"Every time we walk through Fort’s narrow lanes—past the engineering works, tool shops, and Xerox centers—and enter Americano, we feel a fizzy anticipation, like going to meet a crush who kinda already knows we’re crushing on them. We can’t put our finger on exactly why this Italian restaurant ensures we always leave happy, but we have theories. For starters, the glowing bar belts out the city’s most creative cocktails, like the Worli Bird with tequila, passion fruit, and hellfire tincture, the custom gold-tiled oven turns out perfect Neapolitan-style pizzas, and everyone and everything looks gorgeous at weekend brunch under the slanting light from the high windows. Order the salads and share plates like the aromatic truff puffs, shaved brussels sprouts, and delicate sea bass crudo as soon as you sit down. We should mention that their luxurious (and, yes, monogrammed) tiramisu is easily the best in town." - Roshni Bajaj Sanghvi

Google
We took our group of 23 people there for dinner for our family reunion and were told they could seat us all together. I was disappointed when they had us sitting 4 people to a table in different parts of the restaurant even though it looked like they could have potentially accommodated us in a space together. Long story short, I don't recommend this place for a big group. The drinks were pretty and the food was delicious!

We stopped in and had lunch at the Pub Americana as suggested by Rich, a local who I ran into while shopping in Cocoa Village. The food was fantastic. We grabbed a table outside without any wait, despite it being Mardi-Gra weekend in Cocoa. The service was fast and friendly. Our waiter was awesome and attentive. They offer a great menu and I highly recommend the Blackened Chicken Sandwich, it was superb.

Had a fantastic lunch. Service was excellent and orders were delivered quickly and correctly. It had been awhile since I had eaten here but let me tell you it is as good as ever. I ordered the Americana Club. I really like it. So many club sandwiches are overloaded and difficult to eat. This one was tasty, fresh, easy to handle. My friend ordered a pizza and it was delicious too.

Google
I got the Rodeo burger, Ordered medium however it came well done like most establishments do. Regardless it seemed fine with plenty of added sauce. Fries were incredibly crispy however lukewarm. Although not sure if I'd return again, it was a nice experience.

Josh is the man! My drinks were mixed amazingly. Great service here mixed with a chill atmosphere. I ordered the Gator Bites to go, and I wanted to order the Village Blues burger before I left after seeing another patron take it to town lol. Will be back.

Google
The bartender was great! Friendly and welcoming as soon as we entered, taking good care of us although he was busy. Had Caesar salads and BBQ chicken pizza along with drinks. Excellent food and cold drinks.

Google
Great burgers, amazing people, and comfortable environment. Definitely a place to hit if vacationing or everyday if you live here!

Google
Outstanding steak caprese and oil and garlic blackened chicken! Flavorful and perfectly prepared. Superior service from Meganne!

Yelp
The food here is 10/10 genuinely one of the best dinners I've had while on my trip! I had the Papardelle Scampi and it was perfect! Lemon, wine, garlic and JUMBO shrimp. My family enjoyed: the bison burger (so good), Mediterranean pasta (the girls could NOT stop talking about how great it tasted) And lastly the Americana Club which was also delicious! I recommend anyone visiting to make the trip. It was so worth it. The next time I come, I will 100% see if Haley (I hope that's how you spell it!) is waiting for the night if so, I will be delighted. She was so so so sweet and made our early dinner very nice!

Yelp
Great spot in Cocoa Village for lunch or dinner. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. Pets welcome outdoors. I love their French onion Soup, it's beyond delicious. The seared tuna is also one of my favorites. Service is good and quick. TV's in the bar if you like sports.

Yelp
Cute little pub with yummy food right on the corner of historic downtown Cocoa beach. Service was good, but our food took 30-40 minutes to arrive at our table, hence the 3 star rating. I got the cheese pizza and added basil for an additional $1.75. Also pictured was the Americana Burger, kids got the kitchen tender meal. For all 4 we paid roughly $55 before tip. They have the monopoly on Mondays being the only restaurant open in the area.

Ahad D.

Yelp
The place lives up to its name. It's busy, it's rocking (loud), the drinks are stiff, the menu is simple, and the pro tip is to try any item with red sauce (it could win awards).

Erin E.

Yelp
The food was excellent, hence the 4 starts. However, the service and the ambiance so so. I probably won't be back even thought the food was excellent it was incredibly overpriced. I'm talking just shy of doubly what they should be charging. This isn't west palm or miami but you would think it was by the prices. Just down the road you can sit down, get a burger and fries for $8 and a pint of beer for $6-7. The beers were also obscenely expensive and the tap prices weren't obvious... so I was a little dumbfounded when I saw a pint was $9 on my bill, a pint that should have been $6-7 max. The area in my opinion isn't so touristy the prices should be this high... maybe that's why it was mostly empty - the locals know better I suppose. I guess if you're wealthy, enjoy the food it was really good... but not so much to justify the price.

Yelp
We ducked in from a thunderstorm for a drink and a bite. Not sure of what to expect but we were very pleasantly surprised. We ordered the Napoleon Floridiana Shareable, the French Burger , and Goat Cheese & Portobello mushroom spinach salad and split them between the two of us. A raspberry lemonade cider a little extra. All were delicious. Service was friendly and punctual. I will be back and bring a friend!

Martina C.

Yelp
Let me first start by saying french fries and GF marinara pasta was all we could have as vegans...it's slim pickings y'all. A 2 for that. But the service was excellent. They were SO kind. So accommodating. Every SINGLE question we had about "if we do x is this vegan?" Was answered, not with an eye roll or rudely. It was completely kind. Every time. And our server had a lot of questions from us as well as "can we also..." Requests. Y'all it's Superbowl Sunday. She didn't want to be working!!! She didn't act like it at all. They exuded kindness and welcoming. I may not be able to eat much here but I'd have a pint and some fries because it's a cozy and welcoming spot.

Matthew R.

Yelp
We've had the pizza here before and loved it. Tried the burgers this time and enjoyed every bite. Particularly liked the awesome Parmesan Fries.

Tabitha S.

Yelp
This was our favorite spot in the village, until I accidentally left my purse there one night after dinner & drinks. One of the servers was nice enough to look me up and let me know so I could come get it. I got there for them to tell me that she had let her manager know I was coming but they still threw my ENITRE purse away. With my social in there and other personal items. It just seems very sketchy to me that someone would do that. Had to file it stolen with the police. Not going to be returning here probably ever sadly. Watch your items people!!!!!

Gordon S.

Yelp
Been bragging about the burgers here, so took the family. Sadly the appetizer fries (poutine & sweet potato) were the best part of the meal. Both were great! The burgers were over cooked, even when asked for medium rare. Both were well done, did not send back because I don't do that. Service was good, sat outside on a beautiful evening but will try some other spots for burgers after this.

Yelp
This place is located in historic Cocoa Village. Hayley was great. The food was great. The building is run down, but it's a nice little spot.

Yelp
Pub Americana serves a Canadian inspired dish. The name escapes me but it's yummy French fries with gravy and cheese. Mmmhmmm. Grab some with a beer. Has seating inside with AC with lots of windows to watch the river and will walking around the park.

Dj H.

Yelp
Great burgers, cooked perfectly and the topping selections were great. The gator bites were cooked perfectly, not too tough or chewy. Our server Sasha was attentive and kept checking in on us. Overall we had a great lunch, I would go back again.

Yelp
Great place to eat. I encourage everyone to support our downtown businesses. We are so far from a large city. We have to keep our downtown's vibrant. Food is great. The service is wonderful. I am very thankful to have a good business in downtown Cocoa Village community. If you're going out for a night on the town, include this restaurant in your plans. I found it to be a great start to an evening, hanging out with friends that were visiting. I wanted their experience to be positive and memorable. Pub americana was a huge contribution to my friends impressions of where I live. There are other great restaurants within walking distance, catering to all different types of foods. Perfect for a first date also.

Yelp
Wooowwww! I was just me as meandering around village... working through the hangover from too many Tanqueray and Tonics yesterday.. this is a cute quaint place on a corner. Thinking ... ok I better eat something before heading to Costco... the evil place that busts a budget with a vengeance. I ordered a hamburger with goat cheese, roasted onions and mushrooms. The FRENCH FRiES .... perfection... crunch on the outside and the inside belted in my mouth!!!! Exactly what i needed. The hamburger ... perfectly cooked , juicy and it was hand patted. The bun ....soft and delicious. I cant wait to cone back .... and BTW excellent service by my bartender!!

Justin G.

Yelp
Food is amazing here. First time we have ate here and will definitely be back. They even have outside seats and you can bring your dog outside. We will definitely be back!!

Nuno M.

Yelp
Good food (hamburgers) and nice atmosphere in the revived Village. Outdoor seating is a plus on days when the streets are closed to car traffic.

Richard O.

Yelp
Oven fired pizza fast friendly delicious, affordable. The margarita personal sized pizzatette was perfect size for one slim person and topped with I suppose powdered oregano, but was still delicious with a white cheese and enough flavorful red sauce to taste great pizza and not too much to make a mess of everything

Rachael G.

Yelp
Wow we were surprised by how good the food was here! There was a bit of a wait to get what we ordered but was worth it. Thought it would just be your typical pub food but the chicken sandwich I had was one of the best, very flavorful and not dry. The burgers were excellent too! They also have drink specials every day so we tried their white sangria for $5 and it was delish. Would go back!

Yelp
This is a very generous 4 stars. I'm rounding up from 3.5 but it really was a 3 star meal but they have a great menu and I had really good service, so it deserves an extra half star and then rounding up. Maybe you'll order better then I did. Came here the night before the Space Coast Half Marathon. Wanted my carb load but had trouble finding places that did gluten free pasta. The one other Italian restaurant I saw didn't mention gluten free on the website and menu but one or two reviews mentioned it. Another had gluten free options but it looked like a pizzeria more then a restaurant, so I came here. Pub Americana is located in the heart of cocoa village, so the location can't be beat unless you want something on the water. They have a small outside seating area that is dog friendly. However, since I was solo, I sat at the bar. Bartender was fantastic. Attentive without being intrusive, friendly, and even bought me my drink since the scotch I ordered was almost empty and he couldn't quite get a full pour out of it. I debated over eating and getting both a sandwich or a burger and some pasta, or perhaps wings and pasta, but I didn't want to be sick. Therefore, I went with just their Cajun penne, substituted gluten free pasta, and added a chicken breast. As mentioned, the food was mostly mediocre. The sauce was pretty good but it didn't stand out. The chicken wasn't well seasoned, but maybe it shouldn't have been since the sauce was Cajun and probably should have dominated the flavors anyway. The pasta wasn't cooked very well. Too firm and all of it stuck together. Gluten free pasta can be tough to get right and they didn't quite get there. Still, the food was okay and filling, but I don't think pasta is their thing (or at least, not gluten free and not the white sauce). Give them an A for having gluten free options (gluten free pizza crust is also available) and for having a really diverse menu, but the execution left a lot to be desired. I would come back and try something else, but I think next time I go appetizers and a burger or sandwich.

Yelp
Pub Americana is my go-to spot, and let me tell you, Josh is the real MVP behind the bar! This place has the coolest vibes, killer drinks, and Josh just knows how to make you feel at home. If you haven't swung by yet, you're missing out on the ultimate chill hangout. Cheers to Pub Americana and the legend, Josh!

Amelie G.

Yelp
Hayley is the best bartender ever! And the food is always delicious. Absolutely recommend this gem to anyone visiting the village!

Heather W.

Yelp
To be honest, I wasn't expecting a lot from this location and I thought the food was going to be basic. I was pleasantly surprised and would def go back to try other items on the menu. It's like stepped-up pub food. I felt the salad portion for the price was off, but the flavor was delicious. Our server was incredible and service was incredible. I also overheard other servers talking to their tables and everyone seemed really friendly.

Michelle S.

Yelp
The hamburgers are awesome. I enjoy sitting outside except not too close to the corner of the street as there is a drain there and it can be smelly. The service is usually pretty good.

Jeffrey Y.

Yelp
Food was amazing! Service was ok, which I believe was an issue with the kitchen being overwhelmed by so many big tables. The server, however was not very sympathetic with the amount of time we were waiting!

Michael R.

Yelp
A delicious place to eat with great drink deals and unique bites! We came on a Sunday, I which they do $5 sangria's, Bloody Marys, and Mimosas. A couple of us got sangria's, which were sweet and fruity. For an appetizer we got the gator bites - none of us have ever had gator before but they were fantastic!! A little firmer than chicken but fairly similar in taste - very good. And then we got the Americana Mac and Cheese and the Swiss Burger and a side order of their special sweet potato fries to share. The Mac and cheese is incredibly cheesy and perfect, the burger was very juicy, and the fries were also great but a little too sweet. My only critique would be that the sweet potato fries were a bit too sweet because they put brown sugar on them, but pairing them with their red pepper aioli made an awesome combo! We will definitely be back!

Nicky H.

Yelp
We just stumbled upon this place and we're so glad we did! Donna was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, also attentive! The food was so delicious!!! We all enjoyed

Yelp
11/30/2019 - This place is located in the Historic Cocoa Village. It was a beautiful afternoon so we decided to sit outside. They have a nice menu but I must say it is pretty pricey. We ordered the Ahi Tuna appetizer to share ($16). The 4 oz. tuna was very fresh, it comes with arugula, pickled ginger and spicy Asian sauce . For our entrée we ordered the same thing; Americana Greek Salad ($12), with a half pound pan seared salmon (additional $8). So the salad was $20. I have no complaints about the salad, it was delicious. The service was a little off I would say. I'm glad we sat outside because we walked inside to use the restroom and the restaurant inside is just ok as far as ambience.

Sky T.

Yelp
This is one of the main restaurants that comes up when searching in the Cocoa Village area. Street parking can bit a little bit frustrating, but there are some parking lots nearby that is about a block down from the restaurant for free. Overall, it's a good restaurant with a nice ambiance, but the food was a bit amiss for me. I ended up getting the Gator Bites and the French Burger. For the appetizer, the Gator Bites were really oily and soggy, which was really too heavy and unappetizing especially for the price. If it were cooked at a higher temperature, it would have been more crispy and not as saturated with oil. The French Burger was good and with a nice fluffy bun, goat cheese, and caramelized onions, but after having such a greasy appetizer did not pair as well. The french fries were cooked better--however, still a bit too oily--but came with a nice aioli dipping sauce. I would still try this restaurant out again because they have other items on their menu that might fare better such as the pizza or pasta dishes. I also noticed some other interesting menu items such as a Banh Mi burger that peaked my interest. Hope next time is a better experience!

Billy H.

Yelp
Best burgers in Cocoa Village and the jazz lounge upstairs is amazing as well. Bar tender Haley is amazing

J Clifford W.

Yelp
I've been to Cocoa Village, many times, and I just recently stopped at this restaurant. Food was very good and fresh. Had a Caesar salad, which was excellent and a pizza which was really good. Definitely a great place for a casual bite to eat

Corey L.

Yelp
Neat little pub on the corner with great outdoor seating. Nice selection of beers and food is always well prepared.

Mariadela B.

Yelp
This place didn't only had a seating waiting time but also to bring food to the table was going to take 30-45 minutes after waiting to be seated, no thank you!

Gayle H.

Yelp
Do not trust what they tell you the wait time will be for food!! At 650 pm when we walked in, they said we should be prepared or a 35 min wait. We ordered hamburgers at a hamburger restaurant and our food took 61 minutes. When we asked why the wait was so long, the service manager said the kitchen was even slower, now 45 min, but they didn't come to our table to tell us. We could have gone to another restaurant downtown and had a better evening. It's hamburgers for goodness sake! Very disappointing and not the servers fault. Poor management! Stay home and grill your own burger in much less time!!

Anne D.

Yelp
What a great food! We started with Floridian Napoleon as a starter and loved the crispy pita chips, sweet mango, creamy avocado and rich crab meat! Loved all of it! We had two great burgers...Hangover & village blues with regular fries and sweet potato fries. Amazingly prepared and delicious combinations! Sat outside and loved it all!

Miguel L.

Yelp
Restaurant was okay. Went there for some lunch after a walk around downtown Cocoa Village. Restaurant wasn't so busy when we got there, so we sat outside. Waitress took forever to get us the menu and serve us. Once we got the menu, we ordered drinks and food right away. The waitress was a little rude since I asked about some burger and her response was unclear so I just ordered the Hangover burger which was the first option. Also, when she was taking our order she didn't even care and ask if we wanted anything with it. So the burgers were supposed to come with different dipping sauce for the fries (mentioned in the menu and the other waiter was suggesting them to other customers), but we didn't get any of the sauces just ketchup. Our foods came in a decent time and they were okay. Eating the food was faster than the whole service. Also, when we were cashing out, we wanted to pay with cash so we just had a $100 for a $48 meal, however the waitress mentioned that they did not have enough change. It was a little past lunch time and they did have a couple tables served, so I ended up paying with my card. Overall, place looked nice but service was horrible.

Yelp
my friends and I decided to shop in cocoa village and have lunch. we did our shopping and most of the restaurants were closed because it was a Monday but Pub Americana was open so we went it was seated immediately( about 1:30 pm) waitress ( Jane) came and got our drink order and drinks were served. we ordered at that time 1 wedge salad, 1 portabella sandwich , and a burger. we waited 35 minutes no food. Food finally came after 40 plus minutes and we were pretty disappointed. the portabella sandwich was so salty my friend could only eat a few bites. wedge salad came barely any salad dressing at all. No silverware no ketchup( we requested ketchup from 2 different waitresses.) NONE EVER CAME. was never asked if we needed refills on our drinks that were pretty much gone after waiting so long. my friend sent her portabella back to kitchen. when we questioned why it took so long to get 2 sandwiches and a salad we were told " well it's ONLY BEEN 30 minutes and something else we didn't quite hear because (Jane) kind of mumbled and didn't seem too concerned. Others were seated and they received food within 15-20 minutes.anyway didn't think our waitress was NOT too attentive ( disappeared for fairly long periods of time) So not quite sure if we will EVER go back because of 1. SERVICE, 2. Food quality. 3. general attitude" don't care" of the waitress(s) and attitude and bringing stuff we asked for more than once! it was a bit busy but NOT OVERLY SO AT 130-230 pm so we don't understand WHY IT TOOK SO LONG AS OTHERS AFTER OTHERS RECEIVED THIERS. KIND OF NICE COZY PUB ATMOSPHERE THO.

David G.

Yelp
Had lunch here yesterday and everything was great. You should try one of the salads along with the Parmesan fries.

John R.

Yelp
Fun place here right on the water. Great downtown feeling. The food is so so I wanted the pizza to be amazing but it was left in the oven a bit too long. The alligator bites I was excited for. Don't waste your money it just tastes like fried fluff. Really a mediocre meal for 75$ in my opinion. Staff is nice and the vibes are great.

Kurt K.

Yelp
Kitchen half closed. Didn't tell us until we had sat down. No idea on service. Smelled like a bar. Not in a good way. We left.

Alejandro H.

Yelp
After a very relaxing long weekend vacation to north Florida, on our way back to Miami, we decided to stop at a restaurant recommended by a friend and did not disappoint! Located right in the middle of a beautiful town of Cocoa, FL. Pub Americana Restaurant. We ordered the pub fries and appetizer. Delicious Sweet potato fries served with bourbon aioli. We also split the Village Blues Burger. Gorgonzola with applewood smoked bacon, tomatoes, lettuce and lemon honey aioli...to die for!!! Wish we had more to eat but we had to get back home but definitely visiting in a very near future! And taking friends with us!

Bob W.

Yelp
Great burgers, love the setting outdoors in cocoa village. Consistent a must try if you like burgers

Bill H.

Yelp
This is a Mandatory Stop for us when visiting Cocoa Village area. They have the BEST Margarita Pizza you will ever find. This time we tried the Deep Fried Pickles as well.

Vicki E.

Yelp
Wow! Their bison chili is delicious and the blue cheese is on top, so if you are like my husband and don't like blue cheese he put all of it on my half! The bison burger was also amazing and the fries were also delicious!

Lucy D.

Yelp
Both the Gluten Free people and gluten people were happy. Turkey burger on GF bun with GF fries was very good. The pizza la Bianco on GF crust was also delicious. The guys had burgers. They liked them very much. Service was very good. We'll be back.

Mijah J.

Yelp
I was in cocoa village for the 4th and wanted to try somewhere new and get a drink. so glad I stumbled upon this place, I've been back two more times since. So far I've tried the Greek burger, Cali burger and the hangover and the taste and quality of the meat was perfect. I've tried both the regular Parmesan fries (to die for) and the sweet potato fries which were equally as good but an up charge so the parm fries were just as good. they have a large selection of dipping sauces too for u to try I've had the sweet chili aioli and the Cajun ketchup .. try the aioli, you're welcome. For apps I've tried pub bang bang which were excellent and the Mediterranean dip which I wasn't fond of the taste personally but everything else has been pretty spot on. My mom had the French burger and she thought it had a lot going on as far as the flavors and cheese but not worth losing a star over. Oh and the drinks were made well we had the 4th special which was a fresh watermelon/vodka mix and the mule. I'll be back next time and maybe try a veggie burger?

Derek G.

Yelp
Hangover burger was perfectly done. The egg was cooked through but still runny. Fries were OK. Megan the server did great. Brought a water bowl for our pug tater. Would go back.

Lisa T.

Yelp
Stopped in yesterday and had a great dinning experience. Server was attentive and pleasant. Monday was $5.00 Mojito it was ok. Ordered the Village Blues Burger and you won't go wrong ordering this burger with crispy bacon and loads of Gorgonzola cheese and the aioli sauce was amazing!!! Sorry no picture I couldn't put the burger down I will definitely put this on my return list.

Tom Y.

Yelp
I've enjoyed my two meals here, but what prompted me to write was the two-star beat down of the waiter. Look, if your ID picture is of a Sixteen-year-old, you ain't that far over the limit. We have cops here who send in kids with fake IDs to trap folks. "Lighten up, Francis."

Ariel J.

Yelp
Came here during the cocoa village art fest. They were busy, but we were able to get outside seating with our dog pretty quickly. I ordered the Americana chicken sandwich - but blackened- I would highly recommend! Good beer and good food!
