Literally Nic and Dakota are the best!!! Had impeccable service and never felt so safe. Made sure my girls and I drank and ate and felt safe which is so important to us. They had great recommendations and even got us some free play by signing up for the loyalty app. Seriously this is the place to be and stop by for them because 10/10!

We came here before when we were not able to get a table for dinner in one of the restaurants to just chill and have drinks. We remembered that this place had some pool tables and wanted to check it out. The place is spacious and we came at a perfect time, afternoon, when it was empty. The person at the bar, Jen, took care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. My friends and I really enjoyed this place and will be coming back again (which we did before we left, and Emily helped us out. She was also pretty quick and friendly.)

​For over two decades, this establishment has been my go-to spot. I've always considered it a Gold tier bar, a cut above the rest, and I'm not alone—many other longtime patrons share this sentiment. The food is consistently delicious and is a major reason I keep coming back. ​However, I've noticed a significant decline in the service lately. The recent experiences have been so disappointing that I feel compelled to share them in the hopes that management will take notice. The bartender on duty seemed uninterested in new customers, focusing their attention almost exclusively on regulars. This made the atmosphere feel less welcoming than it used to. On my most recent visit, I requested a duplicate Tru rewards loyalty card, but the bartender refused, citing being too busy. Later, they misrepresented the situation, claiming they had given me a card when they had not.

I love coming to PT’s for their Pub Platter breakfast for $10. Such a great deal. And the environment is so chill and fun. Love the music they play and the guests here are always super nice. The bathrooms was spotless, they had hand sanitizer at the door, and the entire place is well kept up. Thanks so much and see ya again soon. Happy customer Michael

So. I have been here a couple of times. But I definitely have to leave a review for this bartender. Dejá is the bartender. (If I’m spelling her name right lol) I have seen her before. And she works hard every time. When it is busy with locals. She handles the bar with ease. Making drinks, pouring tap beers fast. She even went all the way to the back to get some more Heineken 00. She is one of the best bartenders here at PTs.

Placed a take out order for wings and fries.. I get home and see that my order only came with 8 fries.. pretty disappointing. Steiners would never. For $15.00 I expected more this is pretty stingy…

Fantastic place. They were really busy and short staffed when we arrived. But nothing was a problem. Our beautiful waitress was rushing around taking orders, pouring drinks and delivering meals. And all with a smile. Food was quickly served hot and delicious. All wheelchair accessible.

PT's Gold in Chinatown is that spot where everyone knows your name and the vibes are always on point. Whether you're stopping by after work or rolling in late night, happy hour from 5-7 PM and 12-2 AM is the move. Great drink specials, solid food, and a laid-back atmosphere that's perfect for catching up with friends or making new ones. The staff is friendly, the energy is welcoming, and it always feels like a local favorite for a reason. The place is clean and the bathrooms are nice If you're looking for a chill place with good prices, good people, and good times--PT's Gold delivers every time.

Came here on a lunch break from work and ordered a take out meal of fish and chips and it was delicious. Fast and friendly service I'd definitely come back

Service is really bad, slow, not good. Food is alright for bar food and there's zero ambience just TV's and pool tables. I recommend you Don't come here its not worth it!

I'll start by saying, I'm not a Sartini family fan, or of Golden Gaming corporate. I'm a 35 year native to Las Vegas. After buying up bars I frequently visited. I realized that the happy hour was a good deal. I refuse to eat at PT's. You're basically eating cardboard pizza that's mass produced, and microwave wings. I was looking for a good location closer to home. After going to a couple of locations near my house, I was let down. I came back here and found a new weekend spot. Nina has always been spot on. She's friendly, professional, and all around a good person. I've encountered a few other staff members who are awesome as well. The staff is why I'm giving the bar a higher rating. If you like to shoot pool, they have plenty of tables. They have many seats at the bar, and tables. The pictures are a bit dated. Same ones since 2004. Nina will be working a new shift. I'll try the new weekend person. But wish good things wouldn't change.

I stopped by PT's on Spring Mountain and Arville last weekend after work to meet up with some friends. It was definitely busy, which is always a good sign for a bar. The atmosphere was lively, with people playing pool and hanging out, having a good time. Getting a seat at the bar was a challenge I circled it four times before finally asking someone if I could sit, as many people were just sitting at machines without playing. Eventually, I found a spot and started gambling. It took about 20 minutes (and around $100 in play) before a bartender came over to ask if I wanted a drink. I get it--PT's has pretty strict gambling requirements for comped drinks, and it might have been shift change. Who knows? So finally, ( I'm assuming ) the graveyard bartender took over, and he was really pleasant. Overall, I ended up losing about $200, but that's just how it goes. Despite the challenging start, I still had 2 beers and got to play for a short time. The crowd was fun, the atmosphere was pretty good and I'd come back , just probably on graveyard shift . I'm pretty easygoing, so while the wait was noticeable, it didn't ruin the experience. Just something to be aware of if you're planning to stop by.

Yea i'm gonna be honest im here enough and the bartenders are so rude and don't speak... will literally leave u waiting. i only come here cuz its a close bar but damn yall only good bartender is dakota.... it's almost an uncomfortable feel... idk it's just a weird vibes but it's only from the girls lolll....

Love Love love this PTs! Dakota always makes sure i'm taken care of and looks out for me while i wait for friends to show up, always makes sure to put my name on the list for pool since he knows i like to play when i go.

Wish this thing had negative star(s) review. The usual day girl is RUDE with ATTITUDE. I don't know what your problem is but there are plenty of people looking for work and have better personalities. This place has really gone down hill. I hesitated to post this because I normally do not do reviews. But after stewing on this for a bit I decided I better. If for nothing else than to get it off my mind. It used to be a good vibe at this bar. Where are all the crew that actually gave a damn about customer service? Because this newer manager and crew are definitely LACKING. P.S. Your bathrooms are still the worst in Vegas so way to go on not changing that up.

50% off all drinks during happy hour which is 5-7pm and 12-2am. Good deals!!! Service is great - super quick to get our food/drinks and our waitress always checked in on us. They also have pool tables and arcade games. Best place to grab a cheap drink and watch the game

This is my go to spot after every shift! The staff is friendly and efficient. Deja takes great care of me memorizes my order and gets it ready the second I walk in. She makes it fun to gamble even when I'm down! This is a great spot for anytime of the day! Also shout out to Danny for personalizing my breakfast when I don't know what to eat.

I've been going to Battista's for many years and I was so looking forward to going this trip... 10/23/25...at 6;30 party of two... when I booked through Open Table everything was set ... I even got a reminder that I had an upcoming reservation for this trip .., let me state I was very disappointed to find when I got there that night it was closed for repairs ... yes I called when we pulled up to the restaurant to make sure and only than did I find out it was closed ... perhaps Open Table should have been updated so that their guests would have been informed ahead of time of the closure.. Sorry to say I wouldn't have been so disappointed had I been told ahead of time it was closed... especially when I had made reservations ahead of time ..........

This place sucks!!! If I could give zero stars I would. The staff is rude and entitled. Bathrooms are beyond gross and seems like no one cares to clean as they are all to busy on their phones. BAD SERVICE FROM STAFF. ALSO WATCH OUT FOR GRATUITY ADDED TO CHECK WITHOUT THEM TELLING YOU. Yeah, I'm talking about you Yzma look a like!!!

Jeremy, Andrew, Amanda are professional and deserve recognition. They made the experience. Best staff group on any shift. Ambiance and food is best reflected by staff on site. Please take care of them and give them a raise and paid time off. In 11 years, these 3 are your best employees. I will coming back for them.

Stopped in for a late bite with friends. If I could give this place a 0 star, I would. I'm not a complainer by any means, but it was horrible from beginning to end. It first started out with the waitress bringing one menu for 4 people, plastic silverware (to go). We ordered chicken nachos that came out burnt, a burger with pepper jack cheese only that came out wrong, not once, but twice, a chicken chopped salad that took a hour to make, and was too spicy and an appetizer sampler that had a bacon chicken quesadilla with no chicken or bacon. The sour cream and guacamole were missing. The wait staff was not attentive. The manager made things right but it was the worst dining experience I have ever had in the 31 years that I have lived here in Las Vegas. It was not the cook's fault as he was left alone in the kitchen on a Saturday night.

Drinks took forever AND not only were they wrong, they forgot two of them. Smelled like cigarettes in here. This place is so run down. But I guess if you come here often, you don't notice it. I came by to have a few drinks with some friends. Had a drink then left.

This place is definitely a place for billiards enthusiasts. They have a great number of tables with different sizes. We tried getting a table and put our name on the waitlist, but we weren't able to play. We had some drinks and played darts while waiting. The bartender was pretty friendly and checked up on us occasionally, making sure we were ok.

Tree behind the bar was completely rude and disrespectful. Me and a group of coworkers (who mind you all work in food and beverage) came in for drinks. There were a lot of us so I think the staff was a little overwhelmed and underprepared for the volume. Which is totally fine and understandable especially by fellow people in the service industry. But tree behind the bar was disrespectful to every single one of us and told my friend "no do you even have money" when she ordered shots at the bar. I went to another worker to ask for her name and she overheard and came up to me as I was asking. I told her that I was very upset by her attitude which had been nasty all night. She was telling me "well sorry but we're really understaffed I've been running around for 4 hours straight." I was very upset because as someone who's been in food and beverage my whole adult life, I have been in her shoes and never once have I had the type of attitude she was giving to my coworkers and I. It was very disappointing and frustrating a simple "hey sorry we're really busy right now it's going to be a couple minutes" would have been okay. Besides that the food was decent and our server by the pool tables was good. But it was just very disappointing to receive this type of customer service.

A friendly staff and a good environment. Have been there many times over the years. Good place to watch sports or have a small party. The beer is cold and the food is great!

Nina is the best, quick service - she made eye contact even while passing by- incase you needed anything, enough to notice I was secretly asking to pay the tab for all my buddies. she was discrete and made the moment happen for me. she's the best.

That's a big are you kidding me I will never go back to that place.Lots & lots of smoke I wish they would have a non smoking area.Most of the people there was not just drunk but stupid drink more like a frat house.The service was awful too again I get it lack of help or any good help but not being effiefient enough is another story.I came in for there food specials but getting my order in was like trying to track down a loose tiger out of the zoo.I was patient but i watch the employee pass by me not once not twice twice but three times before I could get my food order in.I also needed a refill on my drink the food was a little spicy to me I needed more water.So the employee once again went to everyone else to check on but not me I don't get it.Then when she finally got to me she rushed me & I didn't even finish my sentence.At that point I was done unlike my food.

It's a pretty run down bar but one of the safest ones I've been to on spring mountain road. Well lit at night and friendly staff! Drinks and pool during happy hour is usually the only times I go but it's always a fun time. $4 drinks can't go wrong!

Probably the worst service I've had in my life by Jeremy. I will say, I'm very observant when I go out to eat, because I've been in the service industry for years and I'm currently a service manager. However, arriving here at midnight, on a Tuesday, not being acknowledged for 15 minutes and our order being taken for 30 minutes... AFTER flagging the bartenders down is ridiculous. I had asked for 2 waters for my friend and I because we weren't being served. We ordered food, not only did our food come out lukewarm ... but the food came out AFTER our drinks, which was just 2 long islands. We probably received our drinks 20 minutes AFTER ordering while we're watching other guests be served, some of which who arrived after us. When we asked for our bill, the bartender stood in front of us the entire time. My friend mentioned how it's funny that we've been ignored all night, never once checked on us, never asked for a refill, NOTHING.. but now that it was time to pay you're not leaving from in front of us. Weird. I'm honestly not expecting anything to be done.. but you need to be aware of the staff you have. Jeremy, and whoever the lady he was working with on 5/27/25 night need a reminder on simple customer service. Would have 0 starts if I could.

I came in after a really long night at work. It was not a super busy night. The bartender had a terrible attitude. I was still in my work clothes. I was betting a 1$ at a time on Keno. I had 2 drinks and a blt. When. I went to leave she handed me the bill and even though I lost 80$ in the matching. She didn't even take care of one of my drinks. Who treats industry people like that. This is the worst pts in town. Hands down!

Always can rely on this place to get a late night or morning snack, Deja always does really well taking care of our orders and drinks. Would recommend, atmosphere is always great.

Worst customer service EVER! Walked in waited, completely ignored by staff. No recognition that we were even there. They weren't busy, we were the only customers?!

Not sure what is going on with this location lately. Used to be a great place to come but now the kitchen is always closed, I can't even get a real fork/knife with my meal and seems like they don't have glasses to serve people since we get plastic cups for mixed drinks. The girl who helped us was very apologetic... but it's not even her fault. Why doesn't PTs have simple things to run their business??

The atmosphere here is fantastic. The bartenders are exceptionally friendly, making this my preferred bar to visit. Everyone ensures you feel at home, and the regular patrons are among the friendliest individuals you'll encounter.

Sometimes they ask for my ID and sometimes they don't. They lost my ID twice. Soo just be careful when they ask you for a card or ID for the "tab"

Another PT around my house again .The place used to be nice Italian restaurants.PT bought again this restaurant ...now PT everywhere in vegas.and I'm tired PT's bad Fried food and the disgusting service ... all good restaurants goon because PT . no more PT please

Listen those people leaving these bad reviews have never worked in a bar or the industry, clearly Michelle is one of the best servers we have ever had in a pts. She has always been uplifting fun and energetic. She has the best attitude. The bartender Taylor so nice and sweet also witty. The dynamic duo get alone so well it's fun to be around. We drove out of our way to be here today with them to have a couple drinks. There girls just need a little more credit then they are getting!

I went into this location with some friends on a Sunday night after midnight and the little guy bartender treated me and my colleagues like total $hit. Someone should check his bad attitude. Unfortunately we won't be going back to this location if he is working, but other locations are usually great places to have drinks and food.

The burger was overly salty, got it Togo so was pretty disappointing. Fries were good though

Always a good time at this PTs, Danny usually bartends when I go to shoot pool & have some drinks. Super chill dude & all the servers are good vibes. It's almost always busy but service is always fast regardless of how many people are there. Great establishment overall

This place met my expectation. Saw this place on instagram a while back and saved the video for the next time I came out to vegas. We were greeted when we walked through the door was asked if we have been here before and offered help with any questions. We built our own ramen. I got the veggie broth with black chili oil. Had to add some sauces because we not the veggie isn't always smackin. We really enjoyed our food. Our only negative is that the tables and the burners are a little high for us, but we are both pretty short.

I'm not sure what happened since my last visit. My recent visit was on a Friday (2/9) at 8 PM and it was nowhere near what I've experienced previously. Service Summary: The center bar was pretty busy so we sat at one of the tables right outside the bar area which was not busy at all. 20 minutes before our server stopped by to drop off a menu. 15 minutes to return to take our order After we ordered: 20 minutes to bring back two draft beers 45 minutes to receive our order of: A chicken Siracha Sandwich and an order of wings. There was no sense of urgency and the service overall was disappointing. Soon after, we were assigned another server and she was great. She got our 2nd round of drinks to us immediately and checked on us the rest of the night. This was like an episode of Bar Rescue. Unacceptable service at the beginning and a complete 180 in the end. The renovated bar is fantastic but the service seems to be hit or completely miss based on your server. We'll see if another visit is in the future, but that's another Yelp tale. =)

I'm pretty impressed with this location. The city is over inundated with Pts...but I used to come here about 20 years ago when it was a dingy bar with some pool tables. It's very clean now and updated. New menus and great service. Mika was our bartender yesterday and she was great. The food is your basic Pts menu. Good amount of beer and a lot of hard alcohol.

Jenn and taylor are seriously the best! From the service to the friendly atmosphere... this bar has it all! Yes, plenty of them around town... but this spot has a vibe unbeat and also tons of pool tables. Also if you are a gambler, some I'd the better machines in town from a locals perspective.

PT's Gold is a sleeper that you gotta check out. Really nice staff, appropriate drink prices, and unexpectedly delicious pizza. Definitely come check out PT's Gold on a game night.

Staff is polite but very slow. We were ready to leave 20min before we got to actually leave because it took forever for us to be able to ask for the check. Then wait for her to bring it. Then wait for her to come get our cards. Then bring them back. The wings are okay, mango habanero was pretty good but the lemon pepper was over salted. My gf didn't even eat half her plate because she said it was too salty. Won't be coming back to this one.
