I have changed my review from 2 stars to 4 stars. (Would have had five stars if I had only had this customer service experience the first time.)
So today I went in to "exchange" my necklace and had the best experience with the most lovely lady "Julie". Not only did I get the necklace I wanted but I also bought another one I had been eyeing up before Christmas. Now I have 2 beautiful necklaces that I LOVE. Makes me soooo happy when businesses take care of their customers!
Original post: I have shopped here on many occasion always a lovely experience, however yesterday I tried to return a necklace my husband bought me for Christmas. The necklace was just not my style but loved lots of other jewelry in the store. Unfortunately, because the return policy was Jan 15th, I was unable to return it. My daughter had COVID and I had to quarantine after New Years for 2 weeks and so I was a little late with my return, and I explained that to them. I wanted to spend the money on something else in the store, not get a refund but unfortunately they would not allow it. I am disappointed as I can not understand what a few days difference would make. She explained if it was a discontinued item, I could not return it. Then she said it was not a discontinued item so I'm still confused as to why they wouldn't let me exchange it for something else I would like. Disappointed in their service.
