First off the bartender never greeted me or my staff members. We had to ask for drinks and also had to ask for food menus. A couple of different times. Zero personality. I ordered a pizza and the pizza came out burnt All to hell. Bartender seen it and the cook seen It and the cook was laughing about it, even making jokes. The pizza had not even been cut. The bartender saw me attempting to cut it and laughing about it with my colleagues and still never attempted to get it right. I had to ask him to take the pizza back and have them cut it. He brought me back the burnt pizza. I ate a slice as I was hungry and hadn't eaten lunch. As i'm ready to walk out the door the cook brings out a fresh pizza. Why would the bartender have not told me that he was bringing out a fresh one or the cook.? The gaming was terrible. The service was bad and the food. We'll be back to this location.

I sat in the same chair for 45-50 minutes. I was asked numerous times by the bartender if I was OK. I was. I appreciated the attentiveness. I had two beers. A tall and short Guiness. Towards the end of my stay a couple walked in and stood right next to me. The entire bar had plenty of seating. As the couple stood there they spoke to the bartender. From what I got from their conversation they asked the bartender to ask me to move so they could sit where I was sitting. The bartender said I could hear them. They didn't care. The bartender then asked "hey hun, do you mind moving seats". I instantly got up and asked for my bill. The lady of the couple acted like this was a normal thing to do. She came off as very entitled. The couple could have asked me themselves but they got the bartender to do their bidding. The couple, not once, spoke to me or acknowledged me. I'm leaving this negative review because the bartender prioritized them over myself. I'd been there for almost an hour with no problems. This situation felt systemic. I left the bartender no tip based on this interaction. I wish I'd got her name. I was there between 4:20pm and 5:25pm. Not a good look on PTS. One star

Super friendly servers and food was good too. The atmosphere was pretty charged but there was some sort of party going on at the time I was there and everyone seemed to be in good spirits.

Not Worth It! Went on a Friday night & stayed for a couple of hours, just to unwind & chill with my boo. We sat at the bar. The service was not great at all, very disappointing!! Took a while for us to be greated, order taken & served. My drink was not even filled to the lip of the cup; not even strong. I ended up ordering a pepsi for the rest of the night just because I knew that was what I was going to get more of anyway with a mixed drink. Food was decent. We had the bone-in wings; they were seasoned well. It was just the service. Lack luster unless you're a regular. Was it busy? Yes. But busy or not, the attention to customer service should always be there! Erin did what she could, but nothing to swoon over. Overall a little more attention to detail would have been nice and appreciated. Heather; horrible customer service & had an attitude the whole time we were there. Her "customer service" seemed very fake & forced. At one point my husband was speaking to the other customers seated next to us & she interjected herself. When he responded telling her he wasn't speaking to her, she said "well don't talk about me like that." Again, no one was talking about her nor talking to her. Hmm, maybe it was her conscious. Asking for change took forever, getting drinks refilled or placing new drink orders took forever. There was a raffle we bought tickets for. Our tickets weren't put in, but somehow the customers seated next to us who also bought tickets that were not put in also, won a raffle that was not called. (They were regulars). Interesting. The other raffle winners were their regular customers also. Interesting. Easy to sell & collect the money for it but not so easy to put them in. Intetesting. It's just overall sad & disappointing. The other PT's we've been to provided great customer service (busy or not). If you're not a regular, don't bother going & wasting your money.

Every bartender but one is amazing! Lisa, River, Archie, and Mark are the best bartenders in town. Machines are loose and the food is great! I'd give 10 stars if I could!

Great bartender gets 5 star. He normally works at the Durango and Twain location but the cook needs to be retrained. Fish and Chips came out still frozen and second order was just ok. Honestly still under cooked.

Me and my friend came in 6/19 around 8 pm. We had to switch multiple machines because they weren’t working. Put in $15, tried to put in another $20 and the machine wouldn’t take it. Heather the bartender was super rude and acted like she didn't want to help us. We put music on the touch tunes and asked if she can turn it up, she just said “yah” and walked away, she came back to the bar area and didn’t turn it up. I asked her again nicely and she just walked over to her screen and turned it up a little. She didn’t ask us once if we wanted another drink, didn’t smile, didn’t interact nothing at all. Seemed so annoyed the whole time. We had 1 mixed drink each and both played the slots, we went to cash out and she says “ well you only put $15 in the machine but I’ll comp the drink” mind you we only put $15 in because the machine wasn’t working! Heather was just so rude and disrespectful. Do yourself a favor and go to the location up the road on Buffalo and the 215.

Came early for some food as I hadn't eaten all day! I got the bbq chicken salad! It was ok I will say it had an off taste but I think it was the bbq sauce maybe being tangy! I also got a fruity drink! The waitress was so nice! And the place was clean and not too busy!

Heather is hands down the greatest bartender and server I've come across in Vegas! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome with her friendly demeanor and infectious energy. Her drink and food recommendations were spot on, and she made sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. Not only is Heather incredibly attentive, but she also has a way of making every guest feel like they're her top priority. It's rare to find someone who truly goes above and beyond, but Heather nails it effortlessly. If you're looking for impeccable service and a fun, laid-back atmosphere, PT's Gold with Heather behind the bar is the place to be. I'll definitely be returning--she's a gem that makes the experience unforgettable!

One of the bartenders Heather is so sweet and amazing!!. I notice that she remembers every regulars drinks. She'll start making their drinks once they sit down without asking what they want. That's called a great customer service! Jimmy is so nice too. He is always wants to make sure his guests are happy.

I love Heather! She's such an amazing and attentive bartender! This place wouldn't be the same without her!

Heather is prejudiced and extremely rude. She was overwhelmed and there was barely 25 customers in the entire bar. She told my friends they should have "made a reservation" even though that option isn't available on the website or as if that would make up for her horrible service. It's a Tuesday night, there's only 10 customers in there to begin with and you're overwhelmed because 10-12 people walked in at once to be served vodka sodas and beer? I'm confused I thought this was a local gaming bar where the bartenders thrive off random bursts of customers looking to have a few rounds and tip you good. Maybe she just only cares about her big tipper gamers? Either way, gaming bar or craft cocktail lounge I expect to be treated with respect just like I treat you. My friends and I all work in the service industry and I've been in packed bars in DTLV with one bartender with better experience than her. I decided to give 3 stars because the grave bartender was awesome. I can't remember his name but he was great. It was still the same amount of people in the bar and he was killing it. He was so nice and he had great banter. If I come back to this pts he will be the reason I do!

We chose to honor this location by our presence due to its proximity to one of our favorite restaurants. Our arrival on a Saturday was met with an near empty bar and music blasting. Fittingly, there was only one bartender on duty and perhaps 1 or 2 in the kitchen. Notable was the daily 5-7PM happy hour that includes 50% off drinks, in our case house wine, where 4 glasses set us back a mere $20 give or take sales tax and a gratuity. Would we return? No.

Bartender was incompetent. Food was unavailable then replacement food was burnt. The prices were extravagant. Just absolutely ridiculous.

I am a regular customer at many pts in town, and usually they are all great. This particular PT's is different, I mean the customer service is nothing less than atrocious. I sat there for 30 minutes with no greeting or order taken. You would think that after 30 minutes they would take my order, I understand the place was busy, but at least acknowledge that I was there and maybe let me know that they will be back. But no I waited 35 minutes and just left.

Heather is a dumb ass, and she should be fired and not work at this location. It is ridiculous that she is rude to customers who are paying and patronizing the establishment I have never in my over 30 years of customer service had to deal with such a deplorable situation. I am disgusted and irritated after going through four deaths this past few weeks and coming to relax for the first time in such a long time that I get treated with poorly customer service from Heather it was not an enjoyable experience, and she needs to be written up if not fired because I'm sure I am not the first customer to have a horrible experience at this location because it is not packed, probably due to her poor performance as a bartender.. drops mic because you should not have to pay $17 for a drink when you've already been playing for over an hour that's ridiculous I know inflation is high but not this high. This bitch must be smoking on the job to be treating people so poorly or maybe she is having personal life experiences to have her have such a poor attitude towards patrons who are just trying to relax and enjoy their evening and have a bit of food. I will not be frequenting this PTs pub ever again.

I have been coming to PT's for years all over the valley, I can honestly tell you that the service that I received here from Heather is amazing. She is always very friendly accommodating and knows what I drink when I come in. I have not been frequency this PT's location for that long. However I make it a point to come here when Heather is working, her ability to multitask and provide phenomenal service when she's busy or slow is aboveboard.

Depends on who the bartender is. By far my favorite is Katie, the Friday - Monday day bartender. Erin the GM is cool too!

Bring Mark the Bartender back!! He was fair and an awesome person to conversate with. Whoever got him fired should be shaved and put out in the streets like the $2 streetwalker they are!

We come here very often. Tonight I happen to be with others from my business. Service w/ one bartender holy crap! She forgot it all. Looks like she was the party host but beat up. & this very moment. We get she is serving an overweening amount of people. But good lord. This business is hurting w an amazing amount of food on their menu ., it TASTES GRRRRRR !! No respect &!as I am from England I would not recommend this place upon arrival! Absolutely terrible.

This bar is amazing! Kevin on days... Rockstar, great service, great conversation. Want to feel at home? This is the place to be! PTs in general consistent, but I think this bar (and especially kevin) go out of their way to make people feel comfortable... this place is tip notch!

Sarah was sweet & amazing, her service was phenomenal. Even the music was phenomenal to vibe with. Would definitely come back with a group of friends.

I've been coming to this place daily for approximately five (5) months. I defended an African American woman who being harassed as evidenced by surveillance video approximately four (4) weeks ago with my Board Of Director Member colleague who flew in for meetings. The bartender Shara needed support. She didn't appreciate my leadership! Approximately two (2) weeks thereafter as evidenced by surveillance video, I was physically attacked at their bar watching sports and minding my own business. And Shara threw out a totally innocent witness who spoke up to defend me. You can't make this terrible story up!!! Erin, Archie, River and Darin all do a really fine job! I think I know leadership, because I'm to accomplish a 28-years mission assignment by Mr. Fred Rockefeller!

Was getting an oil change across the street and instead of sitting with everyone else, I jaywalked across the street to PT's Gold. You can never go wrong with breakfast from PT's! When I walked in, there was "mood lighting" and a nice drink of water behind the bar (the graveyard bartender lol) he was so nice and friendly. He did turn the lights up once I ordered breakfast lol I can't imagine working graveyard. I would be so cranky but he was so cool, excellent customer service and he made me laugh at 730am. When his shift changed, the young lady who came on was just as warm and inviting and we laughed about the low lights! Amazing service! I rarely go to this location (this may have been the 3rd visit) since its 10 in my immediate area but they are awesome sauce!

Late night time with my husband. Bartenders were amazing, they gave us info about rewards card, drinks, menu and everything else. We ordered loaded totchos and they were delicious. Drinks hit the spot. Amazing time.

Came in Had a rough time finding good service at some other places. I work industry, Jerik was here and he took care of us well. I'll start being back to this Pts cause of him. Thanks to him! Good service can be hard to find!

Drinks were flowing like water and the bartender knew who Collective Soul was. Good job, baby girl!

If you are looking for a dope spot to unwind, look no further. This is the best PTs in Vegas! Archie, Gabe and the rest of the staff are so fun and accommodating. Archie has the best play list which sets the whole vibe. They always take good care of me and my crew. Thanks guys!

My experience was pretty bad last night I have never been racial profiled . This lady the bartender needs to definitely be trainined on proper customer service and if she is not happy find another job this incident happened 7/14 late night.

There are lots of places to go in Las Vegas/Henderson for a bar/casino experience BUT this particular place is great. What makes it even better is the service. How about one waitress for 35 to 45 people. Sounds like a recipe for disaster right? Not so. The service is GREAT. We are the Las Vegas Cadillac Club and we meet here every 4th Wednesday at 7 pm. They set up the room to the left as you walk in so that it's easy to have a meeting. NO one complains about the service or the place. That's rare. Before setting on this location, we tried a couple of others. Let's just say we were running out of excuses. What's even better is they remember your name and even what you ate or drank. Great place to go for happy hour! The Gilroy pizza was pretty good and their ranch dressing was yum! Drinks came in big mugs and glasses. You don't feel like you're being shortchanged when you're there to get a little buzzed. The place is nice and spacious with lots of TV screens scattered all over. There were very few people when we visited. We went to watch a basketball game and we had a great time!

Was there on wed January 12 on 2 am. The worst bartender ever. Would never visit again. Terrible service. Rude. Short words. He seemed like he didn't want to work. I definitely don't recommend this place. Any other pts than this place is better.

Not a bad PT's Gold location! For a PT's, the service isn't too shabby and the food is consistently decent. There are a few bartenders so you become familiar with the staff and they're all friendly. It opened last year so the bar's still fairly new - the inside is nice, clean, and has tavern like decor. It's never too smoky which is always a plus. There's also plenty of televisions which is nice for watching sports games! I frequent this location for video poker and drinks mostly. It's right on the corner of Buffalo and Warm Springs so it's a convenient bar to meet for drinks in the Southwest part of town. Just don't get a dirty martini. I asked if they use any vermouth and they do not. Their olive juice tastes funny.

So it's 2 am me and my gf decided to be spontaneous and go to pts to get drunk celebrating another day together . Mark the amazing bartender took care of us so good we literly stayed an hour more just cuz of him. P.s He should work graveyard .and he deserve a raise lol Best service ever . Thank you man I did lost $100 But it was worth it . 7 shots and 3 beers and I'm heading home . Good night everyone

Well... How do I start.. ;p I came late from work and I was tired and I needed some drinks and a bite to eat. My bf took me to this location and my experience was awesome, the cook called in sick and the bartender make up to me making some awesome next level wings! Thank you for beers and amazing wings amen!

Amazing service and great food! I've only ever had appetizers and burgers from here, as well as the famous PT's cheese fries! But hello I literally crave their fried pickles as if I'm in a constant state of pregnancy. Like I've literally sat at home and said "I want PT's pickles." Get them. They're delicious. Machines are decently loose for a bar, shots are generous, and the bartenders are awesome people!

What a nice surprise! this new PTs is located on Buffalo and Warm Springs in SW. When i opened the door i wasn't sure i wanted to enter the Pub because of the strong smell of smoke (I have asthma...) I entered anyway, i was starving! the place was very open and well decorated, Modern and homey.. Feel like a chalet in Aspen I ordered some wings with sweet potatoes fries, and monkey ordered some boneless mild buffalo wing with curly fries my wings were crispy, delicious! service was fast they do not offer the option to select only flap or drums :) (we killed the wings lol nothing left) I expected some homemade Ranch like at Hooters or Wingstop :( they sell Pepsi sodas no Coke waitress was very pleasant and very friendly! seating area offers tables, bar or couches!! Love their lights fixtures very modern good experience 5mns from home Next time if we decide to drink we might just walk there!

Even though the kitchen was closed since it was late at night, Jerek took care of us and made it a point to make sure we were taken care of even though we couldn't order food like we wanted. Gave us recommendations and even offered to go in the back and whip up something quick. Cool dude, great service!

Haha as You can tell.... I love PT's. Been visiting PT's locations for years. None disappoint and yet each one has it's own style/flare. Great place for football!!

This location is brand new so very nice inside, clean, good ambiance, great customer service, tv's throughout entire bar & a nice happy hour, nothing over the top or crazy. Wasn't too thrilled with the citrus Moscow mile, tasted like watered down sprite with a hint of citrus. My boyfriend & I both got the wings, 1 batch boneless & one batch bone in, BBQ & garlic Parmesan. Pretty tasty! We'll be back if looking for a late night drink or bite to eat.

I've passed this PTs a couple of times & have been waiting to come in since it opened a month ago or something like that. Came in around 6 on a Wednesday for happy hour! I believe happy hour starts at 5 and ends at 7 - drinks are half off & selected $5 appetizers. I ordered the chicken fries and a snakebite & we had a gilroy pizza for the table. The chicken fries were bomb! I'm not sure if they offer this appetizer at other locations or if it's new but definitely try it out. Tastes just like the one from Burger King! The gilroy pizza always hits the spot. I'm not sure what's all in there but it has sausages & it goes well with alcohol lol. The snakebite was good, can't really mess up beer you know. The service was alright, wasn't exceptional like how others made it seem. The establishment looks much bigger from the outside but it's pretty small when you come in. I'm a little sad that they don't really have any darts or pool tables or anything. It's the closest PTs to my home so I'll probably be back.

I'm a regular customer of this place and always I have Excellent Service from Joslyn and Victoria, the Happy Hour Hamburger is the best and the Beer too of course (Red House), I'll continue go to this place every weekend.

This is a good sports bar. Has no vegan options, not a surprise, but would be a nice touch since there aren't many vegan options at sports bars so it could really attract more vegans who want to go to a sports bar with friends. Adding like a black bean patty burger that's vegan would be good for example. The service is typical sports bar service. I will say the bar is new and has a great rustic, modern vibe to it.

Placed a to-go order for fingers and fries. Got home and both orders of fingers were burnt, with visible black areas. How somebody placed these in the container thinking somebody would not notice is insane.

My friends and I love coming here after work to enjoy ourselves with Lise the bartender. Tonight is the NCAA national tournament and it is slammed busy in here. The bartender is all by herself and the New G. M. Is in the office NOT helping at all. There aren't any food servers in the place but there are people all around ordering food and drinks , so Lise is not only battening but taking food orders and serving them .This is very poor scheduling for a huge basketball game plus out local Golden Knight's play tonight also. The G. M. Keeps walking out but not even trying to help out! Lise deserves a 10 rating for her crazy hard work and the G. M. Should be written up!

I don't post reviews because nothing is ever that serious but after this incident I had to say something. Shara is not only the worst bartender I've ever encountered but possibly the dumbest as well. I haven't been to this location in a couple of years but I stopped in for a few hours on Wednesday the 12th. Shara made it a point to serve me 16oz beer even though I've told her a "large Bud Light please" numerous times. Wasn't that serious, I drank and paid my bill and left. I stop in again on Thursday the 13th and I sit at the bar and Shara starts to instantly harass me in front of the entire bar and another employee. She made it a point to tell me she does not like me and she won't serve me, which is obviously something personal. She disparaged me for about 5 minutes straight! Who the hell does that? It was bizarre and felt like the twilight zone! She then says "this is my bar and I won't serve you". I wasn't aware she owned the bar, I thought it was Golden Gaming? Last time I checked, you're the employee I'm the customer. Just because you personally don't like someone for whatever reason doesn't make it ok to just not serve them! Just another overly entitled bartender with zero merit and no clue on how to act professionally. I don't think she got the memo that it's a customer service job. I also asked her for the regional managers phone number and she replied "I'm not giving you that, find it yourself". Maybe instead of showing everyone your trashy back tattoo it's advisable to brush up on your customer skills and not bring your horrible attitude to work!

I went on march 16,2022 at 8:30-9pm to play pool with my hubby and the bartender ID us my husband of 30 years old explained to her he didn't have his ID as I was going to show her mine her words were "it won't do you any use you can't be in the facility" like clearly he looks old also we were going to play pool he wasn't drinking didn't even ask for a drink and she didn't bother looking at my ID I felt it was a race thing as we were the only Hispanics and she didn't ID the white folks after us which looked younger than us. I don't recommend this place at all she was so rude about it too and honestly didn't even bother to get her name.

Horrible food nasty the cook comes out and says my name and gives me the coldest and nasties chicken sandwich ever look he made the burger and he knew the bread was super hard honestly I couldn't even bite it the bartender/ waitress was nice and I told her about it but she also didn't offer any solution or apology will never return or recommend this place special the cook ‍ Nasty

I was there on 1/12 with some friends. Shara the bartender was very rude because a friend ordered a Tall beer but she brought him a short beer. It was not a big deal and we continued our evening. I stopped in on 1/13 for my birthday and was told by Shara that my friend was not welcome and not to ask him to come to the bar again because she didn't like him. My friend saw my car and came in to wish me a happy birthday. As soon as he sat down she was rude and berated him for 15 minutes and told him that he wasn't Banned but she would not serve him so he left. Ever since that incident service from her has declined so I avoided her shift for fear of repercussions from the earlier incidents. I went in on 2/10 and there was no problem until my friend showed up unbeknownst to me and was told to leave. She immediately handed me my tab and charged me $10 dollars for 2 cans of clamato juice and said "You're no longer welcome here because you have been saying inappropriate things to staff and clients" This is slander as she couldn't tell me any details of what I allegedly said and this is verbatim what another Pt's bar has said because they don't like blacks or people who don't gamble. As Pete, the bartender told my son "If you don't tip you are either black or broke", for letting the cat out of the bag my son was banned as well.

Was there tonight around 1. Worst service you can possibly get first of all dude was extra rude. Everything time he talked is like he didn't wanna be there. You hear people walk in the door, he responds " ughhhhhh" I mean ain't you here to work ? You only have like 10 customers inside. I don't even know how he's a bartender he never greeted me or said bye ( ain't you suppose to do that in customer basic service )

What happened to PTs? Not a place to play video poker if that is what you are in to. Absolutely no pay back o any machines.

I am local and live close to this location. Me and a group of friends come usually at least one night a week for some beers and to play some pool. DezaRae is usually behind the bar. She is fantastic and no matter if the bar is busy or not- she's always fast, attentive and so sweet. We don't generally come any other time of day than during her shifts. She is great with everyone and anyone who comes in here. She's a big reason I come to this PTS even though there are a few equal distance from my husband and I's house. Being industry myself- I always make it a point to get to know the staff by name, especially when they are so great. I think it is the respectful thing to do when you know what it's like to be on the other side. She is truly great!

Since when do they charge 2.50 for a pineapple back for my vodka shot ?? Lady was rude will never go back !! Just an update I called another location because i was curious to see what she would say and this manager, Jodi told me that it depends on the manager or location. I thought all PTs would be the same. I have been to many bars and infact work in the industry and have never been charged for a back. This may seem petty but the way Jamie, was treating us wasn't. She was rude from the min my friends and i got there. Got our order wrong and then when we asked for another back like we had originally ordered came back with, " well You need to pay for these anyways" And brought us an extra one which we did not order.
