Beautiful space, better for takeout than dine-in We visited around 10am—well past the breakfast rush—but the place was still bustling. We were lucky to snag a table as walk-ins, but many families and groups weren’t as fortunate, with limited seating causing a bit of a scramble. The front staff was friendly, and food came out quickly. While it’s a counter-service setup, they do bring your order to the table, which is a nice touch. Still, given how few tables are available, takeout might be the smarter option. The space itself is stylish and upscale, but it’s hard to fully enjoy the atmosphere when people are hovering nearby, clearly waiting for a seat. It creates a bit of pressure to eat and leave quickly. As for the food: it was decent, though a bit overpriced for what you get. I had the Provision Sandwich—my girlfriend liked it, but I found it underwhelming. The chocolate croissant, however, was excellent and fairly priced. We also had cappuccinos—flavor was good, but the foam on mine wasn’t quite up to standard. Overall, the food and aesthetic are solid, but the dine-in experience feels rushed and crowded. I’d recommend grabbing something to-go and enjoying it elsewhere in the Village.

One of the places we want to try when we were in town, but didn't quite live up to our expectations. Coffee and croissant were decent but nothing special. Maybe other sandwiches and pastries on the menu will be more impressive. Nice place to dine in though, but expect long wait during breakfast / brunch hours.

Id call this the best breakfast spot cafe in Whistler. Freshly made on the spot sandwiches, excellent coffee, lovely staff, relaxed vibe, very nice decore. There is comfy seating inside and limited seating outside, it gets busy but i always had a place.

Really nice design and interior, a little steep pricing for the food (I get it's whistler so normally I'd be cool with that) but the bun seemed like something you'd get at the grocery store, not artifical (ordered breakfast sandwiches.). Americans was good but didn't knock my socks off. Ultimately still a good and elevated coffee shop/breakfast/brunch spot. Something that seemed cool and different was the rotisserie chickens they do.

One of the Best Coffee Shops I’ve Ever Visited! If there were an Olympic event for coffee shops, Provisions would take home the gold. Seriously. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is clean, modern, and quietly luxurious, but still welcoming. The lighting alone wakes you up like a good espresso shot, bright enough to energize you, soft enough to calm your soul. I had tea (yes, I’m that person in a coffee shop), and it was incredible, smooth, fragrant, and full of flavor. My family had various coffees, all brewed to perfection, and served by some of the friendliest, most attentive baristas we’ve ever encountered. They listen, get your order right, and genuinely seem to care. The menu boards are crystal clear and thoughtfully placed, and the entire interior is a design lover’s dream: wood, marble, and cozy lighting. It’s like if an architect and a barista had a really stylish baby. And can we talk about the bathroom? I’ve seen spa bathrooms that weren’t this nice. Clean, modern, and yes they have bidets. Enough! Here’s my personal checklist of what made it special: • Rich, tasty tea and coffee ✅ • Exceptionally friendly, focused staff ✅ • Sleek interior with cozy vibes ✅ • Well-designed menu boards ✅ • Stunning bathroom (yes, really!) ✅ • Bidets—bonus points for comfort ✅ Can’t wait to go back. And if I could give it 6 stars, I would.

This establishment is a master class in design, vibe, food and service. We only had breakfast but it’s the kind of restaurant to come back for lunch and then for a glass of wine at the end of the day. I can’t capture how nice the space feels in pictures. And blah blah blah if the food isn’t good but our lattes and breakfast sandwiches were delicious. I have no idea how they poached the egg in my sandwich - it was very special.

I ordered the Provisian sandwich. It did not taste healthy. The egg was deep fried and greasy. I ordered the drip coffee which was served in a very small cut. When I asked for refill they said they don’t but they was they said it was very unfriendly. Like they never heard anyone ask for a refill for a drip coffee… overall very disappointing I don’t think if I go back.

Review for Provisions Coffee Shop, Whistler Ambiance: The ambiance at Provisions is simply amazing. It’s one of those places where you feel instantly comfortable, with a vibe that perfectly blends rustic charm with modern flair. Staff: The staff here are super friendly, making each visit feel welcoming. Their warmth and enthusiasm for what they do really shine through, enhancing the overall experience. Coffee: If you’re a coffee lover, you’re in for a treat. The latte at Provisions is, hands down, the best in town. It’s well-crafted with excellent flavor notes that really stand out. Food: The food quality and taste are top-notch. Every dish I’ve tried has been delicious, reflecting both creativity and care in preparation. Consistency: I first visited when they opened last year and made it a point to return this year. The consistency in quality and service is commendable, which says a lot for a new establishment. Overall Experience: While, as with any place, not every item might suit every palate, the overall quality at Provisions is undeniably good. I would definitely recommend this spot and plan on making it a regular visit whenever I’m in Whistler. Rating: 5/5

Yelp
Bear latte?!?! CUTEEEEEE!!!!! Seriously- look at that bear and tell me it doesn't melt your heart. Came with friends during ski season for breakfast. It's busy but the line moves quickly. Staff is super efficient. The egg sandwich was soooooo good! The bread is soft, the egg is just perfect with a runny yolk. My scone was delicious. But THE BEAR LATTE!!!!! The attention to details- even in the midst of a busy morning

Yelp
Kids loved the food as did the adults! Popular venue and seating is hard to come by. We did take out and the food was still great; ordered the Tuna Melt and BLT and nothing was soggy. Coffee is great! Next time we are going to try the Roast Chicken

Yelp
After a long day hiking around Whistler, we needed a well deserved break. We stopped at Provisions for an afternoon snack. Lots of sweet treats and drinks options. The interior in very cozy and warm. I enjoyed my matcha latte, not too sweet or bitter. The caramel coffee cake was very tasty and the toffee cookie was also a good choice. My boyfriend got a local IPA, also an amazing choice so we will definitely go back next time we are in Whistler.

Yelp
Needed a coffee/breakfast place before hitting the slopes and wandered into Provisions as it was one of the few that was open early. Ordered a black coffee, small chai, avocado toast with fried egg and provisions breakfast sandwich. It was pretty full but found 1 table (there were only 2 open at the time). Food and drinks came out pretty quickly despite the full tables. I've had my share of avocado toast and this one takes the cake - the avocado spread, chunks of avocado, fresh dill, thinly sliced radishes and the perfectly fried egg. There is nothing I would change about this - 10 out of 10. The provisions sandwich - the crispy poached egg was everything! Flavors blend so nicely in each bite! Drinks were also robust and delicious. I could eat breakfast here everyday! Staff was courteous, restaurant clean and the design aesthetic was a thumbs up!

Yelp
Whistler for the weekend? The Provisions is a must try! This was our second time in Whistler and our first time trying this place. Our group was torn between two different restaurants and decided on this one. So happy we did. As you walk you can already see the people standing in line. More people equals good food! The line moves very fast. As you walk up you see a case of amazing deserts a menu of mixed with brunch and lunch. I opted in for an avocado toast with smoked salmon a side of sausage and tater tots to split with the table. Delicious! With my avocado toast it was a spread with chopped up avocado and salmon! The tater tots came with a aioli sauce which was delicious! My friends ordered bacon breakfast sandwiches (The provisions sandwich) and was nervous that the egg was going to come out "too" runny due to some restaurants they ask for over hard and it come out very runny! This sandwich was cooked to perfection! Another kicker was the coffee. You order your food up front and then to side is where the make the coffee. Perfectly decorated and delicious. Two of our friends didn't have time that morning to have breakfast with us, but we kept having about Provisions so much before we left Whistler the following day they came in and were left speechless. Provisions is now my good to spot in Whistler. I'm dying to try their lunch menu as well!

Yelp
(Chris Helmsworth voiceover) The vibe is THE breakfast place to hit avant ou après ski! Beatrice warmly greeted our party! We all had the Provisions Egg Sandwich! It's a perfect Scotch egg! I added bacon in mine. Because delish bacon may just be the solution to lasting peace in the Western world. Beatrice recommended the Almond latte! She was spot on! Of course, I had 4 shots in mine. Would order everything again! Thanks, Beatrice! Woohoo!

Yelp
Have now been here a few times and ready to make a review. Location- great location in the middle of whistler village. inside- Love the ambiance but it is limited seating. When it is busy, it is really hard to get a seat. But love the windows. Coffee- quite a few options including matcha. And usually have cute coffee art. Food- Avocado toast is great! The egg ad is really nice. Tried the Provision sandwich with fried poached egg. It's so beautiful (a little small). Pastries are usually decent. Today they had a hazelnut special with hazelnut filling in the middle and nut on the top. Amazing. Service was decent. You pick up your own coffee. Food is delivered to your table. Would come back! TIP: self serve water in the left corner.

Yelp
Happened to see this restaurant driving in and was excited to check it out. The menu is simple and so happy to say the food was delicious!!! The half roast chicken was super moist and flavorful! Huge portion - we had enough leftover for a second meal! And the drippings helped to flavor the potatos which was a favorite of the table. Chicken parmesan sandwich on foccacia was good. Bread could have been a bit more crispy/fluffy/fresh and meat was a little overcooked but was still substantial. Desserts looked amazing but I was so full we didn't try it. Am curious about the coffee station! Like the food, the pricepoint was great and the machines looked legit proper to make some good coffee with fresh beans from van. Happy and excited to return and bring some friends!

Yelp
Wow wow! The pastries hear are delicious! And the breakfast sandwiches are AMAZING. They really hit the spot. This seems to be quite popular in the mornings and I can see why, after having a delicious hot drink and yummy egg and bacon breakfast sandwich. I love that they poached the eggs and then fried them??? It was so gooye and had such a satisfying crunch to it. I will definitely be hitting up provisions for all my breakfast needs :)

Yelp
provisions is an all-day neighbourhood cafe in the heart of Whistler village offering a variety of delicious pastries and breakfast/lunch items We ordered: Caesar Salad w/ Chicken BLT Fries Trio The BLT sandwich was 10/10 - the toasted bread had a delightful, pillowy texture that complemented the double smoked bacon perfectly. The fries were crispy and seasoned just right, making them a must-have side with any meal. As for the dessert trio, it's a perfect choice for those of us who struggle with indecision . Each bite is pure indulgence, offering a moment of sheer decadence We ordered the trio for takeout and had them the next day and they were still delicious and held their shape and texture. Yelp
Such a cute coffee/brunch place. Got an avocado toast and it was delicious. any friends got the breakfast sandwiches. Think it's the provision breakie sandwhich. It looks and tastes amazing. Never seen the bread like that but it's so soft and buttery. It compliments the crunchiness of the bacon so you're not hurting the roof of your mouth. Would come back! everyone here was very kind and place was super clean.

Yelp
Great place to grab a quick bite. The pumpkin latte was a great warm winter drink. The croissant looked plump but dry. The tuna melt was delicious and cheesy and the chicken parm sandwich was tasty and filling. The tables are always full but people eat and leave so you will get a table soon.

Yelp
This is a seriously good breakfast sandwich! And you must order the tater tots. Staff is very friendly and it's a cute spot for a quick bite

Yelp
We came here for a quick lunch as the space is very inviting and had lots of quality, quick-ish items. The line was almost to the door when we arrived, but it moved quickly. The seating is first come-first served and they have a few outdoor options as well. The turnover is pretty high so eventually you'll get a table. We ended up sitting along the bar along the window so the people watching was top notch! I got the shaved AAA beef sandwich and it was so good! The horseradish gave it a nice touch and the blue cheese was a nice touch. I also tried the grilled cheese and it was on some seriously thick bread. The cheese was high quality and so gooey! We also got the tomato soup to go with it and it was creamy, not chunky. Lastly, the service was great and the nugget potatoes were just so-so.

Yelp
Really good quick breakfast sandwich, got it with an Americano. Will definitely be back at some point.

Yelp
This is a place that lives up to the hype! In other words, the business of this spot is valid! We had coffee, a breakfast sandwich, and a morning bun. They were all incredible. The sausage on the sandwich was flavorful without being too greasy and the bread was fluffy and toasted! The morning bun was surprisingly crispy on the outside but soft and filled with orange and cinnamon flavors on the inside! Mmmm we will definitely go here again

Yelp
Centrally located in the village with an amazing bakery selection and coffee bar. Very busy but well staffed. The avocado toast was delicious and they offer addition of smoked salmon. Coffee was beautifully crafted. Will definitely be back to try lunch or dinner.

Yelp
Provisions is a beautiful restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. The food was good, and the service was impressively fast. I also had the best Mocha of my life here! Just note that seating is limited, so plan accordingly. Highly recommend stopping by!

Yelp
Holy moly the best croissant I've had ever. Coffee was VERY dark and over roasted but pastries are worth it.

Yelp
We ate here and it was so good we came back again the very next day! The staff is super friendly and the coffee is great. My husband and I each got a breakfast sandwich and shared the tater tots. Everything was super good. Highly recommend coming here for breakfast!

Yelp
Provisions has such a beautifully curated space. I'm a Whistler newbie (truly, it is my first ever full day in Whistler today) so I can't say if there other places like it, but based on my research it would seem that there aren't. It's an upscale cafe/breakfast/lunch spot, bright and buzzy, with a stunning coffee bar and an even more stunning dessert display. If we weren't here to ski, I'd probably want to post up here for an entire morning to work, read, or people watch. The coffee is delicious and the food options are impressive and tasty. A great first dining experience in Whistler Village, albeit a short one. We came here at around 8:15/8:30 in the morning. After getting into Whistler at about 1am the night before, we needed to find a spot for breakfast before hitting the slopes. We were actually walking to another spot, but Provisions was packed and looked inviting so we stopped to check it out. It hadn't been on my list because it's only a few weeks old, so I was happy to stumble upon it. Provisions does both dine-in and take-out, but we opted for dine-in just to feel a bit more settled. All tables were occupied when we arrived but one opened up pretty quickly after we put in our orders. To start, my partner got a latte and I got a cappuccino with almond milk. Both made at the sleek and decadent coffee bar on the right side of the space, brought to us with pretty milk art by a server. No complaints there. Food-wise, my partner got one of the breakfast sandwiches and I got the avocado toast with an egg and gluten-free bread. It wasn't the best avo toast I've ever had but it was very good and just what I was in the mood for. I was thrilled to see that they had GF bread and it was actually quite good (not all GF bread is). Four stars only because neither of us were blown away by the food, but everything else was exceptional. .

Yelp
I'd come back here anytime. We had a cinnamon roll thing plus a few Provision sandwiches and a Western but the hit was the Crispy Taters (it's the sauce). Nicely prepared espresso drinks.
google avatar

Yelp
Great coffee and pastry shop in Whistler. They have amazing service and seems like they've got a good breakfast/savory lunch menu too.
google avatar

Yelp
Been in Whistler for two days and eaten here twice. The food is extremely good and everything is freshly made. The coffee and baked goods are epic!
google avatar

Katie L.

Yelp
Great cafe centrally located in whistler village. Good spot for working as they have fast and free WiFi. Could spend hours here, as they serve coffee and alcoholic beverages and have a variety of food and sweets. At peak busy times, there seems to be a hunt for tables, but overall it feels like a spacious cafe even though it really isn't. Decent coffee, and if you order the matcha latte but don't want it sweetened, you will need to specify. I think I came here like 3 or 4 times over the course of 4 days, so definitely a place I'd recommend!
google avatar

Nina G.

Yelp
Such a cute and cozy cafe. Went here for lunch and it was kinda crowded. They have variety of pastries and you order in another counter for the drinks.

Yelp
New restaurant just open like last week. It is located right between bar oso and araxi. They do dine in and take out. Looks more like a lunch / breakfast place. Has sandwiches chicken cake etc and a coffee bar. Free seating I only tried coffee and cake. Is ok. Will try lunch next time
google avatar

Yelp
Nice fresh food, good service, was a bit expensive but that's expected in Whistler. Was there in summer so not too busy.
google avatar

Claud J.

Yelp
Busy spot with a nice ambiance and an appealing selection of pastries and food. Ordered the avocado toast ($13), Provisions Egg Sandwich ($15), and tater tots ($6). The tater tots were a great value - the portion was generous. However, finding a seat on the weekend was a bit of a challenge due to the crowd. Would also help if they had more seating outside on the patio. The avocado toast was a bit too garlicky for my taste. On the bright side, the coffee here is really good.
google avatar

Mike S.

Yelp
I was visiting Whistler for several days of mountain biking, and went to Provisions twice. On the first day I ordered mortadella pistachio sandwich, and it was so underwhelming. It was tiny, with a couple thin slices of mortadella. I left hungry, but thought it was just a one-time issue, given the positive reviews. The next day I came here with a friend, and we both got the chicken salad sandwich. Portions were so uneven. One was decent size sandwich, the second was more of a slider, not a sandwich. Ordering was a chaotic experience and we couldn't find a seat. I wouldn't come back.

Shane R.

Yelp
Espresso bar is run by untrained employees who take 20 minutes for a single drink. Avoid.
google avatar

Shannon R.

Yelp
The food is amazing. I had the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. It was on a seeded soft roll. Also picked up an almond and chocolate croissants and some crispy tots. Definitely getting the avocado toast tomorrow, it looked epic.

Anton M.

Yelp
Great place for monring coffee. Service was fast despite it being packed. We didn't wait in the order line for long and both coffee and sandwiches came within a few minutes after we ordered. Coffee was delicious, and when we asked if they could take a shot from one latte and add it to the other they were happy to without extra charge. The only downside is the sandwiches we got were underwhelming (the western sandwich and the avocado), otherwise this would be an easy 5 stars.

Hira W.

Yelp
What a delightful little cafe, the cherry on the cake was their gluten free options. I finally was able to throughly a chicken salad sandwich, the shaved beef sandwich was also perfectly balanced. We also had the grilled cheese sandwich which delicious too. On the whole highly recommend this place, their soft serve ice cream was a hit too.

Sharron O.

Yelp
Highly recommend eating here for breakfast. We had a breakfast sandwich, tater tots, and coffee. Everything was amazing. The service was great and prices are reasonable. They have a great selection of fresh made pastries too. I highly recommend stopping here for breakfast while staying at Whistler
