The place and overall atmosphere are truly spectacular — even in the middle of Mexico City, you feel transported to Italy for a moment. The service is excellent, and the pizza was genuinely very good. However, the rest of the dishes we ordered felt like they were missing that extra punch. As a table, we all agreed the flavors could have gone a bit further. Still, a beautiful setting with great potential.

Truly delicious meal at Prosecco. Pics don’t do it justice. We ate at 9:00pm and my phone didn’t do well with the lighting. Cocktail list was great. Wine list was fantastic. (forgot to take those pics as well). If only complaint everything was decadently cheesy. All delicious. All a lot of cheese. Now here are four terrible pics! 😞

This place is great. The food is simply amazing. I had lobster ravioli and they were exceptional. I think the portion could have been a bit bigger though. The tomato soup was very rich

The atmosphere here is great, though it can get a bit noisy, and the staff are incredibly helpful and professional. It's also very well located! While the Italian food (we tried the pasta e fagioli soup and spaghetti) was just okay for my taste, with some Mexican seasoning that made it feel less authentic Italian, it could be a good spot for brunch, lunch, or a snack. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for a dinner meal if you're looking for classic Italian flavors.

It is a lovely and tasty Italian restaurant. Excellent ambient and tasty food. The pizza and ravioli were very delicious😋

Very nice area ! Beautiful restaurant. The waiters are very friendly. I was drinking Aperol Spritz, love this cocktail. Pizza Contadina was a bit too salty, plus with olives, if not that pizza also tasty. Pasta Pomodoro was very delicious! It’s nice to have a date in this restaurant! Or just a dinner!

Food and drinks were delicious even though I felt the pasta was a bit overcooked. Waiters were very friendly but we felt we were not properly attended because we had to look for them for additional orders.

We came here for dinner on one of our nights in Mexico City. We were recommended this place by a dermatologist friend of mine, and we are glad we came here. We did not have reservations, but that was no problem. Despite it being busy, we were able to get seated indoor. FYI, they have a large patio area, but this place fills up fast, so get here early or make reservations to nab a table there. Once seated, we ordered drinks and coffee. We decided to get a pizza to share, and we each got individual plates as well. I went with a filet, medium, on a bed of mashed potatoes. The pizza was amazingly tasty, far more than most pizzas that I've had. And that's saying something! The filet was tasty as well, and the mashed potatoes rounded out the plate well. The sauce (I forget the type) added a kick of flavor. The staff here was very attentive. They checked in on us consistently, and even had an portable power bank to charge our phones. The crowd here is pleasant, and the surrounding area is nice. I most definitely recommend this place for dinner.

The service was just okay and I expected more for a classy dining experience. Yet the servers weren't as attentive as I would've liked for them to be at all. It also didn't help that they allowed for street vendors to pester you while trying to enjoy your meal. You would think for the prices you're paying that they would put in more of an effort. Needless to say my risotto was bomb and I didn't think it would be since it had pears in it. Yet it probably was my favorite to date. I just still can't get over the fact that the service was mediocre though. So I likely wouldn't return to this establishment.

Everything was DELICIOUS. Top notch pizza from a fire burning pizza oven is great for sharing! Pasta portion sizes were big as well. I wish there had been a pesto pasta! It start raining while we were there and the staff very quickly converted our large table of 8 to a new table inside!

We went thinking in eating Italian, the pizza is good, that's the one star the rest is bad. Drinks overpriced they charged 400 pesos for an undrinkable margarita. I told them and they brought me sparkling water to make it better. Really? I didn't drink it and they charged me for it. Then the "pasta e fagiolli wasnt it, it was sopa de frijol. Not white beans with pasta but the purple beans, basically not an Italian soup but the usual sopa de frijol was it was a bad soup too. I returned it they didn't charged me for the soup. My husband ordered some risotto not risotto dish disappointed. We didn't order dessert, why risk it, it was already a bad experience

Charming place, especially the patio. Good service. Decent menu. Food was mediocre and overpriced. We had been there before some time ago and enjoyed it, but we won't be rushing back. Owned by one of the largest and most successful groups. Seems they have decided to price up without offering product that corresponds, at least at this location.

Great Italian food with top notch service! Green salad was delicious and pizza was greasy and yummy. Tried carpaccio and was not disappointed. Overall a wonderful experience.

Location is phenomenal. Great outdoor seating right in the middle of all the hubub of polanquito. This is the spot for weekday business lunches. You can usually see a swarm of bodyguards waiting outside as their charges enjoy a meal. There are some highlights. The bread is fantastic, and they do a fun tomato salad for the table. Pastas were fine, but underwhelming. I'll have to go back to order other menu items.

Excellent pizza. It's a must. Lasagna Bolognese and lobster ravioli also great. Good service and nice decoration

Wow!! What a fantastic night! Sitting outside and enjoying fabulous service and food!

Food was ok (dry salmon ) but service was bad. Apparently, the waiter wanted us to get out as fast as possible, so he would take our plates even before we finished them! We wanted a relaxed night but we felt the pressure of the staff to make us finish quick as waiters stood a couple of feet from our table watching how we ate.

Went in for a late dinner just before they were closing and they were gracious enough to serve us. Pizza was great. Cheese/Meat board was ok... Great bartender!

Nada de otro mundo. Las pizzas buenas (a secas) y el staff no es el mas amable. Cobran cubierto MUY caro.
