Prosperity Kitchen & Pantry is also owned by Commune, so after having brunch, we walked on over to check out their offerings.
There was a bakery case featuring various croissants and cookies, and you could also order pizza as well. We ordered:
+a Pear & Honey Croissant
+a White Chocolate Walnut Croissant
+a flourless chocolate cookie
+a Bacon, Pear & Blue Cheese pizza - made with organic flour and unfiltered olive oil, this slice had olive oil, pears, blue cheese, sweet onions, kale, bacon, mozzarella, and wild honey
+a Mushroom Truffle Goat Cheese - made with organic flour, this had organic tomato sauce, mushrooms, truffle sauce, arugula, goat cheese, and olive oil
+a Pepperoni - made with organic flour, this had organic tomato sauce, pepperoni, and cheese
Honestly, the food items were just okay - the pizza's crust was a little dry and hard, and while the toppings were generous, I think that nothing was seasoned? The pastries were also something that should be picked up earlier in the morning, as by the time we got there, they have been sitting out for a while.
Staff were okay, but could have been more friendlier and more welcoming.
The place is bright and airy, and definitely aesthetically pleasing. There are communal tables set up, so you can dine-in and enjoy your treats.
There's a lot in front of the place for parking.
