A sign of a good restaurant is busy with long line waiting and all taken tables on Tuesday night. It’s an open-kitchen but really essential and professional. Cocktails were amazing, my fav was Chantilly Ramos, regarding to the price It was a quite small but flavorful. Food was absolutely amazing, shout out to the kitchen team!!! It’s a good place if you’re looking for something cozy and interesting.

A bar famous for their Africola, a coffee liquer base with wattleseed cola, in cold contrast to topping of warm coconut foam. Very easy to slam down, delicious. There's other cocktails too, of course, but ps40 is also highly regarded as the home of popups for chefs looking to get out of the shadow of the restaurants they've come from to test the waters.

It is always a great experience to try different cuisines from wonderful chefs, Michael is great and drinks are great too

A hidden gem in Sydney with the best cocktails! Thank you to Michael and the team for making my birthday celebration a memorable occasion! The venue is a vibe and the cocktail list is amazing! We can’t wait to come back again soon.

There is a reason why PS40 has won so many awards and recommended by many. Their signature africola steals the show everytime. A hot/cold sensation is unique and delicious. So easy to drink! Their cocktail menu is very extensive and there is a drink for everyone’s taste. Give this place a go!

I had a fantastic experience at PS40! The service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. The staff made sure we felt welcome from the moment we walked in and were quick to offer recommendations. The atmosphere was lively, and the drinks were creative and delicious. If you're looking for a spot with excellent service and unique cocktails, PS40 is definitely worth a visit!

A cool cocktail bar located just minutes from Darling Harbor and the QVB in Sydney's CBD. Service was very casual and friendly, the cocktail menu is extremely impressive with drinks artfully created by very skillful bartenders. The music was pretty loud, so this is not the place to go if you want to have a conversation. The wine list also left a bit to be desired. Check it out if you're in town.

One of the more expensive places that we went to in Sydney but the bar is filled with beautiful people, cocktails and design. Ordered 2 of the cocktails and also their Bahn Mi off the food menu and I instantly fell in love. Come here for dangerously thoughtful and creative cocktails and yummy Bahn Mi.

Fantastic cocktails. They make their own sodas and take pride in everything that they make. The owner has been behind the bar both times that I've been, which I think shows how much he cares. Lots of nibbles options, all of which look amazing. They do special events too so keep your eyes peeled!

A lot of care, attention to details and creativity infused into each cocktail. The selection of house-made sodas is very impressive. The ingredient list is exhaustive and experimental. The menu itself takes a good study. If you're bored of the same-same cocktails and want to roll the dice with new flavors this is where you need to be. Extra bonus points for serving Banh Mi as food :)

New craft cocktail bar opened by the star player in Sydney, Thor bergqvist. He was the top show at bulletin place and now had his own place. So, as expected, arguably the best cocktails in Sydney bar none. Insane creativity and only top shelf ingredients all around, combined with a SUPER CHILL ambiance and staff that is instantly your friend from the moment you walk in. Perhaps the friendliest place I have been to here in Sydney, even with it being wildly busy. The word is out though, so yes it's busy and yes it's popular!

Great new craft cocktail bar in Sydney's CBD. They've only just opened, so the word has yet to get out. It was relatively quiet at 10PM on a Saturday evening and we were able to get drinks quickly and have a nice chat with the barman. PS 40 specializes in housemade sodas (think smoked lemonade and blackstrap ginger beer) and seriously out-of-the-box cocktails. Their crafted creations will certainly challenge your idea of what a cocktail can be by using ingredients like matcha, obscure botanicals and unique infused liquors (green coffee tequila, anyone?) The vibe is relaxed, even with the dark moodiness that pervades the space. This is definitely where you need to go when craving a truly unique cocktail.

Service was alright, but this place is sterile. I've been to dentist offices that were more welcoming. Pricey cocktails so be ready to drop a dime.

Arrived just after opening and had the place to ourselves. The house made sodas and cocktails were delicious with fresh ingredients, and service was prompt and courteous. Will definitely give this place another visit.
