I absolutely love this place! We tried two different pastas and both were amazing. The concept is so fun—you pick your pasta and add your own toppings. Everything tasted delicious, the pasta was perfectly cooked, and the sauces were so good. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the prices are surprisingly affordable. Definitely one of my favorite spots now!

Really enjoyed my visit to Psta. The pasta was fresh, perfectly al dente, and the flavors were simple but really well balanced. I love the concept of getting a quality pasta bowl quickly without compromising on taste. The spicy vodka rigatoni was especially good, creamy with just the right amount of spice. The space is clean, modern, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Great spot if you’re craving fresh pasta in Brooklyn. Definitely coming back to try more sauces!

PSTA is hands down one of the best pasta spots in NYC! From the moment you walk in, you can tell they take pride in their food. Every dish is made fresh, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. The flavors are rich, authentic, and comforting, just like homemade pasta should be. What I really love is that it’s halal, which makes it easy for everyone to enjoy without compromise. The portions are generous, and the staff is friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch or sitting down for a relaxed dinner, PSTA never disappoints. I’ve tried several dishes, and each one has been a winner, creative, satisfying, and full of flavor. For anyone in NYC who appreciates quality pasta, this place is a must-visit. I can’t wait to come back and try more of their menu.

Vonda sauce is delicious!! Staff are amazing and friendly. Would highly recommend. Reasonable prices all around + protein!

I had the rigatoni pasta with pomodoro and broccoli. It was delicious. A good portion and inexpensive. The staff were nice and knowledgeable. They also make the pasta in house with just flour and water. 10/10 recommend

The staff already were so kind and attentive from the moment I came in. The portions were just perfect! And left me feeling nice and light after yet still pleasantly filled! They also have a bathroom which is really convenient! Will gladly come back here again to try more delicious and fresh pasta!
