are the calamari, duck ragu pappardelle, lobster deluxe pasta, and Chilean seabass. My friends have mentioned the pizza being great as well. Avoid going on a holiday and you might just find yourself a new local favorite.

Yelp
I thought I already reviewed this place but ya its good and nice staff. its nicely located and plenty of parking. We do brunch here to. and they have bar seating

Frank J.

Yelp
Took a remarkably long time to be served bread. There was also an outsized gap between appetizers and main course. Meatballs that we received were cold on the inside, clearly reheated. Bathroom was out of paper towels. Otherwise, the food was overall pretty decent, but there were just too many missteps and a general lack of attention to detail to be able to call this a good experience.
google avatar

Donald M.

Yelp
Prosecco is an excellent choice for dinner, a hidden gem. Definitely not a tourist destination but if you love fresh and delicious food, then look no further. The atmosphere is clean; white table cloth and attentive staff. My go to is a glass of the Sauvignon blanc, appetizer: beef carpaccio, and entree: the branzino. Everything has attention to detail and the depth of the flavors are what other restaurants long to achieve. Prosecco is a must try for locals and tourists alike.

Yelp
Everything was amazing here from the food to the live music down to the staff, including our bartender! We came during happy hour for our friend's birthday and we're there for a couple hours. I would definitely recommend this place. Drinks and food were so amazing. Definitely is a place to come back to.
google avatar

Yelp
i went in for my birthday and it was so much fun! the food was amazing and they sang happy birthday to me at the end. i can't wait to go back!

Yelp
This was our favorite Happy Hour place--great food selection and service. However last evening everything was off. Twice I was brought the opposite of what I ordered. Long wait between service, in fact we were ignored. We have been there for brunch and dinners in the past. Based on last evening's experience we have crossed this place off of our "go to" locations. Understand price increases and menu changes, but disappointed in new menu

Cleo C.

Yelp
Food was great! Lox and Bagel was missing tomatoes but they brought it out real quick! Service was excellent and always filling up the bottomless mimosa ($28). Came here when they open at 11 am for brunch. Patio area very nice.

Yelp
We had perused many other restaurants in our area this particular evening. But we chose Prosecco, again. We wanted to relax and dine, not feel rushed. We wanted excellent food and great hospitality. I chose that word specifically to make my point. You can get served anywhere. It is rare that you go out and the staff makes you feel important, and like you are family. That's why we come here. While it has been a while since we have been in, we were welcomed as old friends. Treated like VIP's and made comfortable. We have wanted to do the table-side pasta forever, Chef Danielle's menu makes it so hard to choose. Finally we did and it was excellent. Prepared table-side, the rich and creamy cheese sauce bathes the house made Papperadelle then it's covered in Fresh Truffles. As you are dining and enjoying one of the fine selections from the wine list and the live entertainment you will be convinced this is the restaurant you wanted and we will always be regulars here as long as they are here!

Yelp
I love this place Quality for the price is unbeatable Great happy hour but you must call & reserve prior as this place gets PACKED!

Yelp
Finding a happy hour on a Saturday can be a bit of a challenge, and we were heading to Henderson for a little gambling. I yelped happy hours within 5 miles and found this particular restaurant to my liking..they have several menu items on happy hour. I ordered an Aperol Spritz for 10 dollars..they filled it to the rim, and it was delicious. hub got a n/a beer. I got the bison ghost cheese sliders..these were good, but I wish they would have been spicier..when I see the word "ghost cheese" I would hope to get a pretty significant kick..but it did not happen here..they still tasted very good. Hub picked the winner..Bolognese for 9 dollars.. very nice portion and it tasted marvelous. I was jealous..ha ha..they also brought some bread and oil to the table so we got a significant amount of food for a low price. I used to go to Bella Vita for my Italian happy hour, but they closed down...this is my new go to...and I think the food is better...extremely pleased to find this place!!!

Yelp
Sat at the bar with Luke the bartender and had and amazing experience! The ambience was really nice, there was live music when I was there and apparently it's every Monday. Luke greeted me with a great attitude and created a cocktail with a spirit of my choice.. it definitely hit the spot. Food was amazing as well, Chef Danielle's choices for the menu are excellent. Loved the pizza and pasta, way too good!!! Will definitely come back! Thank you

Yelp
We have been dining here for quite awhile. Celebrated numerous special occasions here. On the night the world closed down due to covid, they even made our sons birthday special when no other restaurant would. Prosecco has always been a special place for us for quite some time. Tonight we came in with no reservation and wanting to sit at the bar. The hostess for some reason discouraged us from the bar and sat us at a table facing the kitchen. Fine, its whatever... We sat for roughly 10 min and were never greeted other than by a busser who dropped off waters. It wasn't very busy but we were pretty much ignored by the staff. I even went to use the restroom to kill tine in case there was some unsee emergency going on. So we stood up and walked out without anyone saying a word. Like as if we were never even there. For all the good times and special occasions we celebrated there I have to say the staff some years ago was more attentive and friendly than the current staff. My wife was livid and I was extremely disappointed. Prosecco, what happened? You used to be one of the best restaurants off the strip?

Yelp
We came here for a bday celebration. The entertainment is amazing, ambiance gorgeous, service is exceptional, food is delicious. We all ordered bottomless mimosas without the OJ, and the Prosecco salad with grilled shrimp. Everything was fresh and perfect. Such an awesome restaurant. I love this place.

Yelp
We were there celebrating your birthday. We made reservations and they were extremely accommodating. It was 14 of us our waiter bartender Boy. They had a magician a guy on stilts. Everything was amazing. I started with the beef up with the beef carpaccio. Beef tartar and lobster ravioli with black truffles, ambience it is comfortable, classy

Yelp
The food was great and so was the service. The sommelier was very helpful and the entertainment was great. Andrew Lee sang, and made everyone a part of the night. It was a fun night with great entertainment, food and wine. I'd go back again and will definitely tell my friends.

Yelp
ABSOLUTELY YES! Location: Prosecco is located in a plaza with other shared businesses. Parking: There is a shared parking lot with other businesses and plenty of parking. Ambiance/Decor/Atmosphere: I LOVED the decor and ambiance! It felt like I was somewhere in Italy on vacation. Beverages: I had an alcoholic free beverage and it was so good that I got 2! I don't remember the name of the beverage but you cannot go wrong with any of them. Service: The service was PHENOMENAL! We had our book club dinner/meeting here and our server was no nice and fun that he played along with us and since he reminded us of a character in our book, he let us call him the character's name and stayed in character our whole dinner. The amount of time between appetizers and dinner was spot on as well. Food: OMG. The food was so delicious! I had a caesar salad and the short ribs fettuccini "al tocco". Everything was perfectly cooked and so fresh and delicious! Overall: Overall, this was such a great experience. Prosecco is perfect for book club dinners, family dinners, date night, whatever it is you have, it's great for it! I wouldn't mind coming back here for dinner again soon. I hope this review helps you decide on where to have some delicious fresh Italian food! :) Overall Rating: Solid 5 Stars

Yelp
I had this place on my "places to try" list. However, my first experience ended up for delivery. We were blown away by the authenticity, flavor and quality of the food! I had the braised beef pasta, it was extraordinary. My friends had the chicken parm which they said was the best they ever had in their life! What captured my attention, was unlike many other Italian places, they did NOT use the same red sauce on both dishes. Each had a unique flavor that best fit the different dishes. Well done. I cannot wait to actually go inside.

Yelp
We went for the Prosecco party brunch on a weekend. Unfortunately there was no DJ and some entertainers were MIA . I was expecting a full party brunch vibe and it wasn't there. The food and drinks were good.

Yelp
We had reservations on a monday and was suprised with lovely live music from a beautiful angel. It was our 1st time and had Carlos as our server. He was absolutely amazing! Best service I've ever had and every dish we had blew it out of the water. Wine was priced very well and excellent choices. We order the bruscetta, beef tartare, ruby salad. Prime NY, and the parm wheel pasta with white truffles. Carlos recommended tiramisu and the banana cheesecake and wow, best cheesecake I've ever had. We will definitely be back and want Carlos as our server again!

Yelp
Prosecco Fresh Italian Restaurant stands out on it's own! Fresh food, delicious menu, plus exquisite service for a neighborhood Gem!

Yelp
10/10!!!! Best Italian food (even the best food) in town! Best service as well! And they have live music! It's on the opposite side of town from us but more than worth the drive. This place truly takes pride in everything they do. I have to come back and try everything they have on the menu!

Yelp
Came here for brunch and quite enjoyed it. Really good food, and live music. My only complaint was that the Benedict was over cooked. Aside from that the experience was awesome.
