I'm from NY. I'm here taking care of my Aunt with cancer. I don't know many places to go. My friend took me here 1 night and I fell in love. Great people, EXCELLENT BAR TENDERS "with great personalities", good food, great atmosphere. Great prices. Ive been back twice since then. I'm looking forward to going again. They made me feel at home in Las Vegas.

Happy New Year! I came here for lunch and had an amazing hamburger with sea salt french fries. All for $13.00 They gave me a complimentary diet coke. My server was super nice, quick, was wearing a mask, and checked up on me a few times during my meal. A+++ service, great atmosphere watching the Notre Dame football game. Super clean place and nicely decorated. Thanks for the excellent lunch. Look forward to coming back! Michael

Went in the morning had a great breakfast and my bartender Blair was soooooo awesome you need to give that girl a raise her service was on point even though she had a full bar made me feel I was a VIP love this place

PT's located on Blue Diamomd and El Capitan...the BEST PT's I've been too, my go-to. Also too if you have a chance to meet Server Ray (female) she will definitely make sure you are taken care of with a smile.

It is very spacious and clean inside. I agree with other reviews that said the service here is slow. Our order took quite a bit of time to come out, even though there were not that many patrons in the restaurant. Yet, our order did eventually arrive. The twister fries were delicious and hot, very yummy. We asked for ranch dressing on the side for the chicken wrap, yet when the wrap came to us, ranch was slathered on it to the point where we could not enjoy it and couldn't finish eating it. The pretzel bite appetizer was hard and overcooked to the point that we could not continue eating it. The staff apologized and took the pretzel bites off of the bill. For the boneless wings, some were more meaty than other pieces, which seemed to be mostly breading with little meat. Overall the place has plenty of TVs if you are just looking for a place to watch the game. It is spacious, easy to find, and bathrooms are easily accessible. The food may be slow coming out, and the quality will be hit or miss. All together, it's pretty much your average sports bar, nothing about my experience was out of the ordinary or spectacular. By definition, this warrants a 3 star "average" rating. Not horrible, but not great.

I called in today 10/25/2024 for information on the World Series Baseball Game, The Bartender in the picture hung up on me after 26 sec. I asked if the baseball game would be showing and what I thought was her answering playfully “what game”, I responded back with the baseball game Dodgers vs Yankees. She then again said “What Game?” I laughed and answered The baseball game and she replied “what game!?” Again! I then said girl bye, the World Series. She said what game? And before I could answer she hung up on me. I called back and she picked up the phone and hung up again. She this this three more times. The AGM finally answered and I told her what happened, with a nonchalant tone she said we had bad connection. I asked for corporates number and she said it’s online. I asked if the bartender would be in today and she said yes. I asked for her name, Bethany would not provide me with the bartender’s name. The AGM then suggested I speak to the GM who was going in at 5PM. I Said Thank You And We ended the call. I live 2 mins away from my neighborhood PT. I decided to go in to ask for corporates number and when I walked in the bartender greeted me and asked me what was I drinking I told her to let me look up a drink and she walked away and asked the cook to get the manager. She asked me if I was the person who came up in the caller ID I said “oh you knew it was me huh? Why did you hang up on me?” to what she said “I’m not new here, & you hung up on me!” The manager comes out and she looks irritated that I’m in the establishment. I ask her for corporates number and she said one second I’m going to call my GM. After 20 mins she comes back and says she doesn’t appreciate me coming into the store after she said to come in at 5 to speak to the manager and at this time the GM has request I leave because “IM NOT A GOOD FIT FOR THE BAR”. I asked her if I was being 86th she replied back with yes. When I asked for what reason she replied “we have the right to refuse service”. Meanwhile I can hear the bartender speaking about the whole situation with the customers near the entrance. The AGM Bethany then asked me to leave and began to call the police. During that time I called 311 because I do not believe in abusing 911 resources. I essentially did not want The AGM to lie and say I left without waiting for a police officer. I watched Bethany describe my statue to the 911 operator and describe what I had on, as if I was some delinquent and caused them harm in anyway. 311 advised me to leave her my contact information and to leave because this is not an emergency nor was I intoxicated and there was nothing they will do. I will be contacting Corporate and Better Business Bureau for the mistreatment and the misuse of emergency resources.

Service was a little slow and the food wasn't too good, but normally always have good times at PTs but this one maybe not so much

great place to eat and watch UFC fights along with any other event. the Frys are great and the pretzel bites are also great. i had a burger with all the fixns and it was great. another time i had the Nachos which were very good and loaded with everything on them. the beer mug were frozen which makes the beer taste that much better. great job crew, we just moved in down the street . this will be our place to go for sport events not to mention they have a pool table, Darts and a video golf game that breaks up the regular bar feel. finally they have Noce folks that work at this establishment. great job guys!!!!

This place is very great for sw locals. Great calm ambience. Great place to blow off steam after a long day at work or a day off. The beer is nice a cold the staff is friendly and on it. The food is really good. And TVs are all over the place so no matter where you are sitting you will get a good view. Great place.

Great customer service, I have been going through a tough time with radiation treatments and have to be on a special diet so it's hard but here at PTs everyone was super understanding & catered to my needs. I was amazed, and you don't know how happy and good it feels. Thank you Mel and all the staff and other cooks as well you all are great.

I don't usually go here to eat and not sit at the bar, but the bar was full so I sat at a table and had a server named Jess. She was absolutely wonderful!!! I already loved this bar, but she's made it even better. Definitely an asset to the company.

Is there a shortage on potatoes?I bought 2 boxes of fries and this is how much fries are in both boxes.

PT's gold was a fun place to meet my friend. It was opening day and they were handing out food and prizes and the waiters and waitresses were all wonderful. The food was good. I'll definitely go back there again when I'm in Vegas.

Great customer service . Great Food Went in around 830am ordered some food sat at the bar had a beer while i waited on my food . The cook came out to tell me she had just cranked up the fryers and she will get started on my food soon, great customer service. The bartender was friendly and engaging. Great experience will for sure go back and bring friends . Only regret, I wished I could of tipped more

The staff here is SO NICE and pretty funny too! We were waited on by LaKey (sp?) a few days ago and returned again a few nights later to find him there behind the bar. He gave us an enthusiastic welcome and remembered us from a few days ago. He was singing along to the music and joking around with a few other guests. The vibe in here is great! One of the other bartenders let us know he is the General Manager. What general manager works the bar?!?! All the staff we've encountered has been very personable and the food is good. I will for sure come here over any other PTs in town!

The atmosphere was right away welcoming. We were looking to eat breakfast and right away Melody and Jessica catered to all of our needs. My wife is on a special diet which prevents her from eating certain things but they did not hesitate and accommodating us. The food was amazing and the customer service they bring is phenomenal. This is definitely our new favorite neighborhood spot to eat and gamble.

Sammi & Shelby are the worst.. Went yesterday for my Birthday and after some appetizers and drinks I asked where my tab was. Sammi said $81 and I replied "is that all" a few drinks later she billed me $312 dollars. When I asked for a breakdown she rang me up for 22 Jameson shots... I'm no super hero but 22 shots! Another horrible example of a bartender trying to take advantage of an intoxicated customer. Shame on you.

Worst service ever! The food servicer saw me enter the building and sit down . She acknowledged she saw me and continued to interact with customers at the bar for10 minutes without ever bringing me a menu. I just got up and walked out.

Went here on a weekday night for a happy hour drink and light dinner for a couple hours. It was my 1st time here and many choices for seating at bar or table. They have happy hour on drinks half off between 5-7pm and if you play sitting at the bar on their casino games drinks are comped. The ladies behind the bar were friendly and attentive, excellent customer service as we were checked on 2-3 times. We were served promptly with drinks and the food was hot, sampled the special shrimp po boy sandwiches with french fries with the cajun sauce on side which had a kick but all of which were tasty. Enjoyed time here and had no pressure if we sat and talked for a bit so we'll be back next time!

Tonight , I want to say , that the bartender Sammy , really kicked some Butt !!!! Golden Knights played tonight , the Bar and restaurant were pretty much full and she was without any food server help . I couldn't believe how much this one person multitasked all around the bar and restaurant floor without any complaints. I am very impressed to watch her move like she did with all the business she had all alone ! Very , very impressive!! PTs needs more hard , happy workers like this young woman !! She's a keeper !!!

Conveniently located near our house. My husband and I have made PT's our date nights go-to when it came to being lazy and cancelling our official plans for our date night or we just go here to drink a couple beers or cider, eat them with brisket nachos and some wings. The food is decent and we haven't been disappointed so far. The staff is always friendly, they are never late to refill our drinks. Great local spot to enjoy any sports event! Popped in last evening to watch the Vegas Golden Knights defeat the Anaheim Ducks. They have plenty of couches and tables facing the numerous TV's strewn about the newly opened bar. The wife and I sat at a couch and enjoyed a couple beverages and come coo coo fries whilst taking in the cheers from the other patrons. PT's was showing the Lakers vs. Rockets, the long anticipated LA Dodger win of the pennant and advancement to the 2018 World Series, college football and of course Las Vegas's own Golden Knights! They offer breakfast specials before a certain time with 50% off and also happy hour drink specials. The servers were very attentive to our every need and pleasant. The place is new and worth coming to enjoy your favorite sport.

Looking at the reviews, I guess everyone has an opinion.... I can only speak to my experience.... I thought the service was good. Friendly. She kept my drink filled. No complaints there. I haven't eaten at this particular location but will in the near future. Other PT locations have had decent food. The food I saw coming out of the kitchen last night looked good. Smelled good. The only negative I could have is the smoke smell. But you are in Vegas and that's more the norm than not. It does make it difficult for people like me who are allergic to the cigarette smoke and I wish there was an overall better solution for all places (casinos included).

Walked in about 12 o clock on a Wednesday, bartender wouldn't sever me a drink or just to lazy or maybe this is just how it is looking at the other reviews. Thumbs down to me . I won't be back.

Won't be coming back. Bad service, long wait, got my order wrong. Waitress didn't seem interested in working.

I went to this bar for the first time with my husband. I rarely drink...so I ordered a Bloody Mary mild and easy on the alcohol. The first one came to the table and it was perfect. But when I had finished the drink I was left with a glass filled 3/4 of the way up my glass. I then ordered the same drink, but this time...no ice. When it finally got to me, the taste was not the same. It was way too spicy, heavy on every ingredients as well. When she finally made her way to our table, I commented that it was not the same and that my first glass had only 1/2 ti 3/4 of the glass. Such a ripoff. Her reasoning is that they usually roll the drink in ice which dilutes it, smashes proceeded to take my drink drink and put in a shaker bottle. Not a rolling ice machine. She returned with the drink and it was the same...spicy overdone drink. So my advice, order your drink and ask for a.small cup with only ice it, that way you get your money's worth. The lettuce wraps were good though. The service sucked, and she failed to check on us like a waitress should, We even had to get her attention to get our check to leave.

Really Bad service this guy . I usually give tip 40% but this guy I wont give him any money.

Food was not the best I been to bars wjth WAY better food. Asked for Carmel onions on my burgers they didn't put any of that on the burgers plus they were super dry and hard. I have it two stars because my server was nice n sweet and fried were good.

I wouldn't even call this PTs bronze.. No food after midnight, no pool table, and no winning on any of the 5 machines in the entire bar. Only reason it gets 3 stars is because its walking distance from my place, and because the bartender was actually helpful& friendly on wed night, jan 26th (unlike the majority of PTs staff)

Always came here at night after work. Location is very conveniently close to home! Friendly service always with a smile, music not blaring unlike other places. Waitress definitely attentive! Great and good tasting food. Ordered a couple of ice cold beers, their pub classic burger is always on point and hits the spot! Double patty yes please! Tator tots is always fresh and crunchy! Always get a side of tator tots if you're planning on staying longer after your meal! Hubby always gets the quesadilla! We ordered different foods as we frequent this location a lot. Never a disappointment until the kitchen is closed! Will definitely be back again! Check it out!

I would like to like this location because I can walk here from my house, but unfortunately due to the horrible service we are receiving I just can't. The bartender has 1 person at the bar and 1 table and has been on her phone and didn't even say hi. Once she finally did we ordered our drinks and had to ask for menu, then ask to order... apparently she's was to busy to take our order so we cashed out and are heading to rounders instead. It really sucks too because we are all 3 gaming bartenders and won't be back

This city is completely engulfed in PT's... but I'm so happy to have a new one (in walking distance) to my home. This place has a great vibe, plenty of tvs, a lot of tables, bar seats and gaming. The Happy Hour is pretty legit. Good pizza, wings and plenty of PT's beer to go around.

This is a great place to come on NFL sundays! They have roughly 24 flat screens inside with a great surround sound system! They also have deals for NFL Sundays! If you order any of the featured drinks ( bud light seltzer, michelob ultra, epsolon tequila or skyy flavors) or featured food ($3 hot dogs, $5 chicken and waffle bites, $6 personal pizza) you get a scratch ticket! With every drink or food item you order off that menu they give you a scratch ticket that can be redeemable for free merchandise, discounts etc. Food overall was AMAZING!! Do you see these nachos?!? We added chicken AND beef for $4 more! Pizza was also amazing! Service could definitely improve, but otherwise very happy with our visit! Thanks Pt's!

Looking at these comments are funny...I stay across the road and every time I come in I'm always taken care of, I'm assuming the people complaining are upset they weren't the priority...everyone at this location are amazing!

Service was horrible. Bartender I believe her name is Kat served us once and made a rude comment after trying to order another drink. Won't recommend coming to this location

I came here to celebrate my husbands birthday for a Happy Hour with his coworkers. There was not enough staff, so they said we had to come up and order from the bar, which is fine...I get it. However when each person would walk up and order we had to wait at least 10 minutes for her to look at is. Another coworker was just sitting on the ice chest watching a game on the screen. At first, I thought oh maybe she's off the clock but then she got up and started working. I asked the lady if she needed my credit card after I ordered and she said no I'll put it all on one check. So there's about 15 of us and we have to individually order and each wait 10 minutes each time, but you are putting it all on one check so then it will take you 30 minutes to split up.

Let me finalize my review, for this Pt's Gold. As you will see i have had my ups and down, mostly downs with the initial contact w/ any of the servers. However, the other Sunday, after I had a terrible I reached out to the District Manager, Jason, and the General Manager, Amy. I had the chance to have a conversation with both of them, and address my concerns. I am happy to say the service piece of my 1 and 2 star has been fixed. I was greeted more then once since my last review with in a normal time frame. As the follow up service and the food was never an issue for me, I feel that the place needed an upgraded star on my behalf. I do see a lot of 2 and 1 stars, but I want to say that the restaurant was new and there was a learning curve, if the leadership does not know what is wrong they can not fix it, pretty easy to make a manager aware of the issue. As I normally never give 3 chances I am glad I did, as it has changed for the best.

Worst service experience I've ever had. I came in to have dinner with my wife, and ended up being threatened by the server after first receiving abysmal service and zero regard.

Husband and I went to watch some football and enjoy the night. Sat down and no one came over after 10 minutes. It wasn't even busy. Sucks because we live up the street, but definitely didn't get the warm welcome we have experienced before.

Sad. Seriously sad. I was excited to see a PT's near where I live but every single employee I came in contact with was either 1. Rude or 2. Stuck up. They were so rude that they threatened to kick my friends and I out because we didn't "tip well." I'm sorry but, I AM a good tipper but you have to EARN your tip... shouldn't be expected. These people were so rude and did not make the environment comfortable at all... There was one time that it took FIFTEEN MINUTES for us to get a damn beer!! And no, it was not busy. Then, we went back there to play pool and the waiter Danny literally came up and told us we didnt pay for 2 beers............... Wtf?! And, no... I'm not saying that because we didnt pay... we DID pay and I know that as a fact but I'm sorry, a "tip" should not be expected, its earned and this place was far from earning ANY money from me or my friends. We even kept coming back trying to take chances on the new place but they disappointed EVERY SINGLE TIME. What my advice is? Go just up the street and spend your money at the other PT's on Fort Apache. This place is a JOKE with some JOKER ASS PEOPLE working for them. End rant.

Glass of wine is $200. I put $220 in a machine last night and ordered 3 glasses of wine. The bartender tried to charge me for 2 glasses when I left. I will never go to a PTs again.what a joke. Never hit a fucking thing.

Ordered dry wings and pub pizza to go. Wings were sauced. Everything tasted ok. I emphasized 3 times that I wanted dry wings so they wouldn't get mushy on the way home. The bar tender stated it back to me that the wings were to be dry. It wasn't busy and the order was brought out after only a few minutes so not really any excuse. Sad. Lots of people complaining on Yelp about the food at this location. Would be nice if we could get that changed since that's what people go in a pub for, food and drinks. Tried PT's again and the food quality definitely got better. This time we tried street tacos and wings. Ordered the wings dry with dips on the side. This is the only way to eat wings and retain the crisp flavor. They were perfect. Sauces were good. The street tacos were perfect. We are picky about our Mexican food and these were great. We had both the carne assada and the ground beef. Both meats were very good. The server was spot on. Couldn't have been better with the servic5 stars PT. Went back one more time for tacos and wings. Food was inconsistent. Need to train food prep employees and cooks better. Service was also very slow. There was one waitress, a bar tender a manager and maybe one cook. Took us almost an hour to get food....tacos and wings...Server was new so have to make exception for her. Food 4 stars, tacos 3+ stars, wings 5 stars, time from ordering to table 1 Star, server 3 stars because she was new otherwise 1 star. Management 1 star. Overall 2.5 stars. Need to do better.

This is my second time going to PTs. I like the food they cook here. I also get good service. I guess everyone has a different experience but dosent see bad to me at all. The atmosphere is nice and always looks clean and nicely decorated. My food is always cooked to order and always hot and fresh. It only sucked that I made a second order and had to leave because I had an appointment. My waitress was very nice and cute as well. I have no problems with PT's

If I could put 0 stars I would! This place has disgusting customer service. I've given this place chances after chances (because I literally live up the street) and every time I went it was the same awful experience. Find a better staff!

Husband ending up having the stomach flu and has been up every hour after eating this crap. We've had issues before and thought we can give it one more shot since it's close to our house. Yeah no, lost our service. Last time we had horrible attitudes from the servers and the wrong orders to both of us. Now he's suffering because of the food they decided to send out to him. Thought we could enjoy a meal and a nice night out but nope .. Top of one of our worst places to go, we've worked in food before and I wouldn't even wish this on my worst enemy. He is shivering, can't sleep, not to mention we have a 7 month old son to take care of in the morning. We were trying to celebrate our anniversary since we barley go out. He ended up suffering because probably the lack of hygenie or the food quality. He didn't eat at all today and this was the meal he had all day just to end up being trash at the end. After working 12 in a half hours you would think it would be a nice night but not at all. 0 stars from us ..

Meh. Since it is so close to home, I wanted to give it a try. It's been a long time since I've eaten at a PT's. Friday night, we got in for the end of Happy Hour. Royale with Cheese with fries (13$), Golden Wings with Gold Fever sauce and sweet potato fries, and Happy Hour Loaded Potato Skins, as well as a round or 2 of drinks, all on Happy Hour prices. So pricey, it all came to 57$. I had an email for 20% off but the waiter wouldn't take it because it wasn't printed! It didn't state that on the email. The burger was very sub par, super thin patties and tons of bread and toppings. The wings were really good, the only thing I'd go back for. Our waiter Shawn was nice but we had to ask twice for a Coke. They ran out of Coors light on tap while we were there, really? On a Friday night! I really doubt we'll go back.

I live 2 minutes from this place! We opted to come here for the first time ever to watch the game of the Vegas Golden Knights v LA Kings since I've seen PT's pub advertisement that they are VGK headquarters. I ask the waitress upon entering if they're gonna put on the game and she said yes. At 7 pm all the TV are still on football, showing Steelers v Chargers and if non of us people with VGK shirts, caps, jackets and the likes asked them to put it on VGK game they would have forgotten to do so. They finally put some (a few) TVs on the game but the audio is on football! We were on our way to Born n Raise Bar and Grill since they always put ALL their TVs on VGK games every time I'm there, but made the mistake of deciding to come here instead since it's walking distance from our house and it's Sunday night that we have work on Monday morning. Really disappointed that they advertise and show Golden Knights banners, flags, posters and more in there, (didn't see one banner, flag of Steelers and Chargers) but doesn't feel like supporting what they advertise. We saw 2 people wearing VGK shirt and cap left in the middle of the 1st period. We couldn't wait for the 1st period to be over and get out of there. Asked for our bill and ask for a box for our unfinished pizza, the waitress gave us styrofoam box, we had to ask the other waitress to give us pizza box instead, before we got the proper box. We're never coming back here even though it's just a minute or two away from our house. First impression is lasting impression!

(5PM to 7PM & 12AM to 2AM). - Small menu, bar first priority. - Food was decent, but nothing to rave about to draw me back in for. Edit: 3 5-star reviews all within the same time frame and with a similar emphasis on the waitresses? Come on now...

Very cool new place near the house to watch the VGKs play since I don't have NHL at home. Always great service and very good food. Tons of TV's for hockey-total immersion style. The husband and I love watching here.

I'm looking forward to their opening in July as newest bar here in mts edge I'm sure it will be up to par with all the other PT's in the area just hoping they fills the taps with Really good craft beer porters and stouts esp local craft that would be a nice addition to the area and make me visit often. Wish they had a pet friendly patio then thy would get 5 stars

Food was good but the wait, oh the wait! We ordered and waited, and waited and waited, I ordered an app with my meal and still nothing almost 30 mins later. I almost cancelled but app finally came out, then my entree about 2 mins later, what set me off was the cook? came out dark, fat, toothless man asking me how everything is, I said it took forever, he in a confortational tone said everyone ordered at the same time and and he normally doesnt do poached eggs, he made it seem like it was my fault for ordering at the same time everyone else did, because of this jerk i wont be back.

Great first experience, service was prompt and friendly. Only complaint would be to offer alternative meat other than pork with breakfast. Besides that I'll be back soon.

We ordered food to go. Fish and chips. It's a pub so fish and chips should be a safe bet, right? Wrong. The fish pieces tasted funny and were obviously frozen. The french fries almost soggy and nowhere near being crisp. The tarter sauce was yellow from the amount of lemon in it. We also ordered a small salad on the side. We received a large to go box with some lettuce, lots of diced onion and 27 (yes I counted them!,) croutons. Thumbs down overall.

Typical solid pts. Good drinks w friends at a pts is always a good time. They have a pool table in this location. Nice to have one within walking distance now.

We live in one of the surrounding neighborhoods where this PTs is located and were very much looking forward to it's opening as it's a convenient place to grab food and a beverage while watching a game. The decor is decent and there are plenty of TVs, but the waitstaff is scarce and not very attentive. We've giving this location many chances as we understand it's a brand new location and some time is needed to work out the kinks, but that has yet to happen. After reading many similar reviews regarding this location, you'd think management would address the situation. Apparently they're not too concerned about it so I'm not sure what's going on here. What I am sure about is that fact that we will not be returning any time soon as there are plenty of other nearby locations with much better service.
