Not Worth It!
Went on a Friday night & stayed for a couple of hours, just to unwind & chill with my boo. We sat at the bar. The service was not great at all, very disappointing!! Took a while for us to be greated, order taken & served. My drink was not even filled to the lip of the cup; not even strong. I ended up ordering a pepsi for the rest of the night just because I knew that was what I was going to get more of anyway with a mixed drink. Food was decent. We had the bone-in wings; they were seasoned well. It was just the service. Lack luster unless you're a regular. Was it busy? Yes. But busy or not, the attention to customer service should always be there! Erin did what she could, but nothing to swoon over. Overall a little more attention to detail would have been nice and appreciated. Heather; horrible customer service & had an attitude the whole time we were there. Her "customer service" seemed very fake & forced. At one point my husband was speaking to the other customers seated next to us & she interjected herself. When he responded telling her he wasn't speaking to her, she said "well don't talk about me like that." Again, no one was talking about her nor talking to her. Hmm, maybe it was her conscious. Asking for change took forever, getting drinks refilled or placing new drink orders took forever. There was a raffle we bought tickets for. Our tickets weren't put in, but somehow the customers seated next to us who also bought tickets that were not put in also, won a raffle that was not called. (They were regulars). Interesting. The other raffle winners were their regular customers also. Interesting. Easy to sell & collect the money for it but not so easy to put them in. Intetesting. It's just overall sad & disappointing. The other PT's we've been to provided great customer service (busy or not). If you're not a regular, don't bother going & wasting your money.
