Review for Provisions Coffee Shop, Whistler Ambiance: The ambiance at Provisions is simply amazing. It’s one of those places where you feel instantly comfortable, with a vibe that perfectly blends rustic charm with modern flair. Staff: The staff here are super friendly, making each visit feel welcoming. Their warmth and enthusiasm for what they do really shine through, enhancing the overall experience. Coffee: If you’re a coffee lover, you’re in for a treat. The latte at Provisions is, hands down, the best in town. It’s well-crafted with excellent flavor notes that really stand out. Food: The food quality and taste are top-notch. Every dish I’ve tried has been delicious, reflecting both creativity and care in preparation. Consistency: I first visited when they opened last year and made it a point to return this year. The consistency in quality and service is commendable, which says a lot for a new establishment. Overall Experience: While, as with any place, not every item might suit every palate, the overall quality at Provisions is undeniably good. I would definitely recommend this spot and plan on making it a regular visit whenever I’m in Whistler. Rating: 5/5

An upscale bustling cafe by day with filling savory items and beautiful desserts. Spiced fries were a nice twist with a slight smoky taste/smell but on the salty side. Crispy parm sandwich was a large size and worth it for the higher price. Apricot white chocolate scone was delicious, would be even better warmed. Service is attentive, main con is lack of seating to meet demand during busy periods.

Delicious gluten free bread for the avocado toast! Provisions actually also provides the bread for Bar Oso next door as well. Overall a delicious breakfast here, with great drinks as well. Tables can be a bit hectic - you order first, then seat yourself so at peak hours the competition can be fierce. Service is very efficient though. Lots of dietary options and tweaks you can make, including sweetness levels to drinks.

As a true coffee lover, I can confidently say this was one of my best experiences! A beautifully cozy spot offering high-quality coffee and fresh, delicious treats. To top it all off, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend trying the Duchess drink, it’s an absolute must!

Sandwiched between Araxi and Oso Bar, it is the newest addition to their brand. We've been long time customers of Oso Bar and am so happy they opened a place for breakfast! Their coffees are delicious, breakfast sandwiches are filling and very good valued. I love it that we can online order, take a small morning stroll to Provision and have our breakfast on our balcony. Oh and their pastries and cakes are to die for !!

Our first coffee stop in Whistler- and it didn’t disappoint! Ordered 2 coffees on Almond milk(which can be tricky). Service was quick with a very helpful server assisting me with finding the right change ( in a currency new to me). Coffee was creamy and right temperature. Served with a smile. Will definitely be back!

We got a provisions sandwich and an avocado toast with an added Egg. Both items were great tasting! The sandwich came out with burger buns which was a pleasant surprise but otherwise tasted like a breakfast sandwich would, and was super refreshing to eat. The batter fried poached egg was a great touch.
