I put a 5 because there is nothing higher.
Passing through Nantes we discovered this little gem: a young couple, he knows his food (has plenty of experience at the court of starred chefs), she knows her wines. Don’t expect a long menu: 2+2+2, two entrees, two mains and two desserts. This means he can focus on the quality of the produce and the taste experience. She takes care of the “salle” with grace.
The aubergine and feta flan entree we tried was deliciously refreshing. And the entrecôte was much more than just a piece of meat.
The mise en plat compares with the best.
Truly a delightful experience.
These two young people who have decided to strike out on their own deserve loads of success.
If you live in Nantes or are just passing through, it is worth finding la P’tite Pomme.
