Obsessed with PTEA in Quincy! 💖 The drinks are not only delicious but also super photogenic (just look at that swirl 😍). I got the Mango Pomelo Sago and a Blueburry Smoothie drink, both were incredibly refreshing, creamy, and packed with flavor. You can really taste the quality. The shop has such a cute vibe, flamingos, hanging shelves, and that sweet little quote on the wall (“拥有你就拥有全世界” = “Having you is like having the whole world” 🥹). Friendly staff and quick service, too! This is easily one of my new favorite bubble tea spots on the South Shore. Can’t wait to come back and try more flavors!

Google
This bubble tea shop shows clear discrimination. Staff were overly friendly to white customers but completely ignored others. All three staff were all smiles with that white customer before us and then all walked away after. I tried to order from the counter but got completely ignored. In the end, I ordered from a touchscreen. One of the workers still had the nerve to ask for a tip in the end. The experience was disrespectful and unacceptable. With so many other bubble tea shops in Quincy now, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Google
I've been to ptea before and haven't been back for awhile. Ordered the drinks puff creme milk tea and line green tea on the ordering screen. Both options did not give me a size to choose. When my order was ready I was very surprised that the size fit their drinks had changed. I ask the girl what size was my puff creme tea and she said it's a medium and my lime green tea was a large. Before this change, the lime green tea size was a medium and there was a larger size. Highly disappointed in this new size change. The new medium size is very small....I could've gotten bubble tea somewhere else had a known about this new size switch. Not worth it anymore.

Google
$4.75 for an iced cold green tea with no sugar. Not cheap but also about Starbucks prices. I was asked if I wanted cheese foam, which I’ve never had. I asked for a sample and was given onc, which I super appreciated. The cheese foam is good but very rich, so not what I’m looking for now’s. Glad they let me try before I ordered :-). Super cozy and adorable with pink and green and gold everywhere. Amazing AC!!!! Parking is free along both sides of the street and the place has no stairs.

Might as well just give me a Medium next time I order Large.

Google
The inside is small. There are a few tables/benches, but not a great place for large groups. The chairs also have a velvet lining, which I wish places would reconsider because this fabric gets visibly dirty over time. There is one wall that is decorated to be used as a photo op. There is also a kiosk machine for ordering. It was empty when we went, so our drinks came out in less than ten minutes. I got the puff cream bubble milk. All of the cream settled at the bottom, which I didn't realize, so I was basically just drinking milk the entire time until the end, where I was hit with large gulps of the salty cream. It would have tasted better had I mixed in the beginning (but I am used to boba places sealing the top, which makes it easier to shake before drinking), but overall, the drink was pretty average.

Google
Everything here is fresh, caters to your sugar level, and tastes delicious. Can be comparable to hey tea and Molly tea!

Yelp
Ptea is a small boba shop in North Quincy with a few seats inside. All of their boba tastes exceptionally fresh and delicious & their quality is consistent every time. Their standout drinks are definitely the Puff Crème Bubble Milk Tea and the Cheese Tea series. I've tried many drinks here, and they've never disappointed. Most recently, I had the Sakura Cheese Tea, which was so yummy with its delicate floral notes paired with creamy cheese foam!!

Yelp
Got a jelly milk green tea and a coconut sea salt drink. This shop was the first one I've been to that offers jelly as the default instead of the black tapioca balls. The coconut sea salt was good. Unfortunately the jelly that it comes with pairs poorly with it. The jelly was slightly bitter instead of sweet like the drink itself.

Yelp
PTEA's aesthetics are pretty, but their drinks are just okay. They use a self-service kiosk so you can customize your drinks to your liking. The staff is nice & the drinks come out fast. Their Matcha Cheese Tea was by far the better of the two, but the matcha flavor was slightly lacking. The boba was chewy & delicious though. Their Milk Tea tasted like water even with the recommended sweetness. Overall, would say their boba is expensive and average.

Sammi C.

Yelp
One of my go to spots to grab a drink. Depending on my mood, I'll go for a mango pomelo, fruit tea or a cheese tea.
google avatar

Michelle T.

Yelp
My new go to spot in Quincy for Bubble tea!! I got the top recommended drink, puff cream bubble milk tea -50% sugar. So delicious. The puff cream adds an amazing taste alongside the tea. I can't wait to try the other drinks here. Staff was very kind and quick! Store is nicely decorated
google avatar

Trey T.

Yelp
The shop is just the right size and has an amazing aroma of tea when you walk in. The milk tea is well balanced with flavors. I just wish the boba wasn't so mushy and sticky. Other than that, it's really good.

Yelp
PTea is a hidden gem in North Quincy! Located on Billings Rd, along with a bunch of other great establishments, they offer milk tea drinks & smoothies, also crème brûlée. I usually come here for their milk tea with cheese foam or their mango pomelo sago. They have a self ordering kiosk that accepts Apple Pay & card. For cash, order at the counter ;) Very cute aesthetic inside, LOVE THE PINK CHAIRS! Parking: free 2hr street parking on Billings Rd & free parking lot spots behind the building.

Yelp
This is truly a hidden gem tucked on the quieter side of Billings Road in Quincy. Every beverage is meticulously and artistically crafted to perfection. Observe the exquisite details of each drink! Not only are they aesthetically pleasing, they are also refreshing and delicious! Their Creme brûlée was incredible also! This is a MUST TRY!

Yelp
Stopped in at PTEA on a rainy day to try their Puff Creme Tea. The interior is small but decorated nicely with a pink floral and velvet theme -- perfect for taking photos. The service was quick as it was very quiet when I came. I just personally wasn't a fan of the drink I got, but I am picky when it comes to milk tea. I liked that the pearls were all different sizes though so it was texturally fun to drink.

Yelp
We came here on a Sunday night and were the only customers in the store. The space is small, but the ambiance was quite nice and felt very quaint overall. Their menu was pretty diverse and we took a bit to decide what to order, but I settled with the Oreo puff drink as it seemed the most unique. The drink itself was pretty delicious. The tea was well-brewed, the bubbles had a great consistency, and overall the flavor of everything was pretty great. I think that there could've been more Oreo in the drink overall though since it was labeled as such. Overall, it was a solid drink though and I wouldn't mind returning in the future to try something else on their menu! The fruit bucket in particular sounds super interesting and I would be happy to try that in the future.

Yelp
Not the best I've had but still finished the drink. I ordered the Mango Pomelo Sago and Milk Matcha with Boba. It was too sweet with somewhat unusual textured Sago but the mangoes were extremely fresh and tasted delicious. The matcha was poor quality and bobas were too sweet. The inside area was pretty cute and order was ready really quickly. I don't think I'd go again but I'm not unhappy that I tried it.
google avatar

Liz W.

Yelp
Cute and fresh! Inside is clean, nicely decorated with a greenery wall and flower wall (cute photos opps lol). I had the Mix fruit green tea which was a little too sweet for me (next time I'll ask for half sugar) but the flavor overall was great and the fresh fruit (apples, oranges, lime, passion fruit, strawberries, and watermelon) was sweet, ripe, and so good. I would def come back.
google avatar

Edward W.

Yelp
While waiting for takeout, I dropped by this tea shop to get a drink. The shop was cute and definitely IG-able. I got the recommended mix fruit green tea. The tea did have a lot of fruits in it but it's such a nuisance to drink it due to all the seeds from the fruits. Every sip had seeds. I wish they did a better job sifting out the seeds.

Yelp
We were looking for great boba after lunch and my cousin and his girlfriend took us to this spot. They had a pretty big menu so it was tough to choose. Eventually we settled on a Puff Creme tea, two Oreo Chocolate Cheese Teas, and a Passion Fruit Orange tea. I got the Oreo Chocolate Cheese tea and I thought it was ok, kind of more like a chocolate milk with the cheese foam on top but I was super disappointed by the boba. It was pretty mushy, might have been overcooked. My cousin also said his Puff Creme tea tasted like green tea which was also weird. Not really impressed by the drinks unfortunately. The place itself is pretty small but very nicely decorated. I wouldn't say the staff was super friendly but they were nice enough.

Yelp
I lived in New York and always want to come back for Fruit Tea! Amazing taste and that's the taste from my memories. Love it so much, not enough for every visit I made in Quincy!!!

Aria Y.

Yelp
Good tea, but horrible service! Very unwelcoming and I felt I was being a nuisance :/ many other places in Quincy to get tea!

Yelp
Every time I come back to Quincy, there's at least one or two new boba tea shop that pops up in the area. And of course, if the shop has cute aesthetics and a variety of interesting mix of tea flavors for a photo op, it's going to be pretty popular. I took my sister here pre-covid and the interior has a rose wall backdrop that we wanted to take our pictures of but couldn't because they placed a table in front and two ladies occupied it. They should of put the backdrop on the empty side of the wall just for people who want to take a picture and go. Weird placement. And I'm going, to be honest, these drinks were not for me. They were overwhelmingly sweet, it's probably more appealing to the younger crowds, like my sister who loves these sweet drinks. Milk Tea- Tasted like milk and sugar, can barely taste the tea. Puff Creme Milk Tea (Cold)- Thick sweet vanilla custard cream with the sugary milk tea. Sweet on sweet on sweet. Overall Service: Nothing to write home about, took our order, wait a bit for our drinks and we're out.
google avatar

Yelp
Small spot, but super cute. Limited tables, street parking available. Definitely a good place for instagram, but not a place I would be a regular at. The prices are high for a small size and there is only one size. Maybe if the drinks came in a cute bottle or glass jar I would think the price is reasonable but nope. I wouldn't even recommend this place for milk tea, unless you really want to just go for the photos. There are plenty of other milk tea places. Customer service was non-existence. Just order, pay, and get your drink and leave.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I just happened to discover PTEA while we were in the area and decided to order take-out through Grubhub. We ordered the bubble milk tea and orange green tea (with boba) and would say that the quality was great! They were a refreshing surprise and PTEA has become one of our new favorites. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the orange green tea with boba costed $7 (pretty expensive in my opinion--$6 for boba is already pushing it for me) but had a little too much fruit in it. With how much orange green tea we actually got, it just didn't feel like the drink itself was worth $7. If there were fewer fruit pieces, then the drink would've been perfect. However, the bubble milk tea was great and I would recommend to any first-timers! The take-out process is very efficient, there is a table right in front of the door where you can quickly grab your drinks and get going. Would definitely recommend all boba fans to give PTEA a try!
google avatar

Yelp
Having been introduced to this establishment by a coworker, I had to make a visit here. The interior of PTea is very aesthetically pleasing and suitable for taking photos of their drinks after they grab it. Their puff creme bubble milk tea is one of their specialties and I highly recommend it - it's like drinking a cake in liquid form. Service here is generally quick so you should be in and out in a jiffy. Definitely dropping by again if I want a boba fix in Quincy. IG: Feastcoastoffense

Yelp
PTEA is across the street from chatime (which is now closed). PTEA sells bubble tea and creme brûlée. I got the Oreo cream puff milk tea with boba and the cream puff milk tea. Sweetness level without adjustment is a little too sweet for my liking (Ex: i get 50% sugar at gong cha). Ice level isn't overboard. The Oreo one definitely tastes better than the cream puff milk tea. The straws are plastic but the covers are plastic free!! Decor: super cute they have a flower wall Parking: street parking

Yelp
omg how GORGEOUS is this hidden little cafe!? I felt like I was in london for a moment heheh The smoothie I ordered was absolutely delicious too. Highly recommend going here if you love the pink Parisian aesthetic, totally instagram worthy place!
google avatar

Christine T.

Yelp
Very cute decor! The place itself is pretty small so I don't see it as a spot to hang out for a long time, more of a grab and go. First impression - WOW the prices!! Definitely more expensive than the boba spots down the street. I got the passion fruit orange fruit tea and it was very refreshing and flavorful but it was so loaded with ice and fruits that after 5 sips - gone. I also tried the regular bubble milk tea, which was actually pretty good. The boba had a good texture to it as well. On one hand, the drinks do taste really fresh so I understand the increase in price. On the other, I also have no problem with the cheaper drinks I get at my usual spots. As a heads up, this place has only one size for their drinks. The actual material of the cup was pretty nice too. Not sure what it was but you could definitely reuse it at home if you wanted to. On top of that, the caps had different types of openings so that you wouldn't need a straw unless you have some toppings in your drink. Straws had a paper wrapping (awesome), which made me think that the straw was also paper but it was plastic on the inside. Still better than nothing! Might come back one more time to try their cheese foam. They also had creme brûlée's on display if you're in the mood for dessert. Overall, not bad, I would say it's an average spot.

Yelp
I came here with a friend and got the Passionfruit Orange Fruit Tea, and she got a hot bubble milk tea. The drinks do come in only one size, but the price for the size of the drink is reasonable. The passionfruit orange fruit tea was a bit too sweet, but it tasted really good! They put actual pieces of fruit inside the tea, which is nice since it indicates that they don't use solely passionfruit or orange syrup. There were passionfruit seeds, many orange slices, and surprise slices of lime in the drink. I would definitely get this drink again. I also tried a bit of the hot bubble milk tea, and it wasn't bitter at all, nor was it too sweet. However, my friend did adjust the sweetness level to 70%. The actual boba/tapioca was just right; not too chewy but also not hard. It seemed as if the boba/tapioca was just recently cooked which was great! Although it's not stated or indicated on the menu, you can adjust the sweetness level alongside the level of ice for your drink if you ask. The decor of the place is also super cute as they have a flower wall with marble tables and bow chairs. The actual shop is on the smaller end, but there are a good amount of tables and chairs. I'll definitely be coming back to try their other drinks!

Yelp
Love this mango pomelo mago! Delicious! Expensive but highly recommend it! If not getting fat, paying for it every day

Yelp
It was my first time trying P Tea and it was an AMAZING experience! So delicious. I tried the Puff Creme Milk Tea and my boyfriend had the Oreo Puff Creme Milk Tea. Tried both and they were super good!! If you have a sweet tooth, definitely try those two. COVID Safety Procedures: They do pick up, but I wasn't sure and ordered in person. The employee stayed where she was at the cash register, I opened the door but wasn't allowed to go in due to Covid which I liked cause social distancing. I stayed outside with the door opened and ordered. They accept card or Venmo, which is pretty neat! I chose Venmo cause I wasn't too comfortable with saying the card number out loud in public. Overall, pretty safe, they also offer hand sanitizer.
google avatar

Vivienne N.

Yelp
I would come back for their drinks. I had peach oolong tea with cheese foam. It was good. Good customer service. Nice little cozy place.
google avatar

Liz C.

Yelp
PTEA is one of my new favorite places to get bubble tea! I was a little worried especially due to the amount of bubble tea competition there is around this location but PTEA definitely pulled its weight. The fruit teas are really refreshing and sweet! I definitely recommend getting lower sweetness if you don't have a sweet tooth. The cream puff milk tea was also really good. It is on the pricier side of bubble tea but I think it's definitely worth it. The shop itself is a little small so there is very limited seating and limited parking but it's very cute inside + aesthetically pleasing!! Not worth the hassle of trying to find a seat during busy hours though.
google avatar

Jessica L.

Yelp
This place is amazing! First of all it's so cute on the inside and it smells good. It's like an IG dream. You order and pay at a screen and then they call your order. The milk tea and the mixed fruit green are both phenomenal. The mixed fruit tea is definitely best if you are able to be home or somewhere with a spoon so you can eat all the delicious fresh fruit when the tea is gone
google avatar

Christine F.

Yelp
Really cute spot, complete with a pretty flower wall. I got the Oreo cream puff milk tea with boba. Although the drink itself was good (not too sweett), my drink was more than $6. What why is it so expensive? The thick cups? Meh. The boba also is just average, with no flavor. Definitely skip the boba since it adds another 50 cents to the already overpriced drinks.
google avatar

Amy C.

Yelp
This is a really cute spot especially for ig pics! But I think the drinks are alright, I got the Oreo puff creme milk tea with boba and the boba was not as soft as I would like it to be and it was almost $7. It is a bit pricey for a one size bubble tea, however they do have good quality cups which may be why it's more pricey. I don't think I'll be coming back here anytime soon.
google avatar

Eden D.

Yelp
The drinks left much to be desired. The spot is really cute with two really cute backdrops. But honestly i was pretty sad about the quality of the drinks and the boba. Additionally, when a friend and I had gone in, the the individual taking in our drinks was not entirely useful in letting us know what they had available to serve us, which was extremely frustrating. Almost half the menu was a "weekend special". At one point I literally gave up and said do you just have a regular drink you can serve me on a Monday. I was pretty disappointed and definitely don't recommend.

Yelp
This tea place has nice decorations, the drinks are pretty good and colorful, there dessert are limited but tasty.

Yelp
DRINKS: 9/10 SERVICE: 9.5/10 AMBIANCE: 9.5/10 RECOMMENDATION: puff creme milk tea NEW BOBA SPOT ALERT!!! Before this, my favorite place to get milk tea was b cafe but Ptea might just be my new favorite boba spot in Quincy now. I ordered the milk tea and puff creme milk tea. I thought the milk tea was just a tad bit watered down so I prefer the puff creme milk tea more. The only concern I have with this place is the drink size. There was only one size and it's pretty small compared to other boba spots. As a yelp elite, it is my duty to try every single drink on the menu so stay tuned for more reviews on the other drinks.
google avatar

Melanie W.

Yelp
Nice but the place is really small. There are few seats... the price are average. The mixed fruit tea is really good compared to than onezo... the creme brulee is good but pricey since is small, it cost nearly $3 for each. Lot of selections for drinks but no snacks...
google avatar

Yelp
We ordered a total of three drinks which came to about $17. The service was good, only two workers. The place is kinda small so not an idea hang out spot. -passion fruit orange tea: very very refreshing. Perfect level of sweetness. You can really tastes the freshness and natural sweetness from the fruit not from artificial flavoring or sugar. Definitely would recommend this drink! -matcha milk with bubbles: the matcha flavor is not too strong and doesn't over power your taste. I would recommend getting cheese foam with this bc it will make the drink tastes a little creamier like a milk tea more. Also, they charge $1 for boba which is kinda expensive. -puff cream bubble milk tea: the milk tea flavor is really good. Boba was nice and soft, didn't tastes old and hard. The puff cream added an extra richness to the drink. I definitely think the milk tea here is one of the better ones compared to the other shops around. Definitely would recommend this drink! The only downside of this place is that they have a set size for each of their drinks so you aren't able to upgrade to a larger size or get a smaller one of your preference.

Yelp
If you want to try a new place of bubble tea.. this place must go, the bubble so perfect cook soft and testy.. dessert cup so good. I want to try more.. cute place..

Yelp
We ordered four drinks in total: it came up to $22! - Puff Creme Bubble Tea * Good! The creme tastes exactly like the one inside of creme puffs desserts! It makes the drink more rich and creamy! (4/5) - Matcha Milk Tea * Does not come with boba! It has a minor metallic aftertaste. It's also very gritty. There was not enough "matcha taste". (3/5) - Reg. Milk Tea w/ Boba * Tastes like your regular milk tea! (4/5) - Passion Fruit Green Tea * Absolutely loves this! They even added fresh fruits in the drink (definitely aesthetically pleasing)! It has a very refreshing taste! Very fruity! Not tht sweet and also not tht bitter! (5/5) The cups are a very nice quality! The straws come in paper wrapping but the straws themselves are plastic. Extra boba/Add-in boba: $1 (which is a bit pricey) They have limited seating given that the shop isn't that big, but their decor is very pretty. Also, there are NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS!
google avatar

Yelp
This is literally every girly girl's dream tea shop!! From bow shaped chairs to a flower wall, all the decor and furniture is so cute! I got the puff creme milk tea 0% sugar no boba and it was so good!! I didn't even have the urge to put any kind of sweetness in it. Cups are thick plastic cups compared to the thin cups at other boba places. Only downfall is there is only 1 size for the drinks so you can't order any larger. Creme brulee is very good, they brulee the sugar on top before serving it. However, for the price of $2.75, it is overpriced for the amount that you get. Overall would definitely come back, and it may have already become one of my favorite milk tea places in Quincy!!
google avatar

Nicole L.

Yelp
Came here on a craving for milk tea while exploring Quincy. Absolutely loved the tea here! I ordered the jasmine green tea with a milk cap and it was amazing. The milk cap is not too sweet and the tea itself was robust with flavour. I'd have to say that this place is one of my favourite tea places around the greater Boston area
google avatar

Tiffany M.

Yelp
WOW the mango coconut thing is SO good. The Oreo drink also has a great dark, tea base. The only thing away from five stars was the price, it cost $19 for two drinks.
google avatar

Pauline S.

Yelp
Pretty good! There's still a strong taste of the tea which is what I prefer. Not too sweet. Boba's chewy but not hard and just a slight sweetness to it and not too big. You basically get boba with each sip. Think the puff creme adds to the aesthetic and a different type of sweetness to the tea. Overall would order again
google avatar

Angela T.

Yelp
I've been going to PTEA since it opened, and I always get the same thing: the house fruit tea. It's delicious, not too sweet, and full of fresh fruit (they even give you a fork to eat the fruit with). Now that they've reopened indoor seating after the pandemic, their space is cute and cozy.
google avatar

Justin L.

Yelp
This place just opened up and their fruit teas and milk teas are pretty good. I would recommend their passion fruit orange drink. It's not sweet not sour and they actually put fruits inside the drink. The cups also feel nice and not cheap.
google avatar

Hannah Z.

Yelp
Cute and aesthetically pleasing. Due to COVID restrictions, they are not letting people order inside but you can tell that the place is nice! This might sound a bit weird, but I really like the cups that they put the drinks in. The feel of them are sturdy and a good matte plastic. I only wish the boba was a bit bigger! Haha. Overall, it was great!

Yelp
Decided to give this place a try on a Sunday afternoon. It's a small shop but very quaint and clean. Menu is limited. I wanted a milk tea but it was listed as sold out along with three other drinks. Who sells out milk tea at a bubble tea shop? That's is like a staple bubble tea drink. I just settled for a grapefruit tea. At first I said no sugar and the lady was like, you need some sugar. I said fine, little bit and she wrote 50%. I'm like no, 30% is fine and she's like oh okay with that face like it won't taste good. Anyway, got my drink. First off way too much ice and too little tea. The sugar level was fine, was wondering if I could go without sugar because it was sweet for my palette. It has a good grapefruit taste with real grapefruit inside rather than the syrup. Nice cute cup and pretty sturdy. Next time hopefully they will have the milk tea.

Roni N.

Yelp
Visited PTEA twice now and I gotta say I'm impressed. I usually don't try new bubble tea places like these bc I'm really picky, but I enjoy PTEA so far. Despite the size of the cafe, it's actually nice and cozy when it's just a few people inside making it comfortable to hang out. I've only had the strawberry smoothie with cheese bc I really like it. They blend strawberries with tea which makes the drink super refreshing and my kinda drink, the cheese adds a nice twist. My friends really enjoy the puff cream milk tea. -- the creme brulee's are different, but it's good kinda "different". Also, no complaints with the service. I will definitely be back to try more drinks.

Food Is L.

Yelp
Good drinks. I like them but paid $9 passionfruit with orange and boba. No boba. Please pay attention to the orders

Yelp
Highly recommend the milk cap with seasons tea. It is good good good. One thing I don't like is they sometimes don't fill the cup full.
