Which Minneapolis and St. Paul Patios Are Open Right Now, Summer 2020 | Eater Twin Cities

"I found their patio is currently open with tables sometimes placed on existing patios, in parking lots, or on sidewalks; guests are asked to wear masks and all staff will be masked, with precautions in place—check with the restaurant for individual days and hours. Studies suggest lower exposure risk when dining outdoors, but that benefit depends on restaurants following strict social distancing and other safety guidelines." - Joy Summers

Which restaurant patios will reopen June 2020 in Minneapolis and Saint Paul? | Eater Twin Cities

"I expect its patio to open next week; seating will require reservations and be at a diminished capacity, with social distancing enforced. Masks will be required for workers and for Minneapolis diners (but not in St. Paul). Minneapolis has relaxed zoning to let restaurants reclaim outdoor space such as parking lots and valet stands, though Mayor Melvin Carter and the St. Paul city council are still expected to address zoning concerns. This list may change as the date nears; for updates emailminneapolis@eater.com." - Joy Summers

Wonderful dinner! Service was great as well as the food! The Ruben was absolutely delicious as was my husbands chicken wrap! Service was very good! I reserved a table through Open Table and we were seated immediately and table request was well received! Thank you! We will be back!

Super friendly. Great food. Great burgers. Great buns. Sat outside. Very nice. Nice atmosphere. Enjoyed the Hopkins Burger and the Tryffle Fires. The Tochos were really good.

The food here was really good. We just had appetizers and they were amazing! We had a couple drinks in those were super good also. Highly recommend!

Recently reopened after a fire, Pub 819 has quickly reestablished itself as a go to spot for great food, drinks, and atmosphere. I had the Old Fashioned Burger, and it was everything you want in a burger, gooey, flavorful, and deliciously messy. It came with a generous side of truffle fries and a dipping sauce that paired perfectly. While we were there, they were running a “Pop the Keg” promotion, if you got the last pour from a keg, you’d win a $20 gift card. It was a fun twist and a perfect excuse to order another round. Our server was fantastic: friendly, attentive without hovering, and had a great sense of humor. Great food, great service, great energy. Stop in, you won’t regret it.

Google
Lauren was an outstanding server, offering great suggestions. The rear patio’s ambiance was fantastic. Best Brussels sprouts ever with a sweet, zingy twist. The Hopkins Burger was delicious too. Highly recommend for a memorable meal and excellent ambiance.

Stopped in for late lunch during an off time after visiting the local record store. Ate at the bar and bar and had wonderful service. Tried the kielbasa mac & cheese ... very tasty dish that more than filled me up. It's a warm environment and if I was around here more I'd be back. Big whiskey and bourbon selection and many other interesting dishes on the menu.

Oh, man. I wanted to give this place 5 stars, but I just can't believe I will start by saying the food is absolutely amazing. We've ordered takeout so many times, and every time, it's been great. The true test was in person. The customer service was so terrible. The waitress wasn't around. When she did show up, she seemed very annoyed by us asking for more drinks. We waited an eternity to order our food well after all apps were gone and first round gone. We asked the manager for a drink and he wasn't happy to help at all. Everyone who brought drinks to the table seemed bothered to bring it. Someone had a medical issue and fell. There wasn't a single staff member who came and asked for anything, and the manager wasn't to be seen. It was quite sad. We started off with peanut butter old fashions, and they were a hit. Not overly strong, but you could completely taste the drink. it was smooth and delicious. Now, in to the food. The cheese curds were fried perfectly, and the dipping sauce was a perfect pair. The steak bites were incredible. So tender and covered in sauce. Those two apps are highly recommended. The burger is super juicy and cooked just as I ordered. The cubano was mmm perfect! All of the food we would eat again and again. It's some of the best pub food around. We will just continue with takeout. I highly recommend this joint, but I warn about the experience inside. The food is outstanding and at least worth it a try once.

Yelp
I visited Pub 819 on New Year's Day, the place was still decorated with Christmas items and made it feel very festive. The service was great! From the host to the servers the made us feel welcome and the service was fast. We order old fashioned, the tatchos with pork and the cheese curds, all very tasty.

Yelp
Stopped into Pub 819 in Hopkins for the first time since their remodel after the fire, and I was excited to see how things changed. I've always liked their food and happy hour, so I was looking forward to trying a couple of their newer items. I ordered the nachos during happy hour, and they were okay. Not terrible, but definitely lacking in flavor and not as memorable as I hoped. My highlight was actually the burger of the month the Narcos burger. I usually go for their Hot Dickle burger, but this one might be the new favorite. Great flavor and cooked well. On the flip side, the tater tots were a big miss. Dry, bland, and honestly comparable to little lumps of coal. Not the best and not worth the extra cost. Overall, it's still a decent spot, especially if you're already in the area. Some hits, some misses, but worth checking out if you're nearby.

Yelp
New friend and I came here tonight for dinner and drinks. For our drinks, we had white sangria and red wine. Honestly I'm a wimp when it comes to alcoholic drinks so the waitress recommended the white sangria when I asked for sweet drink recommendations. The white sangria had the right amount of sweetness and the addition of citrus fruits enhanced the sweetness and added a bit of tartness. It wasn't overly heavy on the alcohol so I didn't feel tipsy like I have in the past when I've ordered sangria. For our entrees, we had the ahi bowl and buffalo chicken wrap. While the ahi itself was flavorful, the rest of the dish needed more sauce. Fortunately our waitress was able to bring some soy sauces, which made the dish more flavorful. As a poke connoisseur, the bowl just wasn't the same caliber of poke I've experienced at poke spots. My friend's wrap was generous and she had enough leftovers to take home. Service was friendly and I was seated right away. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating - we sat inside as most of the tables outside were full and inside was cooler. Prices were reasonable; my drink and bowl was ~$31. Though I probably wouldn't order the ahi bowl again (and get my ahi fix at poke and sushi restaurants), I'd come back for drinks and try other items on their menu. I love that Pub 819 is walking distance from my apartment so I can enjoy a drink and not need to spend $$ on an uber/lyft to get home safely. I look forward to coming back when I need a night out with friends and good drinks!

Yelp
Good atmosphere, nice service, great burgers, I really like the pretzel with beer cheese sauce. Try it out you will have a nice time.

Yelp
Great hot spot on Main Street in downtown Hopkins. You will find a nice menu, comfy atmosphere, and great service. Guinness on tap and a classic burger hit the spot for me to celebrate my birthday. I don't know what was going on, but the place was hopping on a Tuesday night . There was a 10 minute wait but it was well worth it. Parking on Main Street in Hopkins is a little dodgy so I would recommend turning off onto a side street where there are a parking lots. You can walk almost anywhere in a couple blocks, give it a try, you won't bedisappointed.

Yelp
Such a fun spot! Went for beer and burgers and it did not disappoint. Something for everyone, game on the TV, group of parents with their kids, date nights, solo patrons, etc. Looking forward to going back!

Yelp
Had the brisket grilled cheese for the first time. Delicious brisket! Juicy and tender, not overloaded with sauce. Just the right amount. And the fries here are so good. They're the type that seem battered, not sure if they are or not, but they're the best part of the meal here. Also their beer selection is thoughtfully curated and really good sized.
google avatar

Yelp
Went in with some friends for an after dinner drink at the bar. It was trivia night so it was loud. The bartender was very sweet and helpful. I had a lavender Moscow mule that was sweet and delicious

Yelp
Love Pub 819! The warm staff are always helpful. So many beers on tap, always fresh. My fave dish is Ahi Poke bowl, and all dishes I've had are top notch. What a beautiful old building! There is a large area that is popular with sports fans; it's like a 3-season porch with huge TVs. I try to visit Pub 819 whenever in Hopkins.
google avatar

Yelp
Nice spot with covered outdoor seating in back. Our server was very nice and attentive. Drinks came out quick. The boneless wings were solid and the cauliflower was very good. I had the Hopkins smashed burger and it was good. Unique flavor pairings, however the burger itself was just ok. I felt like toppings were covering for the lackluster burger quality. Definitely will be back for another meal though!
google avatar

Yelp
Can't say enough good things about pub 819. Always consistently good food and friendly staff! Plus the outdoor seating is great!
google avatar

Mikena S.

Yelp
Such a nice spot for happy hour. We frequently bring our dog here to enjoy the pawtoy while we have a few drinks. The best burger they have is the hot dickle it's a double smash patty burger with pepper jack cheese and jalapeños. A little spicy if you aren't used to spicy
google avatar

Janae J.

Yelp
Great food options, lots of seating to watch a game! Awesome happy hour deals! I went after a hard work day needed a treat so was great to hit the happy hour 2-5p I went for the nachos which is always a go to. They have a great beer list too and the service was great and super helpful!
google avatar

Yelp
We used to go here all the time for Saturday lunch. We stopped because it was just so loud. Plus, parents were letting their young ones run wild. We decided to stop in for just a beer. They had redecorated, and it is dark but nice. The service was okay. The bar area was busy. Sadly, it is still so loud! Questioning if we will go back.

Ron L.

Yelp
I had the Chicken Wild Rice Pot Pie after seeing the review in the StarTribune. I also got to sample my wife's Cubano sandwich. Both were excellent.

Glenn S.

Yelp
Another solid restaurant by the group that also owns the Howe in South Minneapolis. This is more of your traditional bar environment. A number of big screen televisions both inside and outside. The outside patio is actually covered and it appears could be used even in some cooler months. Good service. Good food. All in all a solid choice.
google avatar

Mike F.

Yelp
Great place! So glad they are back in business. Had the curds and pretzels at the bar.
google avatar

Josh D.

Yelp
A Craft and Crew spot on the west side. If you like the Block or Duke's on Seven and you find yourself in Hopkins. Check it out. Same menu. I don't venture from the Hot Chicc wings. So good! Might be the best spot in downtown Hopkins for dinner honestly. I'd go here before all of the bars or little restaurant/fast food spots on the main drag!
google avatar

Lisa S.

Yelp
I needed to use up 90 minutes and both the Wolves and Wild were playing so what better option than a sports bar. I was in the area and headed to Pub 819 on a recommendation. A friend and I cozied up to the bar where large TVs were showing our games. I had a glass of Cab. Loved the stemless glass. Staff was helpful and welcoming. Parking was a bit of a challenge but I snagged a spot in the lot behind the pub when someone left. Great stop.
google avatar

Yelp
Stopped in for a quick dinner so try some friends. Located in the downtown Mainstreet Hopkins. I tried the turkey burger which was delicious and came with sweet potato fries. Service was fast and friendly.

Yelp
My friend and I went to a local bakery class and had an hour to spare for dinner. This restaurant was a few blocks down. My friend has visited once prior for drinks and apps, but never a meal. We tried the pretzel sticks and cheese curds. Both of which are my favorite apps when. The cheese curds were decent, but the pepper jam that came with it was OUT OF THIS WORLD. In fact, I asked for a big side to go and was brought a soup bowl of it. I'll be set for the rest of summer. The pretzel sticks were decent, but have had better - I kid you not, go try Applebee's... you're welcome. The burger was tasty and a generous patty. The chicken sandwich was a little over spiced - very salty. I'm an old fashioned lover and tried theirs. It was good, but sweeter than I like. My friend got a mojito, and it was very refreshing. There's patio seating outside. I'll be back to try the July BOM - a firecracker shrimp burger. Sounds good!

Michaela L.

Yelp
Love this place great people great environment and amazing selection of Tap beer. The happy hour menu is phenomenal. The paw-tio is the best place (every season) great people great service big fan!

Yelp
All around, very good/above average. Enjoyed (creating my own) burger and volcano poke bowl.

Yelp
This spot has gotten really popular! As it should. Good eats, variety off drinks, cool space. My group was attending the PenPals event by Hennepin County Library at the Hopkins Center of the Arts down the street. So we were a bit perplexed when they weren't honoring the reservation we made! We were on a tight schedule!! Luckily they enclosed their back patio and heated it so an overall comfortable space to fit us in though we thought we had a reservation. Weird. Lucky for them the food was good! Though we did get offered other table's food...we would have eaten it, but had not ordered it. Again weird. Sadly our friends cauliflower bowl took forever though she ordered first. What? We should have kept the other table's food! So as long as they figure out their "reservation" system (just call it what it is please adding you to the queue). And get the food runners on board with table numbers we'll keep going back because the food is so good! Look at that photo of the special for Katsu chicken bowl! Noms!
google avatar

Trina V.

Yelp
Great burgers! There's a main dining area, which can get a little loud, but there is also a heated patio in the back for winter that is quieter. Both areas have TVs with sports. Foodwise, the double royale was delicious and perfectly cooked (i loved the fresh onions, garlic aioli and pickles). Fries were nice and crispy, and cheese curds were super cheesy and came with some kind of jam sauce that was actually delicious. Some places do too much breading, but not here! They also have a list of mocktails, cocktails and wines in addition to beer. Food came out pretty quickly and for how busy it was our server was pretty attentive and friendly. I would definitely be back!!
google avatar

Yelp
Came with 3 friends on a Saturday night, it was busy but we managed to get seated right away. The service was good and the food came out fast. I got the Leo Melt with fries and it was $18. The burger was huge and delicious! The burger sauce was so good. I also got seasoned sour cream for the fries and it was great. There is free parking lots near the restaurant for parking.

Yelp
Pub 819 offers an impressive variety of food for different preferences and dietary restrictions, along with a diverse list of adult beverages (including an entire menu dedicated to whiskey). Our group was seated right away on their patio and service was friendly and swift. This is a great place for a casual meal on Main Street in Hopkins, or a happy hour visit. It's particularly friendly for vegetarians and offered plenty of gluten free options as well. Our favorites were the Yum Yum bowl, Hot Chicken sandwich and Blackberry Mule, but everything we ordered was delicious.
google avatar

Lana J.

Yelp
I checked out this place last night with a group of girlfriends. They have a really nice back patio and a rainstorm came and they were able to close the roof and pull down shades so the rain didn't get in at all which was pretty cool. The food was good, but a little bit expensive for my taste. Happy hour is over at 5pm and I got there at 5, so I wasn't able to have the happy hour. Darn. I took away one Star because we had to flag down our waiter several times to get him to come to our table. We were never asked how our food was. They forgot to bring the salad dressing with my friends salad, and even after asking for the dressing she still had to wait a good, five minutes or so while we were all eating our food. there were a lot of kids on the patio that were loud. I had a red sangria that was pretty good and boozy. the ahi poké tuna bowl volcano style, and I ate the whole thing. Parking was fairly easy. They have side street parking or there's a parking lot in the back behind the building and it's a free lot. It was a little confusing because I thought it was a pay lot but the waiter told me it was free, so that's good.
google avatar

Lonnie A.

Yelp
The service was nice and responsive. I had the kick in chicken sandwich with tater tots. The sandwich was not over breaded and could tell was not frozen. Tots were cooked perfect. Only thing I should have asked for more pickles.

Yelp
This is hard. It was a long day. A tough day and I wanted comfort food. I ordered for delivery and this did not hit the mark. I ordered meatloaf and mashed potatoes. I wanted juicy meatloaf with mashed potatoes and beef gravy that was warm and scrumptious. Unfortunately, maybe because it was delivered, the meat loaf was tough and hard to cut. It was dried out and difficult to eat. The onion on top was nice but it overwhelmed the plate, I discovered the broccoli hiding under the onions! :-) The mashed potatoes were going to be my saving item and it fell short. The gravy is unique. I don't want to say not good but not what I was looking for. It wasn't beef gravy, it was more herby and earthy. So just not what I was looking for tonite. I ordered the dog ice cream and Hank loved that. So one of us was happy tonite. I think the food had a unique spin and I really wanted standard meatloaf and mashed potatoes. So it didn't match up. I would perhaps try something else on the menu, but the meatloaf wouldn't make my next order. BTW. Forgot to mention. I ordered the mini donuts for dessert. There they were sitting on the counter when I walked back to the kitchen. Donuts are really good warm and of course since they were delivered and sat there, they were cold. Ta Da, my favorite appliance, my Breville toaster oven! Warmed the donuts and they were comfort food defined! . Yummm! The dipping sauces were perfect and these would make my must order again list!

Kathleen K.

Yelp
The service was amazing and the food delicious, Also the atmosphere is wonderful. I am so glad Pub 819 is open again in Hopkins Mn!!! We really missed going, I'm glad it's back and better than ever.

Yelp
Glad we found this place today...Love their dog friendly patio (pawtio) and dog menu theme and decor! The yum yum bowl was a refreshing change of palette for your typical pub food. Highly recommend this dish for any steak and eggs lover. The hot chicken sandwich was a huge serving size and full of flavor. Really enjoyed their crispy fries with the entrees. Drink menu is great as well (tried the lemon meringue and old fashioned, would do both again!) Friendly waitstaff that go out of the way to have a great dining experience - service was great! Adding Pub 819 to our frequent dining list.

Yelp
Block from the office It is a really strong 4 It's not quite a 5 I've been here a hundred times or so now. Might as well write a review. They are Untappd verified which is cool, but no Untappd badge. They rotate a fair amount in the beer selection. If I hold off two weeks or so at a time I can usually find something new that I want to try on the beer front. The food menu also seems to rotate, albeit again slowly. I've had some things that I've really loved and some that have been rather meh at best. I'm not a big burger person, but their burgers are really good. Had the Thai Chicken Flatbread recently. Kinda dry. Needs more sauce and/or cheese. Just going off some recent memories. They seem to be trying very hard to incorporate multiple vegan options. Props. I can dabble in that direction, but very hard to go full hard core. I hope I'm still welcome with a four star. Pay for an Untappd local badge, rotate more on the food and more especially the beer and this could be five stars.

Yelp
Hopkins, Minnesota is home to the great Pub 819! My favorite part about Pub 819 was the beautiful, spacious outdoor patio. But I can't forget about the amazing food we ate The menu is full of fun and creative dishes that combines ingredients to excite the tastebuds. If you didn't catch on already, I have to try the brussels sprouts if they're on the menu our server was super friendly and helpful with menu advice. We enjoyed our food and drinks while watching the twins game outside. foods featured: craft & crew strawberry whisk, Nordeast Brussels sprouts, Hot dickel burger, & the western bison burger

Yelp
Pub 819 knows how to do pub fare right! Their happy hour is fantastic - definitely a great place to grab drinks and appetizers with friends or coworkers. The best gin and tonic I've had in a while!! I highly recommend the pretzel sticks - they're perfect for sharing and come with a delicious cheese sauce and mustard. We also went with the steak frites and they were cooked to perfection with yummy jalapeño slices served with them (deep fried). The service was also top-notch - friendly and attentive. Even small details like the atmosphere made a big impression. I'll definitely be back!
google avatar

Kayla L.

Yelp
I've been here twice now and love it! For all you dog lovers out there, check it out! This summer I went to the "pawtio" with my pup - he loves it here! They allow dogs on the patio and even bring them water and their own menu! It was a warm summer day so I ordered him a frozen bone. Recently, I went again for the indoor experience (as it's winter!) and it was just as great. Very busy on a Saturday evening so plan accordingly. Our server Mitch was friendly! We got the totchos to share and I would absolutely recommend them. I also ordered the Phuket bowl. The coconut rice base sold me! Such a great place with friends or with your pup!

Yelp
I've been to Monday night trivia at Pub 819 and I usually get a burger and beer because 1) They are some of the best burgers in town and 2) Burgers are $5 off on Mondays with the purchase of a beverage. This time I didn't go on trivia night, but I went on a Wednesday night and was pleasantly surprised to find that Wednesday's special is Whiskey & Wings. YES. PLEASE. I got the Maker's whiskey flight which included a sample of three different types of Maker's Mark bourbons. My fave was the Maker's 46 because it was bold but the smoothest of the three. We also tried two different kinds of bone-in wings, tequila lime and jalapeno dry rub, that were on a separate menu from a place called 'Risky Chick'. The tequila lime was flavorful and mild. I wasn't as much of a fan of the jalapeno dry rub because they didn't taste like jalapeno or have a kick at all to me. I have had nothing but great experiences at Pub 819. It is one of the only restaurants like it in Hopkins right now; cozy, pub style food, dozens of quality brew and liquor selections, personable staff and weekly specials to keep it interesting. I am a healthcare worker and I just found out Tuesday's weekly special is Healthcare Appreciation: 20% off with a show of badge. I guess I will be back there sooner than I thought!
google avatar

Marti P.

Yelp
My best friend came in from out of town. We've known one another a really long time, and sometimes sitting in a pub is hard for private conversation. We arrived at 819 about 1:30 on a weekday, asked for a 2-top on the PawTio ... we had the best time! So comfy--Heating lamps over the tables, gas fireplace anchors the large comfortable "outdoor" area with heavy plastic "walls" in cold weather, TVs tuned to Boys State Hockey Tourney, really cool place. We had a wonderful server who recommended a chopped salad, ranch dressing, with chicken. Excellent food, great service, darling "pawtio". Loved it!

Mikhala F.

Yelp
Great downtown Hopkins spot for a casual bite to eat! I personally much prefer sitting outside on their back patio. It's super dog friendly - they even have a dog treat on the menu! Took my family here and everyone found something they liked - vegetarian, keto, gluten free. It's typical slightly elevated bar food - burgers, sandwiches, flatbreads, etc. but all tastes great! Price point is a bit steep but about on par with their other locations.

Yelp
I picked this place because it seemed very vegan-friendly. While I am not vegan, I am vegetarian, and I've learned that a place that pays special attention to having great, creative vegan food is always going to have something to make me happy. If you're vegetarian or vegan and are looking for a place that will also please your carnivorous friends, this is worth the trip. If you're an obligate carnivore, this is also worth the trip. We came here for Saturday night dinner. (Tip: walk-ins only after 4:00!) It was really easy to get on the waiting list. We left our name and number and headed to the bar for a drink. Although they'd said the way would be about 15 minutes, we'd received our "your table is ready" text in less than ten minutes. While I went for a glass of wine and my mom went for beer, I can't not mention their drink menu. This place has some seriously creative and intriguing cocktailson it, including some smoked cocktails. They also have an absolutely amazing whiskey list that includes Minnesota whiskeys (Dampfwerks' single malt included!). If you're a whiskey lover, you don't want to miss it. Our server, Mitch, came by promptly and was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We loved how positive and knowledgeable he was! Mom ordered the Ruben, which she said was really good, and I had the vegan Korean BBQ cauliflower bowl. (I wasn't sure whether to go with that or the vegan burger.) It was really good! The veggies were crisp and fresh, the cauliflower perfectly cooked, and the sauce a magnificent mix of sweet, tart, and spicy. (It will remind you a bit of a gingery sweet and sour sauce laced with sambal oelek.) We went with the mini donuts for dessert, and they were super: light, fluffy, and warm. Pick your favorite topping/dip: Nutella or a Dunkaroos-esque cream cheese and sprinkles frosting. This place was absolutely hopping! It is a fun environment that caters to diners of all ages and persuasions. Sports lovers, they're playing your game. Parents, the kids will love the food. Pet parents, they have a dog-friendly pawtio (single digit temperatures meant that I didn't check it out). It's definitely a busy place, so I wouldn't pick it if you're after a quiet conversation, but a fun night with your friends? Definitely try it! I'll be back for happy hour for sure.

Yelp
Another Gem I have found I absolutely LOVE this place the food was amazing ! service was fabulous blew me away!! I have never had Asian bowl with kimchi. And I recommend the phuchett bowl! I don't even like egg but the seasonings and spicy mayo it was perfect !! Great protein bowl ! I will be back for sure ! Trivia night was going on I believe Tuesday night ! Ambience was perfect ! Not to loud at all.

Yelp
Met with some coworkers for food and drinks on a Thursday evening. They were quite packed and busy! We sat at the bar since the wait for a table was 35+ plus but that was no big deal. We were given menus right away and got our drinks within 5 minutes of ordering. Probably one of the best margaritas I've ever had! Food also came out pretty fast after ordering! I got the 819 old fashioned burger, the caramelized bourbon cherries in a burger were just *chefs kiss* so yummy! The fries were nice and crispy and fresh. They also have a nice outdoor area that is covered so you can sit outside with your pup! Cute photo opportunity outside too with green leafy wall that says "Come. Sit. Stay" in neon lights! Would come again!

Yelp
Good service. Everyone has always been super nice. Drinks: Huge selection of Scotch and Bourbons. Really good food. Beer ain't that bad either. The ambiance is good too, depending on the time of the day you go. Have been there for lunch and the outside seating is great. I have also been there for dinner with friends and we had a great time too. The burgers and sandwiches are pretty good. Decent portions.

Yelp
Yummy yummy - food and drinks! Sat out on the patio for an evening dinner with a beverage. Lots of options for both food and drinks! From cocktails to beer, they have something for everyone including non-alcoholic options! Good service as well and nice space, inside and out. The burger was absolutely delicious and like something I'd never had. Perfect amount of spice balanced out with the other toppings. The fries were also delicious- crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. And you can't go wrong with a good homemade ranch! Definitely would come back for date night or with friends again soon.

Yelp
I am that person who pre-reads a menu before I go to an establishment... so beware . Our bike club recommended we go to Pub 819 after our ride tonight. I was running late tonight and had to meet up with the gang at 819 and I told my husband I had studied the menu and I asked him to order the water melon burrata salad with ahi tuna on the side. This salad has a wonderful fresh "pop" of flavor that I can't quite describe but it was super satisfying and I absolutely loved it. Our server Yana C. was lovely. Thank you.

Yelp
Wanted to give this a 2.5, but didn't have the option. Overpriced and subpar. - Caroline from SLP

Yelp
Amazing breakfast! Our server was great and had a smile on her face the entire time. This was our first experience on the newly rebuilt back deck, which includes ample tables, shade, fans, and heat lamps for the Fall! Great job over all. We'll be back. HIGHLY recommend!

Yelp
Burger was very good, charbroiled! But the coleslaw was tasteless and very small as a side dish. The pickles were lame - as in 2 wimpy hamburger style instead of a pickle spear. Is Pub 819 owners cutting back because pickle spears are too expensive?! .

Yelp
So while I can recommend Pub 819's lunch' and dinner menu wholeheartedly, their brunch menu is a little iffy. First, it's much smaller and it was difficult for everyone in our party to find something they wanted to order. Second, the wait times to order and then receive the food were much longer. I'm not sure if this is a staffing issue or management issue. The food we received was good, and the brunch cocktails were amazing. However, I will definitely be planning my next visit around if the lunch/dinner menu is available or not. Brunch experience - 3 stars Normal experience - 5 stars So I'll leave my updated review at 4 stars. P.S. the womens restroom was having a hard time. both stalls seemed to have some issues and it definitely took the experience down a notch.
