Protein Bar & Kitchen

I went here for breakfast for two days in a row. The first time I ordered the overnight oats, I was the only customer and there were no other orders (you can see all the orders from all in-store and online customers on a big screen). The bowl was good with a nice portion to fill up. (Dine-In) The pictures are for the first day. The second time I ordered Berry Banana Parfait which has homemade granola. (Take-out) They barely put any yogurt, maybe 5 tablespoons. The bowl was almost empty, the granola was burnt (they were dark brown almost black). There is no almond in the ingredients but it was in the bowl and it looked like roasted burnt almonds again totally black. I did an in-store order using one of their machines and unchecked the chia seed from the ingredients. The lady that was preparing the order seemed not to be able to speak or read English so someone had to tell her not to put Chia seeds, this is dangerous as someone might be allergic to something and they put it anyway due to lack of English fluency. Overall, it’s a good idea to have such a healthy meal place but this requires lots of work to get to 4-5 stars.

The protein shakes are great, I get them at least once a week. The staff is friendly and fast. Not much more I can ask of this place! Will be back!

We were visiting for a few days and needed something pretty quick. We each got burritos and a shake. The food is super fresh and healthy and was ready really fast. Great place! Would definitely come again.

Came in about an hour and a half before closing and no one was in there so I ordered on the kiosk. Both the workers were cleaning and I sat down and waited. They continued to clean for about 5 more minutes before realizing there was an order. The smoothie was so watery and barely had any flavor. I hope I came on the wrong day because I’ve been wanting to try the Acai bowls.

Good place for a healthy choice meal. Everything tasted fresh. I had the steak bowl and it had cauliflower rice vs the regular rice. Steak portion was good however it was a little dry and chewy. Too much radish made the other flavors a little bitter. Clean place and pretty quick service.

One of the good choices on a work day. Do choose the bowl over burritos. A little expensive IMO.

I love Protein Bar & Kitchen. On Thursdays a flavor of the day is $4. The protein bowls and wraps are good. I want to try the breakfast scrambles.

I’ve done both breakfast and lunches from them and haven’t been let down. Pictured is the Wrigley Peeled, Mocha Latte, along with the Mexicali Bowl. 😋 Each was crafted in front of me with fresh ingredients, consideration to portion size, and a great deal of care. Superior ingredients and flavors abound! Try it once and understand what I’ve been gifted for a new dining option! 🙌
