First it takes nearly $200 to even get free games and then, not even joking, I get 80 free games and not a single penny from them only because I was betting high. Machines couldn’t be more obviously rigged. It’s hilarious. Don’t waste your money here. Bunch of shady stuff going on.

Hunter is the absolute BEST!! From the first time we came in here, he is who brings us back. From the first happy hour, he had our drinks ready by the time we walk in. We have a whole new family here at this bar. We know the locals and we have a great time everytime we come. The Mexican restaurant is really good!! But we LOVE Hunter!!! Carli, on the other hand does not represent this bar very well, she is rude and disrespectful. if Hunter is not there and taking care of us, we will say hi to our friends and leave!

Awful food. $2 drinks at happy hour. 5-7p.m. and 12-2 a.m. Friendly bar staff. If you like red beers, or bloody Mary's, Jeff makes the best in town. Eat at Carl's Jr. across the street before you go there.

Do you find that it adds value to your establishment to leave graffiti and stickers up in your men’s room? If I were the manager I’d be adamant about getting rid of it within the hour I saw it.

My boyfriend and I only went into pts to wait for our food from Chabelitas. The experience was bad from the start. 1st: we came in and Carly asked for our ID, she checked them and left. Didn’t even ask us what we wanted to drink until minutes later. 2nd: I was on my phone while we waited for our food to be ready and Carly the bartender seemed like she didn’t want to be there and was bothered by our presence. I was just on my phone waiting when she comes up to fill my boyfriends beer and tells me to lower my phone volume (my phone was not loud) the people in there were louder I could barely hear my phone. Never coming back to this place again. 0/10 place if I could give it 0 stars I would. Only because of Carly. We’re regulars at a different pts and they’ve never treated us like Carly did. You know how they say never cheat on your barber…….. well never cheat on your bartender. S/o Dino our OG bartender 🙏🏼

This isnt a bad review, its an HONEST review. If your a person looking to have a good time then avoid this place. If your looking to chill, for the most part keep to yourself, and don't care about music or liquor then come on by! The bar is EXTREMELY limited on hard liquor options and they turned off the TouchTunes Jukebox so you can't play any music. It really seems like they try to keep a certain type of crowd. It's not a bad bar but not a place you go to have fun. Seems very old and very quiet.

Good service, good food & the bartender jeff was amazing couldn't ask for anymore

It's been a year since my last review and I can definitely say this is my favorite bar in Vegas. The regulars that come are like family. The bartenders are always pleasant and accommodating. I've been serve by Hunter, Amy, Carly, Arnold and Jeff. They are all great. I even celebrated my 42nd birthday here. Do yourself a favor and come to PT's on Craig and Decatur you won't be disappointed.

They need better ventilation or something!! It smells like so much cigarettes 10 times worse than a casino. Your clothes will smell really bad after leaving this place. Bar is great and bartenders too but get rid of that strong cigarette smell or do something to help out. It's not like other PTs.

Best bartender in town. I consider this bar to be the "Cheers" of all bars. Best hidden secret.

Prefer the graveyard bartender over the swing shift bartender.We were sitting at the bar, and I was posting a video on my phone( took 1 minute) and she rudely told me to TURN IT DOWN! We even tipped her. We won't be back.

This Location No Longer Serves Food. They do have a Mexican restaurant adjacent to to their building but is not apart of PT's. The Mexican restaurant used to be apart of PT's but when they stop serving food that part of the building was rented to another Company. If your hungery for PT's Food I would suggest going to another location.

Nice and great service, Thank you Rachael! First time in, And we had a blast. Well I certainly did with a small win and a Royal. Great set up and happy faces. Happy Hour 4-6pm has some good options, too. You are my new number 1 spot! Thanks again.

The bartender was extremely rude and disrespectful and is not a sponsor of the golden rights which looks poor in the PTs gold franchise which supports the golden eyes. I hope they remove the bartender that would not allow us to enjoy a great game go knight go.

Very small PTs. We usually just come here to eat during happy hour because it's just right down the street. Coming here so often we became known with the bartender, Jeff. He's the greatest. I'm notorious for googling cocktails. So I would just shout out some drinks to him & he would gladly make them. Sometimes I would come in & he would be like I have a drink you're gonna like and of course I love it! Some nights I would crave a certain taste & I'll let him know and he'll just put some stuff together for me. He's amazing. For the food-- it's bar food. The beau loves their chicken wings so that's what we usually get. The pizzas are half off during happy hour so once in a while we'll get a pizza. Last night the cook wasn't there though, disappointingly! So we just had a few cocktails and left.

Absolutely disappointed by their food and customer service. A bar should have two important things other than liquor; good service and decent food. Missing all three at this location. The coleslaw in a small ranch container was a joke and the burnt fried fish was nothing but bites of oil. The burnt fries tasted like the burnt fish :(

Love Kevin! One of my favs. Service is always great and puts up with my extremely picky requests. Very homey and honestly comfortable environments.

We have been coming here for many years. We come for breakfast often and Happy Hour two times a week. ALL of the bartenders are great. Shelly always greets everyone as does Cozette, Quinton, Dino, and Josh!! Angie is a wonderful friendly food server. She makes sure she knows what you drink and soon as you sit down she brings it. Then knows what we want to eat too. Our food is always prepared the way we like it. PT's has fun slots too

First off, we heard from other locals at the bar that other locations are way better than this one, so this review is specifically for this location. We ordered take out and my husband had a beer at the bar while waiting. The waiter was dry, maybe just annoyed that he had to take care of the whole place himself. One cook. Ordered a burger and fish& chips.. all from frozen (patty and fish). The fish even kind of tasted like it was fried in bad oil. Food wait was about 40 minutes. Burger was $12 and the fish was $14, definitely not worth it. To me, the best part about the meal was the ranch for the side salad. My husband said the best part for him was that the beer was ice cold.

Just bad! We used to go there before it was PT's and once we saw the ownership change we were hopeful it would be better. Nope! There is still is a cliq and the bartenders really don't pay attention to new people. And it's starting to build up the same old dirty grime that it used to have before PT's took it over. Go to Joe's Bar a mile or so South on Decatur! Great service, cold beer and several choices on tap and they care about you being there.

Great time always. Hunter is the best and only reason I continually go to this location

OK so Jeff and Sharon are the best bartenders they are awesome they take great care of you I never hit anything on the machines but my husband seems to have to best luck because he hits all the time when he plays. He likes Keno not sure how he even gets it to hit they have great specials on graver at half price pizza! Some of the clientele leave a lot to be desired. But if you have patience it leaves for humerus people watching. The used to have gross food but now they have a pretty good graveyard cook who has his stuff down. But to be honest the real reason I come is to see Jeff and sharon the bartenders real down-to-earth people. Jeff tells it like it is and Sharon is super sweet. Always willing to give plenty of attention I don't get ignored like at that crummy bacon bar where the bartenders are only intrested in dude's with wallets.

Meh.kinda boring over priced for what you get,not happy about my meal requested no meat because I'm a vegetarian in my omelette and well ya meat was all in it.Bar tenders are nice. a little different but nice

Jeff was AMAZING! He was so attentive and so really kind ! The atmosphere was great not very packed but warming which made me stay late! Jeff was considerate and helped with drink choices! I will definitely come back and will recommend such a great bar and bar tender!

Pretty chill bar when I came here with my coworkers after work. It was on a Tuesday night so it was not that busy. When you walk in it is pretty dim but, it was a solid setting. Happy hour was from 12AM-2AM so we came at a perfect time to order a few drinks for cheap. The bartender was genuinely friendly and offered some groovy suggestions on what to drink based off what drinks you like. Pretty spacious bar with lots of video poker at the bar area. I did not really walk around the place but it seems like a neat place to chill. Overall really respectable bar to chill with a couple buddies and the drinks were great!

I love their HOT Wings and fries. The pizza is hittin' as well. Food drinks and Sports you can't go wrong here...

I went in. Sat down. Made eye contact w the bar tenders and another person of staff and was ignored for the entire time I was in. There was literally no one at the Pat and just two other guys at a table... after being ignored I decided to take my money elsewhere. This place was dingy, smelly and disgusting anyways.

Shit was delicious. Food had well developed depth of flavor. Kevin, bartender, was hilarious and attentive. My beer was Budweisery and perfectly cold.

Sharon is my favorite! Kevin is also one of my favorites ! This place is one of my favorite PT's and I've been going to PT's around town for about 16 years.

This place is a dump, needs an update. Bartenders take forever to serve you. Machines dont pay out. Dont waste your time here.

When I am in N. Vegas I usually make it a point to stop into PT's for a good breakfast and some fun gaming. Go visit Sharon and she will take care of you! She brings in a great crowd of regulars making a this place feel like a fun welcoming hangout spot.

It's a awesome local bar to come to. Not only is the food and drinks good, but the service is amazing. The graveyard bartender Jeff is awesome, and makes your night at the bar so much fun with great laughs and awesome drinks. Couldn't be any happier with his service, go check them out!

This is my favorite local hole in the wall Kevin's one of my favorite bartenders. They have plenty of things to keep it fun and interesting including a pool table, darts and TVs with games on. It's a must visit spot!!

I called to place an order of chicken wings and after holding for 12 mins and listening to the back round conversations she was having, Holly hung up on me.... Trash!

I love this place the customers are friendly and so are the bartenders ( Joe, Holly and Kevin) are what makes this bar so fun and interesting!

Great breakfast and lunch spot Saturday-Wednesday! Go visit Sharon and she will take care of you! Friendly bartenders and great food! A lot of regulars making a comfrotable, "family" feel to a 21+ bar.

New blonde day time (M-W) bartender doesn't take care of regulars. All of the other bartenders are awesome!

We live across the street from this location we went in tonight spent $200.00 in gambling with nothing at all to even keep playing. I received two beers first beer was a budlight and the second beer she gave me was a Miller lite couldn't get anyones attention so I started to drink it. The second bartender asked me if I switched I said no I didn't but Ill drink it. He said okay and walked away. When we went to leave we asked if we owed anything the bartender who gave me the wrong beer said we owed for one beer. By the way neither bartender introduced themselves so I dont even have their names. Also happy hour was about to end and she asked the guy next to us if he wanted one more before it ended but completely ignored us. Needless to say we won't be back.

I had bad experiences in the past but they have new management and they have solved the issues. Started coming back and the new manager Patricia is awesome and the new bartenders are great. Haven't had a complaint since. Jeff is a great bartender if you happen to get him. Oh and they finally give pizza boxes for your remainder pizza, thanks Patrica!

Don't judge the outside before judging with this place. I came to this location a week ago around 9pm during the week and really enjoyed myself. Kyle and Nicole were working and they were very friendly and welcoming. I had a build your own veggie pizza and it was cooked well, the crust was perfect not soggy and was very tasty. I definitely recommend this location to others.

This place is amazing! I go to a lot of Pt's & I felt like I was at home as soon as I stepped in, the waitress is so friendly, made my mom and I feel so comfortable and had us laughing in minutes. Her name is sharon and she is the main reason why I would come back.

The bartender was great! The food service was horrible. We went for breakfast. The place was fairly empty, we were the only table and there were 5 or 6 people playing machines at the bar, and it took over 30mins for 2 omelettes. The server dropped the creamer containers on the carpeted floor and just scooped them up and have them to us. I like PT's but would not go back to this one.

This is one of the better PTs that I have been too and I must say it is quite nice for just a neighborhood bar. What makes this one is the staff, they are much friendlier than most of the PTs that I have been too around on a consistent basis. The few times I have had a burger or the steak and eggs they have always been spot on.

This is my first time here this place is great! The food is fresh and the people that work here are so friendly I might even go try another PT's I don't think you could get any better. The lady that cooks the food brought it out to me it was great.

Great little local bar. Always feel welcome coming in for a hot meal and cold drink. They also have a couple bar games such as darts, golden tee and a pool table.

Bartender never went to school. She didn't know all the liquors in a Long Island Ice Tea. She didn't care that she shorts customers the liquor they are paying for. I would only suggest this bar if your getting beer or simple liquor and soda cocktails.

Went to this location my first time service was slow and they wasn't even busy I order a salad and a French dip with fries .. The fries was soggy and the beef looked fake on the sandwich .. It also tasted dry the beer was kinda warm also .. The waitress was kinda to herself not check on us at all but stuff her face behind the bar .. I asked about their sports book app on how to sign up on the Machine but the players card feature was broke .. All and all I will not be returning to this location

Best local bar ever. The bartender Kyle is amazing and Cynthia in the kitchen is fabulous. Always feel welcomed and food is always great. (Especially the tater tots).

Ordered a pizza that came out super cold! In addition to that it tasted horrible. When asked for fork/knife, and ranch we didn't receive it until the end w/ our check! Horrible customer service and food!
