PS LAX

This really is the premier way to travel, unless you are flying private. This has all the feel of an FBO. The staff is incredible and attentive. The amenities are top-notch, and the selection abundant. They make everything as seamless as possible. Our travel party was large, including three small children, and the PS LAX team made the experience as pleasant as possible. The avocado toast was excellent! One small problem when the bottom of the plate apparently had something on it, so when I put it on my lap, it stained my pants. That isn't really anyones fault, just an unfortunate situation. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to take a significant step up from the airline lounges.

The ONLY way to travel commercial in my opinion 🙌🏻. They went above and beyond and made my Birthday so special 🥳 and I didn’t even expect any of that. Everything is beautiful, the suite is fully equipped with anything you need and more, and the service is impeccable. I hope many more airports will incorporate this. 🤞

I visited PS during a recent business trip to LA. From the moment I arrived at the secure entrance, the team treated me and my driver with the utmost care and highest level of service. Both the suites and the salon are well appointed and comfortable. The team offered a nice selection of breakfast items as well as a full bar. I chose the oats with a mimosa. Both were delicious. They also offer champagne and caviar upon each visit. The private TSA was quick, and the car to the plane side was a huge timesaver. The driver was awesome and friendly. The PS team did a fantastic job of creating a comfortable and professional environment. I will certainly be back.

I won't be able to go through the normal airport experience ever again. PS elevates the lounge experience to a whole new level, providing a level of comfort and ease that I haven't ever had at an airport. From the moment we arrived, we were cared for, fed spectacular food and drink, and were reminded when it was time to go and were swiftly driven to our plane. Forget lines, bustling people, and mediocre lounge food, this is the ultimate way to travel in comfort. I almost don't want to review this, because this lux private experience was made perfect by how not busy it was... But I also want this to expand to more airports, so here is my 5*!

This place is FANTASTIC. The staff is wonderful and the experience is just as premium feeling as you'd expect - skip the airport entirely and get driven to your plane on the tarmac instead? What?!?. It's over the top wonderful if you're privileged enough to take advantage of the offering here.

What's not to love? Super friendly staff, amazing food, impeccable service and luxury VIP treatment start to finish!

Having used PS in 2023 where the service was second to none. Efficient friendly and yes you are treated like a VIP. Looking forward to using again this year in LAX. Thank you.

Spectacular in every way. Excellent service, high quality food and beverages and first rate amenities. The private ride to the plane for early boarding was the icing on the cake.

Nice experience a lot of hands on deck. The gate part could have been smoother. Very luxurious way to get to our plane. Different suite options definitely will have to try again.. Loved the free items they give away. Food and drink menu was delicious!

A unique and over the top experience awaits you at the PS (private suites), Lounge at the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). The lounge itself is offsite, beautifully designed, spacious, and just minutes away from the main terminals. It's also away from the traffic & congestion normally associated with an airport. This private and exclusive lounge offers an upscale vibe with meals prepared by a Chef and amenities that one might find at a 5 star hotel. Your very own TSA officer arrives at the lounge, reviews/approves your flight and passport documents and clears you for travel. After going through your own security and baggage checkin procedures you're able to sit back, relax and enjoy the lounge. Should you be traveling with children or pets there is an outsider area for your pets and a play area for children. Showers, massages and haircuts services are available at your request. Once the aircraft is ready for departure, you're chauffeured across the airfield in a luxury vehicle with massage seats and driven directly to the aircraft as you board prior to other passengers. The menu selection was vast offering a myriad of food options, which, I found very flavorful. The portion sizes were generous and the presentation of the food was first class. When I initially arrived, I was met at the door by staff and was escorted inside where I was seated and immediately offered a beverage of my choice. The staff was friendly, welcoming and attentive, which only enhanced my overall experience. Although, there wasn't an ATM Machine on site, the staff did arrange to provide me with $200.00 in petty cash, which, was very much appreciated. This was truly a unique adventure and one, which, I will remember for sometime. The accommodations and level of service was phenomenal and met all my expectations. Without question, I will definitely utilize this service for all my future international travels and I encourage you do as well. If you're wanting to experience luxury travel at its best this is the place.
