This review is as a concertgoer. I have been at the Prudential Center for six concerts this year, and each time has been a largely positive experience. I need to give a huge shout out to their Rock Squad crew who does wheelchair escorts through the arena, as they have saved my butt time and time again. I believe four individuals have assisted me this year as I have a cardiac condition that makes navigating spaces like Prudential difficult and often dangerous— all four have been excellent, never minding stopping at the merch line or assisting me in getting food before the show. They always offer to pick me up once the show has ended and help me exit the arena as well. Please allow them to accept tips or something, I had no cash since the arena is cashless but I wish I could have tipped them!! Another kudos to everyone working at VIP West entry, they’ve brought me a chair outside while waiting and always have been accommodating to myself and others who utilize that entry for ADA purposes. There’s two older gentleman who stand out for being so polite! And one security guard with long braids who never hesitates to answer my questions before doors. All the staff in the Loge Boxes are also very very kind. Never a bad moment up there! As for the cons: The food pricing is abysmal. Please, those chicken tenders are good but not $16 good. $8 for a water is criminal. Please consider allowing empty bottles to be brought into the arena and filled for us disabled folks at LEAST. I’ve had some issues at M&M tower with navigating the lines, and staff should be better educated on the ADA services they provide at the arena— not once was I given the information needed by one of the employees organizing lines outdoors, and I had actually been told several times that there was no ADA entry at all. I don’t fault them, but as this was during the summer months it made things more difficult than they needed to be.

The place was very beautiful and the people were very civilized. Inside, the game was a wonderful spectacle. I would come back to support the team (Red Devil) even though I'm not from this country, but I really liked it. It was a very nice experience and I was able to support the team that I learned about for the first time through a friend who lives here, being a fan, follower, and supporter.

We were attending the Life Surge Event. It's a great place for a huge conference/ concert. The vicinity is super good for family, teens, and kids. Lots of cafes, restaurants, and cool walking places around the center. My daughter and I loved it! ❤️

Google
Came here for G-Dragon concert, I’d say the event was very well organized in terms of safety and accessibility. But what is that big overhead blocking the screen right in the middle? The venue is very very huge. The spaces on each row is quite narrow and the height is steep that it’s quite scary to stand without holding onto anything.

Today was my first hockey game ever, #godevils, and it did not disappoint. The entire experience was unreal. I was in the Verizon Lounge and Vince R and David G made the night memorable from beginning to end. The food was top tier, elite quality, and the seats were incredible. I had the perfect view and the vibe of the arena was unmatched. Thank you Prudential Center for an amazing night. I will absolutely be back. Lamarked it ✅

Google
My only complaint is that there was quite a bottleneck at security. There didn't seem to be quite enough metal detectors for the number of lines and entrances. The seats in the arena itself were probably the most comfortable I've ever had at a concert. The seats were also spaced out enough that people still had to squeeze in and out of the aisles, but it wasn't so tight that you're almost crawling over people like at a lot of venues. Whoever designed this seems like they did it with people in mind vs trying to just pack in seats like sardines. The sound quality was good. There were several spots for food and drinks spaced out with very reasonable lines for the number of people. The food and drinks were overpriced, but it seemed pretty typical for concert venues, nothing egregious. Staff was friendly. Overall, definitely one of the best event venues I've ever been to.

Saw Iron Maiden back in November with my daughter. First time here and was surprised - it was smaller than I thought, but we had a great time. Lots of night life, bars and a very diverse crowd. Young, old, parents with kids. It was great to see. Entry was smooth and orderly. Prices were thru the roof for everything, but that was to be expected. My daughter was thrilled at her first mosh pit experience and Iron Maiden was awesome as usual. Getting there, parking was easy but was a traffic nightmare when we left, I guess that's to be expected as well. Over all, this old chick had a great time with her daughter.

Google
It's a large clean bustling place that's easy to navigate once you're inside. The acoustics are good. I went for two concerts. Sometimes the artists' mixing makes the bass too loud and because Prudential is small-ish it reverberates. Good views all around.
google avatar

Jamila C.

Yelp
We were there for a concert and decided to take the New Jersey Transit (NJT) to Prudential Center to avoid any issues with traffic and parking. The center itself is pretty big and easy to navigate. We had floor seating, but I think the stage setup allows for a good view regardless of where your seat is. The bar and restrooms were easy to access. No complaints. I will be returning to Prudential soon for a commencement ceremony and will update my review then.

Yelp
I have been here a few times, mostly working concerts, but I recently attended a Tony Robbins event. It's like any newer arena in the country, very clean and well set up, all seats are good views. There are plenty of good food and drink places, although I wish there was more choices for food. It's expensive, for sure, but so are most arenas I have been to. I would love to see a hockey game here, there are many places around the arena to go before a show or game. Overall it is a beautiful arena!

Yelp
Came for AEW Full Gear 2024. The good: Being in section 107, the view is pretty good for a wrestling show. I have full view of the ring and the entrance ramp. It's also a mostly full arena with 9600 seats out of 10,500 (rounding) being filled. The bad: Food is wildly expensive. For reference, a bottled soda and some pretzels was $22.00. The venue itself is cashless. Never fear, they have kiosks where they will dispense to a ready to use non-reloadable prepaid card. Also, when you buy a bottle, they take your bottle cap. I don't know why. I ordered a chicken sandwich from Melba's for $20. The chicken was fine but the sandwich was sad. Nothing really on it other than the chipotle mayo. They gave me coleslaw and ketchup, but that was it. The bathrooms were fine but old, no automatic flushing happening. It was my first time at this venue. I may return but I will not spend any more funds on concessions. I expected to spend some money but it really feels like price gouging and when I was at Mela's, despite only being at the halfway point, they were nearly out of certain menu items and had no plans to make any more. Same with the some of the alcohol stations. It's cool for what seeing the show but there are infinitely better food and beverage options outside of the arena. Also, when asking staff for the price of an item, they don't tell you outright but rather show you a receipt with the price. Something my party found odd. Anyway, come and see shows but avoid eating here.

Yelp
I was here recently for a concert and wasn't impressed. This arena could have used bigger monitors to display performances for guests who sat further away. Food purchases could only be made on the first floor only. Too many intermissions.

Yelp
Unleash The Power Within 2024 was absolutely amazing! 5 Plus Stars~ As a student of Tony Robbins since I my freshman year of college, Tony Robbins definitely transformed my life. I first started listening to Tony Robbins in the 90's when he was on cassette tapes. Every investment I made with personal & business mastery coaching with Tony Robbins team has returned to me 1000x's in business, personal, and with giving back to via money and time. My 3 star rating was for the venue. The Prudential Center is a beautiful arena in downtown, Newark, NJ. The arena is clean, but be prepared to pay $8.99 plus tax ($10) for a bottle of purified water. All of the processed, greasy unhealthy food starts at $16.99 Do your self and health a favor, recommend eating before going inside the Prudential center if greasy, processed, junk food is not your thing. The popcorn stand was closed. A cup of watered down coffee was $8.99. Thankfully there is a Wholefoods nearby wherein you can get healthy, chef prepared hot food.

Yelp
I just attended Chayanne's concert tonight at the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ, with my elderly mother. The performance by this incredible Puerto Rican singer was unforgettable, but what truly made the evening exceptional was the care and kindness shown by two amazing staff members: iVon Fisher and Shaquille Borum. When my mother had difficulty getting out of her seat, iVon, one of the ushers, immediately stepped in to assist. He guided her carefully out of her seat, holding her as she walked up the stairs to ensure she didn't fall. Recognizing that she was having difficulty, he kindly offered us a wheelchair, which we graciously accepted. Right after that, iVon went a step further by pulling out a chair for my mother to sit and rest while we waited for the wheelchair. His actions truly showed he has heart, and his genuine thoughtfulness and attentiveness deeply touched us. A big shout-out to Shaquille Borum from Guest Services as well! He came shortly after with the wheelchair and was equally wonderful. He prioritized my mother's comfort, chatted with us warmly on the way to the exit, and ensured we were guided to the best location for a Lyft pick-up. His professionalism, caring attitude, and warm demeanor showed he, too, has heart and truly cares about the people he's helping. Both iVon and Shaquille went above and beyond to ensure my mother and I had a smooth and enjoyable experience. Their compassion and dedication to excellent service are a true credit to the Prudential Center. These two young men deserve recognition for the outstanding way they represented the venue. Thank you, iVon and Shaquille, for making our night so much easier and for your kindness. We'll be sure to share our wonderful experience and will gladly return to the Prudential Center in the future!

Yelp
First off -- it is important to mention that these pictures are based on our seating, we had awesome seats, it was pricey, but very much worth it! We got section 38, and it was by far the best thing we have ever done! Food was great, free, person to seat service, and we can get as much food, as many times as we want. Like? What could go wrong, plus there's a bar right across the seats! We were in heaven, and definitely looking forward to our next full service event!

Yelp
Easy to get to on Path Train. Less than a ten minute walk from Newark Penn Station. The ease and convenience of getting into the arena was much faster than MSG/Hulu. The seats are situated that even if a 6.5 foot person sits in front of you, they won't block your view. Great local IPA beer! Great venue to watch Top Rank Boxing, which is what I was there for- Shakur Stevenson. Staff was friendly. The bathrooms were clean. I would return for boxing again.
google avatar

Timothy B.

Yelp
Went for a devils game. Very clean staff very polite. , prices for food reasonable (for a sporting event). Nice beer selection. Great atmosphere
google avatar

Blake H.

Yelp
**Fun but it was not the best venue for boxing Attended the Shakur Stevenson fight. With this being my first boxing experience, I left my expectations open. I'll break it into four sections. Seats: To be honest, the seats were nice, I like to watch the fight with no obstructions. This seat allowed for that with the zoomed in fight on the jumbo tron screen. The knee space was tight hadbto get up a few times being I was there the whole card long. - 3 Stars Staff: The staff, for the most part, was very nice. There were no issues, and thebpeople.i encountered were nice - 4 Stars Environment: With marijuana being legal in NJ, it seems like the staff let it be smoked inside the venue all night. Every suite (including the mine) in my near vicinity was filled with people smoking blunts. I did have to ask one person to go smoke elsewhere beingnthatvthe man in front of me was with his 9 year old son for his first fight. The constant smoking was a nuisance. - 0 Stars Prices: outrageous, to say the least. 22oz beer cans $18-$22, Burger $20 - $26, 20oz bottle carbonated drinks were $7+. It's been a while since 8ve attended a live event, but my goodness. Boxing HOF ceremony prices in NY at Turning Stone Casino were better than this. - 2 Stars OVERALL: 2.25 Stars (round to two since ut must be even) I won't attend another match unless it's a major title, the experience was underwhelming. Hockey or other events may be better.

Yelp
Based off of my visits to Prudential Center, it is a good venue that is always clean and well-organized, making getting in and out of the venue pretty seamless. The drinks are comparable to prices you would pay in the city, so I would recommend pre-gaming before or after your visit if you plan to drink. The sound and screen quality are excellent, making it enjoyable no matter where you are seated. The staff are always very nice and helpful each time I have visited, adding to the overall experience.

Yelp
We have been coming here for years and although mostly for hockey games it is usually a pleasant experience. We are almost always in club seating which makes the event worth it. Private bathrooms and food really are the selling point for watching our favorite teams play. Although my biggest complaint is even though I am extremely familiar with the layout of prudential the staff somehow always send us to the incorrect lounge wasting some of our time. Additionally I find that it has gotten more and more chaotic to attend events here. The parking even with onsite parking in the gated lots is chaotic as it took us over an hour to get out of the lot to one block away.

M M.

Yelp
Everything about this place is over priced. From parking lots 30$ and up to souvenirs 15$ foam finger, to crappy food with odd selections like tacos? Cmon stadium food should be simple and cheap, to the tickets themselves.,, if you plan on being a party 3 expect to spend all in 500-600$ for upper section seating
google avatar

Kyle S.

Yelp
Made the trip for UFC 302. The outside of the stadium is rough. Parking and exit after took forever as the lots were laid out poorly and garages all exit onto the same streets many of which are one lane. Inside was clean and the seats provided solid sight lines. The staff was friendly but the concession lines were long as there was barely any staff working.
google avatar

John P.

Yelp
Wow, I cannot believe what happened in the matter of a couple months since I was last here. The food options have totally changed and they are horrible. This has become some of the worst stadium food I've ever had. I used to look forward to coming here for their chickens tenders and fries - they were around 15$ and would give you a ton of fries and chicken that tasted amazing. Now, they give you three dry tenders that look like they came from a Walmart frozen bag and a handful of fries for 17$. Please get it together and bring back the regular, standard food you had last year. People across the internet are agreeing and complain with this. I will just get food before/after games from now on.

Yelp
The views from my suite were phenomenal!!! The parking garage experience was great as well. We came in a private entrance through the sky bridge & it was very quick & efficient. There were many workers in the parking garage as well to assist. To clarify, I got parking garage and suite tickets complimentary through my job. But- I thought with suite tickets that food was included. Upon arrival of the suite there were empty trays with no food. There was ice out in the open but no drinks. I thought there would be drinks and finger foods included. When the last quarter of the hockey game was on a staff member asked us if we wanted any drinks before he locks up the drawer. There was water bottles and an assortment of soda in the drawer that we didn't have knowledge of. I feel that the staff outside the suite should have let us know what we had available in our suite. Especially since it was my first time in a suite. We paid for 3 orders of chicken fingers and French fries and 3 sodas $72.00. I knew it would be expensive but that's like $25 a meal. Ridiculous pricing. I have to say, the seats were extremely comfortable as well.
google avatar

Missy S.

Yelp
Went to a concert there and was impressed. Paid a fair price for seats in Suite 228, Row B and they were good, though the hand railing was a little annoying because it just slightly obstructed the view but no huge deal. Parking was easy and close by ($20 through Spot Hero in advance at Three Gateway LAZ lot about 3 minute walk). Felt safe and it was a nice venue.
google avatar

Yelp
I just attended the World Championship Sumo. It was something different to see. We got tickets at a decent price. But sold-out event. Packed stadium. I could not believe all these people showed up to see Sumo. We had a parking at the deck next door, which takes you into the stadium. I have come here at least twice per year for a concert or some other event, and this is my first time parking there. It's a nice stadium, but getting food or drinks is costly. Tickets are expensive for events, too. It is nice to come here occasionally to be part of the crowd. I would rather be in Newark during the day, not necessarily during the night. I have not tried going by train and walking to the stadium, but I might try it one day.

Yelp
We attended the Janet Jackson concert on 7/9/2024 for the "Together Again" tour. We bought nosebleed seats, in section 212, seats 5 and 6. Yes, they were the "cheap seats," but I figured it would be ok because ALL stadiums have a jumbotron, right? WRONG. This stadium either didn't turn it on or it wasn't working. Either way, it made for a pretty crappy viewing experience. We were looking at the top of Janet's head for most of the show. On top of that, our seats had no legroom whatsoever. There was barely enough room to get into the seat. Thankfully, no one in our section stood up during the show EXCEPT to leave for snacks or bathroom breaks. Also, the sound wasn't so great in this section. I don't think I'd like to see another show here. If I did, I would absolutely NOT buy seats in this section again.
google avatar

Lauren C.

Yelp
Modern arena, pretty big. Came here for the Jonas brothers concert. Parking is available in the surrounding areas for $25-$50. We thought we found free metered parking but nope. Normally parking is free after 6pm but it's $25 when there are events. We sat in the first row in section 107 and I was so scared that we'd fall...the whole section was SHAKING when everyone danced and jumped up and down. I've never felt that before. The people next to me were also concerned about that. I'm sure the steel beams are strong but I don't think we should be shaking when people and jumping...
google avatar

Drew O.

Yelp
The Prudential Center is sort of a dump. It needs a renovation badly. The layout is all screwy too. I use to go often pre covid for hockey games. Now we just go for special events or concerts. The staff at the center are nice enough. The parking lots surrounding are a Joke. It was $18 beer day.
google avatar

Elizabeth R.

Yelp
Maluma concert on October the 8th -Amazing fantastic seats everything was sooo organized-security thumbs up- show affects sooo beautiful and mind blowing the show was all we expected and more-it was a very well appreciated birthday gift to my sister Joey.
google avatar

Kevin W.

Yelp
The venue itself is great for concerts, the lines of sight are decent and seeing Iron Maiden here was a perfectly good experience. Also the walkways are pretty wide so the crowds feel manageable especially when you're going around to the restrooms or food areas or buying swag. Stuff isn't cheap but this isn't going to Holmdel or Jones Beach I guess. The location is fine though the parking as others have noted are pretty damn expensive. It's not any more than say what you pay around MSG but it's still pricey. You can't bring any giant bags in here like any other concert venue these days. I don't really have anything else to say beyond some of the streets further away from the arena at night are kind of gnarly and I'd be careful. Beyond that this place isn't that far away from key highways and transit points.
google avatar

Steve S.

Yelp
Watched the Disney on Ice here with the whole family. Offset parking was ok for 20 bux. Ticket was 45 but fees were 25 each. Ticket Master is the worst. Enjoyed some overpriced beer, popcorn, and fries. Not too shabby.

Carey M.

Yelp
Giving one star due to the change in their menu. I use to look forward to coming here for Devils games for the chicken tenders and fries, well they changed the tenders and fries and now it's half the amount they use to give for MORE $$. This meal was $17. Crazy. Do not get food here, they lowered the quality and raised the cost. Also, the food was cold and tasted stale.
google avatar

Cole D.

Yelp
I loved my first hockey game here! So fun. Such a great ambiance. Great quirks like the WOO! at a devils game. Plenty of entertainment. Food was meh. Only chicken tenders, but probably just a preseason thing. Would definitely return.
google avatar

Paola C.

Yelp
Really disappointing experience $40 for parking in the lot They refused to serve us alcohol halfway through the concert, after they had just told us minutes before that it was last call and they would take our order, because it was after 10. We had suite seating and were waiting forever for our server to come take our order. They were out of ice and it was a mess inside. Staff was rude. Only plus are the vendors outside who sold affordable food and drinks after the concert.
google avatar

Chef Rich B.

Yelp
The vip parking at the Prudential Center refused to return my money back after they overcharged me for a monthly fee that only cost $100, the amount they were supposed to refund me is $600 and it is four days. Every time I call to speak to the manager, he is nowhere to be found, like is that the way Prudential Center conducts business or hiring someone to steal from their customer.
google avatar

Eric R.

Yelp
PARKING: Parking around this convention center costs a small fortune, possibly your first born. I did find parking directly inside the convention center to be $5 cheaper than the surrounding lots AND if you park on level 3 or 4 you get super easy access to a bridge crosswalk directly into convention center, you don't even have to leave parking lot. VENUE: I don't go to many conventions but the few I have been to I found this place to be really clean, well kept and while the food was pricey I was super happy with the portions. Portion I got could feed 2-3 people. I visited to see Casting Crowns and it was freaking awesome!! What a blessing!
google avatar

Jeannette L.

Yelp
Last week I had two firsts at Prudential Center - 1) my first time attending an event there post COVID-19 and 2) my first ever NJ Devils hockey game. It was a great time. Staff working the hockey games were all friendly too. Good vibes all around. One thing to be mindful of though - you can't bring a bag/purse there. I mean, you can, but then you're asked to stow it away in a locker (at a cost). Most likely, you've paid good money for the ticket, and possibly an exorbitant amount for parking, so avoid another cost and bring a clutch or just your wallet in your pocket.
google avatar

Dallas A.

Yelp
Fun place to catch a New Jersey Devils game (and maybe a concert), though there isn't anything that makes the Prudential Center stand out as a venue. It's pretty standard stadium seating, with two levels of small suites in between the lower and upper bowl seating sections. Concessions are overpriced, as you might expect at a sporting event, and you'll have to pay around $30-40 for parking at the venue on game days. One positive note is that you can catch a train to the game to save on the parking--the stadium is only a 8 minute walk from Newark Penn Station.
google avatar

Bill A.

Yelp
I am a stadium tourist and travel around the country visiting different sports venues, and this was absolutely one of the worst experiences I have ever had at an event. There was a group of about 20-25 idiots who spent the entire game spewing racist, sexist, biggoted hate speech the entire game. One guy yelled at an Indian couple for bringing a baby to the game because he didn't want to listen to that (racist slur) cry all night. Another bashed his own son, repeately referring to him as an offensive term for a metally challenged person. A few of them even threatened to beat the usher when she tried to settle them down. And once particularly classy prick even mooned the video board when the arena aired the video said unruly or offensive fans will be ejected from the arena. It made the entire experience so miserable that I left at the second intermission of the hockey game.
google avatar

Nina A.

Yelp
I came here with my boyfriend, daughter and mom for my graduation from Rutgers Newark. The staff was kind and the stadium is very clean. The huge crowd in front moved quickly. The only negative is the food is so overpriced...I know it's an arena, but the food is stale. My boyfriend bought a cinnamon pretzel, chicken tenders and two drinks for $50!
google avatar

Sharon F.

Yelp
Your staff was excellent. Security checked and scanned all visitors and their bags. Concession kept the line moving and were friendly. Ushers were there to answer questions and directions were clear. The vendor kept the line moving and had the items in stock. I felt safe, had a great evening and enjoyed Janet Jackson and Nelly's performance.
google avatar

Stephanie C.

Yelp
Came here for a concert. Getting into the venue was not a hassle. The venue itself is really nice. The sound was good too. Be prepared to wait in long lines to buy food and drinks. Also, be prepared to pay a lot because things are expensive. Leaving the venue out was annoying. It was literally like you were following a herd of cattle until you got to an exit. Parking is an issue in Newark. There are several lots in the area but they get pricey.

Andrew S.

Yelp
The devils games are just awesome! Food is good, bars for the 21+ (lol), and TVs! And the chant after the horn is awesome
google avatar

The Critical J.

Yelp
PROS: very beautiful center that holds hockey games and probably concerts. the place is clean and looks renovated as well CONS: Minimal parking and lots of congestion around the stadium, not because its gamely but because its in the middle of a city OVERALL: Get to the game early and you'll have a good time with minimal traffic
google avatar

Geena K.

Yelp
Everyone who worked there was so friendly. My friend and I were running late and we walked into the wrong section and a few people came up to us to help show us where the right section was. Once we got to our section another person was there and asked us if we wanted to get new tickets and have better seats. Of course we said yes! They were so excited for us too and we thanked them so much. They moved us to the front row and had the best night ever
google avatar

Mary C.

Yelp
Nice looking arena inside and out although the area around it wasn't great. If you park in the Lafayette St garage you can just take the pedestrian bridge and avoid walking outside (although there are no real walkways in the garage so you'll have to be careful with all those NJ drivers). The layout is nice and the seats comfortable. The only thing annoying was the seton hall announcer...just announce what is going on without your extra commentary. Never been to a game anywhere that the announcer gave their opinion why a team was taking a time out.
google avatar

Jody S.

Yelp
Its been awhile but I did not enjoy when I went to this arena. From access to food to entertainment it was not a memorable experience.
google avatar

Rita L.

Yelp
Came here for blackpink's concert the other day and thought the set up was just alright, stage feels a bit small, overall not that impressed with the set up.
google avatar

Ashish J.

Yelp
The center is conveniently located close to Newark Penn station and has several ultra pricey ($50 event parking) and just pricey ($20) parking lots. We attended the Trans Siberian Orchestra (TSO) concert and found the arena well run with attentive ushers and fast moving security lines. Floor seatings are a bit too tight, but with an elevated stage, performers are still easily visible.

Jamie J.

Yelp
This venue has easy parking access, friendly workers...we are from out of town but wanted to catch a hockey game

Yelp
This is the second time I've been to this venue for Kpop concerts this year. The first concert was for Stray Kids in the summer and recently for Blackpink. Both times my friends and I felt the place was very disorganized, even though they have multi-lines to enter the venue. My issue is that I didn't like how they set up metal detectors where it felt overwhelming. The visitors were all over the place as we go through security. We had to place our belongings on the table as we go through it. It would be better if they have a better system as visitors go through metal detectors. The recent visit was worst because now when you buy drinks, the workers have to throw away bottle caps to prevent from the audience throwing them at the performers. I wish they have a better system because drinks were spilled on the floors and the floors were sticky and dirtier. The drinks aren't cheap either. Water was like $5.75. The least they can do is drop 75 cents due to the removal bottle cap. Also, inside the theater, there was no air circulation so my water got warm quickly. It was disappointing. Besides the venue, the concerts were good. We enjoyed the shows for the most part.

Yelp
NOSEBLEEDS HEAR NOTHING I was at the Lauryn Hill concert last night, and I was so excited! Until the opener was speaking into the mic and it all sounded mumbled. We couldn't hear a thing. I was hoping when Ms. Hill came out we could hear more, but no. Her words were just noise. So so so incredibly disappointing. The people on the floor were cheering in response, so I know it was only the nosebleeds with the noise issue. I knew I would be watching the teleprompter the whole time, but suspended giant speakers mostly obstructed her visuals. There was loud microphone feedback twice at least during the performance. Entirely Prudential Centers fault. I paid money for a concert I couldn't see or hear. They should not sell tickets in a section that has severe sound issues. (I was in section 231) I feel cheated :(

Yelp
Came here for a Pentatonix Christmas event. The venue is like a shining star in Newark. Extremely well lit, parking options so close and many. Very easy in and out- no rubber necking getting in to venue. Several lines for jab record checking outside the entrance. Enter and three metal detectors. Then final check of event tix. Surprisingly quick and painless. Food options are less than desirable but to be expected for a sports venue. Clean and accessible- what else can you ask for?

Yelp
I attended NKOTB's Mixtape Tour 2022 at Prudential Center last week. We were seated in Section A, super close to the main stage but miles away from the B stage where Joey performs his juggernaut of a song, "Please Don't Go, Girl." (All good, I was seated near the B stage at a different arena.) The arena turned several men's restrooms into women's restrooms for the purpose of this show, so we never had to wait behind more than a handful of people. It was comical to see a restroom with three stalls & six urinals; obviously other females got a kick out of it, as well, because we saw many-a selfie being taken in that part of the bathroom!! I didn't purchase food at any of the vendors but I stood in slow-moving lines with someone who did. Typical selection of ice cream, nachos, fries, & chicken strips. Bag size is limited to one about the size of a clutch, or, for my "80's Baby," a fanny pack. We had to walk a couple blocks down to catch a ride share home because the surrounding streets were either fully blocked or congested. Obviously I'd see another New Kids show at this arena because it's close to home, but some of the attendees, whew chile, were rowdy AF. Gotta love Jersey!
