Saddly, it is time for me now after 20 years with proteau as a customer to find a place that offers a good service and quality parts. They charged me a lot for the cheapest parts, done by the worste employe that you can ever have. I had to go back because they made numerous errors and our van is still noisy. For sure you do not go far with 850 $ today but you should at least expect that they can fix an resonator and a muffler if exhaust repair is their speciality. I compare it purely to a scam.

Fast, efficient, good price. Got in and out under an hour to replace the rear pipe on my Sprinter. When I called and said Sprinter, the guy already knew which part was punctured.

You don't go there because it's cheap but because it's fast. Literally 15 minutes job to replace the whole line. 5 stars.

I was worried that I would get there and they'd tell me that they needed to change the whole thing. I got there, let them inspect my muffler and they gave me an idea of what they had to do along with a decent price. Got out of the garage in about 30 minutes and my problem was solved.
